Cyprus has received attentions of many foreign powers because of her copper and her suitable location for the trade and the strategic point in the east Mediterranean.Her relation with Mycenaean civilization can be roughly divided into three stages as follows;1) the trade. Its zenith was shown by the overwhelming appearance of the Pictorial style pottery in Cyprus, wherever the homeland of this style might be. Not as the colonists but as the residents, especially at Enkomi and Kition, the Mycenaean merchants and craftmen were engagedin the trade with the Mycenaean world and the Levant. Though this trade brought Cyprus prosperity, it seems that they had not so great political power in Cyprus. And by the 13th century B. C. they became independent from the Mainland to some extent. Cyprus had not belonged to the Mycenaean world yet.2) the refuge of the Mycenaean civilization. Soon after a series of the destructions in the Mycenaean world at the end of the 13th century B. C., Cyprus also suffered from destructions but in the rebuilt cities we can see the high standard of the technique of LH. IIIB which no more in the Mainland. Before the culture of the Mycenaean refugees gave influences on that of Cyprus fundamentally, there happened the second destruction in Cyprus and many destricts were desolated. Both destructions in Cyprus, I think, were caused by the Sea People. The Mycenaean Greeks among them played the leading part in their movements toward the east. The Trojan war, for instance, was one of the conflicts between them and the great powers of the east. After the final destruction in c. 1150 B. C., the Mycenaean Greeks again began to immigrate in Cyprus and other places. This series of immigrants succeeded in establishing themselves in Cyprus and introduced the Granary class pottery which influenced on the Cypriot ones. When Cyprus got out of the following Dark Ages, she had been almost completely hellenized.3) influence on the Greek world. Though the center of the culture had disappeared and the so called Dark Ages had begun, the Mycenaean way of life in the Mainland still continued in narrow streams untill the middle of the 11th century B. C., when iron used as working tools and the Protogeometric pottery appeared. These novelities, which seem to have received some influences from Cyprus or through Cyprus from somewhere in the east, introduced the new era.

本稿の目的は、現在価値による測定属性が歴史的な展開過程の中でどのように認識され、展開してきたかを考察することである。そのためには、まず、現在価値測定が発展してきた背景に会計の目的観及び利益計算システムの転換があったことを述べ、そこでの現在価値測定の3つの特質((1)資産・負債の測定値として理想的な測定値、(2)公正価値の代替値、(3)事業価値の算出)が、企業評価を主体とする事業価値評価の算出に関する情報提供にあったことの検証を行っている。本稿では、現在価値測定の発展を3つの時代((1)複利計算から生命保険数理活用の時代、(2)投資意思決定への適用の時代、(3)リスクの把握と事業価値算出の時代)に区分しその考察を行なっているが、こうした考察から、これまでの記録、純利益計算中心の会計から企業の事業価値評価の会計へと、会計の進展を知ることができる。とりわけ、1960 年代以降、意思決定有用性アプローチと資産負債アプローチという会計の目的観、利益計算システムの変更が、現在価値測定の適用拡大に拍車をかけ、リスクを考慮した利子率の適用や資本コストを利子率に適用することで、予想されたキャッシュ・フローからリスクを除外し現在の価値(= 時価)が求められ、また、資本コストの適用により企業価値の主体となる事業価値が算出されるようになってきた。このように現在価値測定の歴史的経緯を辿ることでそこに会計の果たす役割の変化を知ることができる。

平成14年度より文部科学省が推進しているスーパーサイエンスハイスクール(SSH)事業では,学習者が主体的に探究活動に取り組むことが期待されている。本研究では,SSHにおける主体的な探究活動に影響する要因を明らかにすることを目的とした調査を実施した。中学3年生と高校生の計714名を対象とした質問紙調査を分析した結果,SSHにおける主体的な探究活動に影響する要因として「他者からの受容」「達成経験」「自己効力感」の3点が明らかになった。本研究の結果を踏まえれば,受容的な他者に支えられて達成経験を重ねる中で自己効力感を高めていくことが,SSHにおける生徒の主体的な探究活動の生起につながると考えられる。

