会話はダイナミックな相互作用であるため,二人の会話者によって作り出される相互作用そのものに注目する必要があると考え,Burgoon et al. (1995)による相互作用パターンの1つである返報性の観点から,二者の発話量の均衡が相手の会話者や会話に対する印象に及ぼす効果について検討することを目的とした.小川(2003)は,観察者という視点から,発話量の均衡が印象に及ぼす効果について検討しているが,会話場面における目標の違いなどから,観察者と会話者では異なる会話行動によって影響を受けることが考えられる.そこで,本研究では小川(2003)の結果と比較しながら,発話量の均衡が印象形成に及ぼす効果についてより詳細な検討を行った.

Change in conversational behavior with the progress of a conversation between two people who have met for the first time was quantitatively examined from the perspective of Verbal Response Modes (VRM: Stiles, 1992 etc.). Participants were 18 pairs of female university students who met for the first time. They participated in 10-minute conversation sessions three times at one-week intervals. All the utterances were classified into VRM, and the frequency and time of the appearance of utterances were measured. Results indicated that internal self-disclosures were often made as the conversation session advanced. More questions were asked and more objective information was conveyed in the first meeting than in sessions thereafter. Moreover, results of time series analysis indicated that a "Disclosure→Disclosure" pattern often appeared as the session advanced. The correlation analysis of the number of utterances of two people suggested various results related to the uncertainty reduction theory (Berger & Calabrese, 1975). Finally, the relation between the number of utterances and the impressions of each session was examined and discussed overall with the change in the number of utterances.

本稿では, 対人コミュニケーションに関する最近の日本の実験的研究を中心に概観し, 取り組むべき課題について言及した。言語的コミュニケーションおよび非言語的コミュニケーションに関する研究をいくつか挙げ, 言語的コミュニケーションと非言語的コミュニケーションの融合も含めたマルチ・チャネル・アプローチによる研究の必要性についても研究例を挙げながら論じた。続いて, 3者間コミュニケーションや観察者という立場から捉えた対人コミュニケーション研究など, 2者間コミュニケーション以外の対人コミュニケーションの捉え方についても紹介した。また, 対人コミュニケーション研究にも社会的スキルという概念が近年多く組み込まれるようになってきたが, 構成概念も含めこの両者の関係性については十分な吟味が必要ではないかという問題提起を行った。最後に, 対人コミュニケーション研究の今後の課題として, 会話者の内的プロセスの解明, 文化的背景の考慮, 他分野の研究への関心, well-beingとの関係を検討する必要性などについて指摘した。

小学校での外国語活動の必修化を目前に控えている現在,英語活動に関する多くの研究が行われているが,主たる授業者である学級担任の英語学習に対する考え方(ビリーフ)を調査したものは見られない。そこで,本研究は,まず(1)大阪府下における英語活動の実態を明らかにし,(2)小学校教員の英語学習に対するビリーフを明らかにし,(3)その結果から英語活動への提言を試みた。その結果,小学校教員の英語学習に対するビリーフが外国語活動の必修化に影響を与えていることが検証された。同時に,小学校外国語活動に関する「教員への啓蒙活動の必要性」が浮き彫りになった。English Activities has been implemented in many public elementary schools in Japan. According to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Technology (MEXT, 2007), 95.8% of the public elementary schools in Japan have implemented English Activities in some ways. There is much research on English Activities such as curriculum, materials, teachers' training programs. More than 90% of homeroom teachers (HRTs) are in charge of English Activities in higher grades as a main instructor (MEXT, 2007). In addition to this, MEXT (2007) stated that Foreign Language Activities is to be a compulsory instruction in the near future and said that the language in the Activities is English with some exception. Moreover, it is said that the best way to implement English Activities is team-teaching included HRTs. From these situations, it is clear that the role of HRTs in English Activities become more important. There are many piece of research on issues about implementing English Activities but little research on what elementary school teachers think toward English. Considering these situations, it is necessary to investigate what elementary school teachers think toward English. Therefore, this paper will find this out from the perspective of beliefs. This paper conducted the research that tried to investigate university students and elementary school teacher beliefs toward English by using questionnaires called BALLI (the Beliefs about Language Learning Inventory). The findings are various; 1) there are many differences between the beliefs of English majors or sub-majors students and those of elementary school majors students; 2) HRTs' role in English Activities will become more and more important; and 3) there are some differences among teachers' opinions about introducing English Activities as a compulsory instruction, and the results of this thesis imply that teacher beliefs have an influence on their opinions. The students who belong to English major or sub-major regard English as a really difficult language, but they think learning English is averagely easy. On the contrary, the students who belong to elementary school education major regard English as an average difficult language, but they think learning English is difficult. In other words, the students who belong to elementary school education major have higher affective filter toward English or learning English. English Activities will become a compulsory instruction sometimes soon, and elementary school teachers will insist on many issues concerning the current situation of English Activities such as the instructors, curriculum, and materials. Of course, these issues are important in order to implement English Activities effectively; however, as this paper found that teachers' beliefs, especially about speaking English, might influence their opinions toward English Activities. For that matter, increasing teachers' confidence in speaking English might liberate from their anxiety about implementing English Activities, which might reduce their resistances toward English Activities.

