Chinese manufacturing companies are facing challenges under severe global competition and wage rising in domestic market. They have to transform their organizations from low cost operation to higher quality and the more advanced technologies. Through the interview at Geely Automobile in Hang Zhou, China, we could identify a series of efforts for their transformation. The company executed strategic change in 2007 and quality management improvement in 2010. It has formulated a new corporate vision and strategy to provide the higher value to the customer, without participating into the cost competition in the market. In order to realize the strategy, the company has begun technical improvement instead of mimicking other companies' products. It started to focus on in-house R&D, learning from world-top class company. M&A with Volvo is considered to be a typical learning example. As for quality management, the company aggressively brought competitors' management essence into it, such as Toyota Production System. To facilitate such transformation, Mr. Li, the founder of Geely, played an essential leadership with foresight and logicality after all. Geely's transformation is not yet popular for all Chinese manufacturing companies, but some companies have already begun such a commitment to strategic change or quality improvement. However, our research is exploratory and we are not sure how much the spirit of quality management and improvement is penetrated in the actual workers.

多数の難培養微生物で構成される海洋環境の理解を促進するために,メタゲノム解析に注目が集まっている.しかしながら,メタゲノムのリード群を完全にアセンブルすることは困難を極めることが知られている.近年,次世代シークエンシング技術の発展とともに,1 細胞ゲノムデータが利用できるようになってきた.本稿では,近年の利用可能な技術の動向を踏まえ,メタゲノムおよび 1 細胞配列データが与えれたとき,アセンブリ,遺伝子の構造および機能推定を行うパイプラインを発表する.具体的に,リードの前処理,アセンブリとアノテーションに特化したパイプラインを提供し,遺伝子アノテーションのマップの可視化を可能とするものである.

近年,歩きスマホによる事故が多発しており,特に階段ではユーザが自己抑制しないと大きな事故に繋がる危険性が高い.階段における歩きスマホ事故を未然に防ぐため,コンテキスト・アウェアネス技術を用い,階段における歩きスマホを検知できるモバイルアプリケーションを提案する.加速度センサから得られた加速度値,及び,4つの閾値とウィンドウサイズをパラメータとして,「静止」,「歩行」,「階段昇り」,「階段降り」の4つのコンテキスト認識を行っている.また,各コンテキストの再現率・適合率が最大となるようなパラメータを求める実験を行った.

近年,歩きスマホによる事故が多発しており,特に階段ではユーザが自己抑制しないと大きな事故に繋がる危険性が高い.階段における歩きスマホ事故を未然に防ぐため,コンテキスト・アウェアネス技術を用い,階段における歩きスマホを検知できるモバイルアプリケーションを提案する.加速度センサから得られた加速度値,及び,4 つの閾値とウインドウサイズをパラメータとして,「静止」,「歩行」,「階段昇り」,「階段降り」の 4 つのコンテキスト認識を行っている.また,各コンテキストの再現率・適合率が最大となるようなパラメータを求める実験を行った.Recently, texting while walking is frequently causing many accidents, and especially in the case of stair ways, not exercising self-control by users has a high risk of big accidents. To prevent texting while walking on stairways, this paper proposes a mobile application that detects it based on context-awareness technologies. The proposed system uses acceleration value acquired from accelerometer with four threshold values and window size as parameters, and recognizes four kinds of contexts: standing, walking, upstairs, and downstairs. In addition, the experiment that optimizes the parameters to maximize the recall and precision of each context has been carried out.

A taxonomic revision, including a key to the species, synonymy and taxonomic notes, of the two genera and six species Podostemaceae of Japan is presented. Cladopus is represented by C. doianus and C. fukienensis, and Hydrobryum, by H. japonicum, H. floribundum, H. puncticulatum, and H. koribanum. Of these, H. floribundum, H. puncticulatum, and H. koribanum are endemic to Japan, while the others are distributed in China (Fujian, Yunnan) and also northern Thailand.

本研究では,自動車の外装デザインが,自動車加速中の車内音評価に与える影響について調査を行った.実験では,ヘッドホンから再生される加速音の大きさ,高級感,スポーティ感に関する音質評価を行う際,音単独提示の場合,音と外装デザインを提示した場合それぞれで音質評価を行った.その結果,音の大きさ評価や高級感評価については,外装デザインの有無に関わらず,音の評価傾向に大きな変化は見られなかった.一方で,音のスポーティ感評価においては,外装デザインに対する印象の違いによって,音の評価傾向が有意に変化する傾向が見られた.さらに,その外装デザインがおよぼす音のスポーティ感評価への影響を分析した結果,外装デザインの印象が音のスポーティ感評価に4割程度寄与していることも明らかになった.

