2018年10月号の特集タイトルは「オープン化の新たな視座」です。主に学術雑誌論文を対象としてきたオープンアクセスに加え,近年は研究データのオープン化も議論の対象となり,オープンサイエンスへと広がりを見せています。また,行政資料や行政の持つデータのオープン化は,国か地方公共団体かを問わず進められています。企業においては,これらのオープンになった情報を活用するだけにとどまらず,自らが持つデータをオープンにすることで,イノベーションの創出を目指す動きも生まれています。このように,一口に「オープン」と言っても様々な流れがあり,オープン化に対する考えや取り組み方が異なります。多様な視点からオープン化の流れを見つめるべく,本特集では異なる立場の方々からご寄稿いただきました。企業活動の中でオープンデータがどのように活用できるのか,そのメリットと課題について,株式会社日立コンサルティングの岡山将也氏,岩崎一正氏に考察いただきました。研究データのオープン化に関しては,社会科学分野のデータアーカイブである「SSJデータアーカイブ」の取り組みをご紹介いただくとともに,日本の社会科学分野における研究データのオープン化とその課題を,東京大学社会科学研究所の三輪哲先生,佐藤香先生に論じていただきました。行政資料のオープン化がどのように実現されるのかを知る事例として,神奈川県立図書館の白石智彦氏に「神奈川県行政資料アーカイブ」をご紹介いただきました。専門機関におけるオープンアクセスの実態調査を行った事例として,国立研究開発法人国立環境研究所の尾鷲瑞穂氏,野崎久美子氏,張替香織氏,村上章人氏より,同研究所の取り組みをご紹介いただきました。国際的な学術出版社であるシュプリンガー・ネイチャーにおけるオープンサイエンスに対する取り組みを,同社の小林眞代氏よりご紹介いただきました。本特集が,「オープン化」の新たな風を感じる機会となることを願っています。(会誌編集担当委員:光森奈美子(主査),渋谷亮介,寺島久美子,南山泰之)

Recently, wind power generation is increasing in the world. In the wind power stations, induction machines are mostly used as generators. Since induction generators have a stability problem similar to the transient stability of synchronous machines, it is important to analyze the transient stability of power systems including wind generators. Although there have been some reports analyzing the transient stability problem, wind turbine and wind generator are, in most cases, modeled as one mass shaft system having total inertia constant. This paper presents simulation analyses of transient stability of power system including induction generator which is expressed by a two-mass shaft model and analyzes an effect of shaft system modeling on the transient stability characteristics. Simulations are performed by PSCAD/EMTDC in this study.

Zoos are the ideal place for promoting science and environmental education, since they have the possibility of fostering biodiversity awareness and environmental values, which are necessary for global citizens. How should we develop an exhibit that meets the demand of visitors’ interest and arouses their biodiversity awareness reflecting the principles of museum exhibition? This study examined how the aspects of cognitive learning and emotional stimulus were reflected in the audience from the case of the new type of a communicative exhibit that the author developed with her students. As a result, from the aspect of cognitive learning, the exhibition contents showed a strong educational effect. In terms of emotional stimulation, the theme was impressed on the audience as a sad story while gaining favorable evaluation. In addition, it was found that the story of the birth of the zoo’s elephant birth was the result of empathy. This study showed an implication that suggested how to raise biodiversity awareness in public citizens through a zoo exhibition.

本研究の目的は,R.Schumann 作曲《子供の情景》とA.C.Debussy 作曲《子供の領分》の旋律を計量比較し,作曲家ごとの子供らしさの描写の差異を明らかにすることである.本研究では《子供の情景》と《子供の領分》の共通点・相違点を探るために,比較対象として同時期に作曲された両作曲家の作品群を用意した.計77 曲のデータから音高の使用頻度を特徴量として抽出し,線形判別分析を用いて両作曲家の「子供らしさ」の差異を明らかにした.

新規の免疫抑制剤や生物学的製剤の登場により, それまで治療が困難な症例も寛解導入が可能となってきた. 一方で, 未だ有効な治療法がない難治性病態も確かに存在する. 例えば, びまん型全身性強皮症における進行性の皮膚硬化は, 関節可動域の狭小化, さらに進行すると関節の拘縮に至り患者のADLを著しく低下させる. また, 筋炎症状の乏しい皮膚筋炎に合併する間質性肺炎は急速に肺機能を低下させ, 有効な治療法のないこともあり未だに致死率が高い病態である. これら難治性病態に対して血液浄化療法が行われ, 全身性強皮症では血漿交換療法が有効であった症例が報告され, 劇症型の間質性肺炎についてはシクロスポリンとシクロホスファマイドなどの免疫抑制剤にエンドトキシン吸着療法の併用療法が有効であったことが報告され, その治療効果が期待されている. これら疾患以外にも, 血管炎により発症する急速進行性糸球体腎炎では腎機能の廃絶により血液透析に至る率は依然として高い. 今後も難治性膠原病疾患に対して血液浄化療法は有効な治療法の一つと考える.

