本研究の目的は,合着材料としてのレジンセメントのチタンに対する接着性を評価するのに適した接着試験法を検討することである.チタン研磨面およびサンドブラスト処理面に対し5種類の接着性レジンセメントを用いて引張接着試験とせん断接着試験を行い,それぞれの接着強さならびに残留セメント率(RRC)の関係について検討した.接着強さは,せん断接着強さ(SBS)が引張接着強さ(TBS)より顕著に大きい値を示し,統計学的有意差(p<0.05)が認められた.SBSとTBSの関係は,チタン研磨面では相関関係(R²=0.82)が認められたが,サンドブラスト処理面では明瞭ではなかった(R²=0.17).RRCの測定は,チタン研磨面だけで測定可能であり,特にTBSでは高い相関(R²=0.99)が認められた.チタン研磨面を用いた引張接着試験は,接着強さだけでなく破断様式をRRCにより簡便に評価できるため,レジンセメントの接着性を評価するのに好ましい接着試験法であることが示唆された.

Grading by “pin” was integrated in the form of “Xing san pin shuo” by the Dong Zhong shu school in the Han period, before being adopted by the government for employment and promotion under the name “Jiu pin zhong zheng System.” Since then, similar grading systems based on “pin” have been used in various fields, with the Shu pin by Yu Jian wu being one of the first among them. Several critical writings based on “pin” were subsequently published in rapid succession; extant studies have focused on the differences between Shu pin by Yu Jian wu and Shi pin by Zhong Rong.  Shi pin by Zhong Rong explains that “qi” triggers the “xing qing” of a person into motion and encourages the person to sing and dance, evoking poetry. In other words, Shi pin argues that “qi” determines the grade of a text, a theory based on the chapter Yue ji of Li ji and Lun wen of Dian lun by Cao Pi.  Shu pin introduces the grading ideas of “tian ran” and “gong fu” to determine “pin,” an approach that contrasts significantly with the Shi pin of Zhong Rong, who develops his theory around the idea of “qi.” Previous studies have indicated that the concepts of “tian ran” and “gong fu” were shaped by the influence of preceding theories of calligraphy.  This article attempts to establish the origin of “tian ran” and “gong fu” in terms of character assessment. Furthermore, it redefines Shu pin as an activity of qing tan practiced throughout the six-dynasty period, and concludes that Yu Jian wu wrote Shu pin, influenced by qing tan.

In order to understand the differences between company towns, this paper focused on the relationship between a brewing company and a city. Three kind of data, the ratio of the company's profit in Yibin's GDP, the company's employees in Yibin's total population, and the company's lands in Yibin's area, were used as evaluating indexes to analyze the relationship between the enterprise and the city from the economy, population and urban space aspects. Specialized brewing studios showed up in the Ming Dynasty in Yibin. After the establishment of the People's Chinese Republic of China, these studios were combined to one national company, and a rapid industrial expansion was realized after the Reform and Open Up. In the 1990s, the company went public and purchased some related companies with a large sum of capital. As a result, a production chain has been fully established. If looking at the urban space, it will be found that the factories were mainly constructed in the countryside, along the northern riverbank before the 1980s. After 1990, as the number of the employees increased to 17,832, a city-sized factory housing complex was built. In addition, in order to create a convenient transportation system for the products, the company also paved some main roads connected to the city center. Comparing with Luzhou, Yibin has a similar general flow of the industrial modernization. The difference is that in Yibin, the company caught the chance of the system reform in the 1990s. It purchased some related enterprises within the city, by raising a large sum of funds independently before the rapid urban expansion. This is the biggest reason for evaluating the relationship of the enterprise and the city as moderate. As a conclusion, in Yibin, the enterprise constructed housing complexes, city infrastructures, and has formed a separated urban space within the city, therefore, it can be classified as “A City Within A City” company town. This structure has been formed due to the balance of the enterprise and the city government, the national polices and so on.

In this study, effects of self touching behavior on the performance of lexical retrieval were investigated. In Experiment 1, 52 women were required to retrieve Japanese idioms, and to recall them approximately 2 minutes after the retrieval. The participants were randomly assigned into two groups; in one group, they were tested with the restriction of their hand movement, whereas in the other group, they were allowed to move their hands freely. Results revealed that when the movement was restricted, their performance in the retrieval task was significantly deteriorated. In Experiment 2, after the presentation of tape-recorded verbal stimuli, 26 women were required to recall them either with an interval of 2 minutes or with an interval of 2 weeks. The self-touching behavior was found to occur more often when the recall was performed with the interval of 2 weeks than when it took place immediately after the stimulus presentation. Thus self-touching is considered to serve as a cue to retrieve information stored in the long term memory.