【はじめに】身体機能的には可能であったにも関わらず、器質性人格障害のためにADL自立が困難であったクモ膜下出血の症例を経験したので報告する。<BR>【症例】33歳男性。身長172cm、体重65.3kg。病前の性格は温厚。平成14年8月9日、クモ膜下出血発症。同日、緊急開頭血腫除去術・脳動脈クリッピング術・外減圧術施行。平成15年3月18日、リハビリテーション目的にて当院リハビリテーション科へ転院となった。転院時所見としてCTにて前頭葉の広汎な病変を認め、右片麻痺・人格感情障害・知的低下・注意障害・記憶障害・失語症・右半側空間無視・Alien Hand(右手)が見られた。Brunnstrom Recovery Stageは右上肢V・右手指V・右下肢IV。起居動作は軽度~中等度介助、歩行は中等度介助で、周囲の状況や身体の状態に関係なく動作を行い、転倒・転落の危険を伴った。<BR>【経過】平成15年3月19日、当院PT・OT・ST開始。車椅子にてリハビリテーションセンターに来室。ROM ex.や坐位・立位でのBalance ex.などのアプローチは協力を得られず、暴力的になったり寝てしまったりした。そのため、臥位から起き上がって歩くという一連のプロセスを、誘導しながら介助して患者のペースで行う方法が中心となった。介助に対して暴力的になり歩行中でも振り払おうとしたため、衣服の皺を伸ばすように見せるなど、患者の注意を変換することで興奮の抑制を図った。排泄・入浴場面では、激しく興奮し状況判断せず行動するため2~3人の介助が必要で、OTの介入も困難であった。同年4月中旬には、右下肢の支持性や歩行バランスの向上により屋内歩行が軽度介助レベルとなり、屋外での不整地・段差・スロープ歩行が可能となった。同年6月12日には屋内歩行が遠位監視となったが、介助に対する暴力的な行動は変わらなかった。本症例は、家族の在宅困難との判断により、平成15年7月25日転院となった。<BR>【考察】本症例は運動機能としての起居移乗動作や歩行は自立したが、ADL自立には至らなかった。屋内外ともに移動手段として歩行を確立できたのは、患者が介助を意識しないようにアプローチしたり、リスクを伴うと考えられる歩行条件でも、あえて患者の選択を尊重し、PT中の情動爆発を可能な限り抑制したことが功を奏したと考えられる。しかし全般的な脱抑制により動作のほとんどが無目的で、特に排泄・入浴動作の指導・介入に対しては激しい情動爆発が見られるなど、状況に応じた適切かつ安全な行動が困難であった。本症例の経験より、精神科領域の知識や症状のとらえ方は、我々PTの臨床場面にも求められると思われた。

In his anthology the Kyôun-shû, Ikkyû wrote four stanzas dedicated to the so-called four distinctions of Linji, a famous passage from the Record of Linji, which consists in suppressing the man (人) without suppressing the environment (境), suppressing the environment without suppressing the man, suppressing both the man and the environment, suppressing neither the man nor the environment. To examine these stanzas a thorough philological analysis is indispensable, and the precious commentaries on the Kyôun-shû, mainly by Yanagida Seizan and Hirano Sôjô, were the basis of our reading, even if we did not necessarily agree with all of their interpretations. We tried to reinterpret the poems as a whole by means of original research on their literal meaning. For these reasons, and because Ikkyû's thinking is only expressed in verses referring to Zen texts and Chinese poetry, mostly from the Tang, our article is mainly a philological reexamination of Ikkyû's stanzas in order to suggest a new reading of them. We aimed, by a concrete analysis of Ikkyû's use of citations, to bring out the primary but obviously not most important meaning of the verses and, by a contextualization with the theme of the four distinctions of Linji, to determine their doctrinal purpose. We thus reached the conclusion that Ikkyû unfolds in these stanzas a temporal process involving a double definition of terms. There is a "man" before the suppression different from the "man" after the suppression, and likewise for the "environment". Another originality of Ikkyû lies in the fact he illustrates the profane level, the level before suppression, by examples usually considered as belonging to the already enlightened world, famous Zen monks for "man" or a temple for the "environment". The level of enlightenment is then depicted as a new ideal whose very model of "man" is Ikkyû himself while the "environment" is the whole world, even in its crudest parts. Of course this conclusion needs to be refined by a wider examination of the Kyôun-shû, but we hope that we were able to demonstrate the pertinence of the method and the necessity of continuing in this way.
