In 1970s, whether architects could engage in building contracting or not was discussed in the U.S.A. and the U.K. It was prohibited by a ban on contracting in a code of ethics of architects' professional institutes. There is a close relationship between a code of ethics and how the profession is. Based on removing of the ban on contracting in a code of ethics for architects, this paper aims 1) to trace the major factors of Design/Build Contracting Issue in the U.S.A. and the U.K., 2) then to explain how the professional institutes coped with it, and 3) finally to analyze how profession of architects changed in it.

本科研研究プロジェクトは、「こころの荒廃」から抜け出るための手がかりを瞑想や修行や儀礼や芸能などの「身心変容技法」という宗教的リソースに求め、その意味・意義・機能・はたらき・諸相を明らかにしようとするものである。2017年度は、9回の定例公開研究会(第56回身心変容技法研究会~第63回身心変容技法研究会)、2回のフィールドワーク(2017年5月の東北被災地追跡調査(第12回目目)と2018年2月の天河大辨財天社の鬼の宿・節分祭・立春祭調査)、多摩美術大学芸術人類学研究所との特別合同シンポジウム「大地の記憶を彫る」、毎月1度の定例分科研究8「世阿弥研究会」を行ない、その成果をHP:http://waza-sophia.la.coocan.jp/と、2018年3月発行の科研成果報告書『身心変容技法研究第7号』(全272頁)に掲載し、社会発信した。そこで問いかけた諸問題は、①オウム真理教事件を事例とする霊的暴力や魔や悪魔の問題、②身心変容(技法)と芸術・芸能との関係、③身心変容(技法)の科学、④身心変容(技法)の哲学、⑤身心変容(技法)と教育、⑥身心変容(技法)と聖地ないし場所などなどの諸問題である。こうして、「身心変容(transfomation of body & mind)」や「霊的暴力(spiritual violence)」や「霊的虐待(spiritual abuse)」の概念を明確にしつつ、その負の局面を分析・考察した。カトリックや禅や瞑想「悪魔」や「魔境」やバランスの崩れの問題を問いかけるとともに、縄文時代の身心変容や古代の洞窟(洞天)が果たした象徴機能や役割やそこにおける諸種の身体パフォーマンスについて考察の目を向け、理論的研究と事例的研究と認知神経科学的な実験的研究の突合せと整理を行ない、認知神経科学における「畏怖・恐れ」の問題の実験的研究に一歩踏み込んだ。

本稿では,在留外国人を交えた地域防災を,外国人・日本人を交えた全ての地域構成員が持つ,地域コミュニティ参加や防災・災害時に関わる制約という観点から分析し,地域防災において外国人やエスニシティといった要素をいかに捉えていくべきかを検討した。その中では,従来の日本語から多言語へという翻訳中心の防災情報の持つ課題や地縁・長期居住が中心となっている従来の地域コミュニティ自体が抱える課題も明らかとなった。在留外国人を交えた地域防災力の向上には,外国人・日本人を交えた地域の構成員個々人が持つ制約を考慮した防災・災害に関する取り組みの過程で,あるいは取り組みの結果として形成・再構築される新しい地域防災コミュニティの存在が欠かせない。

Objective: Celecoxib has been reported to enhance the action of warfarin by inhibiting CYP2C9, its major hepatic drug-metabolizing enzyme, but sufficient information about the mechanism has not been obtained, especially in Japan.Methods: A study was conducted to investigate the prothrombin time international normalized ratio (PT-INR) and the warfarin sensitivity index (WSI) before and after concurrent administration of celecoxib, as well as the Drug Interaction Probability Scale (DIPS) scores to determine causality with drug interactions, in patients commencing concurrent therapy with celecoxib and warfarin at Kanagawa Prefectural Keiyukai Keiyu Hospital during the 4-year period from October 2011 to September 2015.Results: Analysis of 18 patients showed that the PT-INR increased significantly from 1.53±0.43 before concurrent therapy to 2.18±1.01 after concurrent therapy (p=0.0101).  The WSI also increased significantly from 0.76±0.50 before concurrent therapy to 1.01±0.65 after concurrent therapy (p=0.0044).  According to the DIPS scores, the causal relation was not rated as “Highly Probable” in any of the patients, while it was considered to be “Probable” in 3 patients, “Possible” in 10 patients, and “Doubtful” in 5 patients.Conclusion: The findings of this study suggested that when celecoxib treatment is initiated in patients who are already taking warfarin, attention must be paid to changes of coagulation profile, especially in elderly patients.

En espanol se observa principalmente en el registro coloquial un esquema estructural construido por el infinitivo antepuesto y el mismo verbo sea en forma finita o inf inita, como sigue: -〓Y paso algo? -No, pasar no paso nada. Skydsgaard(1977:1121) Las oraciones que incluyen esta construccion se clasifican en varios subtipos segun los criterios sintacticos del cumplimiento de subcategorizacion verbal correspondiente por un lado, y de la presencia o ausencia de relaciones anaforicas en ambas formas verbales por otro. La estructura en cuestion no se debe considerar como un ejemplo especial del llamado procedimlento de tematizacion (o topicalizacion) del propio verbo. En cambio hace falta introducir un nuevo concepto y termino para cubrir tanto su funcion pragmatica como los ambitos sintacticos en los que se desarrolla dicho esquema gramatical. El autor propone llamarla "autotematizacion", o sea la coincidencia del tema con el rema, vista en la perspectiva del predicado que selecciona una participante suya como tema, pues es aquel el que se especifica a si mismo como tema para realzarse excluyendo asi otros argumentos de los posibles candidatos de esta funcion discursiva. El uso de la autotematizacion se caracteriza por una reservacion o restriccion semantica que se impone sobre la interpretacion de la situacion implicada por el predicado, lo que a veces conlleva el efecto secundario de confirmar la topicalidad del verbo y sus participantes.
