A micro liquid–liquid extraction has been applied to sample preparation in the current authorized method for clopyralid in compost. The method rendered matrix effects practically negligible during determination with ultraperformance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry with an improved limit of quantification of 0.7 µg/kg dry weight. Moreover, it had good accuracy and reproducibility. Therefore, the method is proposed as a highly effective routine analytical technique for investigating the actual status of clopyralid residue in compost.

In recent years, as the smooth articulation of educational stages have been emphasized, kindergartens are required to strengthen their connection with primary schools. Some investigations suggest that although the importance of the articulation is recognized, the ambiguity of the idea makes the degree of implementation at kindergartens insufficient. While the elimination of the Grade 1 problem is in urgent need, the progress of "the articulation of learning" is relatively lagging. Some parents want early education and many kindergartens seem to have failed to explain the intention and sustainable effects of their childcare. In this paper, I compare the content of the Course of study for Kindergarten with the HighScope preschool Curriculum and point out that its goal setting lacks concreteness, making the consistency of learning between kindergartens and primary schools difficult to understand. HighScope curriculum align its contents according to the subjects of elementary and secondary education, but the idea itself has little discord with Japanese value since it considers the free play of children to be important. In conclusion, it is effective for the Japanese curriculum to appropriately incorporate the elements of the subjects centered curriculum without being bound by the experience centered curriculum.

Humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy(以下,HHM)をきたしたParathyroid Hormone Related Protein(以下,PTHrP)産生胃癌の1例を経験したので報告する.症例は82歳の女性で,2007年2月に食欲不振を主訴に来院した.精査にて胃噴門部癌と診断されたが,入院時検査で高Ca血症を認めたため,内分泌学的血液検査を追加施行したところintact PTH・高感度PTHがそれぞれ低下し,血清PTHrPは上昇していた.以上から,PTHrP産生胃癌によるHHMと診断した.可及的な高Ca血症の改善を図った後,脾合併胃全摘術,膵体尾部切除術を施行した.術後,血清CaおよびPTHrPは基準範囲内に低下し経口摂取も可能となった.しかし,術後17日目より血清Caは上昇へ転じ,PTHrPは67.8pmol/lにまで増加した.転移病巣が出現・増大し,術後38日目に死亡した.HHMを来した胃癌の予後は極めて厳しく,またPTHrPが胃癌の予後指標因子のひとつとなりうる可能性が推測された.

ネットワーク帯域が狭い環境において,クラウド連携した組込みシステムの学習やシステムを構築するために Raspberry Pi を複数用いた可搬型のクラウド基盤システムを構築した.特徴は次のとおりである.(1) 省リソースで仮想環境を利用可能なようなコンテナ型のクラウドシステム,(2) 物理リソース状態を可視化可能なようにボードごとの LED を用いたリソース可視化機構,(3) 従来のクラウド管理ソフトウェアと比べて軽量小型のクラウド基盤システムの実現.

がんに対する抗体療法の抗腫瘍効果は抗体依存性細胞傷害(ADCC)活性に依存している。ADCCは細胞表面に発現しているCD16を介してNK細胞が担っており、T細胞にはCD16発現が陰性であるのでADCC活性がない。本研究では、CD16-CD3zキメラ遺伝子を作製し、活性化CD8陽性T細胞に導入した。このCD16-CD3z-T細胞は抗体存在下で高いADCC活性を示すことがin vitroで明らかとなった。さらに、CD16-CD3z-T細胞と抗体併用療法は、ヒト腫瘍を移植した免疫不全マウスを用いたin vivo実験系でも高い抗腫瘍効果が示された。

The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationship between competitive result and environmental factors in high school baseball. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 533 university students who belonged to the baseball club when they were in high school. The survey content was the following 11 items; 1. Highest competitive result, 2. Presence or absence of the sports recommendation entrance examination, 3. Presence or absence of the sports scholarship system, 4. Occupation of the head coach, 5. Presence or absence of the assistant coach, 6. Number of the assistant coach, 7. Occupation of the assistant coach, 8. Presence or absence of the selection system for enter the club, 9. Number of the members, 10. Type of school (public or private), 11. Presence or absence of the private facility. In case of high school duplication, only one answer was adopted, and other inappropriate invalid answers were excluded for totalization. Finally, 435 students were divided into national group (n=89), block group (n=82) and prefecture group (n=264), based on the best result of the team at the time of high school, and examined the relationship between the competitive result and each environmental factor. As a result, regarding the occupation of the head coach, the proportion of teachers in all groups was high, but in the other items, the relationship with the competitive result was indicated, and the possibility that the difference in these environments could affect the competitive result was shown.

To clarify educator sexual misconducts in Japan, text mining was conducted on text data of 288 news articles. Multi-dimensional scaling and correspondence analysis revealed that educator sexual misconducts were classified into five themes: (1) child prostitution, (2) sexual intercourse, (3) invasive sexual contact, (4) camera/video voyeurism and (5) nude selfie, which were placed into two dimensions: grade and relationship. Further analysis suggested that these results might be useful on abuse preventive education for educators and candidates.

〔目的〕遅発性筋痛(DOMS)に対する超音波療法の温熱刺激が運動時の疼痛やつっぱり感,疲労感などの不快感,運動面の改善につながるかを経時的・即時的な視点で検討した.〔対象と方法〕対象は健常な大学生14名とした.ランダム化クロスオーバー比較試験を行い,超音波照射条件ではDOMS誘発運動後2・4・8日目に連続波の超音波を10分間照射した.超音波照射前後には運動時の疼痛,つっぱり感,疲労感,肘関節運動角度を測定した.〔結果〕超音波照射条件では運動後2日目の超音波照射後にのみ照射前と比べて運動時のつっぱり感や疲労感に有意な改善が認められた.〔結語〕超音波療法の温熱刺激は,DOMSが現れた際に運動時の不快感を一時的に軽減させるのに有効である可能性が示唆された.
