The authors have developed a learning support system based on question-posing by learners and have applied it to a distributed asynchronous environment since 2006. Based on the results of application, they enhanced the system. In this paper, they analyzed the results of application in terms of effectiveness of the system to a distributed asynchronous environment. As the analytical results, they found the learners who actively posed questions marked higher score of the final examination than the learners who inactively posed, and that the learners who actively posed high quality questions increased the score of the midterm examination to the score of the final examination than the learners who inactively posed. In addition, they found providing the system motivated learners to learn.

本研究では、怒り喚起を伴う対人場面における自己陳述を測定できる怒りの自己陳述尺度を作成し、標準化することを目的とした。青年期の学生596名のデータを対象として因子分析を行った結果、第1因子「他者からの不当な扱い」、第2因子「敵意に満ちた考え」、第3因子「報復の正当化」、第4因子「自己への叱責」、第5因子「他者への非難」が抽出された。尺度全体および各下位尺度ともに安定的な内的整合性が示されたことから、尺度の信頼性が認められた。また、他尺度との関連性により併存的妥当性が確認された。加えて、イメージによる怒り喚起状態に伴って、尺度得点が増加したことから、怒り喚起状態における自己陳述を測定する尺度としての構成概念妥当性が裏づけられた。今後、怒りの認知的側面を標的とした認知行動療法を施す際のアセスメント・ツールとして、本研究で標準化された怒りの自己陳述尺度を活用することが望まれる。

Japanese learners of Spanish often fail to perceive lexical stress in rising intonation contexts, although they tend to perceive stress correctly in falling intonation contexts. A perception experiment, conducted with two groups of listeners (L1 Spanish speakers and Japanese learners of L3 Spanish), revealed that the timing of the sharp fo rise was the most important acoustic cue for both of the listener groups. Syllable duration was also found to have a positive effect on stress perception, but the effect was weaker for the Japanese listeners.

Experiment was carried out to know the relations between the qualities and quantities of materials in making hamburg-steak and its finished products. Various kinds of samples were made, each weighing 100 grams, varying the quantities of minced beef, onions, eggs and bread crumbs. Four different kinds of beef were used; one of which was bought at the city market, and the other three were the different percentage of fat contents, i.e. the one is no fat, and the others are 20 percent fat, and 40 percent fat respectively. The National Electric Hot Plate (800 W) were used for roasting. The results were as follows : 1. The quantities of onions, eggs, bread crumbs, and fat contents in beef have some relations to the weight of finished products. 2. The quantities of eggs, bread crumbs and collagen in beef are important factors in determining the sizes of finished products. 3. The taste is generally influenced by the quality of beef and the fat used in mixing.

本研究では、アロマオイルを組み合わせた足浴の血栓症予防効果について科学的に検証した。その結果、アロマオイルとしてローズマリーを組み合わせた足浴の場合、健常女性では37℃、40℃及び43℃という広範な湯温を用いた20分の足浴により、足浴後20分までのいずれかの時間で血管内皮細胞で産生される線溶阻害因子であるプラスミノゲンアクチベータインヒビター-1の血漿濃度が低下することによる血栓症予防効果が認められた。現在、長期臥床の患者様を被験者として、同様な検討を実施している。

Ephedra Herb is defined in the 17th edition of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia (JP) as the terrestrial stem of Ephedra sinica Stapf., Ephedra intermedia Schrenk et C.A. Meyer, or Ephedra equisetina Bunge (Ephedraceae). The stems of Ephedra Herb contain greater than 0.7% ephedrine alkaloids (ephedrine and pseudoephedrine). Despite its high effectiveness, Ephedra Herb exert several adverse effects, including palpitation, excitation, insomnia, and dysuria. Both the primary and adverse effects of Ephedra Herb have been traditionally believed to be mediated by these ephedrine alkaloids. However, our study found that several pharmacological actions of Ephedra Herb were not associated with ephedrine alkaloids. We prepared an ephedrine alkaloid-free Ephedra Herb extract (EFE) by eliminating ephedrine alkaloids from Ephedra Herb extract (EHE) using ion-exchange column chromatography. EFE exerted analgesic, anti-influenza, and anticancer activities in the same manner as EHE. Moreover, EFE did not induce adverse effects due to ephedrine alkaloids, such as excitation, insomnia, and arrhythmias, and showed no toxicity. Furthermore, we evaluated the safety of EFE in healthy volunteers. The number of adverse event cases was higher in the EHE-treated group than in the EFE-treated group, although the difference was not significant. Our evidence suggested that EFE was safer than EHE.

学童保育支援員および学童保育巡回相談員(臨床心理士・スクールカウンセラー)に学童保育のあり方に関する質問紙調査を行った。その結果、「対応に難しさを感じる子どもの特徴」は、「他者への加害行動」が最も強く、「自己中心・自己制御困難」、「遊びが中心で学習困難」「不注意」であった。支援員が必要だとしていたことは、「支援員相互の連携」「専門家の支援」「保護者や担任・学校との連携」であり、「支援員の資質向上」の必要性も求められた。また、「支援員」「相談員」共に「学校・担任」と及び地域との連携の必要性を強く感じていた。カウンセラーは、支援員への助言や支援が十分でないと考えていた。

脳病変をともなう鶏ひなから分離したPseudomonas aeruginosaに対するひなの感受性を検討し, 以下の成績を得た.ひなの感受性は脳内接種で最も高く, 102個で100%死亡した. 皮下および腹腔内接種ではやや低下し, 経口接種では最も低く, 108個で20%が死亡した. これらはすべて接種後5日以内に死亡した.各種日齢のひなに108個を皮下接種した結果, 1および7日齢ひなで100%, 14日齢ひなで50%, 24日齢ひなで10%の死亡率を示し, 若い日齢でより高い感受性を示した.皮下接種によるひなの50%致死量は104.6個であるのに比し, マウスでは107.5個で, 明らかにひなの感受性が高かった.皮下接種した4例のひなに, 野外例と同様な脳病変を再現できた.

エフェソス公会議(四三一)以来の独立正教会であったキプロス正教会は、一二世紀末からはじまるリュジニャン朝においてあらたに導入されたカトリック教会に従属していた。本稿は、キプロス正教会が一四〇五年にコンスタンティノープル総主教座教会との「合同」を要求した事例に焦点をあて、同時代的に 議論されていた東西教会合同運動の文脈のなかで再検討することを目的とする。コンスタンティノープルからキプロスに派遣された修道士、ヨセフ・ブリュエ ンニオスが一四〇六年に招集した教会会議の議事録『プラクティカ』を分析することで、彼とキプロス正教会聖職者双方の主張を跡づけた。考察の結果、キプロス、ギリシア正教圏、ヨーロッパ全体の政治的・宗教的変動のなかで、キプロス正教会の「合同」要求をめぐる議論をとおして、コンスタンティノープル総 主教座とキプロス正教会の双方による、信仰と教会組織をめぐる境界線の引きなおしが試みられたことを明らかにした。

倍精度浮動小数点数を 2 個で表現できる 4 倍精度数用の演算ルーチンを作成した。これらの数値の入出力にために C++ 言語で作成した多倍長演算ルーチンを利用した。このプログラムを使うことによって、通常 4 倍精度を持たない C++ 言語に 4 倍精度の演算機能を持たせることができる。この演算ルーチンでは、四則演算だけでなく、絶対値、整数部、指数対数関数、三角関数およびその逆関数、双曲関数およびその逆関数を準備した。このライブラリを利用することによって、既存の C++ 言語のプログラムを容易に 4 倍精度プログラムに変換することができる。多くのプログラムを高精度で計算出来る。
