オーマイニュースは韓国で呉連鎬氏が立ち上げた、市民参加型のニュースサイトです。市民みんなが記者になり、記事をインターネット上のサイトに載せる。2002年の韓国大統領選挙では、「ネチズン」と呼ばれた彼らの活動が、盧武鉉氏を当選させる原動力になりました。 そして2006年8月、初代編集長に著名なジャーナリストの鳥越俊太郎氏を迎えて、日本版がスタートしました。

本稿は、国際交流基金バンコク日本文化センターが2010年1月より2012年4月にかけて行ったJF日本語教育スタンダード導入施行の変遷とともに、具体的な作業の流れと作成物の内容を報告するものである。導入にあたり我々は、JF日本語教育スタンダードを、タイの中等教育機関の日本語教育の現場で問題となっている課題解決のために利用するという基本方針を立てた。そして、『あきこと友だち』という既存の教科書を使っての口頭コミュニケーション能力育成を目標に掲げた。その実現のため、Can-doでの目標設定、目標を達成するためのクラス活動、できたかどうかの評価という一連の流れにJF日本語教育スタンダードを取り入れた、教師のための参考書を作成した。また完成後は、タイ全国6か所で、これをどのように活用していくかの実践的な研修会を行った。現場に直接役立つ、教育支援のためのJFスタンダードの活用法として報告したい。

問 森喜朗内閣不信任決議案を巡る加藤紘一氏らの造反劇は、結局、「未遂」に終わってしまいました。それもあって、不信任案の採決直前の日曜日(11月19日)に生放送されたテレビ朝日系の番組、「サンデープロジェクト」は話題を呼びましたね。

回折,X線微細吸収構造法,イメージング,光電子分光法などとして利用可能な放射光は,従来のX線機器に比べて,高輝度で指向性に優れるなどの特長がある.このため,鋼材の大気腐食や耐候性鋼さびの生成と構造に及ぼす合金元素の影響,ニッケル上のPbのアンダーポテンシャル析出現象,ステンレス鋼の不動態皮膜の非破壊解析など,様々な金属腐食現象研究に適用されている.一方,回折,小角散乱法,イメージングなどとして利用可能な中性子線は,透過力が強く,水や水素の検出能が高いなどのユニークな特性を有している.これより,耐候性鋼さびの乾湿繰り返しにともなうさび粒子サイズや体積率の評価や塗膜下腐食鋼材のふくれ内部での水の動きの直接観察などの金属腐食現象の研究に応用されている.

Background The prevalence and ECG characteristics of idiopathic ventricular arrhythmia originating in the free wall of the right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) require further clarification, which was the aim of the present study of 110 patients with idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (n=34) or premature ventricular contraction (n=76; OT-VT/PVC) who underwent successful catheter ablation at the RVOT. Methods and Results Ten OT-VT/PVCs (9%) were ablated successfully at the free wall (FW-VT/PVC); the remaining 100 (91%) were ablated at the RVOT septum (Sep-VT/PVC). R wave amplitudes in the inferior leads were significantly smaller in FW-VT/PVC than in Sep-VT/PVC (p<0.01). An RR' pattern in the inferior leads was observed significantly more often in FW-VT/PVC than in Sep-VT/PVC (p<0.001). QS-wave amplitude in each of leads V1 to V3 was significantly deeper in FW-VT/PVC than in Sep-VT/PVC (p<0.001). ECG criteria requiring an RR' pattern in all inferior leads as well as an S-wave amplitude of at least 3.0 mV in lead V2 differentiated FW-VT/PVC from Sep-VT/PVC with high sensitivity, specificity, and predictive accuracy. Conclusions Although FW-VT/PVC has a relatively low prevalence, it has several distinctive ECG characteristics and detailed ECG analysis can differentiate it from Sep-VT/PVC. This paper aims at clarifying Grillparzer's political view in King Ottkars Lucky and End.Grillparzer is generally regarded as a liberalistic constitutional monarchist under the influence of the Enlightenment. However, he is neither liberalistic nor constitutional in this work. In the 13th Century, the king of Bohemia Ottokar II is defeated in the war against the Emperor Rudolf I and dies. The hero Rudolf, who worships the Roman Catholic Church and is a Feudalist based on the Lehn system, becomes the founder of the Hapsburg Monarchy. Grillparzer, who finds similarity in the lives of Ottkar and Napoleon I, describes Napoleon's life in this drama. After the death of the modern individualist Napoleon, who trusted solely in his talents and endeavors in the continual pursuit of victory, the Hapsburg Monarchy remained firmly in Austria. In 1823, after the century of the Enlightenment, it is the medieval order ORDO that Grillparzer praises. In the view of Grillparzer, who describes Rudolf as an ideal emperor, the Hapsburg Monarchy should rely on medieval faith and domination. Because he finds his Utopia in a world before the Renaissance and Reformation, he is considered a Conservative Revolutionist such asHugo von Hofmannsthal who lives in the fin de siecle and hopes for the eternal domination of the Hapsburg Monarchy.