本研究では,ITベンチャー企業が知育玩具にAR(拡張現実)技術を適用したAR知育玩具について,新規事業を創出すると仮定し,情報収集と調査・分析を通じて事業立案の方策を検討した。AR及び知育玩具の各々の市場が拡大傾向にあること,両者を組合せた場合に相乗効果が見込まれることから,AR知育玩具の有望性が確認された。さらに,トピックモデル分析を用いて,全体を概観するマクロ分析からセミマクロ分析,さらにはミクロ分析へと展開する新たな手法を試みた。また,ブログを対象としたニーズ分析等を行なった。これらの分析から得られた要素をもとに,「積み木を用いたTangible user interface型の幼児向け英語学習玩具」を提案した。

A detailed review is made for the mechanism of reduction sensitization. Experimental results with regard to it are summarized, that is, it increases both surface and internal sensitivity, does not decrease photoconductivity, and depresses low intensity reciprocity failure, action of it does not compete sulfur sensitization or phenosafranine, and its specks are destroyed by exposure. They seem to suggest that reduction sensitization specks act as hole traps. It is also shown that opposite phenomena exist especially at high level of sensitization, that is, decrease of internal sensitivity and photoconductivity. Presence of two kinds of reduction sensitization specks, acting as electron traps and hole traps, is considered. Discussions about a difference between them are introduces. One hypothesis for the difference is the size and the other is the electric charge. At the former, small specks are hole traps and large specks are electron traps. At the latter, positively charged specks are electron traps and negatively charged or neutral specks are hole traps. It is suggested that at small specks difference of charge determines those properties but at large specks this difference does not become important and they mainly act as electron traps. It is also emphasized that hole trapping and halogen accepting are different action and the destruction of reduction sensitization specks by exposure is a phenomenon of solarization.

「高齢者」をテーマとして,新規課題抽出の手法および経営者向け商品開発提案の手法を提案した。本手法の狙いは,特許と非特許情報の件数対比によって未開拓市場(ブルーオーシャン)における課題を見つけることである。「特許件数が少なく非特許文献が多い分野は,社会的関心が高い分野でありながら開発が未成熟なブルーオーシャンに属する」という考えに基づき検討を行った。抽出された新規課題に基づく商品開発提案では,「①顧客,②顧客ニーズ,③目標売価,④市場規模,⑤参入障壁構築」に基づいて検討されるべきであり,その方針のもと,歩行補助装置を事例として取り上げ,商品開発提案のフォーマット化を試みた。

Water is a mother liquid of life. To understand why water is indispensable to life, I have been investigating the structures and interactions at protein-water interface, i.e. the hydration structures of proteins, by cryogenic X-ray crystallography and molecular dynamics simulation. Through developing devices and experimental techniques in cryogenic X-ray diffraction experiments, I realized that cryogenic X-ray crystallography is one of techniques effectively observe hydration structures of proteins surface. In addition, the author developed a novel calculation codes to characterize systematically hydration structures of the protein structures determined at around 100 K, as to the amount of water molecules, the hydrogen-bond geometries, the local and the global distribution of them on the surface of proteins. The standard tetrahedral hydrogen bonds of water molecules in bulk water were retained in the hydration structures and contributed to extend three-dimensional network of hydrogen bonds among hydration water molecules and oxygen and nitrogen atoms of protein surface. In cryo-crystallography of multi-subunit or multi-domain proteins, the reorganization of hydration structure occurred with the dynamical motions of proteins. In that, water molecules act as inhibitors for protein motions, glue to stabilize the higher-order structures or lubricant to realize conformational changes by utilizing its tetrahedral arms of hydrogen bonds. Thus, hydration water molecules must have great influences on the dynamics and functions of proteins in aqueous solution.

これまで精神分析は,社会批判のための有力な理論装置として社会学に導入されてきた.しかし現在,社会の心理学化や心理学主義に対する批判的論調が強まる中で,心理学の1つである精神分析も,その有効性およびイデオロギー性に対する再審要求にさらされている.それに対し本稿は,批判理論における精神分析受容を再構成することによって,社会批判に対し精神分析がもつ可能性を明らかにすることをめざす.一方,現代社会学では個人化論や新しい個人主義に関する議論に注目が集まっている.しかしその場合,個人の内部で働く心理的メカニズムや,それに対する批判的分析の方法については必ずしも明らかにされていない.そうした中で,受容史という一種の歴史的アプローチをとる本稿は,精神分析に対する再審要求に応えつつ,また社会と個人の緊張関係に留意しつつ,個人の側から社会批判を展開する精神分析の可能性を具体的な歴史的過程の中で展望することを可能にする.具体的に批判理論の精神分析受容時期は,1930年代のナチズム台頭期(個人の危機),50年代,60年代以降の大衆社会状況(個人の終焉),90年代から2000年代以降のネオリベラリズムの時代(新しい個人主義)という3つに分けられるが,本稿もこの分類にしたがって精神分析の批判的潜勢力を明らかにしていく.その際,とくにA. ホネットの対象関係論による精神分析の刷新とその成果に注目する.
