令和元年度は、数論的な体の絶対ガロア群の組み合わせ論的特徴付けについて、関連した次の2つの研究成果を得た。1.有理数体Qの絶対ガロア群G_Qの充分大きな閉部分群のグロタンディーク・タイヒミュラー群GTにおける通約化部分群からG_Qへの準同型であって、元の閉部分群に制限すれば、包含写像になっているものを構築した。G_Qの閉部分群はQのある代数拡大体に対応しているが、上述の充分大きなという条件は、「その代数拡大体の任意の有限次拡大体の乗法群の可除元のなす群が1のべき根のなす群に含まれる」といった体論的な条件である。これまでの遠アーベル幾何学の研究に現れる多くの体に加え、p進局所体の最大アーベル拡大のような円分指標が消えている体がこの条件を満たしていることも確認しており、そのような設定での遠アーベル幾何学の研究も今後の興味深い課題の一つに思われる。例えば、上述の準同型を構築する際に、J.Stix氏による数体の最大円分拡大上の種数0双曲的曲線に対する弱グロタンディーク予想型の結果の、上述の体論的な条件を満たす体上における設定への一般化を行った。前年度に投稿した論文に、これらの結果を書き加え、論文の再提出を行った。2.望月新一氏、星裕一郎氏との議論により、GTの部分群として、G_Qを組み合わせ論的に構築する研究の遠アーベル幾何学への応用を与えた。具体的には、数体の最大円分拡大体上の種数0双曲的曲線に付随する高次配置空間に対するグロタンディーク予想を証明した。このことに関する結果は、前年度より引き続き行っているBGT(G_Qの組み合わせ論的な候補)に関する研究をまとめた論文に書き加える予定で、現在投稿準備中である。また、前年度、及び、今年度に得た結果に関する講演を4回、中国科学技術大学、オックスフォード大学、ノッティンガム大学、ソルボンヌ大学で行った。

This paper discusses the time concept of Tendai hongaku 本覚 philosophy. The Sanjushika no kotogaki 三十四箇事書, one of the main Tendai hongaku texts, states that eternal and present are coming together and dissolving into oneness. It leads to the “eternal now.” In addition, we can see present, past and future at the same time in other spaces as well as this space, although the spaces have their own time. This time concept seems to belong to eternalism, which states that there are things that exist at other times. As a result it leads to the creation of art and literature. However, it is also related to the negative sides of Tendai hongaku philosophy such as discrimination, because the future is already decided.

【目的】発症後6 ヵ月経過した時点で歩行が全介助であった重度片麻痺者に対し,長下肢装具を用いて積極的な歩行練習を実施したところ,屋内監視歩行を獲得したため報告する。【対象】脳出血発症から6 ヵ月が経過したものの歩行に全介助を要する重度左片麻痺と高次脳機能障害および視野障害を呈した50 歳代の女性である。【方法】当院転院後,足部に可動性を有す長下肢装具(以下,KAFO)を用いて行う前型歩行練習を中心とした理学療法を実施した。【結果】麻痺側下肢筋力の一部は改善し,380 病日に四脚杖と短下肢装具を使用して屋内監視歩行が可能となった。【結論】重度片麻痺例に対してKAFO を用いた前型歩行練習は,下肢の支持性を向上させ,より高い歩行能力を獲得することに貢献できる可能性がある。発症から長期間経過した症例に対しても,必要に応じて下肢装具を積極的に使用し,機能の改善を図る視点をもつことが重要であると思われた。

シアン化合物を含む雑豆(バター豆)を用いて製あん工程を改善し,安全でかつ合理的製造方法を確立することを目的とし,まず現在操業中の新旧の典型的な2工場の工程解析を行った。現在の食品衛生法に準拠して製造した場合,製品に遊離シアンは検出されなかったが,渋切りや煮熟が不十分であると定量値も高く検出されやすかった。一方遊離したシアンの一部は排水中に流出し,特に豆の浸漬温度が高い場合の排水に多かった。浸漬工程でのシアン遊離率(シアン化合物分解率)は新しい工場で30.2%,古い工場で21.3%であった。

