▶ポイント ・NTR手術は,産婦人科医が施行してきた従来法に上部腟管の固定を確実にすることで,安全性の高い,再発率の低い骨盤底再建術が可能となる. ・骨盤底臓器の解剖学的支持欠損の部位を診断し,年齢や患者のライフスタイルに合わせた術式を選択する. ・泌尿器科領域では骨盤臓器脱に対してプロリンメッシュを用いたTVM手術が急速に普及したが,FDAのアラート以後,詳しいインフォームド・コンセントが必要である.

Cort&aacute;zar eschbi&oacute; muchos cuentos que tienen como tema el <I>pasaje o desplazamiento</I>. Por ejemplo, en &ldquo;Axolotl&rdquo; la conciencia del protagonista se desplaza a la del axolotl, y en &ldquo;Continuidad de los parques&rdquo; el lector ficticio pasa al mundo de la novela que est&aacute; leyendo. A trav&eacute;s de semejante <I>pasaje Cort&aacute;zar</I> quer&iacute;a expresar la <I>inversi&oacute;n de sujeto/objeto</I> en el sentido m&aacute;s amplio de esta palabra. La <I>inversi&oacute;n de sujeto/objeto</I> es requerida para quebrantar la dicotom&iacute;a que forman el sujeto y el objeto convertidos en sustancias, y revelar que la imagen del mundo, en cuyo centro est&aacute; el sujeto, es un mero producto de una manera de pensar originada en el raclonalismo de la Europa Moderna. Sin embargo, para que se pueda invertir el orden de sujeto/objeto, estos dos t&eacute;rminos tienen que estar reconocidos de antemano y, debido a ello, la dicotom&iacute;a resulta reconocida parad&oacute;jicamente. Evitando este tipo de paradqja, &ldquo;Anillo de Moebius&rdquo; intenta dibular el mundo que est&aacute; m&aacute;s all&aacute; de la dicotom&iacute;a sujeto/obieto.<BR>Lo que Cort&iacute;zar intenta en &ldquo;Anillo de Moebius&rdquo; es dibujar el mundo en que todav&iacute;a no est&iacute;n divididos el sujeto y el objeto, y expresarlo como exterior del mundo articulado por el lenguaje. Para ello Cort&aacute;zar destruye el lenguaje articulado, dado que para expresar mediante palabras el mundo todav&iacute;a no articulado por el lenguaje no hay m&aacute;s remedio que destruir el lenguaje articulado. He aqu&iacute; otra paradoja: dibujar el exterior del lenguale a trav&eacute;s del lenguaje. Pero si es cierto que, al entrar en el mundo ordenado por las palabras (o el mundo simb&oacute;lico, seg&uacute;n la terminolog&iacute;a de Lacan), se forma el sujeto y, al mismo tiempo, se objetivan las cosas, no se puede expresar el mundo que est&aacute; m&aacute;s all&aacute; del lenguaje sino mediante el medio aprovechado en &ldquo;Anillo de Moebius&rdquo;. Lo cual permite concluir que &ldquo;Anillo de Moebius&rdquo; es una obra que nos dela entrever ilusoriamente el exterior del sistema del lenguaje en el l&iacute;mite del lenguaje.

ICデバイスを縦方向に積層して実装集積する3次元IC積層実装技術は、半導体デバイス、MEMSデバイス、パワーデバイス等の集積技術として、従来の基板面内での2次元的な集積化に加えて、基板を積層して3次元的に集積化できるため、近年、期待が高まっている。この論文では、半導体デバイスの3次元IC積層実装に求められる高密度・高集積の電子ハードウエア構築基盤技術を確立させるとともに、企業と連携して量産化技術への開発支援も行いながら、実用化に向けた応用システム開発の流れを作り出すために実施した、初期の応用フェーズの研究開発について、報告する。

Ubiquitin is a small protein used for posttranslational modification and it regulates every aspect of biological functions. Through a three-step cascade of enzymatic action, ubiquitin is conjugated to a substrate. Because ubiquitin itself can be post-translationally modified, this small protein generates various ubiquitin codes and triggers differing regulation of biological functions. For example, ubiquitin itself can be ubiquitinated, phosphorylated, acetylated, or SUMOylated. Via the type three secretion system, some bacterial effectors also modify the ubiquitin system in host cells. This review describes the general concept of the ubiquitin system as well as the fundamental functions of ubiquitin in the regulation of cellular responses during inflammation and bacterial infection.

Bioassay screening using Indonesian plants, such as traditional foods (vegetables, spices, and tea) and folk medicinal herbs, identified eight protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) 1B inhibitory and two antibacterial plants. The leaves of Syzygium polyanthum (Wight) Walp. were examined in more detail to define PTP1B inhibitory components, resulting in the isolation of a new active acylbenzene (1) along with four related congeners of 1 (2–5) and four oleanane triterpenes (6–9). The structure of 1 was elucidated as 12-oxo-12-(2,3,5-trihydroxy-4-methylphenyl)dodecanoic acid based on its spectroscopic data. The acylbenzenes 1 and 3–5 inhibited PTP1B activity with IC50 values ranging between 9.5 and 14 µM, whereas the triterpenes 7–9 also suppressed this activity with IC50 values of 3.3–5.7 µM.
