目的:ソーシャルキャピタルを活用した介護予防の取り組みの在り方の参考のためにソーシャルキャピタルを活用した介護予防に関する文献レビューをした。対象:CiNii を用いて「介護予防」「ソーシャルキャピタル」を検索語として抽出された18文献を対象とした。方法:「タイトル」「発行年」「どのような主体を対象としているか」「研究概要」「結果」「ソーシャルキャピタル(SC)についての言及」を横軸としたレビューマトリックスを作成した。結果:「発行年ごとの文献数」「対象とする主体」「文献内容」「ソーシャルキャピタル(SC)についての言及」に着目し、整理をした。考察・結論:多様な実践が紹介されており、今後さらに多職種が連携した実践が増加することが予想された。

元荒川とその周辺の田圃、用水などはかつて川魚資源の宝庫であった。そこから捕獲された淡水魚介類は人々の食生活を彩る食材であった。その食材は伝承された加工・調理によって食卓を賑わしてきた。同時に元荒川沿いに点在する川魚料理店には、元荒川とその周辺で取られていた淡水魚介類が持ち込まれ、おなじく活用されてきた。 本稿では、元荒川沿いでいまも川魚料理店として営業をしている小島家 (岩槻区大戸) 、鮒又 (岩槻区本町) を採訪し、献立として提供している川魚料理を調理依頼し、一品ずつの味つけなどについて伺い、 「元荒川沿いの川魚料理店の現在」 を確認し、提供された川魚料理を賞味、併せて料理人から直接の解説をいただき、それを記録した。同時に淡水魚介類を県内、都内に卸している川魚卸問屋 「鯉平」 を訪ね、現在の川魚料理店への卸状況を紹介した。 川魚料理店では地元の川から種類によっては食材を得ていた時代はかつてあったが、現在は、きわめて限定されたものになっている。鰻はもとより、鯉、なまず、すっぽん、どじょうに至るまで養殖技術が進化したこと、輸入も可能になったこと、活魚の運搬範囲の拡大とスピード化が実現してきたことにより、食材が安定供給されていることがわかった。同時に、川魚料理店は、かつてのように鯉、鮒、鯰、どじょうといった川魚料理の調理機会が激減し、〈鰻一辺倒〉 に近いような献立に変更していったことが判明した。併せて、元荒川からの淡水魚供給はきわめて限定されていることが判明した。

The purpose of this study is to explain how the lifestyle of residents in a traditional fishing village in the Awaji island affects landscape. I examined the structure and features of the landscape, and the differences in evaluation on the landscape between the residents in this area and people living outside the island. The method used in this study was questionnaires. I also asked about the background of culture and lifestyle at the interview in this area, being surrounded by the mountains and the sea, this area is densely populated in the very narrow strip. Many narrow alleys are splendid from the harbor to the mountain. Between the alleys we can see the sea, and the mountain at many points. Besides, we can see various components of the landscape including fishing, boats at the same time. The residents don’t place importance on the surrounding landscape that forms residents’ usual life. That means people don’t evaluate on familiar places as appealing. During the hearing survey there, I found out residents’ life in this village. By keeping a traditional community like this village for such a long time through fishing rich landscape and scenery would have been kept by keeping the historical lifestyle.

In this paper, I look into the scholastic background of Descartes's physics, and try to make it clear where his theory of causation stands when viewed in relation to the tradition of the scholastic theory of causation. In section 1, I give an outline of the scholastic theory of causation based on Disputationes Metaphysicae (1597), written by Francisco Suarez (1548-1617), a leading figure of the early modern Spanish scholasticism. In the middle ages, there were three rival views on the relationship between God and created things as efficient causes. They are occasionalism held by Islamic theologians, and concurrentism and conservationism held by scholastic Aristotelians. Occasionalism denies created thigs efficient causation and admits God as the only true cause. By contrast, both concurrentism and conservationism allow causation not only to God but also to created things. Conservationism differs from concurrentism in that the former does not hold, as the latter does, that God concurs with created things when they operate as efficient causes, and restricts the actions of God as an efficient cause to the creation of things and the conservation of the things created. In section 2, I give a brief account of Descartes's physics based mainly on Principia Philosophiae (1644), and take up the issue whether his theory of causation is to be interpreted as occasionalism, concurrentism, or conservationism. Scholastic Aristotelians made a distinction between God, which is the primary, universal cause, and created things, which are particular, secondary causes. Descartes also holds that God is the universal, primary cause. But it is the laws of nature and not created things that he regards as particular, secondary causes. Paying attention to this characterization of laws as particular, secondary causes, and its position between God and created things, I argue that Descartes, though retaining an element of cocurrentism or conservationism, advances toward occasionalism, which is going to be held by his followers such as Nicolas Malebranche.