国産果物の高品質には定評があるにもかかわらず,国民の消費量については「毎日くだもの200グラム運動」で推奨されている量の1/2に留まる. 諸外国に比較しても著しく低レベルである. そこで、発表者らは4半世紀にわたって進めてきた「果物と健康」に関する研究の成果を活用し、果物の消費拡大をアピールしている. 更には任意団体を2つ立ち上げ,消費拡大活動に向け工夫を重ねている.今回、その成果と将来展望について報告する.

対人コミュニケーションは後続する対人認知などの対人的相互作用ときわめて密接な関係にあると考えられる。会話はダイナミックな相互作用であるため,各々の会話者の特徴だけではなく,二人の会話者によって作り出される相互作用そのものに着目をする必要がある。本研究では,Burgoon et al.(1995)による相互作用パターンのひとつである返報性の考えをもとに,二者の発話量の均衡が,会話者や会話の印象に及ぼす効果について検討した。実験1では,より日常に近い場面における発話量の均衡状態と観察者が抱く印象の関係を探索的に検討するため自然会話場面を刺激として用い,実験2では,会話者や会話内容などの要因を可能な限り統制した会話を作成し刺激として用いた。結果,発話量の均衡状態は会話者に対する印象とは関連がなかったが,会話に対する印象では,快印象を生じさせる可能性が示唆された。本研究は,認知的負荷が少なく会話を冷静に観察することができる観察者を認知者としたが,今後,会話者による認知と比較検討することで,発話量の均衡が印象形成に及ぼす効果についてより詳細に検討していくことが課題として残された。

少子高齢化と長寿化の進展によって、「老後の備え」が社会的に重要な問題となっている。豊かな老後を送るためには、金融面だけではなく、健康面も重要である。つまり、老後の備えは、金融面と健康面の両方を考える必要がある。本研究では、曖昧性と後悔という概念を用いて、将来の不確実な健康を健康不安として捉えることを提案する。そして、理論と実験を統合して、健康不安を取り入れた家計ファイナンスの構築を目指す。

In this study, the physical performance (adhesion resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance) extremely thin, highly durable and chemically adsorbed fluorocarbon film with low surface energy on the metal surface (the thickness is about 1 nm order.) was evaluated, and the evaluation results (durability, demolding resistance) on the actual injection molding performance up to 100,000 shots using a test mold were reported. <BR>The demolding resistance could be drastically decreased without losing the mold shape and dimensional accuracy by using the chemically adsorbed and highly durable fluorocarbon film.<BR>From these results, this technique should be useful for molding various elastomers such as silicone and urethane resin which are difficult to release from a mold for making high precision products such as optical components and chemical chips.

