In recent year, autonomous vehicles have been developed worldwide. ROS, which is a middleware suitable for the development of a self-driving system, is rarely used in the automotive industry. MATLAB/Simulink, which is a development software suitable for Model-based development, is usually utilized. To integrate a program created with MATLAB/Simulink into a ROS-based self-driving system, it is necessary to convert the program into C++ code and adapt to the network of the ROS-based self-driving system, which makes development inefficient. We used Autoware as ROS-based self-driving system and provided a framework which realizes co-simulation between Autoware and MATLAB/Simulink (CoSAM). CoSAM enables developers to integrate the program created with MATLAB/Simulink into the ROS-based self-driving system without converting into C++ code. Therefore, CoSAM makes the development of the self-driving system easy and efficient. Furthermore, our evaluations of the proposed framework demonstrated its practical potential.

The aims of this article are to review the studies about today's "lads" in Western countries and get some suggestion for youth studies in Japan. After the publication of Learning to Labour by P. Willis, many researchers have studied about lads who are nonacademic, school-disaffeted white working class boys seeking to traditional masculinity of working class. However, by increasing of "feminized work" in recent structural change of economy, disappearance of traditional class cooperativity and development of individualisation, lads have had many difficulties to get working class jobs and transition to society. This leads to the question how today's lads seek to transition from "boyz to men." According to the earlier studies, they try to become working class men through the practice or restructuring of traditional subculture of regional working class in new circumstances instead of getting working class jobs. This implication needs us to reveal the meaning of transition from school to job or from "boyz to men" with diversity of each youth and social, economical and cultural context where they live. Then, the perspectives to practice of subculture are very useful to apprehend organically reflexivity, community and identity of youth.

<b>目的</b> 全国の薬局,薬店で喫煙者の鎮咳,去痰剤として販売されている紙巻きたばこ型薬用吸煙剤(ネオシーダー,製造:アンターク本舗,千葉県,以下 NC と表す)の医薬品としての妥当性を,製品のニコチン含有量と,これを試行した者および連用者の尿中コチニン量から評価検討した。<br/><b>方法 1</b> NC および,コントロールとしてマイルドセブンエクストラライト(以下 MSE と表す),マイルドセブンスーパーライト(以下 MSS と表す),セブンスター(以下 SS と表す)の葉0.25 g を蒸留水10 m<i>l</i>で 5 分間振とうし,遠心分離後に抽出液を発色反応させ,高速液体クロマトグラフィーで分析した。<br/><b>方法 2</b> 喫煙中であった32歳医師を被験者とし自記式問診とともに,禁煙時,NC 使用時,禁煙継続かつ NC 不使用時の 3 点で尿中コチニン量を測定した。<br/><b>方法 3</b> 外来患者の中でタバコの代替物として NC を継続使用していた 2 人の連用者を見出し,自記式問診と採尿を実施し,尿中コチニン量を測定した。<br/><b>成績 1</b> 製品 3 cm(実際の 1 本当たり消費量)当たりの平均ニコチン含有量は,NC; 0.79 mg (n=6), MSE; 5.04 mg (n=2), MSS; 4.91 mg (n=2), SS; 5.55 mg (n=2)。<br/><b>成績 2</b> 被験者の喫煙中の Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence は 3 点。禁煙の開始から最終回の採尿までの期間の受動喫煙はなし。尿中コチニン量は,禁煙開始 7 日目10.0 ng/m<i>l</i>。NC を 3 日間で17本使用後47.2 ng/m<i>l</i>,禁煙継続かつ NC 不使用 3 日目8.4 ng/m<i>l</i>。<br/><b>成績 3</b> 53歳男性:喫煙当時の FTND は 6 点。調査期間中の受動喫煙はなし。NC を 1 日平均40本連用中の尿中コチニン量は937 ng/m<i>l</i>。75歳女性:喫煙当時の FTND は 7 点。NC を 1 日27本連用中の尿中コチニン量は2724 ng/m<i>l</i>。NC 中止96時間後では27.7 ng/m<i>l</i>。<br/><b>結論</b> NC は非麻薬性で習慣性がみられないと説明されているものの,ニコチンを含有していること,使用により本剤に含有するニコチンが体内に移行することがわかった。また,本剤の使用によってニコチンへの依存性が生じ,長期連用を引き起こしていたとみられる 2 例を報告した。