医師主導治験を経て, 難治性耳管開放症に対する耳管ピン手術が薬事承認ならびに保険適応となったので, その概要について述べる. 耳管開放症は, 耳管が常時あるいは長時間開放することにより, 自声強聴, 耳閉感, 自己呼吸音聴取などの不快な耳症状を呈する疾患である. 多くの症例では前述のように生活指導ならびに保存的治療にて症状がコントロールされるため, 第一選択となるが, 保存的治療にて改善し得ない難治性耳管開放症が存在する. 耳管ピン手術は, 最低6カ月以上の保存的治療にて症状が改善しない症例を対象としている. 2017年6月~2019年1月に薬事承認・保険医療化を目的として, 難治例を対象としたシリコン製耳管ピンの非盲検非対照多施設共同臨床試験を, 30症例を対象に医師主導治験として行った. 有効率は82.1%であり, 過去の臨床研究での報告とほぼ同等の成績であった. その後, 薬事承認を経て, 2020年12月に保険収載となった. 本手術は, 日本耳科学会「耳管ピン手術実施医」のもとで手術の施行が義務付けられている. 今回の耳管ピンの保険収載においては, 1. 長年にわたる耳管開放症に対する臨床研究の蓄積, 2. 多職種との連携・協力, 3. 全国の耳鼻咽喉頭頸部外科医の協力, 4. 全国の患者さんへ有益な治療を届けたいという思いが重要であった.

紅麹菌のアルコール発酵能と赤色色素を利用するというユニークな発想で, 紅色低アルコール酒が開発された。紅麹にはコレステロール合成阻害物質や血圧降下作用が見いだされており, 機能性の点でも興味がもたれている。開発に至った経過や製造法, 酒の特徴等について解説していただいた。

コロナ・パンデミックは私たちの生活にかつてない規模と強度の接触制限を要請した。その影響は、仕事生活と私生活の両方におよび、またそれは職業およびジェンダーによって異なって(これら要因によって構造化されて)いた。接触を伴う職業(サービス、医療等)が制限され、女性や小規模企業(自営等)が偏った影響を受けた。近世社会と違い私たちの生活を職業集団が包括的に規定しているわけではないが、それでも職業や従業上の地位は社会において重要な位置を占める。調査データの分析によれば、コロナ・パンデミックに伴うネガティブな影響は職業や業態ごとに顕著な違いを示している。行政による対応は事業収入や住民税非課税といったきめの粗い条件ごとになされたが、次に来る可能性のあるパンデミックにそなえ、より解像度の高い支援のあり方を模索する必要がある。

フリデリク・ショパン(1810-49)の創作において、彼が実際に使用していた楽器(ピリオド楽器)の変遷が、その作曲にどう影響し得たかを検証する。とりわけ「強弱設定」に軸を置きつつ、彼の作品における重音連打書法と、彼の愛奏した楽器(特にプレイエル製)の年代や楽器毎のメカニズムとの関係がもたらす効果について考察する。1年目はテレワーク中心でも可能な調査(オンライン資料閲覧、19世紀の楽器構造に関する国内外の書籍の収集・読解)から開始する。2年目はフランスを拠点とした海外での楽器博物館調査を開始する。さらに分析対象をグランドピアノからピアニーノ(縦型ピアノ)にまで広げる。

本稿は,岩手県の伝統的工芸である南部鉄器の鉄瓶の輸出用の造形について示したものである.近年,南部鉄瓶は海外での需要が高まり,従来の南部鉄瓶の典型的な造形や表面にデコレーションされる文様(多くはアラレ模様),色彩のバリエーションが増えた.国や地域によって鉄瓶の使い方や上述のデザインの好みの差異があるため,マーケタによってデザイン条件が示される.しかし,南部鉄瓶は工芸職人が一人でデザインを行い,手づくりで制作する場合もあれば,制作過程毎に分業化され機械を主体とした量産用の制作の2つのカテゴリに分けられる.南部鉄瓶を専門としたデザイナはほとんど皆無であるため,量産に適さない造形を見極めるのが難しい.本研究ではデザインプロセスの川上に位置する,発散的な造形のバリエーションをデザインし,その後,工芸の専門家に一品物の鉄瓶に適しているのか,または,量産性のある造形であるかを確認,整理し考察を行った.整理をすることで,多くのデザインバリエーションから量産できるデザインの要素と量産可能な造形の可能性を知ることできると考えた.そして,目標に対して的を射たデザインを提案できると推察する.

