本研究は、都市近郊に存在する農業用ため池を居住環境資源として位置づけ、その整備・保全・管理の方向性を探るために、ため池の公園的整備が進められている愛知県東海市と農業用ため池として半自然的環境を形成している三重県津市を対象地域として、ため池が持つ居住環境資源としての可能性、住民の利用実態と評価を通してため池の利用効果・存在効果およびため池整備に対するニーズを調査分析したものである。東海市に55箇所、津市に81箇所のため池がある。市街化区域にはそれぞれ18箇所、10箇所であるが、都市公園のスキマに位置しており、都市空間における公園機能を補完する地理的条件を有している。また、市街化調整区域のため池は、周辺の農地や林地と共に都市空間を取り巻く半自然的環境を構成する要素となっている。ため池の整備形態の違いによる効果と問題点を明らかにするために、公園的整備の有無と周辺100mの範囲の土地利用構成からため池の類型化を行い、典型的なため池を10箇所選定し、周辺居住者にアンケート調査を行った。結果を要約すると、公園的整備されたため池は多くの住民に利用されているが、農地や林地に囲まれた未整備状態のため池はほとんど利用されない。周辺に宅地が多くなるほど利用するものが増える。利用されない第一の理由は利用できるように整備されていないことであるが、危険・汚い・アクセスしにくいことも周辺住民の足を遠ざける要因となっている。しかし、ため池の存在自体が否定されているのではなく、むしろため池を積極的に評価している住民が多い。それはため池が利用効果だけでなく、開放性・日照などのオープンスペース機能、生態系保全機能などを持っているためである。その場合、利用効果と同時に存在効果を高めるような整備のニーズが認められる。

The fate of HeLa cells irradiated with X-rays and fast neutrons was followed by cine and continual photographic procedures. The following interestings were made through detailed analysis of the films. (1) No differences could be observed between X- and neutron irradiated cells as to the types of cell abnormalities as well as modes of cell disintegration. (2) Cell fusion played an important role in reproductive cell death. Furthermore, cell fusion was observed between cells other than sisters, cousins, aunts or nieces. (3) In the pedigree of cells with colony-forming ability, these was a tendency for both cell death and normal cell division to occur in clusters of closely-related cells.

患者データベースの解析から、母親から胆道閉鎖症の女児、男児への移植は拒絶反応の低いことがわかった。また、レシピエント年齢が低いことが、免疫抑制剤からの離脱に有利であることが示唆された。年齢の高いドナーからの移植では、レシピエントの肝細胞のテロメアの短縮が高度であることがわった(Q-FISH法による測定)。移植片のテロメアは免疫学的によくコントロールされている症例では、延長する症例がみられた。母親からの男児への移植片中には多数のY染色体陽性細胞(主に血管内皮細胞)が観察された。しかし、ケラチン陽性細胞ではきわめて少数であった。

Developments in the use of genetically modified plants for human and livestock health and phytoremediation were surveyed using information retrieved from Entrez PubMed, Chemical Abstracts Service, Google, congress abstracts and proceedings of related scientific societies, scientific journals, etc. Information obtained was classified into 8 categories according to the research objective and the usage of the transgenic plants as 1: nutraceuticals (functional foods), 2: oral vaccines, 3: edible curatives, 4: vaccine antigens, 5: therapeutic antibodies, 6: curatives, 7: diagnostic agents and reagents, and 8: phytoremediation. In total, 405 cases were collected from 2006 to 2010. The numbers of cases were 120 for nutraceuticals, 65 for oral vaccines, 25 for edible curatives, 36 for vaccine antigens, 36 for therapeutic antibodies, 76 for curatives, 15 for diagnostic agents and reagents, and 40 for phytoremediation (sum of each cases was 413 because some reports were related to several categories). Nutraceuticals, oral vaccines and curatives were predominant. The most frequently used edible crop was rice (51 cases), and tomato (28 cases), lettuce (22 cases), potato (18 cases), corn (15 cases) followed.

回路シミュレ-タ開発用支援ツ-ルASSIST2を開発する。ASSIST2では,ヤコビアン導出を回路分割に対応したスタンプ手法により行いコストを削減する.また,回路記述にアナログ素子を加えディジタル, アナログ混在回路への適用を可能にする.本稿では,ASSIST2のツ-ルの仕様等について述べるとともに,ASSIST2の環境下で混合モ-ド回路シミュレ-タSPLIT2.2を構築する.

With the purpose of improving performance of lubricant at low temperature and unifying lubricants to be used, we made new synthetic lubricant for watch mechamism. In this paper, we selected ester oil among several kinds of synthetic oils. We found that ester, as base oil, was superior in performance at low temperature and cahracteristic of evaporation rate, which has three ester groups in one molecule synthesized with tri-methylopropane and alkyl acid. We defined that the viscosity of the above mentioned lubricant should be 15cSt to 1000cSt at its used temperature range(-30 to 80°C). We found by evaluating performance of watches that the consumption electric current and the voltage to start moving with the lubricant at the used temperature are both almost same as with the existing lubricants. We also found by evaluating durability by accelerating test that the performance of the train wheel movement for twenty years is almost same. From the above we can obtain the new lubricant for watches which is superior in performance at low temperature and which we can apply for every part in watches.

