近年東京圏を始めとする都市部の待機児童問題が社会問題となり、政府は子ども子育て支援制度を施策として掲げ、企業立の保育業界への参入を促進やこども園への移行推進等を実施してきた。その結果、地方から都市部への学生の流出が加速し、地方での保育士不足が深刻化している。保育士養成校である本学においても、地元に十分に保育者を供給できない状況が恒常化し始めている。今年度12月現在で、都市部の事業所から内定を得た学生の率は過去最高に迫っている。しかしその副産物として保育士の雇用条件、賃金、正規雇用率などは、緩やかではあるが改善しつつあり、内定の早期化も急激に進んでいる。

Abstract In this paper, we review the literature regarding the education of autistic children, summarize information obtained from an inspection of educational facilities for autistic children in the United States, and point out possible problems in the treatment of autistic children. Various educational programs for autistic children, including ABA(Applied Behavior Analysis), TEACCH(Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication handicapped Children), and DIR(The Developmental, Individual Difference, Relationship-Based model), were developed in America, and that they are effective has been confirmed. For children aged 3-21 with disabilities, the federal government provides appropriate public education free of charge, as is guaranteed in the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. However, parents of autistic children are required to have specialized knowledge about their child's disabilities and rehabilitation, and to have the ability to effectively take advantage of social resources. We also consider the question of whether too much emphasis is placed on educational programs tailored to individual students at the expense of the possible beneficial effects of mass education.

Using Ergonomics method, the writer attempt to examine the dynamic aspect of mental Strain of Navigators during sea navigation watch. The results are as follows: 1. Physical and mental reaction of Navigators are caused by following stimuli, for example, searching L't Ho, . alternation course and existence of other vessels. 2. Pattern of P.G.R. shows extreme difference between open sea and narrow channel, skilled and unskilled, approaching pier and sea going. 3. C.T.G. rate, in good triffic condition, shows regular fluctuation, but in traffic convergency or risk of collision shows acceleration.

This paper proposes analysis a dead-time error voltage compensation method with a disturbance observer for vector control, and analyses the proposed method. The dead-time compensation is very important to improve performances in the low speed region. The proposed compensation method is composed in the d-q rotational frame with the disturbance observer. As a result, a disturbance transmission characteristic becomes same as a high-pass filter. Then a stability of the proposed controller is hardly affected by controller parameters. In this paper, the validity of analysis is confirmed by experimental results under some conditions. The experimental results are similar to analyzed characteristics and indicate a validity of the analysis results.

金融機関の顧客などをターゲットとし,巧みな文言をちりばめたメールで偽サイトに被害者を誘導し,クレジットカード番号や口座番号,暗証番号などを盗み取るフィッシング詐欺が日本でも発生し始めている.本論文では,フィッシング詐欺について典型例を示し,法的・技術的観点からその現状を議論した.日本の現行刑法においては,有体物ではない``情報''をだまし取られたことに対して詐欺罪は適用されず,フィッシング詐欺の被害者を救済することは困難であることを示す.また,技術的に洗練度を増すフィッシング詐欺に対して,代表的な対策である,サーバ証明方式およびブラックリスト方式について説明し,その課題について議論する.Phishing is a network fraud to theft important personal data such as credit card number, password or social security number etc. In this paper, we discuss about the phishing in the law and technical point of view. Since the existing criminal law could not punish the information theft, it is difficult to relieve a victim of phishing fraud. On th other hand, we discuss about some anti-phishing solutions such as server certificate and URL black list approaches.

