1. Dimorphodesmus, gen. nov. Related to Eucondylodesmus and Kylindogaster but is distinguished from these genera by the number of body segments, the shape of tubercles on the metatergites, and in having a modification on the anal segment of the abult male. In number of body segments it is near Doratodesmus (Jeekel, 1955) but differs in that the metatergites are without mid-dorsal processes. Body composed of 19 segments in the male and 20 in the female. The segments with low and rounded tubercles, which are arranged in 2 series on each of most metatergites. In the adult male the posterior margin of the anal seegment is modified in a peak-shape. The structure of male gonopods are clear. Telopodit distad of prefemur is broadened and lamellate, the femur with a process on the distal side, and tibiotarsus with some acute processes. Type species: Dimorphodesmus peculiaris, sp. nov. Dimorphodesmus peculiaris sp. nov. General color pale brown, the antennae whitish. Length about 4 mm in male, 5 mm in female. Head and antennae are very similar to those of Eucondylodesmus. Collum is subtrapezoid, narrower than the next segment, the upper irregularly granulate, and lateral angle areas conspicuously tuberculate. The second tergite is flattend and narrow at the middle dorsum, with three series of tubercles laterally. The keels are greatly enlarged and with 4 large, unequal scutellated tubercles. Third and fourth deels are simple and anterior margin serrulated. The succeeding keels are moderately enlarged, but the penult keels are conspicuously reduced in adult male. All keels with a incision on each of the posterior margin, and lateral ends of typical keels indistinctly 2-1obed. Repugunatorial pores open on the central tubercles of the keels of segments 5, 7, 10, 12, 13 and 15-18 (19 in female). Anal tergite of female is triangular and with tubercles. In adult male it is steep dome-shaped, smooth and with a post-marginal L-shaped peak in. The peak is as illustrated in figures 1 and 2. Gonopods as figured (Fig. 1, I-K). The femoral process shows some minute individual variations in length and shape, and seminal groove runs in the base of the process. Holotype: 1♂ (4.2 mm in Length); Allotype: 1♀ (5.0 mm in Length); Other specimens 7 ♂, 12♀. All the types collected by the author. Type locality: Oshima, Niihama, Ehime Pref. Through May 1964. Other record: Kinsha, Iyo-Mishima, Ehime Pref. May 17, 1963. Types are preserved in the author's collection. 2. Archandrodesmus kumamotensis, sp. nov. This species is distinguished from the related A. japanicus by the details of the male gonopods. Colour in life cinnabar-red. Length about 5 mm in male, 5.5 mm in female. Somatic characters are as described for A. japonicus, but without nodules of tarsal setae on the last two pairs of legs. Male gonopod is small, granulated, with two prefemoral branches, a leaf-shaped tibiotarsus and a ligulate branch. Figure 3 shows a different view of the left gonopod. Holotype: 1♀ (5 mm in Length); Allotype 1♀ (about 5.5 mm in Length). 7 other specimens. All types are collected by the author. Type locality: The remins of Kumamoto Castle, Kumamoto Pref., Aug. 10, 1964. Types are preserved in the author's collection.