Six healthy male students who have a habitual inhalation of tobacco smoke were subjected in the present study. The skin temperature, systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels and heart rate were measured to grasp acute effects of smoking after exercise and eating in 1980. The results obtained from the experiments are as follows: (1) The finger skin temperature decreased by smoking cigarettes 'Seven Star'. This decrease was observed from the first cigarette. (2) Systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels and heart rate increased after smoking and exercise, respectively. (3) The increase of heart rate was observed further by smoking after exercise than only by exercise. On the other hand, systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels did not increase just after exercise, but the recovery time to control period level was prolonged as compared with merely exercise. (4) After eating, the decreases of finger skin temperature and diastolic blood pressure level were observed, while the increases were observed among systolic blood pressure level and heart rate, respectively. (5) By the smoking after eating, the decreases of finger skin temperature and diastolic blood pressure level were observed further, while the increases were observed among the systolic blood pressure level and heart rate. The recovery time to control period level among every index, was prolonged.指先の皮膚温,収縮期および拡張期血圧,心拍数を指標にして,運動後,摂食後の喫煙による急性影響を把握することを目的として,喫煙習慣を持つ健康な大学生6名を対象にして, 1980年9月~10月に実験を行い,以下のような成績を得た。(1)セブンスターを喫煙することによって指先の皮膚温は低下し,1本目から低下が観察された。(2)喫煙後ならびに運動後の収縮期および拡張期血圧,心拍数は増加した。(3)運動後の喫煙によって,心拍数は運動直後よりもさらに増加した。収縮期および拡張期血圧は運動後の喫煙によっては上昇はみられなかったが,運動だけの時より安静時レベルヘの回復が遅れた。(4)摂食後の指先の皮膚温および拡張期血圧は低下し,収縮期血圧および心拍数は増加した。(5)摂食後の喫煙によって指先の皮膚温および拡張期血圧は,摂食後よりさらに低下し,収縮期血圧ならびに心拍数はさらに増加し,安静時レベルヘの回復が遅れた。

Beraprost sodium (BPS) is often used for pediatric patients with pulmonary hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the expiration date of the powdered medicine prepared by grinding tablets. In the present study, the hygroscopicity and stability of the beraprost tablet (DORNER® tablet), ground Dorner tablet and powder formulation (Doener powder) consisting of the ground DORNER® tablet and lactose (EFC® lactose) were investigated after storage at various relative humidities (RHs) and light exposures. While the DORNER® tablets and ground DORNER® tablets were found to adsorb significant amounts of water vapor at an RHs of greater than 51.0%, Dorner powder scarcely adsorbed water. The stability of BPS in the Dorner powder decreased after storage under 3000 lux for 90 days. From these results, the expiration date and storage conditions of Dorner powder were determined to “90 days without exposure to light.” We also investigated the stability of BPS in solutions of various pH values on the assumption that Dorner powder may be given to pediatric patients after dissolving in soft drinks. Because BPS degraded significantly below pH 2, pharmacists should alert patients not to take Dorner powder with acidic soft drinks.

本研究では、動物集団がしばしば示す同期的行動として、干潟で高密度に群生する短尾甲殻類チゴガニのウェービング(オスがハサミを繰り返し振上げる求愛行動)に注目した。近隣個体間におけるウェービング同期のメカニズムを明らかにするために、任意のタイミングで動作可能なウェービング模倣ロボットを開発し、実験室内でカニの行動とロボットの動作との時間的関係を調べた。個々のカニは対面するロボットに対して先行するようにウェービングを行うこと、カニ集団中におけるロボットの稼働はウェービングの同期の程度を変容させることを明らかにした。さらにウェービング遂行中のカニのハサミ運動筋から電気活動を記録することに成功した。

目的 東京都内に通学する男子高校生の被服行動が、ライフスタイルや勉学、アルバイト、友人関係などとどのような関連性があるかを明らかにする。方法 東京都内男女高校生1093名のうち、男子高校生251名について一般的ライフスタイル項目26項目の5段階評定尺度値を因子分析した。得られた因子得点をもとにクラスター分析し、男子高校生を6グループに類型化した。次に各グループの特徴を把握したうえで、彼らの衣生活スタイル上の意識や行動との関わりをクロス集計で検討した。結果 ライフスタイル項目を因子分析した結果、「独自・新規性」、「友人関係」、「安易・快楽性」、「風潮同調性」、「男女平等意識」、「マニアック性」、「健全志向」の7因子が抽出された。因子得点をもとにしたタイプ分けでは、1「友人重視・流行追随・低モラルタイプ」(10.7%)、2「男女平等・堅実タイプ」(15.9%)、3「楽して一流願望タイプ」(22.7%)、4「人間関係協調タイプ」(34.3%)、5「ゴーイングマイウェイタイプ」(9.0%)、6「出世願望リーダー志向タイプ」(7.3%)の6つに分類された。被服行動との関連性をみると、ファションに興味や自信を持っている1のタイプは、友人関係には満足だが、校則を厳しいと感じ、勉強は卒業するため、小遣いの額には不満、アルバイトをしている。ファション行動が控えめな2のタイプは、モラルに厳しく、小遣いの額もまあ満足している。ファッションに興味関心が無い5のタイプは、学校生活や友人関係に不満を持ち、校則をゆるいとし、アルバイトの経験は少ない。ファッションへの関心はややあり、髪を染めたことも多い6のタイプは、勉学の目的は知識を増やすためとし、アルバイト経験も多かった。

本論の目的は、小学校における多文化共生教育の現状と課題を提示しつつ、理論的アプローチや社会実験を通じて、異なる言語的・文化的背景を持つ児童同士の相互理解を促進するための教育モデルを考案することである。筆者は、この「他者受容力」を育成していく教育プログラムとして「見立て遊び」を独自に考案し、実践した。検証作業を通じて、「他者受容力」を育成できる、より効果的で持続的な多文化共生教育プログラムのさらなる可能性を展望して結論とした。

毎年行われる全国ツアーでは1000人規模の会場を各地で満員にする、個性派ダンス集団「コンドルズ」。主宰者の近藤良平さんは公演の傍ら、振付家としてテレビ番組や大学などでの講義に飛び回っている。そこで目にしたのはビジネスパーソンや若者たちの「生身のコミュニケーション不足」だったという。
