In power converter circuits, a gate drive circuit is connected to the power devices for the switching operation. The gate drive circuit transmits both signal and power to the power devices, simultaneously. At present, multi-level converter circuits using large numbers of devices have been proposed for power electronics circuits, but these are complicated to implement in a circuit. Hence, simplification of the signal and power transmissions of the gate drive circuit is required for circuit implementations. This paper proposes a gate drive circuit using SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) devices that can transmit signal and power to the power devices, simultaneously. To use the several-hundreds MHz signal output from the SAW filter as the gate signal, this paper presents the design procedure for the internal parameters of the detection circuit that demodulates the signal into a several kHz signal. The usefulness of the proposed design is demonstrated by experimental evaluation of a half-bridge inverter and gate drive circuit with SAW filters.

本研究では、現代の子どもたちに求められる資質・能力としての「主体的な問題解決能力」に着目した。理科授業における子どもの「主体的な問題解決」を支える能力には、モニタリングやコントロールといったメタ認知的活動がある。メタ認知的活動はメタ認知的知識に基づいて行われる。そこで、理科授業におけるメタ認知的知識である「問題解決の過程」に対する教師の支援について着目した。そして、実際の支援として教師による理科授業の「構造化」を位置づけ、検証した。検証の結果、理科授業の実態として「構造化」が出来ている教師は少数であることが明らかになった。また、考察の局面を対話分析したところ、理科授業の「構造化」によって、考察の局面における子どものメタ認知的活動を促進していることが明らかになった。

It is known that chlorophyll is easily decomposed by acid, heat, enzyme, light and other factors. In this study, photodecomposition of chlorophyll in green leaves under various conditions was examined.The results obtained were as follows:1) Spinach powder was rapidly discolored by UV light irradiation, and its discoloration was accelerated with increases in temperature and in the presence of oxygen.2) The color of spinach powder stored under high humidity was deeper than that of the powder stored under low humidity, but color changes induced by UV light irradiation in the former were smaller than those in the latter.3) Chlorophyll in spinach powder decreased by UV light irradiation, but shifts in the wavelength of maximal absorption were not observed.4) It is suggested that the rate of photodecomposition of chlorophyll depends on the species of plants.

本研究は、理科学習指導案をもとに、高等学校理科授業における探究の過程がいかに構築されているのかという観点から、高等学校理科授業の実態を考察したものである。調査の結果、問いを解決するストーリーの構造性の観点から課題が明らかとなった。

ある週末の金曜日18時半,聖路加国際病院薬剤部製剤室の薬剤師である私は仕事も終わり,築地の立ち飲み屋で一杯引っ掛けてから帰ろうと思いながら,製剤業務の後片付けをしていた.そのとき,1本の電話が鳴った.<br><br>渡部:はい,薬剤部製剤室担当渡部です.<br>中村医師:あっ,渡部くん.中村です.業務時間外で悪いのだけど,先ほど入院してきた新患の乳がんの方,すごい大きな皮膚潰瘍で臭いがかなりすごいよ.いつものメトロニダゾールゲル500gをこれから創って欲しいんだけど,大丈夫?<br>渡部:はい,もちろんです.これから製剤を調製して,病棟に持っていきますね.<br><br>このようなことが,幾度あっただろうか.中村医師とは,その当時聖路加国際病院ブレストセンター長で現在,昭和大学医学部乳腺外科教授(日本乳癌学会理事長)である我が国を代表とする乳腺外科スーパードクターの中村清吾先生である.聖路加国際病院は,キリスト教精神の下に全人的ケアの実現をポリシーに掲げ,かつ日野原重明名誉院長の明確なビジョンと燃えるようなパッション,そして常に青年を思わせる行動力のもと「チーム医療の実現」を目指してきた病院で,中でも中村先生がリーダーシップをとられたブレストセンターは,多職種によるチーム医療活動が院内でも特に盛んであった.<br>著者は,聖路加国際病院に入職してまもなく,乳がん診療とそのチーム医療活動に感銘と興味を持ち,また患者さんから慕われる中村先生の臨床医の姿に敬服し,当初からこのチームに薬剤師として関わらせていただいた.チームに関わり始めて私は初めて,がん性皮膚潰瘍に苦しむ乳がん患者さんを目の当たりにした.患部は,目を伏せたくなるような耐え難い症状で,また患部からの酷い臭いが外来診察室や病棟全体に広がり,その辛さは言葉では言い表せないものである(図1).「がん性皮膚潰瘍臭に苦しむ乳がん患者さんの悩みを何とかしたい」これこそが,がん性皮膚潰瘍臭のケアに立ち向かう,一人の薬剤師のリサーチクエスチョンの原点であった.

全国には、自治体や団体などの地域コミュニティのために生成されたキャラクターが多数存在する。これらは「ご当地キャラクター」と呼ばれ、地域を象徴するコンテンツとなっている。ご当地キャラクターの人気が高まった2010 年前後には各地で活発に生成されたが、その状況が落ち着いた現在では、地域における継続的な活用が課題となっている。 本研究は、地域コミュニティにおいて有効に活用される象徴的造形の生成過程を明らかにするべく、ご当地キャラクターの事例から考察をおこなうものである。ご当地キャラクターの運営団体を対象としたアンケート調査の結果からご当地キャラクターの生成過程を類型化し、「生成目的に対する効果」と「生成過程」の関連について分析をおこなった。

This study was performed to examine and clarify the cause of hindlimb ataxia and neuropathy seen in the South Korean horse population. Fifty horses diagnosed with hindlimb ataxia and neuropathy were referred for this study. Neurological examination was performed on 47 horses while necropsy was performed in all 50 animals. The occurrence of neurological diseases increased rapidly in the summer and 47 out of 50 horses were referred after the end of July. The incidence of neurological diseases started from the southern part of Korea in July and proceeded northward in August and September. Although there was no correlation with age, Thoroughbred and Warmblood horses showed a higher incidence rate than Halla and Jeju horses. The incidence rate was 5 times higher in geldings than in mares and stallions. Of the 20 cases, 16 were diagnosed with eosinophilic meningoencephalomyelitis in 2015. The most common lesions observed in 2016 were parasitic meningoencephalomyelitis (10 cases, 33%) and eosinophilic meningomyelitis (7 cases, 23%). Histopathological analysis of the brain and spinal cord revealed nematodes of approximately 100–200 μm in diameter, microcavitation and infiltrates of eosinophils, and brown pigmented macrophage infiltrates. The nematodes were identified as Setaria digitata via DNA sequencing, performed subsequent to polymerase chain reaction using DNA isolated from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections of the spinal cord. These results show that aberrant migration of Setaria digitata larva in the brain and spinal cord was a major cause for neurological signs in horses.