The soft texture of the pizza crust rim is generated by baking at a high temperature for a short period in a stone oven. In the case of baking in an electric oven, the pizza dough is baked at a much lower temperature and for a longer period, resulting in a harder texture. To improve the texture of electric oven-baked pizza crust, the effects of water and gelatinized starch on the viscoelasticity of pizza dough and the texture of pizza crust was investigated. Rheological properties (storage modulus, loss modulus, and yield stress) of pizza dough decreased with an increase in water content. When wheat flour in the dough was partially replaced with pre-gelatinized wheat starch, the rheological properties of the dough were maintained even at a high-water content. These results indicate that water-enriched dough can be prepared with gelatinized starch and baked using an electric oven. There was no significant difference in apparent density between the conventional and modified pizza crusts. Water content of the crumb part of the modified crust was significantly higher than that of the conventional crust. Texture analysis revealed that the modified pizza crust showed significantly lower stress at high strain than the conventional crust. In addition, sensory evaluation showed that the modified pizza crust exhibited greater firmness and stickiness than the conventional crust, which was attributed to the increased water content with gelatinized starch of the dough.

Over the past 10 years, many products utilizing the functionality of salmon cartilage proteoglycan have come on the market, and consumer awareness of proteoglycan has increased. During this period, the biggest issue has been how to evaluate the amount and quality of proteoglycan in the cartilage extract blended in the products. In this study, we propose an immunological method that can easily evaluate the amount and quality of proteoglycan in the proteoglycan-containing compositions. By the present method, it is possible to evaluate not only the retention of the functional domains of the core protein of proteoglycan, but also that of chondroitin sulfate chains linked to the core protein. Furthermore, the binding activity of proteoglycan to hyaluronan can be evaluated if hyaluronan is used as a probe instead of an antibody. This method is expected to be useful for proteoglycan quality evaluation during the manufacturing process and product storage.

次世代の高亜音速輸送機用エンジンである超高バイパス比ターボファン・エンジンの研究「超高バイパス比可変形状エンジンの研究」を進めている過程で、新しい概念のエンジンであるコア分離型ターボファン・エンジンを考案した。このエンジンの特徴は、従来のターボファン・エンジンでは一体となっていたファンとコア・エンジンを分離して並列に配置したことである。概念検討の結果、コア分離型ターボファン・エンジンは従来型ターボファン・エンジンに比べて、安定性や構成の柔軟性などに優れており、また、VTOL輸送機用エンジンなどの新しい用途にも適していることを確認した。

Myanmar is a country where Theravāda Buddhism has been thriving since King Anawyahta, the founder of the Bagan unified dynasty introduced it from the Mon kingdom of Thaton in the latter part of the eleventh century. This Buddhism is generally known as the ‘monastic Buddhism’ which is principally focused on the monkhood. But it has also been permeating among the laity until the present day. We may regard the successive dynasties of Myanmar, which had introduced this Buddhism into the political sphere, as the ‘Theravāda Buddhist State’, which placed the dhamma (Law of Buddha) in the core position of the state structure. Therefore, the relationship between kingship or government (ānācakka) and religious authority (buddhacakka) has always been strained and the former has usually intervened and has been standing at predominance over the latter until today. Although the Theravāda Buddhist Polity collapsed with the fall of the Konbaung dynasty in the late nineteenth century due to the British colonial rule, it has been regenerated as a ‘sovereign independent state’ after independence under the Constitution of the Union of Myanma adopted in 1947. Even though once Myanmar inclined towards a ‘religious state’ during U Nu’s regime under the Constitution (Third Amendment) Act in 1961 because of his treatment of Buddhism as the state religion, the country was brought back to a secular state by its strict secularity under President U Ne Win’s policy of ‘the Burmese way to Socialism’ under the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of the Union of Burma (1974). It had principally continued until the end of the regimes of the military administration by both the Senior Generals Saw Maung and Than Shwe in March, 2011 when the new regime of President U Thein Sein began under the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar (2008). This paper is an attempt to examine the characteristic of a modern Myanmar secular state, through further detailed analysis of its previous studies on the provisions of religious affairs and also a new approach to the preamble of the constitution (2008), comparing it with those of previous constitutions of 1947, its 1961 (Amendment) and 1974.