実験室(鹿児島大学)及び奄美大島でミキを調製し,並びに市販のミキを購入した。それらのミキ中の乳酸菌を16SリボゾームDNA解析により同定した。実験室で調製したミキ中の乳酸菌を30種同定したが,全てLactococcus lactis subsp. lactisと同定された。しかし,奄美大島で調製したミキ中の乳酸菌(6種を同定)は実験室由来のものとは異なり,Leuconostoc lactis(3/6), Leuconostoc citreum(2/6)及び Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis(1/6)であった。また,市販のミキ中の乳酸菌(6種を同定)はLeuconostoc citreum(5/6)及びLeuconostoc mesenteroides(1/6)であった。これらの結果は,ミキ中の乳酸菌は原料サツマイモや環境の違いによって異なることを示しているが,詳細な調査は今後の課題である。Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactisはナイシンの生産菌として知られているが,ミキ中のLactococcus lactis subsp. lactisもナイシンを生産した。ミキ中のバクテリアには乳酸菌の他に好気性菌も存在するが,ミキ培養の後半には好気性菌(CaCO3プレート上でのハロー非形成菌)の存在はなくなり,乳酸菌3(ハロー形成菌)だけでフローラを形成した。乳酸菌のスターターを使用することにより,ミキ初期の好気性菌の存在を大幅に低減した。スターターの使用は,ミキを安定的に製造する上で重要であると判断した。

When the 2011 Great East Japan earthquake and tsunami occurred, Natori city was severely destroyed and human loss reached almost 900. The author conducted questionnaire survey on evacuation in the city and collected 324 cases. This study examined statistical data of human casualty and analyzed the questionnaire data to clarify affecting factors for evacuation. The findings are as follows. Considering day time population, fatality rate distribution vs age groups is estimated. As for travel means, automobiles share majority of 65% and traffic jam became severer due to delay. Evacuation in the 2010 Chile Tsunami affected the success of the 3.11 evacuation. Behaviors of going back home and moving from one evacuation place to the other are dangerous in flat plain topography.

要約 62歳,男性.賞味期限切れの納豆を摂取し,蕁麻疹と血圧低下を生じた.大豆製品を日常的に摂取し問題ないこと,クラゲ刺傷の既往があったことから,クラゲ刺傷によって生じた納豆アレルギーを疑った.クラゲ刺傷によってポリガンマグルタミン酸(poly-gamma-glutamic acid:PGA)に感作されるが,納豆の粘稠物質にもPGAが含まれており,このPGAは納豆の発酵過程で経時的に増加すると考えられている.そこで賞味期限内および賞味期限切れの納豆,納豆の粘稠物質,大豆の水煮,ミズクラゲ,PGAを用いてプリックテストを施行した.賞味期限切れの納豆,納豆の粘稠物質,PGAで陽性であり,PGAによるアナフィラキシーショックと診断した.PGAは医薬品で使用されるほか,食品や化粧品等広い分野で使用されているため,原因不明のアナフィラキシーでまず疑うことが大切であり,クラゲ刺傷の既往や詳細な食事歴の聴取が重要である.

先行感染を伴い,両側側頭葉に出血を伴う髄膜脳炎を呈し,同時に脊髄病変を認めた急性散在性脳脊髄炎(acute disseminated encephalomyelitis,ADEM)の男性例.出血を伴う激症型ADEMでは予後不良であることが知られているが,本例は発症早期よりステロイド治療を行い良好な経過をとった稀なケースであると考えられる.

目的 : 本研究は, 地域在住の高齢者において聴力低下および聴力の左右差が精神活動と社会的交流に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的とする. 方法 : 日常生活が自立している高齢者56人を対象に聴力測定と質問紙調査を実施し, (1) 聴力低下レベルで3群に分類, (2) 聴力の左右差の有無で2群に分類した. 各群に対し, 精神活動と社会的交流に関する項目について群間比較を行った. 結果 : (1) 聴力と精神活動との間に直接的関連は見出せなかったが, 聴力低下が中等度以上の群は他者との交流を避ける傾向があり, 閉じこもりの危険要因となる可能性が示された. (2) 聴力の左右差がある者は孤独感が強まり, うつ傾向となる危険性が見出された. 考察 : 聴力低下や聴力の左右差は, 高齢者の精神活動や社会的交流に影響を及ぼすことが明らかにされた. うつ, 閉じこもりはいずれも介護予防事業施策の対象であり, 聴力低下の実態を主観的および客観的評価の両面から把握する必要がある.
