本論は,文献に示された「よい看護師」が身に付けているものは何かを明らかにし,徳の倫理に着目した考察を加えることにより,看護基礎教育における倫理教育への示唆を得ることを目的とした。医学中央雑誌Web版で1983年~2017年2月において「よい看護師」のキーワードで検索すると,原著論文9編が抽出された。調査対象は看護師3件,看護学生2件,患者や遺族2件,看護教員1件,教科書の内容変遷1件であった。「よい看護師」が身に付けている倫理の視点として【体験の自省】,【行為と判断の倫理原則】,【徳の倫理】,【公共の善】が形成された。日本で看護教育が始まって以来,教科書には,人としての特質と専門職としての特質,徳の倫理が記されていた。「よい看護師」の育成には,徳の倫理を基礎とした専門職としての知識・技術・態度の育成と倫理原則の育成の重要性が示唆された。

熱帯性の蚊媒介性ウイルスであるウエストナイルウイルス(西ナイルウイルス)が1999年,米国に侵入し現在,北米・中米へと拡大を続けて多くの患者が発生している.本年度はカリフォルニア州でもすでに多くの患者発生が見られ,日本へ侵入する可能性があり警戒が必要である.わが国へ侵入した場合には日本脳炎との鑑別が重要である.

A survey was conducted to assess physical activity, depression, and sense of coherence among early adolescents. This study used a cross-sectional sample of 12,086 students (G5-G9) from 28 public elementary schools and 22 public junior-high-schools in Japan. A total of 9,424 students (G5-G8) were surveyed from December 2013 to December 2015 using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) -short form to measure physical activity (PA), the Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children (DSRSC) for depressive symptoms, and the Sense of Coherence Scale-13-item version (SOC-13). Vigorous PA (VPA) of the G5 boys (4h 20 min) was significantly longer than that of the G5 girls (1h 30min) and the VPA of the junior-high-school students increased significantly compared with that of the elementary-school students. The VPA of the G8 boys reached 6h 30 min, whereas that of the G8 girls approached 3h, which was a significant difference. Additionally, more junior-high-school students participated in sports-club activities than did elementary-school students. The mean DSRS-C score of the G5 girls (10.24±5.73) was significantly higher than that of the G5 boys (9.31±5.31). No other differences by grade, were found among the elementary-school students. The depressive symptoms of the junior-high-school students indicated they had a greater risk for depression than the elementary-school students did. The mean SOC score of the G8 boys (44.58±8.11) was higher (better) than that of the G8 girls (43.46±8.30). Furthermore, the elementary-school students' score on the SOC was higher than that of the juniorhigh-school students; the score tended to decrease as the grade increased.

目元のくすみに悩む女性は多い。その理由としては,女性は日頃のアイメークなどに際し目元を注視する機会が多いことに加え,実際にくすみの程度が大きいことが考えられる。特に上眼瞼は,顔の中でもアイメークやその除去など摩擦や圧迫などの物理刺激に晒されている部位である。われわれは,上眼瞼におけるくすみの発生にはこれらの物理刺激が関与しているのではないかと考えた。そこで本研究では,物理刺激によるメラノサイトの活性化に着目し,上眼瞼のくすみの発生メカニズムを明らかにすることを目的として研究を行った。その結果,3 次元培養ヒト皮膚モデルに対する荷重負荷はメラニン生成を促し,ここに一酸化窒素が関与していることが明らかになった。さらに,一酸化窒素消去作用のある素材を用い,化粧品に配合して有効性評価を行ったところ,上眼瞼におけるくすみ改善作用がみられた一方,頬に対する作用はみられなかった。これらの結果から,上眼瞼のくすみ発生には,日常的に繰り返される物理刺激とそれに伴って生成される一酸化窒素が関与していることが明らかになった。

前年作成した装置は従来のX線CTの検出器を輝尽性蛍光体イメ-ジングプレ-トに置き換えたものであったが今年はさらにイメ-ジングプレ-トを2次元X線検出器として用いた小型実験用X線断層撮影装置を試作し、画像再構成をおこなった。この装置では1ピクセル1mmx1mmで128x128ピクセルでスライス厚さ1mmの連続した画像5スライスを1回のスキャンで得ることができた。これは1ボクセル1mmx1mmx1mm128x128x5ボクセルの画像を1スキャンで得られるということもできよう。また装置の大型化により人乾燥下顎骨の画像再構成が可能となった。特にわずか幅5mmではあるが2次元投影デ-タ収集が可能になったため"下顎骨に沿った投影デ-タ"と仮に呼ぶ軌道により得られた2次元投影デ-タから5枚の連続した横断画像を1回のスキャンで得ることが可能になった。この画像は現在のX線CTにより同一下顎骨を撮像し得られた画像にくらべればいまだ劣るものであるが、1回のスキャンで5枚のデ-タが得られたことは重要な成果であると考えられる。以上のような成果については日本歯科放射線学会総会にてすでに口演し、またコンピュ-タシミレ-ションについては歯科放射線学会誌上に発表した。さらに詳しい内容については近く投稿の予定である。

In this study star-shaped wheel means the wheel with triangular teeth. The object of this study is to decide the positions of the pitch circle to generate the hob profiles for cutting starshaped wheels. By calculation the envelope of the teeth of wheel on rack which makes rolling contact with the pitch circle of the wheel was obtained, and under the condition in which the envelope can exist the allowable range of the position of the pitch circle was decided.<BR>The graph showing the relation among tooth angle, number of teeth, root circle radius and pitch circle radius of the wheel was drawn to faciliate to decide the position of the pitch circle.

To better assess the seismic hazards produced by a magnitude 7 or greater (M 7+) earthquake in the Tokyo metropolitan area, we have launched the Special Project for Earthquake Disaster Mitigation in Tokyo Metropolitan area (2007−2011). This requires establishing a highly dense seismic-array observation network in and around Tokyo to monitor ongoing micro-earthquakes with relatively high precision even if noise levels are generally high. We have started developing the Metropolitan Seismic Observation network (MeSO-net). Deployment of MeSO-net seismic stations is currently underway. The number of observatories at project termination will be 400 with a 2−5km interval in space. In this paper, we summarize how we solved technically difficult and practical problems involved in MeSO-net construction. We start with a review of related work to better understand the technical difficulties involved in deploying stations in metropolitan areas such as Tokyo. Next, we explain our approach to verifying a meaningful design of an observatory and its deployment at local sites. We further describe our decision-making process in practice for implementing station deployment. We hope that establishing the MeSO-net will support a new assessment of the seismic hazards produced by M 7+ earthquakes in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
