In the current Japanese urban areas, bonds of local residents have been dilutive, under the influence of low birthrate, aging, personalization of life, and diversification of values. After Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake, these problems become obvious, and there has been a growing demand to regeneration of neighborhood community.  The purpose of this study is to explore the way of planning of open type dwelling unit to activate the community. This paper examines the relationship between the dwelling unit plan and the formation of territory on 3-dimensional streets in case of the experimental housing "NEXT21". Especially, focusing the "Visual connection" between a living room and a 3-dimensional street, we analyzed the spread of personal areas on 3-dimensional streets.  If there is a "Visual connection" between a living room and a 3-dimensional street, it caused the "intermediate space" with the device in the vicinity of the boundary. The device is the invitational design technique, also the exclusive design technique. Due to differences in the arrangement of the "intermediate space", they were classified into five types of "Visual connections" between a living room and a 3-dimensional street. To target the dwelling unit that has direct "Visual connection", we analyzed "Areas of comfortable" and "Areas to be worried about if there are strangers". "Areas of comfortable" are recognized as the private areas of proceeds. "Areas to be worried about if there are strangers" are recognized as the areas visible from the familiar life spaces.  If the living room of the dwelling unit is spread in the "intermediate space", "Areas to be worried about if there are strangers" are formed in the areas of "Visual connection" with not only the living room but also the "intermediate space". Furthermore, "Areas of comfortable" are formed in the areas of the invitational quality. However, "intermediate space" having a large opening prevents the formation of "Areas of comfortable" under the influence of the exclusive quality.  Through analysis, we were able to see how the private areas spread the living room to the "intermediate space" and 3-dimensional streets in stages. Simply not only to pursue the securing of privacy, but also it is necessary to perform open type dwelling planning in the hope that the community will be formed after a few years. There, it is important that "intermediate space"s become cores of communication, and connect in three dimensions by "Visual connections".

現在我が国で,食品及び飼料として安全性の確認されていない遺伝子組換えトウモロコシCBH351系統を特異的に検知するプライマーを開発し,PCR条件を設計した.PCR用プライマーは,2又は3生物種由来のDNA配列部分を増幅するように設計し,安全性が確認されている他の遺伝子組換えトウモロコシ,ダイズ,コメ,コムギ,オオムギに対して偽陽性がなく,特異的な検知を行うことができた.検知下限を調べるため,CBH351粉末とnon-GMトウモロコシ粉末の混合試料を調製し,DNAを抽出後,PCRを行った.その結果,CBH351を0.05~0.1%混合したものまで検知可能であった.

本実践は、木材業/西下健治氏の特別講義1が教育系大学の学生たちの好奇心と行動力を刺激し、その学生たちが主体的にツリーハウスプロジェクトを立ち上げ敷地選定を行い、デザイン構想を立て、幼稚園に企画を売り込む。そして、実際に制作し、さらに幼稚園教諭の積極的な関わりを得て、園児への読み聞かせを実現させるまでの、総合的な取り組みを通じて「モノに対する実感」の獲得を目指したデザイン自主活動の良例である。

【背景】ブタを含む家畜ICSI卵では,受精卵や胚の作出効率が低いことが問題となっている。これは,通常の受精時に生じるとされる一過性の卵細胞質内Ca2+濃度([Ca2+]i)上昇の反復変動パターンがICSI卵では再現できないことに起因する可能性が考えられてきた。しかし,実際のブタICSI卵における[Ca2+]i変動パターンは明らかにされていない。本研究では,ブタICSI卵とIVF卵における[Ca2+]i変動パターンの比較および受精に及ぼす影響を調べた。【方法】ブタ体外成熟卵と凍結融解精巣上体精子を実験に供した。IVFでは単精子(IVF-mono)と多精子(IVF-poly)侵入卵,ICSIでは電気刺激処理(ICSI-acti),無処理(ICSI-nonacti)卵を作成した。実験1:IVF-mono,ICSI-acti,ICSI-nonacti区卵をCa2+指示薬であるFura2に37°C,15分間感作させた後,レシオイメージングシステム(浜松ホトニクス)を用いて測定を4時間行い[Ca2+]i変動パターンを比較した。実験2:IVF‐mono,ICSI‐actiおよびICSI-nonacti区での正常受精率(2極体+2前核/精子侵入卵)を調べた。【結果】実験1:IVF-mono区における[Ca2+]i変動は少なく,ICSI-actiおよびICSI-nonacti区でも同様なパターンが観察された。実験2:正常受精率は,ICSI-acti区(67.3 ± 9.3%)とICSI-nonacti区(48.8 ± 13.7%)の間に有意差はなく,両区ともにIVF-mono区(100%)より有意に低かった(P < 0.05, ANOVA/Tukey)。【考察】IVF-mono卵で生じる[Ca2+]i変動は予想外に低頻度であり,電気刺激の有無にかかわらずICSI卵における[Ca2+]i変動パターンと同様であることが明らかとなった。また,ICSI卵における正常受精率はIVF卵に比べ低いため,その要因が[Ca2+]i変動パターン自体の違いではないことが示唆された。

