5基本味の1つであるうま味に関する味覚感受性については現在臨床検査法がなく, うま味に関する味覚障害の実態はほとんどわかっていない. 本試験では, 濾紙ディスク法による4基本味検査に加え, 全口腔法を用いてうま味感受性を検査したところ, 味覚障害外来患者においてうま味の味覚障害をきたす者を見出した. 同時に行ったアンケートの結果と合わせると, うま味感受性低下は食のQOLの低下と強い相関を示していた.

要 旨 医師は, 様々な感情を抱きながら診療を行っているが, そのことはこれまであまり語られてこなかった. 本稿では, それを可視化する概念として, 感情労働という言葉を紹介する. そして, 医師の職業ストレスやコミュニケーション能力を考えるうえで, 感情労働という視点を用いる意義について論じる.

[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to show the effects of wearing a tight skirt on the VMO, VL, and TFL muscles during walking. [Subjects] Twelve female subjects were recruited. [Methods] The muscle activities of the VMO, VL, and TFL muscles were measured using a surface EMG system during walking while wearing a typical skirt and tight skirt. [Results] The VL and TFL muscle activities significantly increased, and VMO muscle activity significantly decreased when wearing a tight skirt. [Conclusion] We thought that a tight skirt might limit the normal gait. The abnormal gait movements resulting from wearing a tight skirt could cause imbalance of the VMO and VL.

ロボット模倣機能は,究極の作業教示法として,また,人間の認知の理解への構成論的アプローチとして重要性を増している.しかし,従来の構成法は,個別のタスク,状況に限定され,本当に模倣が必要となる新奇なタスクや状況に適用できない.模倣の創発・発達的構成論に向けて,認知心理学等の知見をもとに機能構成図を提案し,その諸要素とロボット研究との対応付けを解説する.また,それらの土台をなす身体性に基づく行動創発と模倣の発生についても研究動向を紹介する.

The lernaeopodid copepod Salmincola markewitschi Shedko and Shedko, 2002 was collected in July 2019 from the buccal cavity of whitespotted char, Salvelinus leucomaenis (Pallas, 1814) (Salmonidae), reared at the Ishikawa Prefecture Fisheries Research Center (36°15′11″N, 136°25′17″E) in Kaga, Ishikawa Prefecture, central Japan. This represents the first record of Salmincola markewitschi from Ishikawa Prefecture. All of the four whitespotted char examined (263–324 mm standard length) were infected each by 2–5 adult females of Salmincola markewitschi. The adult female of copepod is described. The species is considered to have been introduced along with infected whitespotted char transported alive from a commercial trout farm in the same prefecture into the research center in January 2019. However, no infection was found after September 2019, which was caused by manual removal of copepods in July 2019 and their possible mortality due to unusually high water temperatures (up to 23℃) in August 2019. Since Salmincola markewitschi is morphologically similar to copepods previously reported as “Salmincola carpionis (Krøyer, 1837)” from salmonids (mainly chars Salvelinus spp.) from various localities of Japan, it is desirable to reidentify those copepods.

