RSGはジベレリン(GA)内生量調節に関与しているbZIP型転写因子である。RSGと相互作用するタンパク質の一つは14-3-3タンパク質であり、14-3-3タンパク質はRSGの細胞内局在を制御していた。14-3-3タンパク質は主にリン酸化されたセリン残基を認識して結合し、標的タンパク質の機能を制御している。RSGの114番目のセリン残基が14-3-3タンパク質との相互作用に必須であり、そのセリン残基のリン酸化にCa<SUP>2+</SUP>依存性プロテインキナーゼ(CDPK)が関与していることを前回の学会で報告した(2003年度日本植物生理学会年会)。<br> 本大会ではRSGとCDPKの<I>in vivo</I>における相互作用に関する解析を報告する。我々は <I>in vivo</I> 相互作用解析のためアグロインフィルタレーション法により <I>Nicotiana benthamiana</I> 葉身に発現プラスミドを導入する一過的発現系を用いた。GST融合RSGを一過的に発現させ抗GST抗体で免疫沈降を行い、沈降物中のCDPK活性を組み換えGST-RSGを基質にした<I>in-gel </I>キナーゼアッセイにより調べた。その結果GST-RSGと共沈した画分にRSGのSer114残基をリン酸化するCDPK活性が検出され、RSGとCDPKの <I>in vivo</I> における結合が示された。またリン酸化RSGと同様にCDPK自身も14-3-3タンパク質と結合することを見出した。

A study was conducted to evaluate the chronic effects of regular physical activity on nonspecific and specific immune responses. Male Fischer rats (SPF) exercised voluntarily on running wheels for 4 months, and were then injected intraperitoneally with sheep red blood cells (SRBC), followed by measurement of the host defense functions at -2 d, 3h, 24h and 4 d of antigen stimulation. The following results were obtained:<BR>1) The ability of circulating neutrophils to produce superoxide measured by the spontaneous NBT test showed an earlier and higher (p<0.05) rise after SRBC injection in the exercise group, suggesting that neutrophils were activated <I>in vivo</I> more promptly against foreign-body invasion. This might reflect a priming response of neutrophils at the early phase of SRBC-induced host defense reactions modulated by the previous regular exercise.<BR>2) The ability of neutrophils to produce superoxide in response to <I>in vitro</I> stimulation with <I>Staphylococcus aureus</I> 209 P was markedly reduced during inflammatory response in the sedentary group, whereas that in the exercise group was maintained at a constant level. The value at 4 d after SRBC injection in the sedentary group was decreased to more than 20% below the baseline (p<0.02) . In addition, a significantly (p<0.02) lower value than that in the exercise group was shown, although phagocytic activity was similar in the two groups. This suggested that neutrophil bactericidal activity was decreased in the sedentary group.<BR>3) Plasma IgG levels in the exercise group were consistently and significantly (p<0.0001) higher by about 30% than those in the sedentary group, regardless of SRBC injection. This suggested an enhanced host defense status by regular exercise.<BR>4) The specific humoral immune response to SRBC injection was assessed in terms of hemagglutination and plasma IgM levels, but no significant differences were shown between the groups.

The effects of voluntary running exercise on health indexes in rats were studied before and after Sheep Red Blood Cell (SRBC)-induced inflammation. Male Fischer rats (SPF) 8 weeks of age were housed in individual sedentary cages (sedentary group) or in individual wheel-running cages (exercise group) for 4 months. Then all rats were injected with 20% SRBC (0.5ml/100g body weight) i. p.<br>Voluntary running activity averaged 1408m/day, reached a peak (2913m/day) at the 25th day and waned over time, reaching a plateau at the 60th day (about 1000m/day).<br>In spite of a significant increase in food intake (117%), exercising rats gained significantly less weight (93%) than sedentary rats at all times in experimental period. The exercise group also showed a significant decrease in the value of serum triglyceride (TG) and total cholesterol (T. CHO) (TG p<0.0002, T. CHO p<0.03).<br>The hematocrit (Ht) and hemoglobin concentration (Hb) were higher in the exercised rats, and at 4 days after i. p. SRBC, the difference became statistically significant (Ht p<0.0002, Hb p<0.003). Thus, protective effects against the decrease of Ht and Hb were demonstrated in the exercised group.<br>Perhaps this inflammation did not impair liver function severely; sedentary rats had normal or slightly higher levels of GOT and GPT. On the other hand, exercised rats had lower GOT and GPT. Significant differences were found between the groups (GOT, GPT p<0.0001).