本研究では、発達障害児者の母親を一人の主体として捉え、その人生を家族や教師などの社会的関係から一考することを目指した。そのため、テキストマイニングと質的内容分析の併用による混合研究法を用いて10名の母親と元園長(支援者)との振り返り面接の記録を分析した。その結果、第一に、母親は家庭や教師をはじめとする人と社会的な関係を形成しながら生きていること、第二に、障害のある子どもを通しても人生を肯定的に意味づけるようになること、第三に、子どものみならず、社会に対しても願いを抱くようになることが示された。発達障害児者の母親は、子どもの幸せを願いながら、障害のある子どもを介して様々な人と出会い、多様な体験していることが明らかになった。旧知の関係にある元園長との対話を通しても、子育てにまつわる出来事を意味づけ、自己成長を見せると考察された。

Id-anti-Id interaction constitutes an immune network that is involved in the regulation of the immune response. We prepared several anti-Id mAb to anti-CEA mAb MA 208 which was found to recognize the peptide of CEA. These anti-Id mAb were then used for idiotope mapping and for developing anti-anti-Id antibodies to analyze the Id network system relating to CEA. Anti-anti-Id mAb M 7-625 antisera (Ab 3) reacted with purified CEA in binding assay and in Western blot analysis, and competed with Ab1 binding to CEA. It is indicated that Ab2 mimicks the structure of the epitope in CEA which was recognized with Ab1. These serologic findings suggest that anti-Id mAb M 7-625 carries the internal image of the Ag. According to the amino acid sequences of CDR 1, 2, and 3 of the mAb M 7-625 variable region, there exists a homology of amino acid sequences between CDR 2 in the H chain (5 amino acids of 10) and CDR 3 in the L chain (3 amino acids of 9) of mAb M 7-625 and domain III of CEA (545-554). Internal image bearing anti-Id antibodies may be useful for the induction of a host's immune response against tunors.

Planckを中心とする最新の天文観測データを用いてダークエネルギーモデルに対する制限を得た。理論的に動機づけされた様々なダークエネルギーモデルの提案を行うと共に、現在の観測を満足する理論のパラメータ領域を求めた。ダークエネルギーとダークマターが相互作用を持つモデルにおける宇宙論的摂動論を構築し、そのようなモデルは宇宙の構造形成を遅くすることを見出した。宇宙大規模構造に形どられたボイドの数密度やサイズに対するダークエネルギーの密度揺らぎの影響を定量的に明らかにし、Alcock-Pachinskyテストによりダダークエネルギーの密度と状態方程式への制限が偏り無く行えることを示した。

Some excellent managers in Meiji era, they were encouraged by religious ethics in their own management.. In this paper, through Messers. Sanji Mutoh of Kanegafuchi Spinning Co.,Ltd.(currently Kanebo) and Magosaburo Ohhara of Kurashiki Spinning Co.,Ltd.(currently Kurabo), I would express how they concentrated each energy on the management based on the Christianity to promote each firm toward major firms in Japan. First, Mr.Mutoh did positive efforts by his faith, "Spirit of Love and Justice" and "Spirit of Rationalism", to promote the welfare of employees through his family-oriented and warmhearted mind during his 30 years under severe labor conditions of those days. By his excellent management talents, his firm reached one of major four among 41 in 1912. Secondly, Mr.Ohhara did efforts to promote labor conditions by scientific and rational mind, through his management strategy," Enterprise is Human being.". As he contributed many cultural, charitable, and social works, still known well even now, his management talent might not know details, however he did best efforts to keep balance the status by the spirit of "Truth , Good, and Beauty" through his full of life. In a sense, their efforts must appeal strongly the warning to current business to keep sustainable and stable development.

Lettuce was grown under pulsed white LED light at variation pulse cycles and DT ratios (illuminated period/cycle), and the relative growth rate per unit luminous energy and photosynthetic rate were examined. Both the growth rate and photosynthetic rate were generally increased (except at a pulse cycle of 10ms and a DT ratio of 50%) compared with continuous illumination. Particularly, both the growth rate and photosynthetic rate were increased by 20% or more at a pulse cycle of 400μs and a DT ratio of 50%. A further slight increase in the growth rate was observed when the DT ratio was 33%. These results may be explained by the presence of a period of 200μs duration in which light is unnecessary (period of electron transport) in the light reaction of photosynthesis. This study supports the feasibility of LED plant factories.