In Malaysia, multiple land use by humans has caused substantial losses of wetland ecosystems, and shrinkage of the populations, habitat and food bases of avian species. However, studies of avian populations, especially of waterbirds, is important, allowing us to understand the complexity of the wetland ecosystem structure, and also develop appropriate management techniques with robust monitoring tools to ensure the ecological sustainability of wetlands. This study aimed to determine the eco-climatic factors influencing the occurrence of waterbirds and to develop habitat suitability models for thePaya Indah (PIW) and Putrajaya wetlands (PW), Malaysia. A distance sampling point count technique using stratified random design was employed to survey the wetlands from November 2016 to January 2019. A total of 57 sampling points at 14 lakes at PIW and 54 sampling points at 24 lakes at PW were chosen. An automatic linear modelling algorithm and geographic information systems were employed to compute the importance ratios of 17 eco-climatic factors (hydrology 9; climate 5; waterscape 1 and landscape 2). The results revealed that all individual and estimated indices for observed waterbirds were significant. The automatic linear modelling algorithm results for PIW waterbirds also showed that the maximum and minimum weights of the factors were land cover and water dissolved oxygen, while in PW they were atmospheric pressure and Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI). The maximum and minimum weights of the factors for waterbirds in PIW were water turbidity and electrical conductivity, while at PW they were atmospheric pressure and six water parameters. Large areas of Putrajaya Wetland were classified as more suitable for waterbirds than Paya Indah Wetland due to the favourable water pH, atmospheric pressure and land cover (forage availability). Thus, the models' adoption as a management tool can help in the maintenance of the wetlands' habitat quality and management effectiveness of waterbird species.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ankle taping and the combined effect of ankle taping and exercise on ankle stabilization under four different conditions (pre-taped, taped, walking on the treadmill, removal of tape) in drop landing from a 40 cm height. The subjects consisted of 14 healthy adult (four male, ten female) volunteers with ages ranging from 22-28 years. Preamplified EMG electrodes were attached to the soleus, tibialis anterior, vastus medialis, and biceps femoris. EMG and force plate data were collected at 500 Hz. While standing on one leg, subjects hopped from a 40 cm height onto a force plate. The ankle of the right leg was then taped followed by a repeat of the hopping task, walking on a treadmill, and a second repetition of the hopping task. The hopping task was again repeated following the removal of the tape. Significant increases occurred in vertical ground reaction forces for the taped conditions compared with those in pretaped and untaped conditions. In the taped conditions, the soleus displayed a significant decrease in mean iEMG from impact to peak vertical ground reaction force (p<0.05). Results suggest that taping can provide enough mechanical support to limit ankle motion even after 30 minutes of walking on the treadmill. Additionally, diminished soleus iEMG activity may be related to an increase in the ground reaction forces upon landing from a jump.

要旨:国が推進している地域包括ケアシステムを実現するには,病院と地域の医療機関の連携が欠かせない.なぜなら、入院時や退院時に薬物療法の情報が「ない」「誤っている」「古い」場合は,患者に有害事象が起こる可能性がある.そのため,「安心安全な薬物療法」を患者に提供するには,病院-薬局間のシームレスな薬薬連携が必要である.思温病院で実践している薬薬連携の手段には,「退院時共同指導」「薬局薬剤師向けの薬剤管理サマリー」の2つがある.退院時共同指導と薬剤管理サマリーを実施した中で,「中心静脈栄養管理」「経腸栄養管理」「褥瘡管理」「血糖管理」「服薬管理」の5つは,医療資源が充実している病院と医療資源が限られている施設や自宅との違いがあるため,情報共有が重要となる.特に,「アドヒアランスが遵守できる服薬管理」などの対物業務と,「医薬品の適正使用」などの対人業務の2つの情報は,患者のQOLの維持・向上に欠かせないため,患者の入退院後も薬剤師が薬を渡した後にフォローし続けることが重要である.

This paper describes the outline of research project “Cognitive Interaction Design,”which is conducted as Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research on Innovative Areas, and ex-plains what we emphasize in analyzing and modeling interaction processes. Especially we discusses the necessity of analyzing and modeling considering temporal elements in interaction such as contingency and mutual adaptation. And we introduce some exam-ples of research that conduct such analysis and modeling as well as discuss our future prospects.

Earth remote sensing from geostationary orbit (GEO) can realize high temporal resolution; however, the spatial resolution is commonly worse than observation from low Earth orbit. In order to achieve high-frequency and high-resolution GEO remote sensing, a “Formation Flying Synthetic Aperture Telescope (FFSAT)” with multiple micro-satellites has been proposed. The FFSAT greatly improves the spatial resolution using a synthetic aperture technique. Therefore the relative positions and attitudes between the optical units of each satellite must be controlled with an accuracy better than 1/10 of the observation wavelength. However, even mm-class accuracy control has not been demonstrated on orbit. As a first practical application of the FFSAT, a forest fire monitoring mission using infrared rays is being considered, in which control accuracy requirement is relaxed as its wavelength is longer than visible light. We proposed a point spread function optimization method for controlling formation flying with an accuracy of approximately 1–1,000 times the wavelength (1 µm–1 mm) in the absence of sensors, which can measure absolute distance with µm-accuracy. The effectiveness of the method was demonstrated through simulations in which the satellites’ system and the optical system are coupled. The simulation results show that the method can control the formation within the wavelength order.

