There is a possibility that classical swine fever virus outbreak has negative impacts on wild boar. To adequately manage native wild boar populations, wildlife managers need to gather the field data on wild boar and implement population management practices. We aimed to report the relative abundance index of wild boar before and after this outbreak. Our results showed that relative abundance index declined from 2017 (8.88 wild boars/100 trap days) to 2019 (2.03 wild boars/100 trap days), because of the negative impact of this virus and continuous culling programs. Although the eradication risk from the synergistic effect is low, wildlife managers need to consider the relationship between the trade-off between the risk of CSF and the conservation ecology risk of native species eradication.

律令や孝子説話等の例において、継母と継子の恋愛関係は「不孝」と結びつけられる。光源氏の「孝」を称賛する場面が繰り返されるものの、光源氏と継母的立場である藤壺の関係に対しても「不孝」への連想が働いていたと想定され、「薄雲」の天変に繋がっている。光源氏とともに語られる「孝」は不孝を照射し矛盾を示す皮肉的なものとして機能しており、それは本来的な「孝」思想から離れた物語の「孝」と位置付けられる。論説(Article)

【学術論文】本文藉由三部歷史小說及其所改編的電視劇,探討台灣人的集體記憶,特別聚焦於日本時代的記憶表象。分析文本為東方白的<浪淘沙), (1990) 、吳豐秋的<後山日先照), (1996) 、謝里法的<紫色大稻埕), (2009) 及改編自這三部歷史小說的影視作品。硏究結果指出,重現日本時代是今日台灣的一股潮流,三部影視作品所呈現的日本時代記憶,具有以下共同特徵:一、都是描述跨越兩個時代的人物的家族史。登場人物生於日本時代,有過被殖民與接受近代化洗禮的歷史經驗,但戰後國民黨政府接收台灣,帶給他們的卻是另一個更嚴峻的挑戰。二、劇中所描述的日本時代涵蓋殖民性及近代性,但二戰時期生活困苦的記憶相對被淡化,且同時出現了脫離時代軌跡的疏離感與他者性。原因在於影像化過程需要更嚴格的時代考據,但世代間記憶的斷層,使劇中的戰爭記憶被淡化,同時植入了現代H 本的想像。三、劇中都呈現相對美好的「H 本」記憶。終戰前後的生活體驗及所見所聞是三位作家創作取材的泉源,他們不斷比對兩個時代,使得日本時代的記憶相對美好,而此一集體記憶,透過電視劇,不僅擴大了它的讀者群,也提升了它的可視性。

全身にわたる皮下脂肪厚を測定し, その分布パターンを明らかにした研究は今のところみられていない.本研究では, 2名の成人男子を対象にして, 超音波診断装置 (Bモードlinearタイプ) を用いてほぼ全身の皮下脂肪厚を測定し, その分布パターンを明らかにすることにした.本研究によって得られた結果は次のようであった.1) 体幹で皮下脂肪が厚い箇所は, 臍を中心とした腹部中央と側腹から腰部外側にかけての部分であった.2) 体幹で皮下脂肪が薄い箇所は, 胸部上方の部分であった.3) 体肢では大腿や上腕のように中枢に近いところにある体節で, かつ中枢に近づくほど皮下脂肪は厚かった.4) 以上のことから, 体幹では皮下脂肪厚が幅広く分布しているのに対して, 体肢ではほぼ均一に分布する傾向のみられることが示唆できた.

『浮雲』を中心に明治前期の作品を対象として、和語系・漢語系オノマトペの使用状況を概観し、両者の関係を考えた。調査の結果から、和語系オノマトペで表現し得ない部分(その多くは心情表現に結びつく語)を、漢語系オノマトペで補ったこと、漢語系オノマトペの中でも既に広く用いられているものを中心に、言文一致文に取り入れようとしたのではないかということがうかがわれた。前者に関しては、和語系オノマトペにおいて、細かい意味を使い分ける働きをする型が未発達であること、オノマトぺの種類自体がまだ少ないことが、その遠因となっており、和語系オノマトペが発達するまでの間、漢語系のものが使われたであろうことが考えられる。

