教員一人ひとりに給食指導に必要な指導力の形成を図ることが、延いては食育の充実と継続に繋がるとの観点から、国立の教員養成系大学を対象に教育実習に関連する科目と実習の手引き(ハンドブック)における給食指導の扱いを調査した。その結果、回答を得られた29大学(56.9%)のうち、教育実習関連科目において学校給食ならびに給食指導を扱っていた大学は4大学(13.8%)で、実習の手引き(ハンドブック)に記載していた大学は5大学(17.2%)であった。手引きに掲載されていたのは「手洗い」や「給食当番の服装」の「安全・衛生」に関する内容や、「食事の仕方・マナー」「後片付け」であった。

Nafagrel hydrochloride exists as both a hemihydrate and monohydrate. Conversion from the hemihydrate to the monohydrate is not reversible, and both hydrates can coexist in stable equilibrium between 23% relative humidity (RH) and 64% RH. In order to clarify the dehydration behavior, the kinetics of the thermal dehydration of the hydrates was studied by means of isothermal gravimetry at atmospheric pressure with a controlled water vapor pressure. This revealed that dehydration did not depend on absolute humidity but on RH. The dehydration of the hemihydrate proceeded by two-dimensional gorwth of the nuclei, A2, but the mechanism of monohydrate dehydration changed from A2 to a two-dimensional phase boundary, R2, with an increase in RH. The dehydration of the monohydrate proceeded by R2, resulting in the production of the hemihydrate at 6.5% RH or above. These kinetic analyses showed that the monohydrate dehydrated faster than the hemihydrate.

Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) curves of levofloxacin hemihydrate measured under various conditions showed different thermograms. These phenomena were attributed to be the dehydration. Dehydration caused a multiple-phase transition. Dehydration at a higher temperature (above 70°C) gave a sharp endothermic peak on the DSC curve due to the melting of the γ form, and at a lower temperature (below 50°C) gave a sharp endothermic peak due to the melting of the α form.In contrast, the thermal behavior of levofloxacin monohydrate was not affected by dehydration. The difference in the thermal behavior between the hemihydrate and the monohydrate might be attributed to a difference in the interaction between levofloxacin and crystal water. Observations by thermomicroscopy, the changes in powder X-ray diffraction patterns during heating, and single X-ray analysis all supported the above interpretation.

There have been some studies about spoken natural language dialog,and most of them have successfully been developed within the speci ed task domains. However,current human-computer interfaces only get the data to process their programs.If the dialog processing has emotion comprehensive faculties, it should lead us to more human-like performance.In this paper,we present a method for constructing an emotion-handling dialog system in order to facilitate more confortable interaction with the users. We describe how to calculate emotions from the utterances,focusing on the similarities between the grammar structures and the semantic structures within the case frame.We made emotion generating calculations(EGC)to generate pleasure/displeasure emotion from an event.We also calculate the degree of the pleasure/displeasure from an opposite angle's length of the rectangular parallelepiped consisting of the all the terms in the EGC.EGC uses 8 type calculations for 12 event classi ed type by Okada. Word impressions about like/dislike are used for their calculations.Furthermore,we apply these calculations to the negatives and the noun phrases.To verify the e ectiveness of the proposed method,we tested some conversations using WWW-based health service system for elderly. We applied our method to 80 event in the conversations and calculated emotions almost corresponded to human-generating emotions.

The translator has also added a short introduction to this poem for readers' appreciation in Japan.

Genetic control of growth habit and awnedness in common wheat was studied by the aneuploid and the conventional methods of analysis. Using the 21 monosomic lines of the spring variety, Chinese Spring, as female parents, crosses were made with seven varieties. In addition, diallel crosses were made among the seven varieties and Chinese Spring.<br>Growth habit was found to be controlled by genes belonging to three allelic series <i>Sg<sub>1</sub>, Sg<sub>2</sub></i> and <i>Sg</i><sub>3</sub>, located on chromosomes XVIII, IX and XIII, respectively. The <i>Sg</i><sub>1</sub> and <i>Sg</i><sub>2</sub> series appeared to have three alleles and the <i>Sg</i><sub>3</sub> series had two alleles; the alleles being <i>Sg<sub>1</sub>, Sg<sub>1</sub><sup>c</sup></i> and <i>sg<sub>1</sub>, Sg<sub>2</sub>, Sg<sub>2</sub><sup>c</sup></i> and <i>sg</i><sub>2</sub> and <i>Sg</i><sub>3</sub> and <i>sg</i><sub>3</sub> in order of dominance for each series.<br>Genotypes of the eight varieties are proposed, namely, <i>sg<sub>1</sub> sg<sub>2</sub> Sg</i><sub>3</sub> for Elgin, Kharkov and Jones Fife, <i>Sg<sub>1</sub><sup>c</sup> Sg<sub>2</sub><sup>c</sup> Sg</i><sub>3</sub> for Chinese Spring, <i>Sg<sub>1</sub><sup>c</sup> Sg<sub>2</sub> Sg<sub>3</sub></i> for Red Egyptian, <i>Sg<sub>1</sub> Sg<sub>2</sub><sup>c</sup> Sg</i><sub>3</sub> for S-615 and <i>Sg<sub>1</sub> Sg<sub>2</sub> sg<sub>3</sub></i> for Prelude and Red Bobs.<br>All winter varieties studied carried the typical winter habit genes, <i>sg</i><sub>1</sub> and <i>sg</i><sub>2</sub>. The gene <i>sg</i><sub>1</sub> was much more effective than <i>sg</i><sub>2</sub> in delaying heading. Spring varieties carried some of the less effective spring habit genes, <i>Sg<sub>1</sub><sup>c</sup>, Sg<sub>2</sub><sup>c</sup></i> or <i>sg</i><sub>3</sub> instead of the typical spring habit genes, <i>Sg<sub>1</sub>, Sg</i><sub>2</sub> or <i>Sg</i><sub>3</sub>.<br>Concerning awnedess, monosomic analysis revealed that awnlessness of Chinese Spring is ascribed to two inhibitors <i>Hd</i> and <i>B</i><sub>2</sub> on chromosomes VIII and X, respectively while that of Red Bobs to the presence of inhibitors <i>B</i><sub>1</sub> on chromosome IX and <i>B</i><sub>2</sub> and the absence of the <i>a</i><sub>1</sub> promotor on chromosome II; awnlettedness of Elgin and Jones Fife is controlled by the <i>B</i><sub>1</sub> gene; and awnedness of Prelude, Kharkov, S-615 and Red Egyptian is due to absence of all inhibitors. Conventional analysis confirmed the results obtained by monosomic analysis and indicated that an inhibitor on chromosome XVI of Chinese Spring affected F<sub>2</sub> segregation of awnedness when crosses were made between Chinese Spring and other varieties.

脳卒中に対する合理的,経済的な疾病対策を行うためには,悉皆性と信頼性を合わせ持つ国家的な脳卒中登録事業が不可欠である.わが国の診療実態に即した脳卒中登録システムに必要な条件を明らかにするため,システマティックレビューを行った.2015 年12 月31 日までに発行された,脳卒中登録研究に関する医学文献を,MEDLINE および医学中央雑誌上で検索し,1533 編の文献から,51 の登録研究(国外38,国内13)を抽出した.レビューの結果から,日本における質の高い脳卒中登録事業に必要な条件として,医療ID 導入による既存大規模データベースとの連携と,それを可能にする法整備,行政による公的事業資金,学会や患者支援団体,企業の支援による安定的な資金確保,情報公開の重要性が挙げられた.