現代憲法では,「法の下の平等」原則は,法律を執行し適用する行政権及び司法権を拘束するだけでなく,法の内容における平等すなわち立法権をも拘束する原則であると理解されている。ところが,中国では「法の下の平等」原則は,法律を執行し適用する国家機関が市民を差別してはならないという,法の適用における平等を意味すると解釈され,法の内容における平等が否定されてきた。しかし,法の内容に不平等な取扱いを規定していれば,例えば都市と農村では代表定数配分において極端に不平等な規定をおく選挙法などをいかに平等に適用しても,平等の保障は実現されず,通説的見解はむしろ市民の権利保障を阻害する機能を持っている。「法の下の平等」は法の内容における平等も意味すると主張する論者が現れ,通説を批判する議論が高まっている。

こどもコミュニティセンターでは、親子のひろば「ぽっけ」の参加者である親子を対象に、学生による保育付きのプログラムを実施してきた。今回、新たに親子それぞれが並行してプログラムに参加する親子並行プログラムを実施した。親プログラムは、名称を「My Own Time~わたしの時間~」とし、参加者である母親にひとときの子どもと離れた自由時間を提供する内容とした。子どもプログラムは名称を「おにいさんおねえさんと遊べるタイム」とし、親から離れて1人で学生と一緒に遊ぶ内容とした。終了後のアンケートでは、親プログラムは気持ちがリフレッシュし、子どもへの気持ちを再確認できる機会となり、子どもはプログラムへの参加が社会的経験となり、親子で共に成長する機会となった等の感想が得られた。アンケートの内容、子どもプログラムの観察と学生への聞き取り、その後の親子の様子から、プログラムの内容について考察し、大学でプログラムを行うことの意義を検討する。At the Child Community Center, the programs for parents with childcare by college students have been held since it was found. This time new programs were conducted as parents and children could join separately in the different programs at the same time. The name of the programs for the parents was "My Own Time", designed for giving them two-hours free time away from their children. Another program for children was called "Playing with Big Brothers and Sisters" which was planned for enabling the children to play with college students in the drop-in"Pokke" as they were separated from their parents. According to the results of the questionnaires, parents gained a relaxation time and found an opportunity to rediscover how they love their children. Consequently, the programs have supported the growth of both parents and children. We will examine the meanings of these programs by analyzing the results of the questionnaires, observing the children' program, listening to the students voices, and investigating continually to the relationship between parents and children.

真皮膠原線維の代謝回転が早いためと考えられる皮膚脆弱症をもつ11歳齢ホルスタイン雌ウシ(Cow1)の橈骨骨幹の横断切片を用いて, 形態学的および物理化学的な検索を行った. 巨大なCow1は成長の安定した5-6.5歳齢の正常雌ウシの約1.5倍の体重を示した. その骨試料を正常な12歳齢雌ウシ(Cow2)と比較した. 今まで, 若いウシやある草食恐竜の長骨骨幹は, 付加的に形成される同心円状の葉状骨(laminar bone)からなり, また, このような葉状骨は成長の早い家畜や大型犬の成長期の骨に特徴的に見られると報告されている. Cow1とCow2の骨量はほぼ同じであったが, Cow1はCow2と比べて外層1/2で少数の骨単位しかもたず, 全層ではCow2と1歳齢の去勢雄ウシの中間型を示した. Cow1とCow2の間に, CaとP量, Vickers硬さに有意差は認められなかった. しかし, Cow1の骨の膠原細線維は不均一な直径と乱れた配列を示した. このことから, 既に報告された皮膚脆弱症の真皮と骨の膠原細線維の形成に何らかの相関性のあることが推察された. 葉状骨の残存量からは, 11歳齢のCow1はおそらく最近まで成長しており, その結果として, ある草食恐竜の様に巨大化したと考えられた.

A logarithmic profile is an essentially optimal geometry for rolling machine elements such as bearing rollers and raceways. Under most conditions of loading, it yields less stresses to give longer endurance. Lundberg first suggested the basic profile, and some researchers followed him by modifying it to suit engineering requirements. The authors also proposed a mathematical optimization method for various profiles including a logarithmic one in roller bearing applications. In this paper, rolling contact fatigue life tests are carried out to make a comparison of logarithmic, standard partially crowned and modified partially crowned rollers when they are applied to cylindrical roller bearings. Results show that the logarithmic and modified partially crowned rollers are comparable in fatigue life, and outlast the standard partially crowed rollers if they are fully lubricated. On the other hand, under poor lubrication, the logarithmic rollers are found to yield outstanding fatigue life over the modified partially crowned ones.