本稿では立等時性に関するもっとも知られている二つの事項、てんわの片重りとひげぜんまいの重心移動に関して解説を行なった。ここでひげぜんまいの重心移動とはテンプの振動に伴って発生するものをいい、ひげの取付具合による偏心などを意味するものではない。ひげぜんまいの重心移動に関しては観察者の目をひげ玉に乗せたとして新しい説明を試みた。また、ひげぜんまいの重心移動の軌跡に関しては新しい、正確な考え方を紹介した。偏心の取れた正確なひげぜんまいの重心点は静止位置にあってもてん真軸上にはない。これを直接ひげ内端点から外端までのひげ全体の重心点計算と、ひげ玉内部に仮想できるいわば切り取られたひげぜんまいの重心点の位置の計算から明確にした。

日本の小売企業を対象とする質問票調査のデータに基づいて、小売企業の仕入革新・マーチャンダイジング革新に関する実証分析を進める一方で、アパレル小売企業やドラッグストア・チェーンの仕入革新についての事例研究を行い、その研究成果を論文で公表した。また、これらの研究を通じて、企業間関係、部門間連携、継続的な改善の3つの条件の相互作用を捉え、小売企業の仕入活動革新における企業間関係と部門間連携との関連性についての研究を展開した。

平成16年度においても、帰化・居留権取得者に関する史料集(Letters of Denization and Acts of Naturalizaion…)の解読とそのデータベース化を前年度に引き続き実施した。また、データ処理と同時に、イギリス議会の議会史料(両院議事録や審議録)とその関連図書、一般帰化法制定に関する文献・史料、ユグノー、パラタイン、ユダヤ人移民関係の文献・史料、ナショナル・アイデンティティ関連の文献・史料の収集を行った。これまでの文献・史料に加えて、新たに収集した文献・史料の整理・精読を進めた。グローバルな視点から帰化法の問題を考察するべく、イングランド(本国)とアイルランドや北米植民地(いわゆる第一次帝国)における帰化法制定と規定内容の比較研究の準備も引き続き進めた。本年度も、帰化法制定や移民政策(とkuに移民支援政策)において、重要な対象となる18世紀初頭のパラティン移民に着目し、イギリス側の外国人支援のありかたについて重点的に研究を進めた。彼らの帝国内移動や彼らへの支援を、移民の国際移動の問題や対ユグノー支援と関連させつつ考察した。現在、パラティン移民に関する研究はまだ途上であるが、そめ成果の一部は2005年2月川北稔・藤川隆男編著『空間のイギリス史』の所収論文(「嫌われ、行き「場のない」可哀想な移民たち」)として刊行された。また、帰化法や国民意識の議論にかかわるパラタイン移民について、基礎的な史料分析を行い、移民集団としての彼らの特徴を明らかにした。その成果は雑誌論文(「『到着者リスト』にみるパラタイン移民」)として今春刊行される予定である。現在は、パラタイン移民とユグノーへの支援策を帰化法制定の議論とナショナル・アイデンティティ形成の問題に関連させつつ分析・考察を進めている。その成果の一部を今年度5月に熊本歴史科学研究会で報告したが、加えて、来年度早々にも論文として公表する予定である。

ガウスの_2E1,一般超幾何函数_{n+1}E_n, アッペルのE_1, E_2, E_3, ジョルダン・ポッホハンマー E_{JP}, そしてラウリッツェラのE_Dなる微分方程式(系)の解の基本系を積分表示で与え,それについての回路行列を明示的に求め,応用として,微分方程式の既約条件を決定した.また F_2, F_3, F_4の場合,隣接関係を調べることにより,対応する微分方程式の可約条件を与えた.E_1~E_4, F_A~F_D, _{n+1}E_nおよびゲルファントの点配置空間上の超幾何微分方程式系について,ある多価函数のサイクル上の積分が解を与えることを示した.

本研究は、公職選挙法が改正され、インターネットを用いた選挙運動が解禁された2013年の公職選挙法改正以後の情報化が進む日本におけるソーシャルメディアを用いた国会議員の情報発信に関する研究である。2013年の参院選等を中心に国会議員の情報発信のパターンとケーススタディを実施した。さらに、政党の情報発信手法、戦略、ガバナンスに関する分析に着手し、同選挙などにおける自民党のそれらの実践、またその歴史的変遷などを明らかにした。

At the end of the XIX century a fundamental rethinking of the principles of conservation of works of art has been proposed by Alois Riegl. Anyone before has devoted his attention to the analysis of the basic reasons of a restoration. In accordance with the rigorous discipline of the restoration, Riegl focused his interest on ethical, political, sociological, moral and cultural reasons giving more emphasis on the stability of the values of the work and not on the purely aesthetic subjective assessment. The principal purpose is the preservation of existing values in monuments. The recognition of the values can be seen as the principal reference of a good job of preservation and is primarily supported by the urban scale. In Italy Roberto Di Stefano in the book "Monuments and Values" (1996) addresses his attention to this issue whereas the document "Recommendation on the Conservation of the Historic Urban Landscape" is an important document to analyze the role of values for the Conservation and Preservation of the city and its monuments. In a social context increasingly pressed from global interests often unrelated to the identity of the individual, it is difficult to speak on the conservation of the heritage (monumental and urban) if we not identify the values to be preserved that, at the same time, meet the needs of the community. The contribution intends to tackle the analysis of the Value. With reference to the Recommendation on the Conservation of the Historic Urban Landscape, the contribution intends to propose a methodological reflection on the values that are the basis of the definition of Heritage. Values that are necessary to know in detail to implement a sustainable conservation of monuments and cities