In the development of any interpersonal relationship, impression formation in the early stages is crucial. The current research focused on the initial encounter will examine the variables of the dyadic balance in the amount of speech exchanged, and the impression of the partner, as well as the conversation. The major findings were as follows : (1) better impressions of both the partner and the conversation were seen in dyads which were characterized by a good balance in disclosure; (2) better impressions of the partner were seen in dyads in which equal time at questioning each other were made, and in dyads in which the subject made more verbal reinforcement than the partner; (3) a positive correlation between the perception that the partner disclosed more than the self, and the desirability of the impression of the partner were seen; (4) a positive correlation between the impressions formed during the conversation and the anticipation of future exchanges were seen.

2017年度の研究実績については2点ある。1:各大学が実験参加者プールを構築すること研究グループで何度か打ち合わせを行い、実験参加者プールの構築と収集データの統一を図ることで合意した。関西大学と同志社大学についてはすでに実験参加者プールが完成している(関西大学)か、すでに構築を始めていた(同志社大学)。広島市立大学では研究分担社が過去に実験を実施した経験があるので、その時の経験を基に実験参加者プールの再構築に着手した。大阪産業大学はコンピュータ室の使用許可や、謝金の支払い方に関するルールの策定など実験実施環境の構築を終え、被験者プールの構築に着手した。これらは大学をまたいだ共通実験環境の構築の第一歩として必要である。2:複数の大学で共通して実施する実験の選定各大学で共通に実施する実験として、参加者募集など実験の実施が容易(1人で意思決定を行うタイプ)であり、なおかつ学問的価値も高いものとしてGuerci et al.(2017)のWeighted voting gameを利用することとした。現在、Guerci et al.(2017)の基本枠組みで実験を実施し、なおかつ多地点での実験実施による効果の違いを検討できる実験計画を選定中である。なお、実験参加者プールがすでに確立されている関西大学についてはGuerci et al.(2017)の基本枠組みに従った実験を17年度中に4セッション実施できた。さらに、Guerci et al.(2017)のデータも利用できることになった。

An Impact Mass Damper (IMD) is a simple damping device which consists of a weight and a cushion attached on a tower. It utilizes energy dissipation due to collision between the weight and the cushion on the tower. Considering damping capacity of the IMD depends on the collision, the impact force caused by collision cannot be neglected and it may have a bad effect on habitability of the tower. This paper proposes the new IMD idea which has the lower impact force and the enough damping capacity to suppress the harmful vibration, by investigating the vibration characteristics of the cushion.

本稿では「家計調査」収録の費目別消費データに基づいて,余暇と消費の間の弱分離性を統計的に検証する.弱分離性が棄却されれば,余暇水準は支出行動に直接的な影響を及ぼすことになる.われわれは,条件付き需要関数に基づき,家計にとって余暇水準が与えられた下で,家計の支出行動に検討を加えた.実証分析の結果,総支出弾力性は余暇時間の大きさに依存することが明らかとなり,消費と余暇時間の間の弱分離制は棄却された.消費サービスを享受する行為に時間が必要とされる「教養・娯楽」,「住居」といった費目への総支出弾力性は,余暇時間が増加するにつれて上昇する傾向が観察される.逆に,労働と密接に結びついて消費費目である「被服及び履物」,「保険医療」といった費目への総支出弾力性は,余暇時間の増加につれて低下していくことが見いだされる.We examine the effects of leisure on household commodity demands using data on monthly expenditure from Japanese Household Expenditure Survey during 1970 to 1996. Specifically we test the separability of commodity demands from leisure based on conditional demand functions. Separability is decisively rejected and it is found that as the time allocated to leisure increases, the total expenditure elasticity of recreation and housing rises, while that of clothing and medical care falls.

本稿では複数のRCカーによる自律走行の獲得を目的としたDeepQ-Networkによる協調学習手法を提案する。RCカーが他車にぶつからないこと及びコースアウトをしないことに加え、交差点で指定された方角へ曲がることが可能となる。天井に取り付けられたカメラの映像から得られる車両の位置と向きからLIDAR情報に変換し、走行の開始から終了までの走行を1エピソードとしたデータをもとに学習を行う。