5Gネットワークの展開、IoTの進展によって、SEPライセンスのあり方を巡り新たな問題が生じている。とりわけ問題となっているのは、部品から最終製品に至るサプライチェーンにおいて、誰がライセンス契約の締結主体になり得るのかというものである。これはバリューチェーンライセンスのあり方に関する問題と呼ばれ、FRAND宣言によってSEP権利者は望む者全てに対してライセンス義務が生じるとする立場(LTAの立場)と、FRAND宣言によってもSEP権利者はライセンス先について裁量を失うことがないとする立場(ATAの立場)が鋭く対立している。 本稿は同問題に関するEU競争法の議論を整理検討する。先例となるHuawei v. ZTE事件判決では、FRAND宣言によって、第三者にライセンスを受け得る「正当な期待」が生じるとされた。LTAの立場の論者は、同「正当な期待」を自らの主張の根拠とする。 本稿は同「正当な期待」を巡る学説状況を整理するとともに、対立する議論を中立化するためのあり方についての議論状況も検討する。

It is desirable that the disaster wastes contaminated by radioactive cesium after the severe accident at the Fukushima Nuclear Plant are reused as much as possible in order to minimize the quantity to be disposed of. Ministry of the Environment showed the policy that the wastes containing cesium of higher concentration than the clearance level (100 Bq/kg) were reusable as materials of construction such as subbase course materials of pavements under controlled condition with measures to lower exposure doses. In this study, in order to provide technical information for making a guideline on the use of contaminated concrete materials recycled from disaster wastes as pavement, doses for workers and the public were estimated, and the reusable concentration of radioactive cesium in the wastes was evaluated. It was shown that the external exposure of the public (children) residing near the completed pavement gave the minimum radiocesium concentration in order to comply with the dose criteria. The recycled concrete materials whose average concentration of cesium lower than 2,700 Bq/kg can be used as the subbase course materials of pavements.

本研究では縦渦リニアドライブ風車の動力特性に影響を及ぼす形状因子の解明を中心に実験的研究を行った.形状因子としては,円柱翼の直径,リング状平板の半径方向への厚さ,円柱翼とリング状平板のすき間が最も重要であった.円柱翼の長さに関しては,後流リングの幅から翼の飛び出し量が大きすぎる場合にはカルマン渦が形成され縦渦による揚力が低減することを見いだし,最適な長さ,飛び出し量を実験により求めた.パワー係数の向上のために多翼化を行い,翼の枚数の増加により回転数が受ける影響は小さいが,トルクが枚数に比例して増加することを見いだした.

戦後日本は、奇跡的とまで言わしめた経済成長を達成し、その背景にはジェンダーによって明確に分担される役割配分構造があった。戦後75年を過ぎた今も当時のジェンダー規範を温存し、諸制度の前提と位置づけている状況を根本から見直すには至っていない。それゆえ、女性の高学歴化が進んでも労働者として公平、正当に評価されてきたとは言い難い過去を引きずり、コロナ禍にあって大きなジェンダー格差が露呈した。本論では、家庭内性別役割分担、女性の働き方、女性内格差と、生活保障機能を提供する親密圏としての家族の在り方、について議論する。 男女間に加え、女性内、男性内の年齢、配偶関係、家族関係、さらには人種による格差の存在は、社会の分断をさらに進めることになる。本稿では、ポストコロナに向けた包摂的な社会を考えるためにも、何がいま起こっているのかを改めて確認し、議論することの意味を示す。