目的 : 歯周病を含む口腔の健康状態と脳梗塞や虚血性心疾患といった心血管疾患との関連については以前から研究されているが, 残存歯の咬合状態を含めて検討したものはほとんどない. 本研究では心臓血管疾患の既往と, 残存歯の健康状態ならびに咬合接触との関係を明らかにすることを目的として, 大学病院の内科と歯科の両方を受診している患者の歯科および内科の診療記録を分析した. 対象と方法 : 北海道医療大学病院の内科と歯科を受診しており, 血液検査・歯周組織検査ずみの93名を対象とした. 対象者は脳梗塞および虚血性心疾患既往の有無で分類後, 診査または検査項目の種類に応じてPearsonのカイ二乗検定, Fisherの正確確率検定, あるいはMann-Whitney検定を行った後, 二項ロジスティック回帰分析で関与している予測因子を解析した. 結果 : 93名中脳梗塞の既往者は8名, 虚血性心疾患の既往者は16名であった. 脳梗塞の既往者はEichner Cで有意に多く, Eichner Aで少なかった (p=0.015). 脳梗塞の既往者の総コレステロール (p=0.023) とHDLコレステロール (p=0.005) は低かった. 虚血性心疾患の既往者では, どの変数にも有意差はみられなかった. 脳梗塞の既往を従属変数とした二項ロジスティック回帰分析では, Eichner C該当者 {p=0.013, オッズ比 (OR)=17.381, 95%信頼区間 (95%CI)=1.848~163.489} およびHDLコレステロール (p=0.020, OR=0.894, 95%CI=0.813~0.982) が有意な独立変数であることが明らかになった. 虚血性心疾患の既往者に対しては, 統計学的に有意に成立する回帰モデルは構築できなかった. 結論 : 脳梗塞の既往と, 上下顎の咬合接触の喪失を伴う歯の欠損との間で関連が示唆された.

Generation of the streak-like flash in the inner-fold of the mantle in Ctenoides ales was investigated by video-camera recording, and stereo, light, fluorescence and electron microscopy. The stereo microscopy revealed the presence of a pale white band along the entire width of the marginal edge of the shell side surface of the inner fold. Since the flashing could not be seen in the dark, it was not due to the luminescence but the reflection of light. The light microscopy showed that the band region consisted of about ten rows of epithelial cells, cylindrical and 40 μm tall and 10 μm wide. The cytoplasm was densely filled with fine granules, eosinophilic in H-E staining. Under the electron microscope, those granules appeared as electron-dense vesicles, 0.5-0.6 μm in diameter, each containing a highly electron-dense spherical core, 0.2-0.3 μm in diameter. The cell had a nucleus, few mitochondria and lysosomes, however, other cellular organelles such as Golgi apparatus, rough and smooth endoplasmic reticulum were not evident, in the present observation. We assume that the electron-dense vesicles packed in the cytoplasm function to reflect light strongly. This highly reflecting structure found in C. ales is quite different from those have been reported in eyes of scallop and squid, and in iridophores of giant clam, cuttlefish, long-spined sea urchin and of fishes. The video observation showed that the mantle made a movement to roll the white band towards the shell-side and then, within a second, the rolling movement was released. The phase of the movement was different by the portions of the mantle, and the mantle edge made a wave-like motion. When the pale white band was hidden by the roll, the reflection of light disappeared. When the rolling was released, the reflection of light reappeared. Since the "roll and release movement" repeat quickly, it looks as though a streak-like flash run along the mantle margin.

鍼灸師教育のコア・カリキュラムを作成する事前資料として、伝統医学における鍼灸教育の必要項目を整理し、教育項目における学修目標の度合いを検討した。対象は鍼灸師養成施設の教員と伝統鍼灸を実践する鍼灸師とした。東洋医学概論の科目に対して教育項目の重要度を調査した。この結果を参考に東洋医学概論の教育項目82項目を必須知識、上位知識、選択知識に区分した。その区分を対象に評価してもらった。その結果、必須知識の項目の約9割が賛同となり、度合いの設定が妥当と考えた。また上位知識や選択知識の一部では評価が分かれており、調整が必要であることが判った。以上より、結果はコア・カリキュラムの事前資料となることが判った。