The muscular activity pattern, function and maximal contraction velocity during the starting dash and sprint running at maximal velocity were studied. The subjects were five adult male sprinters, whose sprint running movements in the sagittal plain were analyzed (100 fps) from videotape recordings made with a high-speed catera. The ground reaction forces and EMGs of eight leg muscles were also recorded. Changes in length from the origin to the insertion (muscle-tendon complex : MTC) of the eight leg muscles were calculated using several methods reported by Grieve et al. (1978), Hawkins and Hull (1990), Visser et al. (1990) and Jacobs and Van Ingen Schenau (1993). The muscular activity pattern and the maximal contraction velocity were investigate from the change in length of the MTC when the EMG activity was observed. The turnover velocity of the muscular activity pattern in the stretch-shortening cycle (SSC) was calculated from the acceleration of the contraction. Also the hip, knee and ankle joint torques were calculated, and the following results were obtained.1. Changes in muscular activity pattern and maximal contraction velocity during the starting dash During the first half of the swing period, the m.gluteus maximus exhibited shortening activity, the m.rectus femoris exhibited stretching activity and the m.iliopsoas exhibited SSC muscular activity. The m.vastus lateralis exhibited shortening activity during the last half of the swing period and stretching activity during the first half of the foot contact period. The m.biceps femoris exhibited SSC muscular activity from the middle of the swing period to the middle of the foot contact period. The m.gastrocnemius and m.soleus exhibited SSC muscular activity during the foot contact period. Above all, the maximal shortening stretching velocity, and the turnover velocity increased with increasing sprint running velocity after the start, except for the shortening velocity of the m.gastrocnemius and m.soleus, and the stretching velocity of the m.vastus lateralis, whose contraction velocity stayed almost constant. 2. Muscular activity and function during sprint running at maximal velocity During the first half of the swing period, the m.rectus femoris produced knee extension troque by stretching activity which functioned to reduce the knee flexion force which occurred through the joint force related to hip flexion torque. During the latter half of the swing period, knee flexion torque developed as a by-product from the m.biceps femoris, which serves as a hip extensor. On the other hand, the knee extension force which occurred through the joint force related to hip extension torque, the momentum required to extend the knee joint, and the knee extension torque which was produced by the shortening activity of the m.vastus lateralis were observed during the same period. Therefore, the knee extension movement observed from the outside occurred as a result of the total of these forces. The m.tibialis anterior acted to offset the ankle extension force which occurred through the joint force related to knee extension torque during the first half of the swing period, and the ankle extension torque developed during the latter half of the swing period preparation for foot contact by the m.gastrocnemius an m.soleus.

This study investigated policy evaluations in private university reform by Panel Data Analysis, with a focus on universities that apply for type 1 status. In particular, the main study questions were: (1) what kind of universities has applied for type 1 status? (2) Has educational investment increased because of the application or because these universities have applied for type 1 status? (3) How are the four representative approaches ("IR" "Assessment" "Classes Evaluation" "Numbering") specified in related to the first and second questions? The results show that large universities or those that do not require resources for educational investment are applying for type 1 status to obtain funds. "Numbering" that explain the systematic nature of curriculum was the only approach that positively influenced application for type 1 status. Applying for type 1 status was found to have a rather negative effect on educational investment. In addition, the increase in educational investment proved that the size of the university, its age of history, or individualized education were effective. In addition, among the four representative approaches that positively influenced educational investment, "Numbering" was the most representative. 本発表では,ある医療系大学で試行している外国語クラス「複言語学習のすすめ」の進行状況について報告する.この授業では,1セメスター15回の授業で,インドネシア語,韓国語,ドイツ語の3言語を学習し,それぞれの言語で自己紹介や簡単な会話表現を修得し,ビデオ撮影による学習成果の発表を行うというプログラムである.今年度は学生所有のスマートフォンを使用し,ロイロノートスクールやFlipgridなどのサービスを活用しながら授業を実践した.3言語を5回ずつローテーションしながら学ぶスタイルは学生たちには好意的に受け入れられ,各言語への関心も高く,意欲的に参加している.