Senbutudoiulus gen. nov. (Blaniulidae) Diese neue Gattung unterscheidet sich klar von der verwandten Gattung (Skleroprotopus) durch die folgenden Diagnosen : 1. Beinpaar des Mannchens ist sehr gross, gerade, plattgedruckt und gestaltet sich ungefahr gleichbreit von Coxa bis Tibiopostfemur, und dessen tarsus dreieckig und Kralle nicht vorhande. 2. Beinpaar des Mannchens ist normal, aber etwas plattgedruckt und die Kralle gut entwickelt. Mandibel mit uber 6 Lamellen. Promentum gross und land-eiformig. Die anderen allgemeinen Merkmale ahneln sich sehr dem Skleroprotopus. Genotypus : Senbutudoiulus platypodus MIYOSI 1. Senbutudoilus platypodus sp. nov. Mannchen ca. 50 mm land, und ca. 60 Rumpfsegmente. Farbe braunlichshwarz, etwas marmoriert. Hinterrand des Metazonites braunlichgelb. Die Poren der Wehrdrusen klein, aber sichtbar. 1. Beinpaar des Mannchens funfgliedrig, die Vorderseite all dieser Glieder dicht beborstet und Hinterseite ein wenig beborstet. 2. Beinpaar des Mannchens normal, aber die Vorderseite all dieser Glieder dicht beborstet und die Hinterseite ein wenig beborstet. Beide Hufte lang und vereinigen sich nicht zusammen. Prafemur mit vielen, langen Borsten. Penis lang und uber Prafemur hinausrgend. 7. Beinpaar und Gonopoden wie sie sich in Abb. 2 zeige. Holotype : Mannchen, ca. 51 nm lang, und 62 Rumpfsegmente. Fundort : Senbutu-Do Hohle, bei KOKURA-SI, FUKUOKA-KEN. 2.Archandrodesmus japonicus sp. nov. (Cryptodesminae) Diese neue Art hat einige Ahnlichkeit mit Archandrodesmus areatus CARL, aber ist folgendermassen zu charakterisieren : 3. Skleroprotopus osedoensis sp nov. (Blaniulidae) Ocellen schwarzlich, in ungefahr gleichseitigen dreieckigen Haufen gestalt. 1. Beinpaar des Mannchens sehr gross, die Coxite stossen in der Mediane zusammen, und der grosste Teil davon verwachst, ausserdem die Innenschulter dicht beborstet. Telopodit besteht aus einem sehr kurzen Prafemur und Femur. Tibiopostfemur lang und platt, und dadurch das Tarsus starker zuruckgebogen. 2. Beinpaar des Mannchens sehr verkleinert, aber trapezoidformige Huften gross und so lang wie Telopodit, und Huften nur ca. 1/4 distal getrennt. 7. Bein des Mannchens umgewandelt, sehr gross, aber mit sehr kleinem, nahe ber Basis eingelenktem Telopodit, das einige langen Borsten hat. Coxalfortsatz des vorderen Gonopods sehr schlank und mit zwei Borsten an dee Mitte. Die Flagella am Ende in zwei, gleichlangen Aste gegabelt, von denen der eine bestachelt. Holotype : Mannchen, ca. 50 mm lang, und 64 Rumpfsegmente. Fundort : Osedo Hohle, KAMISE-MURA, KUMAMOTO-KEN.

本研究は、2012年に奈良女子大学附属小学校の谷岡義高教諭担任の3年月組で実施された「奈良さんぽ」の「しごと」学習の展開を対象に検討を加え、フィールドワーク体験学習における充実した学習の有り様を探究し、そのような学習が成立するための手立てや条件について明らかにすることを目的とする。自律的学習の実践として定評のある奈良女附小のフィールドワーク体験学習で生み出される学習の豊かさをここに描き出していきたい。

本研究の目的は18世紀フランスにおける科学研究への投資の実態とその思想史的背景について、パリ王立科学アカデミーの財務会計記録資料を中心に調査するこ とである。 令和二年度は研究補助者も雇用しつつ、これまで調査した史料の解読と整理を行った。パリ王立科学アカデミー財務会計資料は非常に散逸が激しく、年度ごとの支出や予算総額を知るだけでも複数の文書館の史料を突き合わせることが必要であることがわかった。また、財政史において王政期というのは一般的に「パトロネージから官僚制へ」などと要約されるが、それは王侯貴族が気に入った存在に報奨金を与えるという私と公の切れ目がなかった状態が、近代的な職業的・専門的組織における金銭のやり取りへと制度化されていく過程にあたる。科学アカデミーの財政においても同様の特徴が窺えることがわかった。これらの成果を取りまとめ、2020年11月にはフランス語による国際研究集会での発表を行った。現在はその内容をフランス語の論文にまとめているところである。この他、一般向けの新書で終身書記コンドルセの評伝を執筆したが、その中で本研究の成果を一部使用した。また、やはり一般向けの公開講演や媒体において学問の「自律」「自由」に関連する文書を発表し、本研究プロジェクトの内容を一部使用した。2021年3月に本研究成果を用いた公開セミナーと講義のため、フランスのパリ第一大学(パンテオン・ソルボンヌ)から招聘されていたが、コロナ禍により延期となった。