1 0 0 0 韓国中原地域出土の更新世マカクザル化石について―忠北大学校博物館所蔵品を中心に―

韓国中原地域の中期~後期更新世の洞窟堆積物から出土していたマカク類の化石について、予備的な報告を行う。対象とした化石標本は、忠清北道西部のDurubong洞窟(中期~後期更新世)と忠清北道東部のGunang洞窟(後期更新世)からみつかっていたものである。Durubong洞窟は1970年代後半から発表者の李隆助らにより複数の洞窟で発掘調査が行われ、加工された骨や旧石器、人骨が見つかっていた。大型の動物化石としてはマカクザル、サイ、ハイエナ、クマ、シカ、バク、ゾウなどの化石が見つかっていた。またGunang洞窟は1980年代後半から、忠北大学博物館が中心となって発掘調査が行われている、現在も継続中である。旧石器が見つかっている他に、マカクザル、クマ、トラ、シカ、カモシカなどの動物骨が見つかっている。 今回報告するマカクザルの歯は、中国各地のマカク化石やニホンザル化石と比較しても最も大型の部類に含まれる。中国の更新世のマカク化石は、大型のMacaca anderssoniと中型のM. robustusに分けられているが、遊離歯化石だけで両者を区別することは非常に難しいため、同一種とする研究者も多い。今回再検討したマカク化石には、上顎第三大臼歯の遠心部にdistoconulusとよばれる異常咬頭を保持しているものが含まれていた。この形質はニホンザルで高頻度で報告される特徴の一つであるが、M. anderssoniでは報告されていない。一方、発表者の伊藤毅がおこなったマカクザル頭骨の内部構造の解析により、M. anderssoniはニホンザルとは別系統に含まれる可能性が高いことが明らかになった。したがって韓国から見つかっているマカクザル化石は、ニホンザルの祖先種グループとしてのM. robustusである可能性が高い。

This study aimed to characterize the effects of the application of different types of litters and fertilizer on the growth and productivity of maize (Zea mays L. var.) in Senegal. A split plot experiment was conducted in a low fertile soil at Thiès. Three factors corresponded to: inorganic fertilizer as urea at two levels (0, 2), insecticide as fipronil at two levels (0, 2) and litter type at 5 levels (D, A, B, E, F). Zero (0) represented the controls without fertilizer, insecticide or litter application. Two (2) corresponded to an application of 71.4 kg ha^<-1> N fertilizer, and 7.5 L ha^<-1> insecticide, both sequentially applied 3 times during the trial. D, A, B, E, F corresponded to the control, 5.7 t ha^<-1> of Andropogon gayanus Kunth, Casuarina equisetifolia (Forssk), Pennisetum glaucum (L.) R. Br. and Faidherbia albida (Chev.) litters, respectively, applied 73 days before sowing. This gave a total of 20 experimental units with 3 replications each. With no inorganic or insecticide application, the effect on growth parameters (plant height, medium collar diameter, number of leaves per plant) was not significantly different among the different applied litters. Litter application positively affected the growth parameters compared to the control. F. albida litter increased the quantic maximal output of the photochemical activity by 6% and the energy use efficiency by 26%, compared to the other litter types. At harvest, litters of F. albida, C. equisetifolia and P. glaucum increased grain yields by 94.3% over the control. The addition of inorganic fertilizer and/or insecticide improved the stem collar diameter and plant height and grain yield. In conclusion, the incorporation of locally available litters (more specifically that of the leguminous plants F. albida and C. equisetifolia) and their combination with inorganic N fertilizer and insecticide are good alternatives to increase maize production in tropical croplands.

本稿は、竹内好の国民文学論に対する武田泰淳の位置を、『風媒花』の分析を通じて確定する試みである。国民文学論は、朝鮮戦争を糧とした経済成長への抵抗運動として規定できるが、「国民」や「民族」といった概念を用いたことで、新たな抑圧への可能性を残す。これに対して、『風媒花』は、外部・内部に複数的な差異を探し求め、それらを介した緩やかな連帯のあり方を風媒花の形象で示した。それは、文学作品と読者のあり方への深い洞察から生まれたヴィジョンだと考えられる。
