近年,新型コロナウイルスの影響によりチャットボットやボイスボット,メタバースの活用などオンライン接客の注目が強まっている.接客において相手の感情を読み取りながら対応を変化させることは,相手と信頼関係を築きコミュニケーションを円滑にするために重要である.一方で,普及しているチャットボットの多くは,感情情報や文脈を考慮せず短絡的な会話になってしまうことがある. そこで本研究では,丁寧な接客応答ができる次世代対話システム構築に向けて,マルチターン対話の中に現れる感情の変化を捉え,相手の感情に合わせた対話応答ができるように予測するモデルを提案する.具体的には,マルチターン対話における感情予測と,直前の発話における相手の感情に合わせた対話応答の学習を同時に行う学習モデルを提案する. 提案手法の有効性を示すためにMELDデータセットを用いて比較実験を行った.結果として,マルチターン対話における感情を把握しながら応答予測を行うことは,応答予測の精度向上の効果が確認できた.

In fields ranging from physics to biology, there has been an increasing realization that the exploration into the self-organizing process of the interactive agents will give us a new understanding of the world. Adopting a new Complex Adaptive Systems perspective, we can shed light upon the patterns and processes of international relations which has been considered to be incomprehensible and unpredictable, or overlooked and undervalued.In this article, we propose two simple models using agent-based methodologies that focus on alliance formation and conflict generation in international politics. The interactions among the virtual states in the models result in the skewed distribution of the sizes of alliances and conflicts which contain both exceptionally large ones and unusually large amounts of small ones. Such distributions with long tails of alliance and conflict are empirically observable in the real world. The results show that the models have the possibility to give a new explanation of the pattern and processes of state behavior in the international system.The performance of the models presented in this article, which is formalized with the simplest rules, shows us that the research program from the CAS perspective with agent-based methodology is a useful and promising strategy for the exploration in explanation and understanding of international politics.

この研究の目的は、指示従命スコアの信頼性および妥当性を検証することである。当院介護病床入院症例 138 名 (男性 35 名、女性 103 名、平均年齢 82.4 ± 9.7) を対象に、上気道運動の 1 )発声、2 )咳払い、3 )舌運動、4 )空嚥下、さらに 5 )開閉眼、6 )掌握の指示への応答をそれぞれ 0 - 3 点で評価し、上気道に関する運動のスコア 1 ) - 4 )、その他の運動のスコア 5)、6 )のそれぞれの和を求めた。信頼性に関しては、内部一貫性について上気道運動に関するスコアの和と他の運動のスコアの和の間の相関性およびクロンバックの α 係数を用いて評価し、評価者間および評価者内信頼性については kappa 値を算出して評価した。妥当性については、病床勤務の看護師による主観的印象による評価と指示従命スコアとの相関性、または指示が入ることを予測するスコアの cut-off 値を求めた。結果として、( 1 )上気道運動に関するスコアの和と他の運動のスコアの和との間に高い相関性が得られた (r = 0.86、p < 0.0001)。また、クロンバックの α 係数は 0.94 と高い値を示した。( 2 )評価者間一致率の kappa 値は空嚥下を除き 0.8 以上と良好であった。( 3 )評価者内一致率の kappa 値は評価者間のものよりも低い値であった。( 4 )「指示が入る」と主観的に判断された症例と「指示が入らない」と判断された症例との間に明確なスコアの差が認められた。 ( 5 ) 「指示が入る」ことを予測するためのスコアの cut-off 値を 1 あるいは 2 にしたときに、感度と特異度の最良のバランスが得られた。以上のことから、指示従命スコアの高い内部一貫性、評価者間信頼性および妥当性が示された。また、当スコアの評価者は単独でも十分であるが、評価時については患者の状態が良好な時間を選ぶべきであることが示唆された。

頸部手術の際,胸管損傷により発生する乳糜瘻の頻度は1.0-2.5%と報告されており,低頻度ではあるが起こりうる.しかし,本邦における報告は極めて限られていて,詳細は不明である.われわれが行った380例の甲状腺癌手術,頸部リンパ節手術症例を対象に検討した.頸部郭清を伴う甲状腺乳頭癌手術症例は314例で,うち5例(1.6%)に,また頸部リンパ節生検や摘出術は66例あり,うち2例(3%)に術後乳糜瘻が発生した.いずれも左側の頸部郭清やリンパ節生検であった.乳糜胸水を認め胸腔ドレナージを要した症例は2症例であった.治療は,軽度な症例は脂肪食制限のみで治癒したが,一方で再開創・胸管結紮を行い治癒した症例は5例あった.近年,オクトレオタイドによる全身治療で治癒した2症例を経験した.オクトレオタイドは安全で有効な治療法と思われた.

