現実世界とデジタル世界の同期が求められる動的な環境において,エージェントの経路探索にはゲームエンジンが有用と考えられ,ナビゲーションメッシュの仕組みがその特徴の一つである.建築および地理分野では,IFC やIndoorGML をはじめとする空間トポロジー情報を含んだ静的な記述仕様の実装が進んでいるが,経路探索には十分に活用されていない.本研究では,ゲームエンジンのナビゲーションシステムを使用しつつ,既存の建築領域の空間記述と併用することで,実空間における経路探索を効率化する可能性を検証する.また,その手法がスケール横断的な探索や意思決定にも活用できること,および人間の直感的な空間把握に合致するノード間関係グラフのクラスタリングにも利用できることを示す.

This paper examines when and how Kaoku-zakko and the concept of “Shinden-zukuri” was disseminated. In the early 19th century, the concept of the style of ancient noblemen's residences called “Shinden-zukuri” in Kaoku-zakko was shared by intellectuals. But the word “Shinden-zukuri” is not shared by them. There are few manuscript of Kaoku-zakko. It is conceivable that Kaoku-zakko was not popular until around 1980. But Kaoku-zakko achieved recognition around that time, probably in editing Kojiruien-Kyoshobu, and was published in 1891. After that Kaoku-zakko was frequently referred, and “Shinden-zukuri” became widely used to mean the concept already known.

The purpose of this study is to analyze “Karafuto-yakyushi” to determine the history of baseball in Kara-futo. “Karafuto-yakyushi,” authored by Shojiro Ono, was published in 1940. The book contains records of baseball in Karafuto from 1929 to 1938. It primarily focuses on the performance of baseball teams in the city of Toyohara. However, it also includes records of youth baseball and baseball in cities other than Toyohara. Additionally, the book also contains critiques written by Ono, making “Karafuto-yakyushi” not only a collection of records, but also a reflection of the landscape of the Karafuto baseball from Ono’s perspective.

国内で医薬品のがん原性試験法がガイドラインに記載されてから,既に25年以上が経過している.当初は日米欧でがん原性試験の投与量設定の考え方等に若干差がみられたが,ICH(日米EU医薬品規制調和国際会議)により,考え方の統一が行われた.がん原性試験には評価期間を含めると3年に及ぶ期間と多くの動物を使用し,再試験が容易ではないことから,試験計画の立案は慎重に行う必要がある.投薬起因の腫瘍発生がみられた際には,それがヒトでの発がんリスクを示唆するものか否かの判断も重要である.また,同時にその医薬品のげっ歯類での慢性毒性評価も試験目的に含まれる.

本論文では,「正義・公正」について哲学に基づく規範的研究と組織行動や心理学に基づく経験的研究の双方を論じた.正義に関する規範研究と経験研究の双方を展望した結果,両者の関連性があまり強くないことが明らかにされた.さらに「規範的論議-経験的論議」そして「ミクロ-マクロ」というふたつの軸を組み合わせることによって今後の研究方向について議論した.

Synthesizing a possible earliest cell-like molecular assembly from scratch can contribute to investigating the underlying design principle of the current living organisms. Liposomes, closed phospholipid bilayers, are a promising scaffold for this synthetic approach. Therein, the low permeability of the phospholipid membrane prohibits the efficient supply of molecules encapsulated inside, which makes it challenging to assume liposome-based protocells at the origin of life. Using the developed automatic observation platform based on microfluidic devices (termed MANSIONs), we find that liposomes can accumulate some molecules, including analogs of adenosine triphosphate and polyethylene glycol, against their concentration gradient, without proteins but under a hydrodynamic condition. We further elucidate that the negatively charged phospholipids in the liposomal membrane are crucial for this unique molecular transport across the phospholipid membrane (hydrodynamic accumulation; HDA). Finally, we discuss the potential contribution of HDA in investigating the origin of life.

In recent years, many researchers in seismicity analysis have focused on earthquake triggering or fault interactions.To evaluate these phenomena quantitatively, models for the spatio-temporal distribution of seismic activity have been constructed. This review paper introduces two important models : the ETAS (epidemic-type aftershock sequence) model developed by Y. Ogata and a seismicity model based on rate- and state-dependent friction law by J. Dieterich. The former is a pure statistical model, while the latter includes some physical parameters in its derivation.These two models now play separate role in probabilistic earthquake forecasting. For further achievement in the probabilistic earthquake forecasting, the integration of the two contrasting models should be considered. Further development of models would give new insights into earthquake occurrence.

Ein 27 jahriger Mann, bei dem keine hereditare Belastung nachgewiesen wurde, verlangte die Orthopadische Behandlung des Geschlechtsteils. Er hatte kleine Statur (ca. 156cm) und mannliche Stimme, aber an seiner Haltung erkannte man viele weibliche Faktoren. Sein Geschlechtsteil hatte an der Dammgegend kleine Urethralmundung und der Hodensack ohne Hoden befand sich gerade an der Stelle der weiblichen grossen Schamlippe. Der Penis von ca. 3cm lang war zum grossen Teil der Glans penis, der sich gerade an der Stelle der Clitoris befand. Die Behaarung war von der weiblichen Type. An diesem Kranken fuhrten wir ein Jahr lang die Operation, wodurch es uns am Harnlassen durch die Eichelspitze gelang. Die Methode, die wir aufnahmen, war eine Modifikation des Becks-und Dupleyschen Verfahrens. Anstatt Beck einen gestielten Lappen aus der Skrotalhaut zur Anwendung brachte, bildeten wir das Harnrohr aus den rechteckigen Hautlappen, die von der Urethralmundung bis an die Eichelspitze gelangten, und ferner wurde die blutige Flache des Rohrs mit den beiderseitigen freien Hautlappen vernaht bedeckt. Bei der Bildung des Rohrs wurden die frischen Wundflachen, die je, um sie sich gegenuber stehen zu lassen, nach innen umgedreht wurden, vernaht, ohne die nur miteinander verbundenen Wundlander zu vernahen. Und durch diese Operation zeigte es sehr guten Uebergang. Als die Nachbehandlung wurde das Harn wahrend einiger Tage nicht durch die Einschiebung von Bougie oder Katheter, sondern durch Blasenstich entleert und danach wurde das aseptische Harn ganz langsam durch das neu gebildete Harnrohr entleert, damit die Vernahungsstelle moglichst geschont wurde.