近年,議論や評決のシミュレーションとして,トークゲームが注目を集めている.本研究では,「語彙大富豪」 を題材として,チャットアプリ上での運営ツールを開発している.このゲームは,プレイヤが選んだ単語を手札とした,トランプの「大富豪」のようなゲームである.単語の強弱は,手番のプレイヤの理由説明の後,プレイヤ間の協議と多数決で決定する.本論では,語彙の参照先となるオンライン辞書を提供し,ゲームの打手を支援する付加機能を検討する.

The United Nations Security Council (SC) uses two kinds of economic sanctions, "mandatory economic sanctions" and "voluntary economic sanctions". This paper focuses on the latter which are based on non-binding recommendations of the SC. The United Nations Charter does not provide clearly for "voluntary economic sanctions" because its drafters did not intend that the SC would recommend economic sanctions without binding force. However, the SC has recommended economic sanctions when it could not make binding decisions. Rules applying to "voluntary economic sanctions" have been developed through SC practice. This paper aims to make clear the legal basis, limitations, and legal effects of the SC's recommendations calling for economic sanctions through analysis of the practice of the SC and member states. In conclusion, this paper shows that the SC can recommend only arms embargoes under Chapter VI when it does not determine the existence of any threat to the peace. Even if the determination is made by the SC under Chapter VII, it may not delegate its power to the member states to decide what economic sanctions shall be taken. When the member states implement the recommended economic sanctions, they must comply with their obligation under international law.

近藤効果と超伝導は,共に,金属が低温で示す現象である.磁性不純物の電子と金属の伝導電子とがスピン一重項を形成して,低温において磁性不純物のスピンが消失するのが近藤効果である.一方,超伝導状態では伝導電子同士がクーパー対(それは,多くの場合,スピン一重項である)を形成し,それがボーズ凝縮している.したがって,超伝導体と相互作用している磁気モーメントは互いに競合的に影響し合う.この競合関係は近藤温度TKと超伝導転移温度Tcという両者の特徴的温度の大小関係により整理できる.この解説では(1)超伝導体中の磁性不純物の電子状態,(2)量子ドットを介して接する二つの超伝導体間のジョセフソン効果への近藤効果の影響,の二つの問題を取り上げ,近藤効果と超伝導の関係を概観する.

機械学習をより効率よく行うために,階層的なモデルの構築が盛んに研究されている.これらの中で特にデータが高次元の場合に階層的なモデルの構築を行う際,データ分布を把握するためにPCAやMDAなどの線形手法がよく用いられている.しかし,それらの線形手法でのデータの可視化は,インスタンス間の非類似度(距離)を考慮していないため,それらに基づいた階層構造の構築には適切ではない.本稿では,インスタンス間の非類似度を考慮したばねモデルを用いた多次元尺度構成法による,2次元デンドログラムマップの構築手法を提案する.さらに,可視化結果に基づく機械学習における階層構造の構築手法を提案する.実験結果により,提案した2次元デンドログラムマップは,機械学習へのフィードバックに有効であることを確認できた.

本稿では、2000年度予備教育日本語コースにおける、教科書とは別の会話の練習を目指した試みについて報告する。まず、過去4年間の同じような試みについて簡単にふれる。次に、2000年度の試みについて、事例をあげて詳しく述べる。さらに、この試みに対する学生による評価の資料から、問題点を指摘する。また、ボランティアの参加の位置付けについて考察し、最後に今後の展望を示す。
