The whole, not the part, of Kant's "Analytic of the aesthetical judgement" in his "Critique of Judgement" (1790) is, except the theory of the sublime, the subsumption-theory of the beautiful. It is not theoretically correct that after discussing from the beginning to the 40th paragraph of this Analytic the judgement of taste, Kant switches to another subject, that is, to the theory of art or genius. The subject from the 41st paragraph to the end of the Analytic is also the subsumption-structure of the judgement on art, whose predicate is composed of the two predication-elements, "the genius" and "the taste". Kant tries to achieve the exposition and the deduction of this dual predicate and the main purpose of my paper is to elucidate the way in which these two "predicates", especially "the genius", are exposed and deduced in the manner of the Kantian Transcedental Philosophy.

プロセス代数π-計算は,プロセス間の通信リンクの動的接続を表現できる形式モデルである.本論文では,π-計算の実装に必要となる通信リンクの実装方法について述べる.π-計算では,通信リンクを「名前制限」と呼ばれる概念で形式化する.一方,実装では通信リンクは「名前生成」で扱うのが容易である.両者の同等性の形式的な証明は与えられていない.また,π-計算に対してデータタイプを加えた体系では,両者の同等性に関する反例が存在する.本論文では,データタイプ部を加えたπ-計算を扱い,名前制限と名前生成の同等性を論じる.

本論文は、ディルタイの「体験」概念の特徴である「体験の実在性」と「体験の有意味性」の関係について考察したものである。ディルタイにとって体験とは、心的状態の「知覚化」と、事物や人物、出来事の「内面化」という2つの相反する方向を持つ態度として現れる。両者の相互関係を通して体験は形態化されるが、形態化の際の素材の抵抗経験により、体験の実在性が意識されるとともに、意味カテゴリーが生じることを明らかにした。

The inhibitory activity of six groups of flavonoids against yeast and rat small intestinal α-glucosidases and porcine pancreatic α-amylase was compared, and chemical structures of flavonoids responsible for the inhibitory activity were evaluated. Yeast α-glucosidase was potently inhibited by the anthocyanidin, isoflavone and flavonol groups with the IC50 values less than 15 μM. The following structures enhanced the inhibitory activity: the unsaturated C ring, 3-OH, 4-CO, the linkage of the B ring at the 3 position, and the hydroxyl substitution on the B ring. Rat small intestinal α-glucosidase was weakly inhibited by many flavonoids, and slightly by the anthocyanidin and isoflavone groups. 3-OH and the hydroxyl substitution on the B ring increased the inhibitory activity. In porcine pancreatic α-amylase, luteolin, myricetin and quercetin were potent inhibitors with the IC50 values less than 500 μM. The 2, 3-double bond, 5-OH, the linkage of the B ring at the 3 position, and the hydroxyl substitution on the B ring enhanced the inhibitory activity, while 3-OH reduced it.

Fault models of the 1938 Shioyazaki-oki earthquakes, event 1 (May 23) and event 2 and 3 (Nov. 5), are characterized using the slip distributions on the fault plane by waveform inversion analysis. Stress parameters of each asperity Δσa are estimated as 37MPa for event 1 and 22MPa for event 2 and 3 from empirical Green's function method (EGFM) by simulating the seismic intensity of JMA observation stations which locate in near fault region. Short-period spectral level of event 1 is higher than those of event 2 and 3 which are as high as that of the 1978 Miyagi-ken-oki earthquake. The spatial distribution of seismic intensity 5 for each event is well reproduced by EGFM using the proposed fault model in this study.

産業廃棄物処理施設は忌避施設と見なされ, その設置をめぐる紛争が多発している。このような特性を有する施設が偏在することは, 環境保護と社会正義の同時達成を目指す「環境的公正」の概念に照らして問題であるとの仮説を基に, 本稿ではその空間的偏在性について定量的に検討した。同時に, 昨今大きな社会問題になっている産業廃棄物の不法投棄についても検討した。分析対象は関東とその周辺の1都8県の最終処分場, 中間処理施設, 不法投棄とし, それらを市町村ごとに集計してその立地や発生の傾向を調べた。分析の結果, 最終処分場, 中間処理施設, 不法投棄のすべてにおいて正の空間的自己相関が存在し, これらが市町村単位で見たとき偏在性があることがわかった。さらに, 最終処分場立地点と不法投棄発生点には空間的分布において類似性が認められることから, 問題構造に共通性が存在する可能性があることが示された。

企業は環境に適応するために戦略を策定し,その実行のために組織を新設したり変更したり強化したりする。企業の成長とともに組織構造は複雑化の方向であり,市場情報を活用するうえでは,マーケティング部門やお客様相談室等の位置づけと役割が時間の経過とともに,あるいは,戦略に応じて複雑に変化していく。一方で,企業には市場から様々な情報が流れてくるが,その入り口であるチャネルも多様化・複雑化している。本稿は,筆者の市場情報活用に関する研究を発展させて,インフォーマル組織の役割を再考し,市場情報活用におけるプロセス視点を提示する。

本研究では,美術創作をより身近に感じさせる可能性を持った美術展示の方法として,「アーティストが美術創作を専門的に学んでいない学生と関わって作り上げたコラボレーション作品の展示」,及び,「創作プロセスに関する情報の展示」を提案し,それが来館者に及ぼす効果を検討した。展示効果の測定は,質問紙調査と鑑賞中の会話とを組み合わせて行った。その結果,1)コラボレーション作品の展示は,アーティストのパーソナリティに対するステレオタイプを緩和し,創作への動機づけを刺激する可能性を持っていること,2)プロセス情報の展示は,創造の天才神話を緩和し,アーティストに親近感を抱かせる効果があることが明らかになった。