清朝,乾隆年間に武英殿が刊行した『医宗金鑑』は最後の漢方医学全書といわれた書である。清朝の盛時に大学士鄂爾泰らが高宗の勅命を受け,国家的規模で編成した近世中国医学の代表的医書である。総計90巻のこの医学書を実際に纏め上げたのは医官の呉謙らで,医家の実用を主旨として編集され,最初に『傷寒論』『金匱要略』という基本書をおき,後に図,説,歌訣でわかりやすく解説している。 その明解さは『四庫全書提要』において評価され,「学者をして考究し易く,誦習に便ならしめてある」と書かれている。こうした実用書が望まれた背景には,「聖済総録や和剤局方などの官選医書もただ博いだけで要は少なく,或は偏して中を失い実際の治療に裨益するものではない」ということがあったためで,日常の臨床の際に役立てることを考えれば,単に網羅してある医書では扱いに手間取るため,わかりやすく覚えやすい医学書が望まれていたのであろう。

【はじめに】腓骨筋腱脱臼は、足関節背屈および外反が強制された場合に受傷するとされる。今回、足関節外反となるダイナミックアライメント(以下、DA)の改善を図るとともに、足関節外反となる要因にも着目して理学療法(以下、PT)を実施したため、考察を加えて報告する。【症例紹介】16歳女性。バレーボール歴7年。ポジションはセッター。2009年12月初旬、トスをあげようとしゃがみ込み、右足関節外反位にて伸びあがろうと底屈した際に腓骨筋腱脱臼を受傷。2010年2月9日にDas de法を施行。術後3週でギプスカットし、エバーステップ装着にて全荷重を開始。その後、競技復帰を目的に週1回の外来PTを開始。既往歴として、両足関節内反捻挫の反復がある。【PT初期評価】立位時、両側ともに踵骨回内位。スクワッティングテストでは、両脚ともに踵骨回内が起こり、Knee inが出現。振り向きテストでは、踵骨保持が困難であり、外側荷重に不安感を訴えた。【PT経過】術後5週からclosed kinetic chainでの運動を開始し、足関節だけでなく複合関節の連動による足関節内外反の制御を目指した。まず意識下において足関節内外反を制御したDAでのステップ動作などから開始し、動作の習得とともに、ジャンプやボールを用いての実際の競技動作に近い練習へと進めた。また、足関節内外反を制御するためのテーピング指導も行い、術後20週で競技に復帰した。【考察】本症例が受傷に至った要因として、内反捻挫の反復により外側支持機構のひとつである腓骨筋支帯の脆弱化があったこと、足部外側不安定性から踵骨回内位での競技動作であったことが考えられた。競技復帰のためには、回内位でのDAを修正する必要があったが、過度の矯正は内反捻挫を惹起する可能性があった。よってPT実施上、足関節内外反を制御したDAを獲得させることが再発・二次的障害予防のために必要であったと考えられた。

We review the merits of the local potential approach in the description of elastic alphaparticle scattering and of alpha-cluster structure in medium-weight nuclei. We recall how optical model analyses of elastic scattering angular distributions, displaying an anomalous large angle enhancement, yielded unique optical potentials, whose real part is determined with good accuracy up to small internucleus distances, and we investigate their properties; we then analyze the general compatibility of these potentials with the microscopic requirements resulting from the constraints due to antisymmetrization, in the case of a system which was thoroughly investigated from a microscopic point of view, and whose spectroscopy is well agreed upon, that is, the ^<20>Ne=α+^<16>O system. The local potential approach is then applied to the ^<44>Ti=α+^<40>Ca system-which is the analogue of ^<20>Ne in the fp-shell-whose α-cluster spectroscopy remained unclear for a long time and for which microscopic calculations led to contradictory interpretations; not only does this simple model give a nice account of the energy location and intraband electromagnetic transition probabilities for the members of the ^<44>Ti ground state band, but it predicts the existence of excited alpha-cluster bands, which were subsequently identified experimentally in alpha-transfer experiments. The same approach is applied to the ^<40>Ca=α+^<36>Ar system, where similar predictions have recently been confirmed experimentally, and to other systems close to the sd-shell closure region. Finally the persistence of alpha-cluster structure in medium-weight and heavy nuclei is discussed within the local potential approach.