二輪車において高速走行中の直進安定性については、長年にわたって理論的且つ実験的な解析が行なわれており、実際の開発にも応用されている。一方、極低速での走行時は安定性がなくなり、その安定性をいかにしてカバーするかも近年では研究され始めている。本報では、車体の構造に自由度を追加することで極低速での安定性向上を検討したので報告する。

東北地方の石灰石(以下LS)粗骨材を用いたコンクリート水利施設では,粗骨材が選択的に溶脱し,クレータ状にくぼむ変状が起きている.本研究では,この現象のメカニズム解明のため現地調査,骨材試験および異なる流速環境下に設置したコンクリート供試体による粗骨材溶脱の再現試験を行った.現地調査では,LS粗骨材を用いたプレキャストコンクリート製品水路,現場打ちコンクリート水路およびコンクリートダムの洪水吐でLS粗骨材の溶脱が確認された.骨材試験ではLS粗骨材のすりへり減量値は,JISの規格値内であるが安山岩粗骨材より大きいことが分かった.さらに,溶脱再現試験からLS粗骨材の溶脱深さは,経過日数に伴い直線的に増加し,流速が大きいほど顕著で,また,流速が0.5m/s程度の場合,粗骨材の溶脱深さは0.5mm/yearと予想された.

The government of Japan has developed a plan to promote cycling in response to recent increase in cyclist. The plan includes the use of a bicycle for tourism and daily transportation on riverside road; however, local governments are mainly responsible for implementing the plan and maintenance of the cycling road. The purpose of this study is to obtain knowledge to help determine a maintenance policy by understanding the impressions of cyclists. Here, we have conducted a field test using the caption evaluation method for the cyclists in tourism and daily transportation on the Kinugawa Cycling Road.

Chemical species of the shallow groundwaters collected from the Arima rhyolite strata around Sanda and Nishiwaki cities are studied. Since the chemical composition of the igneous effusive rock is reasonably representative of rocks of the continental crust, the water quality is important from the geochemical and environmental viewpoints. The concentrations of 28 chemical species, pH and ER are determined by conventional chemical and neutron activation analyses. By showing log-normal distribution character of the concentrations, the median value schematically obtained in the frequency distribution curve is proposed as most suitable as the chemical composition of groundwaters in the strata. It is also pointed out that the CO2 weathering process is the most dominant phenomenon controlling the water qualities.

In recent years, the action of plantar and toes to play an important role in the movement ability of the elderly has been confirmed. Moreover, exercise using the toes is effective in improving the walking and balance of the elderly, and the need for toe exercise for the elderly is increasing. To date, there have been many reports verifying the effect of toe exercise over a long period of time, and there are few studies examining the immediate effect of toe exercise in the elderly. In this study, we examined the immediate effect of plantar and toe flexor exercise on the movement ability of the elderly. The study comprised 16 participants (3 male and 13 female; average age, 75.1±5.0 years). A crossover study was conducted by dividing the subjects into two conditions: control, and plantar and toe flexor exercise conditions. For plantar and toe flexor exercise, we performed a total of four types of exercises: (1) static stretching of the plantar and toe (2) towel gathering, (3) rock scissors and paper exercise, and (4) stepping on the foot plate. Additionally, toe flexor strength, toe’s ten-second test, 5 m walking time, 3 m zigzag walking time and TUG were measured before and after intervention to verify the immediate effects of plantar and toe flexor exercise. A two-way analysis of variance with both factors corresponding to each other showed that the toe flexor strength, toe's ten-second test, 5 m walking time, 3 m zigzag walking, and TUG measurement items were comparable between the two conditions after intervention. A significant difference was confirmed between the plantar and toe flexor exercise and control conditions. The results indicated that plantar and toe flexor exercise had an immediate effect on toe flexor strength, toe dexterity, and movement ability in straight line walking and direction changes.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of the sugar refineries on the area development process in the dominant rice-producing zone in Taiwan between the 1900s and the 1920s.The following points were different from the area development process in the dominant sugarcane-producing zone in southern Taiwan. Improved traditional sugar manufacturing plants were constructed in the Taichung Basin from the periphery, not from the center, and were in operation for a longer period. The involvement of the Japanese and Taiwanese capitalists residing in Taiwan was more significant. Low-cost Taiwanese push-car railways were used for a longer period.

