France plays an important role as a center of high culture, classic and modern arts in the world. Accordingto JNTO( Japan National Tourism Organization) reported, France was ranked as the first tourist in the worldwith 74 million foreign tourists in 2009, the Second was America /2009 year 54,9 million people). MostJapanese visited France as tourist with art interesting, especially the music and concert. However, there is littlepublished information on the brief introduction to the French public policy on music. Currently, more researcherhave gradually increasing their study focusing on the abundant cultural France. In order to givemore information about France culture for the cultural policy in modern Japan, My study aim is to set outsignificant elements on culture which has been such an important feature of modern French intellectual life.My primary focuses on the music field of France, especially the public policy of" Musiques Actuelles" whichinclude its background, history, and development.

I have tried in this paper, first, to describe main trends of present-day American moral philosophy and, second, to give a list of the important books and articles written by those philosophers who are representatives of the trends. I adopt the categories which are coined by Professor William K. Frankena of the University of Michigan and are ordinarily made use of in American philosophy: normative ethics and meta-ethics. Meta-ethics is still further subdivided into four: ethical naturalism, anti-descriptivism, intuitionism, and others. The list of books and articles follows the order of the categories mentioned above. I choose the books which are the most important and are very often debated by many philosophers in the field of normative ethics and meta-ethics, and the articles which I find important in the following magazines from 1930 to January 1962:- Ethics, Journal of Philosophy, Mind, Philosophical Quarterly, Philosophical Review, Philosophical Studies, Philosophy and Phenomenological Research.

従来高い成果を上げるプロジェクトマネージャに関しては個人のスキルや能力に焦点があてられてきた.しかし,複雑で大規模のプロジェクトを成功に導くには既有知識やスキルの適用ではなく,状況から学び状況に埋め込まれた知を活用した新たな適応行為の創出が不可欠である.この行為は所有知の適用と区別されノウイング実践として知られる.本研究では,複雑なプロジェクトを任せることのできる手腕の高いPMと複雑さがそれほど高くないプロジェクトを任せることのできるPMの差の解明と理解をめざして,ノウイング実践の観点から,両群の実践行為の差を明らかにするための調査を行った.

近年技術経営の必要性が叫ばれている。技術系バックグラウンドを持つ人材に対しての経営戦略立案能力の育成が要請されており、経済産業省や文部科学省が助成金などを通じて、その育成及び普及に力を注いでいる。それに伴い、首都圏の国立大学、私立大学を中心として教育手法の確立や、ケース教材の開発などが活発に行なわている。しかしながら同様のことを地方で展開しようとすると、指導できる人材が少ないとか、教材テーマが地域企業とかけ離れ、身近な感覚をもてないなど、環境の不一致が日立つ。そこで、地域版育成プログラム普及のアプローチとして、地域企業をテーマとした教材開発に取り組み、情報系企業のテクノウイング(株)による「ポイントカードを利用したCRM事業展開戦略」とセラミックス製造の(株)日本セラテックによる「最先端加工技術による顧客ニーズ対応型セラミックス事業戦略」について紹介する。

Gを非初等的Klein群とするとき、次の結果を得た。(1),Gの要素Xが0<1【trace^2】×-41=S<So=2(-1+【√!2】)のとき、Xの軸、g(X)はCollar Nk(s)(X)をもち、その大きさは、【sinh^2】k(S)=【S^(-1)】【(1-S)^(1/2)】-1/2である。(2),X,YはともにGの要素で、XとYで生成される群が非初等的であるとする。また、0<1【trace^2】×-41,1【trace^2】Y-41<So,とするとき、XとYのそれぞれのCollarが互いに素になるようにとれる。(3),JΦrgensenの不等式で等号を与える群を調べた。またその中のある群は(1)で評価されたCollarの大きさの式に対して、漸近的に精密な例を示すことを証明した。(4),(1)における仮定を省くと、Gの要素でCollarをもたないものも存在することを示した。(5),Waterman は任意のKlein群の基本多面体の中に、群に依存しない絶対定数を半経にもつ球がとれることを示した。これを受けて、Collarが存在すればこの意味の球がとれることを示し、この逆は成立しないことを具体例で示した。

先天的に掌蹠の過角化をきたす遺伝性掌蹠角化症は数多くあり,その原因遺伝子がいまだ不明なものや遺伝子異常から掌蹠の過角化至る機序が不明のものも少なくない.近年, 申請者のグループは遺伝性掌蹠角化症の研究を精力的に行ってきた。オルムステット病は,脱毛,口囲や肛囲の角化性紅斑,激痒を特徴する遺伝性掌蹠角化症であり,Ca2+チャネルであるTRPV3遺伝子の異常で発症することが解明された.今回の研究では, 遺伝性掌蹠角化症の遺伝子変異の解析を行い, 本症の角化機構との比較を行った。さらに, モデルマウスのおけるTRPV3の機能解析と症状の検討も行った。

An experimental study on the heat transfer coefficient and critical heat flux in two-phase double-tube thermosyphons was carried out using water, ethanol and R113 as the working liquids. The same experiment for a single-tube thermosyphon was also performed for comparison. The effects of the top-end shape of inner tubes on the heat transfer coefficient and the critical heat flux were investigated in detail. As a result, it was shown that the heat transfer coefficient was not significantly affected by the difference of the top-end shape, but the critical heat flux was very sensitive to the top-end shape of the inner tubes. For R113, the critical heat flux in the thermosyphon with the inner tube having a T- or flange-shape top-end, was about four times as large as that in the single-tube thermosyphon.