In order to clarify synergistic effect of organic bases in solvent extraction of rare earth metals, the stability of complexes, HPi<SUP>+</SUP>[M(TTA)<SUB>4</SUB>]<SUP>-</SUP>(HPi<SUP>+</SUP>:&gamma;-picolinium cation, TTA : thenoyltrifluoroacetonate anion, M: Y and La) in basic acetone and in basic dichloromethane was studied by PMR spectroscopy. The La-complex dissociated into a tris-complex in acetone as follows:<BR>HPi<SUP>+</SUP>[M(TTA)<SUB>4</SUB>]<SUP>-</SUP>&rarr;M(TTA)<SUB>3</SUB>+ HTTA+ Pi&hellip;(I)<BR>It was the same reaction that had been proposed by the authors for the Y-complex in acetone. In dichlorometane, both complexes were more stable and the reaction (I) could not be observed. With addition of tributylphosphate (TBP) to acetone solution of the La-complex and to dichloromethane solutions of both complexes, the following reaction, also already proposed for the Y-complex in acetone, occured:<BR>HPi<SUP>+</SUP> [M(TTA)<SUB>4</SUB>]<SUP>-</SUP> <I>n</I>TBP<BR>&rarr;M (TTA)<SUB>3</SUB><I>n</I>TBP+HTTA+Pi&hellip;(II)<BR>Effect of metals or solvents on the equilibrium constant of the reaction (II) could be estimated. The La-complex has a larger constant than the Y-complex, and as for each complex, a larger constant was obtained in acetone than in dichloromethane.

山形県のニホンジカ地域個体群は20世紀前半に一時絶滅したと考えられているが,2009年以降,県内でニホンジカが再び目撃されるようになった.山形県で散発的に出没するニホンジカの出自を明らかにする目的で,県内の村山市,鶴岡市,小国町で交通事故死したニホンジカ4個体のミトコンドリアDNA調節領域の遺伝子分析を行った.その結果,1個体の遺伝子型(ハプロタイプ)が北上山地の地域個体群でみられる遺伝子型と一致した.一方,他の3個体の遺伝子型は,北関東以西の地域個体群で報告された遺伝子型と系統的に近縁であることがわかった.以上から,山形県のニホンジカは,少なくとも南北2つの地域から,別々に進出している可能性が示された.

高炉耐火物の損傷機構と対策,および耐火物侵食診断技術の現状について概説した.<BR>耐火物は種々の原因によつて損傷されるが,いずれにおいても,何らかの形で炉内温度変動が関与しており,損傷の直接原囚として,遠因として,あるいは加速要因として作用する.従つて,炉況の安定が耐火物損傷防止の基本であり,また逆に損傷防止が炉況の安定につながることから,耐火物の寿命延長と安定操業は不可分の関係にある.<BR>また損傷機構の解明は,耐火物の材質・構造選定の上からも重要であり,このため損傷過程にある耐火物サンプルの解析あるいは試験室的な損傷状況の再現試験が有力な手段となろう.<BR>診断技術については,単に侵食量の推定だけでなく,れんが内で生じる現象,たとえば,き裂の発生,れんがの変質,溶銑の侵入,付着物の形成などの検出,推定まで含めた診断技術の開発が必要である.

The authors studied the kinetics of the intestinal epithelium of mouse, and discussed the problems of cellular proliferation and differentiation.The results obtained are as follows:1. By colchicine method the generation time and mitotic duration of the crypt cell are estimated from the increase in counts of mitotic figures.2. By 3H-thymidine flash labeling autoradiography the authors divided mucosal lining of the crypt into two zones: ‘generation zone’ and ‘PANETH cell zone’. The former comforms to DNA-synthesizing zone and the latter consists of the PANETH cells.3. By pursuit of the label in the generation zone, it is proved that the villus cells go up to top of the villus and fall off into the lumen. Accordingly the life span of the villus cell is estimated.4. The generation time (tG), presynthetic time (tI), synthetic time (tS), postsynthetic time (t2) and mitotic duration (tM) are analysed by means of 3H-thvmidine autoradiography.5. The PANETH cells in the bottom of the crypt fall into the lumen of the crypt discharging their secretory granules.6. The intestinal epithelium consists of the villus cells, the PANETH cells and the generative cells. Only the generative cells are proliferating and supply cells to the other zones.7. These three kinds of epithelial cells constitute three compartments respectively with a settled bulk. The three compartments are bound in a controled balance.8. The cytodifferentiation from the generative cells into the villus cells and into the PANETH cells seems to be determined within a transitional zone, i. e., ‘differentiation zone’. The cells which enter in the differentiation zone during their presynthetic time are determined to differentiate into villus cells or PANETH cells and lose their capacity of DNA synthesis.9. It is infered that at the point of maturation from the generative cell into the villus cell or into the PANETH cell, environmental factors in differentiation zone give decisive influence on the cellular differentiation.10. The 3H-thymidine autoradiographic study on the stomach epithelium of Hamster reveals that the stomach epithelium also has ‘Generation zone’ in transitional portion between the surface epithelium and the glandular cells. The glandular cells in the stomach may be seen as homologous to the PANETH cells in intestinal epithelium from the standpoint of cytokinetics.

The authors have made investigations about diamond wheel grinding in which plunge cut method by plain cup diamond wheels of bronze bonded was adopted. In this paper the influences of the diamond concentration of the wheel on stock removal is discussed theoretically and experimentally. And surface roughness produced in the grinding tests is also described.<BR>Theoretical investigation shows the tendency that stock removal decreases with the increase of the diamond concentration of the wheel if assumed the wheel having the abrasive grains whose tip has spherical shape, and the similar tendency was recognized in the grinding tests to some extent.<BR>Characteristics of the stock removal-normal grinding force (or contact pressure between the wheel and work surface) for a diamond wheel was clarified.<BR>It is also known that surface roughness <I>H</I><SUB>max</SUB> decreases with the increase of the diamond concentration of the wheel.