日常会話における発話は,コンテクストや感情などによって異なる.意味を含まない「はぁ」という一言を発話する場合でも,発話者自身が伝えたいコンテクストによって発話は異なり,その差異によって聞き手も発話者が意図したコンテクストをおおよそ理解する事ができる.本研究では,多様な意味を持つ同一発話からの意図の推定を目標とし,コンテクストごとの発話特徴量の究明を目指す.この発話分析の端緒として,「はあ」データセットの構築と音声に対する基礎分析を行う.データセット構築のために遊びながらデータ収集が可能なフレームワークを設計し,「はぁ」の発話データを収集した.各コンテクストの発話に対して,音声全体から抽出される音響特徴と音量の変化を分析した.

目的:骨組織はメカニカルストレスに応答する事が知られ、臨床では超音波刺激による骨折の治療法が確立されているが、詳細なメカニズムは不明である。本研究では、骨組織の超音波刺激応答細胞を同定するため、骨細胞をもつゼブラフィッシュともたないメダカを用いて骨折実験を行った。また、超音波刺激への細胞内応答機構を調べるために骨細胞株に超音波刺激を行ない遺伝子発現を調べた。材料と方法:ゼブラフィッシュとメダカの尾骨を骨折させ、超音波刺激による骨折治癒過程を骨組織染色にて評価した。骨細胞株に超音波刺激を加え、刺激群および対象群からRNAを抽出しqPCRによる遺伝子発現解析を行なった。結果と考察:骨細胞をもつゼブラフィッシュは骨細胞をもたないメダカに比べ超音波刺激により骨折治癒が有意に促進された。この事から、主に骨細胞が骨組織への超音波刺激に応答していると考えられた。また、骨細胞株に超音波刺激を加えると種々のGrowth factorの遺伝子が3-50倍上昇した。つまり、骨細胞は超音波刺激を感知してこれらGrowth factorを分泌する事で、骨折の治癒に重要な血管誘導、繊維芽細胞増殖を増強して治癒を促進すると考えられた。

太陽を載せるエジプトの三日月の舟の観念は中国にも影響を与えたようだ。太陽が地を潜ったあと復活再生して天空に昇るように、死者もまた舟に乗ってあの世に復活した。中国では仰韶の墓に龍に跨る人の造形がある。龍の原形はワニであり、水平線から天の川を遡り、背に乗る死者の魂を天に運んだのだろう。龍の角は殷・周ではキリンで後に羚羊や鹿の角になる。角をつけなければ空にのぼれないのだろう。戦国から漢代にかけて龍と舟が結びついた。そして被葬者は龍の舟に乗り、あの世に復活再生するという観念が生まれた。これは扶桑の枝に再生する太陽とも重ね合わされた。死者が復活する初期の仙人の原形ともいえる。

On a heavy rainfall in September 2011, Nagoya city issued evacuation recommendation to more than a million citizens and resultantly only around 4800 citizens followed. When we have to prepare for coming serious disaster due to climate change to overcome remained vulnerability, it is necessary to study how to manage risk against severe heavy rainfall and subsequent flood disasters. Then it is important to compare this time event with Tokai heavy rainfall disaster in 2000 when we discussed how to overcome urban flood disaster due to a torrential downpour and continued improvement of preparedness against it. This study aim to compare two events in 2000 and 2011 each other, to clarify how we have advanced our preparedness against heavy rainfall disasters, and how to overcome remaining difficulties, from the conceptual discussion of risk management composed of the concepts of hazard, exposure and vulnerability (or resilience).

The degree of lip dryness is accompanied by the changes in atmospheric temperature and/or humidity. In an attempt to relieve lip dryness, lip is commonly and involuntarily licked. When lip dryness becomes noticeable, people often apply products such as lip balm to protect the lips, but this may be insufficient to hydrate them because toothpaste and facial wash tend to dry them whenever they are used. Also, during the dry winter season, involuntary lip-licking to hydrate the lips becomes habitual, even among adults, occasionally leading to lip-licking dermatitis. Apart from lip-licking, tooth brushing and lip-biking are able to make lips more prone to get dry and sore. The overall evaluation on lip appearance is often reflected by the severity of chapped lips (e.g., cracks and/or peels), but due to the variation in individual’s sensitivities, the subjective dryness assessment does not necessarily agree with the objective evaluation. Therefore, we tried to develop an objective lip dryness scoring system based on the analysis of UV light-exposed lip images that could capture the dryness conditions usually undetectable through medical interviews or gross examination. We also discussed how subjective and objective lip evaluations were associated with daily life-related matters derived from medical interviews and questionnaires.