In a circular cylinder blade wind turbine driven by a longitudinal vortex, the torque characteristics of the turbine are greatly affected by the flow field at the blade tip. In general, wind turbines reduce drag by making the blade tips thinner. However, because this wind turbine uses a cylinder as a blade, it is important to control the flow field at the blade tip. From the experiments, it was found that the torque coefficient can be increased by attaching the endplate to the blade tips, and the rotational force can be obtained stably up to very low rotation speeds. The installation of fairing or endplates in circular cylinder blade wind turbines enables stable rotation at low speeds even under high loads, and also reduces drag at high speeds and increases the maximum speed. In the case of a disk-shaped endplate, the torque coefficient can be increased by up to 20 % by attaching an endplate with a diameter 2.5 to 3 times the diameter of the cylinder to the outer blade tip only. The L-type endplate has the effect of shifting the characteristics to the higher rotation side than the disk-type, and increases the torque coefficient at the same tip speed ratio. However, the lower limit of stable rotation becomes higher, and as a result, the value of the maximum torque coefficient obtained at high load decreases. If the endplate attached inside has a negative effect on the stable formation of the necklace vortex, it will inhibit the rotation at a low speed due to high load, making it difficult to obtain high torque.

A prediction model of the fluid force on a cylindrical blade driven by the Necklace vortex is developed and verified by experiments when the yaw angle is given. Based on the measurement results of the velocity ratio of blade and wind velocity and the fluid force coefficient at zero yaw angle, a prediction model for the relationship between the rotation angle of the cylindrical blade and the fluid force coefficient considering the yaw angle was derived from the analysis of the two-dimensional velocity components acting on the cylindrical blade. The validity of the predictive model was demonstrated by experimental verification. From the comparison, it was found that there was a time delay in the formation and disappearance of the Necklace vortex. Based on the experimental results, the characteristics of the fluid force acting on the cylindrical blade were classified into five angular regions and based on the characteristics of the effective velocity ratio considering the yaw angle, the classification was made into 12 angular regions. Depending on the yaw angle, wind speed, and rotational speed of the blade, all of these regions may appear or only some of them may appear. Therefore, the yaw angle characteristics of the cylindrical blade wind turbine driven by the Necklace vortex are very complicated.

輻射熱疼痛計を主に利用して, 鍼麻酔を効果的にかける方法を検討した。すなわち, 何Hzを利用するべきか, どのツボの選穴がどの部の手術によいか, などである。またDPAをあらかじめ服用させておくと, 鍼麻酔の効果が高まることを, 実験的, 臨床的に明らかにした。さらに, 新しいツボ刺激療法としてSSP療法を開発した。これに三角円錐形の電極をツボに置き, 低周波を鍼麻酔と同様に通電するものである。この効果は, 鍼とほぼ匹敵するものであることを疼痛閾値の面から証明した。

Recent advances in molecular biology have led to the identification of molecules associated with carcinogenesis and the development of molecular-targeted drugs that selectively attack qualitative or quantitative molecular changes in cancer cells. Molecular targeted drugs are classified into "low molecular weight compounds" and "monoclonal antibody drugs" according to the difference in molecular weight. Molecular targeted drugs often have clinically meaningful biomarkers, such as gain- or loss-of-function in cancer-related target genes caused by point mutations, amplification, fusion, and deletion. High therapeutic effects can be expected by detecting driver mutations, which are directly related to carcinogenesis, and by using the corresponding molecular-targeted drugs. In recent years, the development of next-generation sequencing has enabled the simultaneous measurement of hundreds of gene sequences, and an oncogene panel containing cancer-related genes has been covered by the National Health Insurance. Precision medicine is defined as medical care designed to optimize the efficiency or therapeutic benefit for specific patient groups, especially using genetic or molecular profiling.This article is based on a study reported in the Journal of Tokyo Women's Medical University (in Japanese) 2022;92 (1):1-7.

In this paper, walking distance and diverting ratio from Shibuya station, Tokyo, where redevelopment around the station is planned, to all surrounding facilities are calculated using pedestrian path network in the neighbor of the station. We observe that walking distance is shorter in northern and western parts, whereas it is longer in southern and eastern parts, and that diverting ratio is high in circumference and southern part of the station where the influence of a pedestrian overpass to stride over Route 246. We also estimate that average walking distance decreases by 139 meters by the installation of the high-level pedestrian decks around the station, which is planned in a redevelopment plan in the neighbor of Shibuya station.