The grow-out stage of leopard coral grouper Plectropomus leopardus reared in land-based tanks in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan, were often heavily infected with capsalid monogeneans, up to a few millimeters in size, on the fins and skin. ​Morphological investigation revealed that the parasite belongs to Benedenia (Monogenea: Capsalidae). ​Benedenia akajin n. sp. is proposed here and described morphologically, based on the unique structures in the vaginal duct with a thick-walled distal one-third, the penis with a teat-shaped tip and the testes smaller than the germarium. ​A positive relationship between the lengths of three haptoral sclerites (anterior sclerites and anterior and posterior hamuli) and body length indicates that these taxonomically important structures keep growing as the parasite ages. ​Molecular analyses showed that the present species is most closely related to B. epinepheli and B. sargocentron, with the highest 28S rDNA identity of 98.1%, but no identical sequences were found in the database. ​Both morphological and molecular evidences suggest Benedenia akajin n. sp. as an undescribed species, and this new skin fluke deserves further investigations for the stable aquaculture of P. leopardus.

In Japan the house is an internal space (culture) cut off from the outside world (nature). It is not only a dwelling place, but it also forms a microcosm composed of two categories front and back. The front part of a Japanese house is a light, clean, superior and formal (central) place in daily life, while the back part which is composed of a kitchen, toilet, bedrooms, store-rooms and stable is regarded as a dark, dirty, inferior and informal (peripheral) place. In the front rooms, usually called Dei (出居) or Omote (=front, 表), gods of famous local shrines and ancester-gods are worshipped by householders and regular priests. But, in the back rooms, on the other hand, Ebisu-Daikoku (=gods of good fortune, エビス・大黒), Ta-no-kami (=the field god, 田ノ神), Nando-gami (=god in Nando-room, 納戸神) and Kamado-gami(=the hearth deity, 竈神)are venerated by house-wives and wandering (inferior) priests. The both parts are sometimes further subdivided into two contrasting categories. For example, in the front side of the house, Shintoism (god) and Buddism (ancester) occupy opposing positions in ritual. The purpose of this paper is to consider symbolic functions and structures of private house deities (especially the hearth deity) worshipped in the back rooms, and to reconstruct part of the cosmology represented in folktales, legends and ritual around the hearth and its deity. The hearth is a symbol of the "family" itself and its deity plays an important role in guarding the family and life in general. In folktales and legends, the hearth deity is closely connected with sake (=wine) and gold. Sake is a sacred drink which facilitates communication with the other world (god) : however, this word also indicates a border or boundary. Gold signifies a complete rebirth as well as a precious metal as opposed to death and things dirty. Yet, the hearth deity can transform the negative (feces) into the positive (gold). This shows that it is a mediating bridge between two states (e. g. positive/negative, rich/poor, life and death.) Consequently, the hearth god resembles to a great degree a guardian god at the village boundary acting as a mediator between this world and the other. Generally speaking, house deities in the rear of the premises have negative characteristics darkness, ugliness, dificiency and imperfections (for instance, they are deaf, blind, bald, lame, one-legged or one-eyed) . Their negative aspect symbolizes a kind of "death" (otherness) and is an indispensable condition for a new and better world which is about to dawn for "negativized being" is entitled to occupy a whole place within the system. In folktales and various rites, the transition between life and death (opposite principles) is often made in the back section of the house, where the house quardian spirits live, appearing in the form of a dwarf, a little child or small animals (a snake. a mouse, or a fox etc) . The corn spirit (usually the paddy spirit) is also worshipped in the back side of the house which is also a special area for rebirth where the two principles of life/death, fire/water coexist, and they exchange places each other. The hearth deity as a mediator, for example, is characterized by the conflicting concepts of at once the fire god and the water god, the guardian god and the rough god (荒神), life and death. In this respect, it resemble the thunder god which is mediator between the sky and the earth. The thunder god rumbles when the seasons change, and at the time of birth and death. This god, which is thought to be a one-eyed god and smith-god, marks the crossing of boundaries between two different states.

理工学系大学の学部生に向けた安全学の教育では,学生らが,災害防止における将来の自らの役割を自覚し,まずは技術的側面から問題を解決する考え方を習得することを目標とすべきである.リスクアセスメントの教育は重要であるが,単に手法を解説する方法ではこの目標を達成することはできない.そこで,リスクアセスメントの手順を,問題解決の思考様式を研究する分野での,一般的な問題解決の考え方からながめると,リスクアセスメントが災害防止に有効であるための,条件がみえてくる.この分野では,問題には構造があり,構造を変えることが解決である,と考える.これより,災害の問題構造をとらえて構造を変える力が人や組織にあることが,リスクアセスメント実施の前提条件となる.教育では,この観点に基づいて内容を組み立てる必要があるものと考える.さらに,労働安全分野でのリスクアセスメント教育に関する考察として,問題解決における構造の考え方を用いると,リスクアセスメントと危険予知との違いを区別することができることを示す.