In order to investigate the influences of all-night playing of mahjong, which is experienced not infrequently in our daily life, on various body functions, especially on the disease resistance of the individuals, 4 volunteers were selected to play mahjong all through the night. During the course, gas metabolism, pulse rates and the values of the dermal current were determined according to the lapse of time. Further, specimens of blood and urine were taken at 1 hour's intervals to determine the timely changes in the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes and in the number of the circulating eosinophil cells. In addition to these, oxydation coefficient determination and Donaggio's test were conducted to obtain roughly the following results.<BR>1) with the usual sleeping hours, the values of the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes are roughly the same in each morning. However, in the case of all-night mahjong playing, the activity gradually diminished towards the dawn showing approximately 45 less value in the following morning compared with that of the usual morning. Approximately 4 hours' sleep in the morning, however, helped the value to recover to a certain extent. A good sleep in the following night recovered the value to almost full extent.<BR>2) The number of circulating eosinophil cells showed almost the same fluctuation during the course as that of the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes.<BR>3) Unlike during the sleeping hours, the oxygen up take and the pulse rate were not found diminished, but the flicker value and the value of the dermal current were found diminishing as the time elapsed. The former showed approximately 13% less value at dawn, at which time the volunteers felt most sleepy, with a gradual recovery thereafter. The latter, however, continued lower values during the whole course.<BR>The lowering in the number of circulating eosinophil cells and the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes were found greater when these functions were maintained greatly in adverse to those during the sleeping hours.<BR>4) In the case of all-night playing of mahjong, Vakat's iodic acid coefficient, which usually shows a gradual increase according to the lapse of time. Moreover, this condition teded unrecovered for 2 or 3 days after one all-night sit up.<BR>5) As stated in the above, in the case of all-night playing of mahjong during the night, when usually the excitability of the cerebrum gradually become lowered by the time lapse and when the vagus tends to high tension, various body functions seem not to show their phenomena under sleep, and the bearing degree observed from the changes in the number of circulating eosinophil cells seemed great; further, extreme lowering in the disease resistance observed from the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes seemed to be noted with enhanced dissimilating metabolism.

油脂代替物は, 炭水化物ベースの油脂類似物, タンパク質ベースの油脂類似物, 構造脂質, 合成油脂類似物よりなる。炭水化物ベース及びタンパク質ベースの油脂類似物は, 低温もしくは室温で製造されている多くの製品に現在使用されている。これらの油脂類似物は, 通常油脂の9kcal/gと比較してわずか4kcal/gしかカロリーを有さないため, 通常油脂を含む製品と比較して, これら油脂類似物を使用した製品はカロリーを低下させることが可能となる。しかしながらこれら油脂類似物は揚げ物やチョコレートには使用されない。一方, 構造脂質と合成油脂類似物は, チョコレート, 焼き物, スナック菓子に使用されている。合成油脂類似物は, 脂質の構造を持たず, 小腸内で消化されにくい。そのためこれら類似物はカロリー0, もしくはほぼ0となる。構造脂質を使用した製品は, 日本市場で既に出回っているが, 合成油脂類似物の使用はまだ日本では許可されていない。

This study was designed to examine how baseball batters adjust their batting actions to slow-speed and fast-speed pitches by measuring the ground reaction forces. The followings were revealed during different phases of the batting action. 1) At the take-back motion phase, the weight was transferred onto the catcher-side foot. The ground reaction force of the left foot, i.e., the pitcher-side foot, was increased immediately to fix the left foot firmly on the ground at the bat-swing phase. 2) In batting the slow-speed pitches, fixing the stepped left foot on the ground was remained momentarily before the bat-swing action. 3) In batting the slow-speed and fast-speed pitches, the ground reaction force curves of the left foot at the bat-swing phase were almost the saae. 4) The bat swing was started after fixing the left foot on the ground. 5) In each batting for the slow-speed and the fast-speed pitches which were mixed at random, the beginnig-phases of the batting motions were started at the almost same time. These analyses suggest the followings: 1)Ddecision on hitting the pitch is made before fixing the stepped foot firmly on the ground. 2)By momentary fixation of the stepped foot on the ground, the bat-swing action is synchronized to the pitch for correctly timed hitting. 4)When it is difficult for batters to predict whether the next pitch will be fast-speed or slow-speed, batters' actions may be prepared to hit the fast-speed pitches. And when the pitched ball is slow-speed, batters may adjust the start of the bat-swing action by momentary fixation of the stepped foot on the ground.