It has been reported that a person’s remarks and behaviors reflect the person’s personality. Several recent studies have shown that textual information of user posts and user behaviors such as liking and reblogging the specific posts are useful for predicting the personality of Social Networking Service (SNS) users. However, less attention has been paid to the textual information derived from the user behaviors. In this paper, we investigate the effect of using textual information with user behaviors for personality prediction. We focus on the personality diagnosis website and make a large dataset on SNS users and their personalities by collecting users who posted the personality diagnosis on Twitter. Using this dataset, we work on personality prediction as a set of binary classification tasks. Our experiments on the personality prediction of Twitter users show that the textual information of user behaviors is more useful than the co-occurrence information of the user behaviors and the performance of prediction is strongly affected by the number of the user behaviors, which were incorporated into the prediction. We also show that user behavior information is crucial for predicting the personality of users who do not post frequently.

近年,SNS上での誹謗中傷が社会問題となっている。ここ数年,過激化する誹謗中傷に耐えかねて命を落とす事件も発生しており,その対策が待たれるところである。本研究では,SNS上での攻撃行動を促進する要因を明らかにするためにオンラインでの縦断調査を実施した。第1回調査は2020年12月に実施し,第2回調査は2021年1月に実施した。調査内容は,SNS利用歴,過去1週間当たりのSNSの利用状況,過去1か月間の他者からの受容経験と拒絶経験,SNS利用に関する規範意識,SNS上での攻撃行動であった。SNS上での攻撃行動とその他の変数との因果関係を検討するために,交差遅れ効果モデルを用いて男女ごとに分析を行ったところ,男女ともに過去1か月に他者から受け入れられた経験による影響を低く見積もる人ほど,2回目の調査時のSNS上での攻撃行動が多いことが分かった。また,1回目の調査時点における規範意識が低い男性ほど2回目の調査時のSNS上での攻撃行動が多いことが分かった。これらの結果より,現実場面での他者からの排除や規範意識の低さが,SNS上での攻撃行動を促進させる可能性が示唆された。

This article provides information on the clicks which characterize the consonantal systems of Khoisan languages and their neighbouring languages. It discusses some issues of the framework for the description of clicks, and presents a brief survey of click systems sampled from a wide range of Khoisan languages in terms of click types and click accompaniments.

放射能高汚染水中のCsとSrの処理処分法を確立するため, 各種ゼオライトを充填したカラムについてCsとSrの漏出特性を検討した。CsとSrの漏出におよぼす流速(SV)の影響は大きく SV25 で良好なS字形の漏出曲線が得られた。Csにおいては, いずれのゼオライトでもほぼ対称で良好な漏出曲線が得られた。一方, チャバザイトとモルデナイトのカラムからの Sr の漏出では, 流出液中の Sr 濃度が一時的に初期濃度を超え, 漏出比 C/C0が1以上となる“濃縮現象”が観察された。これらゼオライトに対するCsの選択性が高いため, いったん吸着した Sr が Cs により脱着され溶離したためである。濃縮現象は交換吸着が犬きく低下する要因となる。Csに選択性の高いチャバザイト(C)とモルデナイト(M), Srに選択性のあるXとAゼオライトを用いて, これらを混合した混合ゼオライトの漏出特性をその混合比を変えて調べた。CsとSrの漏出が開始するまでの貫流交換容量をくらべると, C/X=1/3の混合系でもっとも高く, 一括除去の混合系として有効である。混合系の全交換容量は加成性が成立ち, 単独ゼオライトの値から容易に推定できる。

The decrease of muscle glycogen may be useful for the improvement of endurance performance. Intense anaerobic exercise requires a high rate of glycogen utilization, but consecutive intense anaerobic exercises induce a pronounced decline of external power and muscle glycogen consumption. We hypothesized that a long rest period between consecutive intense anaerobic exercises may aid in sustaining external power and glycogen consumption. Secondly, we hypothesized that active rest (AR) during the long resting period may be more effective than passive rest (PR).Six subjects performed four 30-second Wingate tests (WAnT) with a 4-minute recovery between each bout (Consecutive method). The subjects also performed a similar exercise procedure, but with a 30-minute seated resting period after the second bout (PR method).The other six male subjects performed four 30-second WAnTs with a 4-minute recovery between each bout, with 30-minutes of cycling at 40% VO2max after the second bout (AR method). The subjects also performed PR method.The total work during the third and fourth bouts was greatest under the AR condition, followed by the PR condition, and finally the Consecutive method (p<0.05 for all comparisons). Blood lactate concentration during resting period was significantly lower, while muscle glycogen consumption was greater AR method than PR method (p<0.05 for both).A long resting period between consecutive intense anaerobic exercises may prevent the decline in external power and work. Additionally, AR has more favorable effects on muscle glycogen consumption, resulting in very low muscle glycogen levels, even with a small total amount of exercise.