Monitoring analysis of 14 per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), 9-chlorohexadecafluoro-3-oxanonane-1-sulfonate (F-53B) and dodecafluoro-3H-4,8-dioxanonanoate (ADONA) in bottled drinking water, tea and juice samples was performed using LC coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) and solid-phase extraction (SPE). In the electrospray negative ion mode, the limit of detection and limit of quantification (LOQ) values were 0.1 to 0.8 ng/mL and 0.2 to 1.6 ng/mL, respectively. The calibration curves were linear from LOQ to 50 ng/mL (r2 > 0.999). The SPE procedure (Presep PFC-II) was utilized for sample preparation and recovery rates for three standards (35, 70 and 140 ng/L) were 80.4–118.8% with relative standard deviation (RSD) ≤ 0.6%. Using the developed method, various samples (n = 54) from Japanese markets were investigated for PFAS and F-53B contamination, and values below the LOQ were observed. It is concluded that for monitoring products in the Japanese market, our method represents a significant improvement over complex techniques for the quantification of PFAS and related compounds from various foods.

Die vorliegende Abhandlung widmet sich dem Vorhaben, László Tengelyis Auslegung der Phänomenologie Husserls als „phänomenologische Metaphysik“ zu erklären. Tengelyi stellt im dritten Teil seines Werkes Welt und Unendlichkeit (2014) dar, dass Husserls Phänomenologie über das Unendliche zugleich eine Affinität und eine Diskrepanz mit Cantors Behandlung des Transfiniten zeigt. Die Affinität liegt darin, dass Cantor, entgegengesetzt zu Kant, in seiner Mathematik das Unendliche als mathematisch durchgängig bestimmbaren Begriff bildet, und dass Husserl, ebenfalls entgegen Kant, in seine Phänomenologie eine Konzeption der Anschauung des Unendlichen einführt. Die Diskrepanz von beiden zeigt sich aber auch, weil Husserl seine Konzeption des Unendlichen als nicht durchgängig bestimmbar darstellt und damit vermeidet, in die ontotheologische Metaphysik zurückzukehren.Um Cantors Mengenlehre als eine ontotheologische Metaphysik zu erklären, gehen wir im ersten Abschnitt dieser Abhandlung von Kants Erörterung der ersten Antinomie in der Kritik der reinen Vernunft aus. Im zweiten Abschnitt werden wir sehen, wie Cantor den mathematisch bestimmbaren Begriff des Transfiniten als Aktual-Unendliches bildet und wie dieser sich mit dem, was Kant den transzendentalen Schein genannt hat, überlappt. Im letzten und dritten Abschnitt werden wir erklären, wie Tengelyi anhand der Manuskripte Husserls argumentiert, dass Husserl seinen Begriff des Unendlichen vom Cantor’schen Begriff des Transfiniten differenziert und damit eine nicht in die Ontotheologie hineinfallende Metaphysik – nämlich eine phänomenologische Metaphysik – eröffnet.

【目的】単一施設(A大学)で評価を行ってきた終末期ケアシミュレーションを,異なる教育環境(B大学)の看護大学生に実施し,振返りを通して評価する.【方法】終末期ケアシミュレーション実施後,参加者に振返り用紙への自由な回答を求め,内容分析を行った.【結果】参加者は12名であった.振返り内容は,13個のカテゴリー:看護に関する自己の理解,看護に関する自己の肯定的見通しの実感,コミュニケーションに関する知の獲得,終末期に関する知の獲得,学習機会の取得,デブリーフィングによる効果の実感,看護に関する自己の肯定的変化,看護の知の獲得,リアリティの実感,教員の関わりに対する評価,実施方法への評価,場の雰囲気に対する評価,経験への評価に集約された.【考察・結論】終末期ケアシミュレーション参加者は,教育環境にかかわらず,同様の学習経験を得ることが期待できる.
