This study aims to grasp the situation and the application to the Twilight school. It is one of the children's outside school clubs. We made an questionnaire to the present activities, using conditions of the facilities. Then as a result, we get following: (1) The Twilight school is effective and is excellent as the children's outside school clubs. (2) The effective activity depends on the management of the person in charge and the responsibility of him is important. (3) The application to another government becomes possible by that the factor of the person and the factor at the facilities are serviced.

災害発生時に被害状況を把握することは迅速な災害復旧への第一歩です.昨今インターネットではソーシャルネットワークを通じてリアルタイムに災害情報を発信される動きが出てきました.しかし,これら情報にはデマや誤報もあり,また文字情報だけでは言葉の曖昧さや誤字も残されます.本稿では,災害発生時にソーシャルネットワークを通じて発信される写真など視覚情報を元に被害状況を把握する取り組みと,それらを情報共有する災害コミュニケーションの在り方について実例を踏まえて情報共有します.

The aim of this study is to investigate the budgets of public libraries from a financial point of view. We analyzed historical data of nationwide public library budgets. We especially examined it from three aspects, the total budget, funding sources, purposes of budgets. We also used data of local government budgets and budgets for social education to compare the library budgets. The results showed that the trend of local government budgets had strong influence over library budgets. The trend of library budgets bore a striking resemblance to budgets for social education. Capital expenditure of libraries had drastically decreased from late 1990s in line with the burst of economic bubble.

開発した合成心電図法を用い,標準12誘導心電図(St-ECG)から高位右側胸部誘導の波形を求め,Brugada型心電図自動検出に有用であるか検討を行った.対象はBrugada症候群と診断された19症例66件のSt-ECG,V<SUB>1</SUB>~V<SUB>3</SUB>誘導の一肋間上心電図(Hi-ECG),合成心電図法より求めた合成心電図(Syn-ECG)である.Hi-ECGとSyn-ECGではQRS-T部分の相関は0.74以上と高かった.循環器専門医がcoved型(A:J≧0.2mV),saddleback型(B),軽度coved型(C:J≧0.1mV)と判読したのはSt-ECGではそれぞれ29件,24件,0件で,Hi-ECGを加えると47件,19件,0件であった.Brugada型と判読された66件をSt-ECGのみで自動解析すると検出感度は68%(A:24件,B:20件,C:1件),Syn-ECGを加えると検出感度は85%(A:44件,B:11件,C:1件)に向上した.一肋間上の心電図と合成心電図は相関も高く,本法が臨床および検診でBrugada型心電図の自動検出に有用であることを確認した.

かん詰工場で用いている原料食肉に付着する細菌芽胞数を測定した. その結果, Clostridium 属細菌芽胞は大半のものが1個/g以下, Bacillus 属細菌芽胞は10~100個/gであることが分かった. また, 工場において解凍した食肉に付着する Bacillus 属細菌芽胞数は約10倍多かった.これらの Clostridium 属細菌 (140株) の中に毒素を生成するものは認められなかった.

This paper aims to investigate the budget making process of public libraries. The focus is not on the library in isolation, but in relation to various forms of local government level. I interviewed seven library administrators in Saitama Prefecture about factors affecting the budget making process. On the basis of the data collected, I conclude that not only the administrator's negotiation ability and available human network resources affect the allocation of budgets, but also the council, the local administrative chief, the long-term plan, and the level of citizen support each play a significant role in this process.

1990年代の中頃以降,地方分権がに推進されている。2010年代に入ってもその傾向は依然続いている。本稿では,1990年代中頃以降の地方分権および関連する政策(規制緩和,地方分権,行政改革,財政改革など)を整理しながら,公立図書館への影響について明らかにする。特に,公立図書館に関わる制度的変化に着目した。団体自治が強化される中,図書館経営を集権的な自治体経営にいかに位置づけるかが課題となっている。

主として二つの成果があった。一つは、最新の考古学的知見を収集・整理して新人がアフリカを出てユーラシアに拡散した年代や経緯、そしてネアンデルタール人と置き換わっていった過程をできるかぎり詳細に跡づけたことである。もう一つの成果は、脳機能の違いに基づく学習能力差が両者の交替劇につながったのではないかという「学習仮説」を考古学的観点から検証したことである。従来、強調されてきた生得的な能力差だけでなく、歴史的に形成された社会環境の違いが、学習行動ひいては適応能力に大きく作用していた可能性を指摘した。

ヤングアダルトサービスと障害者サービスに従事する公立図書館職員が用いる情報源について,調査・分析した。結果,職員の属性,サービス,県ごとに選択する情報源が異なることがわかった。具体的には,司書資格を持つ職員はそうでない職員と比べ多様な情報源を用い,担当年数が短い職員は人を介した情報源を用いていた。サービスとの関係では,メディア上に情報がなく,相互協力など協力関係の必要性が高いサービスほど,人を介した情報を用いる傾向が見られた。また,県内での研修機会の有無は,選択する情報源に大きな影響を与えることも分かった。

本研究の目的は、熱中症時にみられる血管内皮傷害に対する再生応答を評価し、熱中症モデルにおいて血管内細胞移植(骨髄間質細胞)の有効性を検討することである。熱中症にともない、肺を中心とする多臓器に血管内皮障害、臓器障害が認められた。骨髄間質細胞移植が抗炎症効果、血管内皮保護作用を発揮して生存率を有意に改善し、新たな治療戦略となりうるか検討を加えた。
