This paper focuses on my development of an assessment scale about social abilities of children (application age : 1:0 - 10:11). This scale has six areas ; Self independence, Movement, Operation, Communication, Group participation and Self control. Each area includes 18 items from six month level to 12 years level. Each item is selected as most important developmental task on each age level by some experts of child development. Age level of each item is defined by what 80% children of similarage clear the item's task. In this paper, I will report about standardization, assessment method, reliability and validity of this scale on another paper. This study treats as follows; 1. Validity about clear age of each item. 2. Validity about sequence of each item. 3. Interrelation in the six areas. 4. Sex difference 5. Calculation of Cronbach's coefficient alpha The results of 1. and 2. are almost no problems, But some items' validity needs to be discussed. Evaluation result of six areas depends on Calendar Age, but on the other hand, it does not depend on the process of mental development. The six areas are mutually independent developmental areas. The evaluation result includes sex difference on some age levels and girl's. result is higher than that of boy's. This scale is useful about evaluation of mental disorder and has possibility about evaluation of developmental disorder and developmental guidance to parents.

人の歩き方(歩容)には,年齢・性別・感情・健康状態といった様々な情報が含まれている.中でも,人の歩き方の個性に基づいて個人を認証する歩容認証が注目を集めている.歩容認証は,ほかのバイオメトリクスとは異なり,カメラから遠く離れた人物の無意識の歩行に対しても適用可能であるため,科学捜査などへの応用が期待される.本稿では,歩容認証の基本的な特徴表現などを紹介するとともに,近年の深層学習を取り入れた手法も紹介する.更に,歩容認証手法の科学捜査への応用事例についても紹介し,最後に,今後の歩行認証技術の展望を述べる.

知能障害児1, 325名, 知能正常児4, 852名につきシスチン尿症の頻度を調べた結果・本症が有意の差を以って知能障害児に高い傾向が見出された.さらにこれらシスチン尿症患者に経口的リジン負荷テストを行ないリジン吸収能を調べた結果, 知能障害を伴う本症患者では腸管におけるリジン吸収能の低下を示す例が多く認められた.これらの知見により, 本症患者ではリジンの輸送機構の障害, 特に腸管吸収不全という遺伝的障害があり, それに脳発達の旺盛な乳幼児期の栄養条件が加わって知能障害に陥る頻度が高くなるものと推測された.

Monkeypox virus (MPXV) causes human monkeypox (human MPX), which is a similar disease to smallpox in humans. A previous study showed that a single vaccination of monkeys with LC16m8, a highly attenuated smallpox vaccine, protected them from MPX from 4-5 weeks post-vaccination. In this study, we evaluated the long-term efficacy of a single vaccination with LC16m8 in a nonhuman primate model of MPXV infection. The monkeys were inoculated with either LC16m8, Lister (parental strain of LC16m8), or a mock-up vaccine, and then challenged with MPXV via a subcutaneous route, at 6 and 12 months after vaccination, which we compared with either Lister or the mock-up vaccination. The LC16m8 monkeys exhibited almost no MPX-associated symptoms, whereas most of the naïve monkeys died. LC16m8 generated the protective memory immune response against MPXV, as suggested by the immediate viremia reduction and the response of the IgG antibody. The results demonstrated that the vaccination of monkeys with a single dose of LC16m8 provided durable protection against MPXV for longer than one year after immunization. The results suggest that the vaccination of humans with LC16m8 could induce long-term protection against MPXV infection.

This paper focuses on Sanyo's case of engineer transfer between a corporate R&D and a manufacturing division and discusses how an interactive collaboration between the two divisions should be. Rechargeable battery market is somewhat unique in experiencing two of the major technology transitions in the 1990s. In this kind of the transition, particularly in terms of management of technology, it is extremely critical for a corporate R&D and a manufacturing division to collaborate closely, like taking care of both old and new technologies and making decision of shifting from the old to the new. This research focuses on the R&D management of Sanyo Electric Company in the 1990s. First, to address the case, two of the technical transitions are illustrated in terms of the imperative background to analyze, like an overview of the rechargeable battery market and the competition among Sanyo Electric and the other companies. Second, this paper analyzes the R&D activities in both corporate R&D and manufacturing division and the personnel transfer between the two divisions. One of the findings regarding personnel transfer is leaving the senior engineer in the corporate R&D, meanwhile transferring younger up-and-coming researchers to the manufacturing division. This fact leads to the discussion of how this interaction contributed to the outcome from the collaboration between a corporate R&D and a manufacturing division in a dynamic technological transition. Consequently, this paper found that a dynamic interaction functioned to offer solutions to the manufacturing division by ; younger engineers to facilitate the transfer of technology to the manufacturing division, while senior engineer left in the R&D division to explore new applications and to fine-tune technologies at R&D to customers' requirements consistently. With this combination of engineering team, Sanyo was able to manage the technology transitions tactfully.

近年、日本においてクラウドソーシング市場が拡大を続けている。クラウドソーシングとは、インターネット上のプラットフォームを活用して、不特定多数の人に仕事を発注する仕組みのことである。急成長する中、ベンチャー企業だけでなく、大手企業の新規事業としての参入など、クラウドソーシング事業者も急増しており、発注企業も多様化している。本研究では、クラウドソーシング業界の現状と課題を取り上げる。

近年の応用行動分析学では、発達障害児者の行動問題を解決するために、積極的行動支援(PositiveBehavioral Support)に代表されるように、行動問題を減らすだけでなく、QOLの向上を積極的に目指していこうという動きがある。そのために、日常場面においては、行動分析学を提供する人と対象者に直接支援を行う人々との協働を前提としているが、その成果は関与する個人や環境の対応能力に委ねられているという指摘にとどまっている。そこで、本論文では、教育・福祉現場において積極的行動支援に基づく実践が行動問題の減少だけでなく、適応行動の増加を実現し、それを継続し拡大するためには何が必要かを明らかにすることにした。そのために、積極的行動支援の2つの基準とともに、実践上の課題を提示している2つの事例を検討し、そのことを通して、どのように積極的行動支援を進めることが有効か、また、その際の課題は何かについて考察した。

The concept of "cemetery" in Japanese law, the ground which build graves, has been affected by the idea of ancestor worship, because the Code Civil of Japan positioned the graves as a device for ancestor religious services, which are entrusted with his descendant, and the graves which ancestor buried are reburied as the unrelated grave, if the descendant disappear.In Europe, the burial laws have regulations about "burial compulsion" and "burial duty", but in Japan the decisions whether the dead should be buried, are referred with his family or his descendant.The current system of Japanese burial and cemetery is not be effective, because it is not possible to produce an Atotsugi (successor), the continuation of religious worship is threatened due to the changing family structure and a declining birth rate.
