鳥取県に最近侵入したと考えられる外来性の半翅目昆虫2 種,アワダチソウグンバイとセイタカアワダチソウヒゲナガアブラムシの鳥取県内における分布を調べた。アワダチソウグンバイはセイタカアワダチソウの調査地点ではほとんどの場所で確認された.よって本種はすでに全県的に分布を拡大していると思われる。また,本県の東部から西部までの広範囲で,セイタカアワダチソウヒゲナガアブラムシの生息を鳥取県から初めて確認した。 / The lace bug, Corythucha marmorata iptera: Tingidae) is an exotic species of Tingidae which was recently introduced to Tottori Prefecture. Although the species utilizes an exotic plant, goldenrod Solidago altissima L. (Asteraceae) as a main host, it also attacks crops such as the sweet potato Ipomoea batatas (Convolvulaceae). Thus special attention is needed for the expansion of the species range. We surveyed present range of distribution of C. marmorata in Tottori Prefecture, by checking S. altissima growing roadside along main national roads. The species was widely found from various sites of Tottori Prefecture. During the survey, we also found colonies of an exotic aphid Uroleucon nigrotuberculatum (Hemiptera: Homoptera: Aphididae) which is also parasitic on S. altissima from various sites in the prefecture.

近年、大きな紙に書道をする姿を、パフォーマンスとして観客に見せる「書道パフォーマンス」が注目を浴びている。しかしながら、「書道パフォーマンス」をするためには実演できる場所の確保をしたり、パフォーマンスに用いる道具の準備をしたりなど、様々な条件をクリアしなければならず、試みるには敷居が高いという問題がある。本研究ではそういった敷居の高さを、デジタル画像処理を用いたツールによって軽減することを目的とする。二台のWebカメラによってリアルタイムに撮影された映像から、射影変換の技術を用いて筆の接地判定を行い、スクリーン上に描画をする。そのツールの概要と実験結果について報告する。

<p> アブラムシの中には色鮮やかな体色をしているものがあり,その体色はポリケタイド系色素由来であることが明らかとなってきた.これら色素の役割として,保護色を構成する要素であることが考えられる.さらにポリケタイドであることから,アブラムシ自身の生体防御物質である可能性が考えられたが,その実験的証拠はなかった.しかし,最近の我々の研究で非常に興味深いデータが得られた.すなわち,エンドウヒゲナガアブラムシから単離された赤色色素uroleuconaphin類 (1-4) をアブラムシに感染能力のある昆虫病原菌二種,不完全菌(Lecanicillium sp.)と昆虫疫病菌(Conidiobolus obscurus)に対して成長阻害活性試験を行ったところ,配糖体 1, 2では活性が無いものの,アグリコン 3, 4では活性を有することがわかった¹⁾.アグリコン 3, 4は, 死亡したアブラムシ(感染死)から単離できることから,自らを犠牲にして病原菌の増殖をおさえていることが示唆された (Fig. 1). </p><p> </p><p>Fig.1</p><p> </p><p> 当研究室ではこれまでに、ユキヤナギアブラムシから黄色色素furanaphin (5)²⁾, エンドウヒゲナガアブラムシとソラマメヒゲナガアブラムシからは黄色色素megouraphin glucoside A (6)³⁾, キョウチクトウアブラムシから黄色色素6-hydroxymusizin (7)²⁾,セイタカアワダチソウヒゲナガアブラムシからは上記の色素1-4の他に黄色色素xanthouroleuconaphin (8)⁴⁾, さらにその配糖体 9と, 7の配糖体10を単離してきた (Fig. 2). </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Fig.2</p><p> しかし,これらの色素について詳細な生物活性は調べきれていない.サンプル量の確保が難しいことが原因となっている.今回我々はアブラムシ色素のもつ生物学的意味を解明することを目標として,色素の生物活性を多面的に評価することを計画した.また,先に述べたように糖部分の有無で活性に差があることから,他の色素も同様のことが考えられるので,その点についても活性比較を行うことを念頭に,これら色素の大量合成を目標にした.今回合成した色素について,抗菌活性試験,細胞毒性試験,抗酸化能試験,昆虫疫病菌に対する成長阻害活性試験を行ったので報告する.</p><p>1. BF₃•2AcOHを用いたFries転位</p><p> 先ず,5, 6の合成を計画し,その出発原料として12を選んだ. 12をHWE反応により炭素鎖伸長した後に,脱保護,環化によりアセテート16を合成した.一方,7, 8の合成のために13を出発原料としてフェニルスルホン18に変換後,19とのMichael付加,加水分解,環化により20とし,続く脱離反応によりナフトール体へと導き,フェノール性水酸基をアセチル基で保護してアセテート21を得た (Scheme 1).</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Scheme 1</p><p> </p><p> 次に16, 21に対してBF₃•OEt₂存在下でのFries転位を試み,22,</p><p>(View PDFfor the rest of the abstract.)</p>

This paper reports a rare case of fracture-dislocation of the hamatometacarpal joint. A 25-year-old right-handed man was involved in a fistfight and struck a wall with his left fist. He was examined at our hospital 5 days after injury and found to have swelling and tenderness in the vicinity of the fourth and fifth CM joints. Radiographs of the hand revealed dorsal dislocations of the bases of the fourth and fifth metacarpal accompanied by a dorsal oblique intra-articular fracture of the distal hamate and an avulsion fracture of the base of the fourth metacarpal. Treatment consisted of closed reduction and percutaneous fixation with Kirschner wires. Three years after his injury, the patient is asymptomatic, working at his previous job, with a full ROM of all joints of his left hand wrist and normal grip strength.

We examined the relationship between a sense of alienation and the gap in psychological distance in friendship. Psychological distance was measured by an original projective test technique. The psychological distance of the real and the ideal were measured by placing a sticky dot on a 9.5-cm line printed on a piece of paper and then drawing a circle along the line. By this method, the respondent was asked to quantify their own psychological distance from a friend and the friend's psychological distance by guessing the friend's feelings. This technique is visual and easily understood. We considered that the act of physically placing a sticker gave further emphasis to the act of "placing" the person. Subjects in the group that did not have a gap in psychological distance felt less alienated than those with a gap. Lack of self-expression, lack of mutual understanding, and physical factors were considered to be the determinants of the presence of a gap in psychological distance. Moreover, some people felt the need to distance themselves so as not to interfere.

本研究では人間中心設計(HCD)を基本としたデザインプロセスを活用して、映画をあまり観に行かない日本の20代女性をターゲットユーザにした映画を楽しく観に行くことをサポートするサービスデザインを提案する。現状調査、ユーザ調査、コンセプト抽出、アイデア展開、簡易プロトタイプの制作、詳細プロトタイプの制作、ユーザ評価のプロセスを踏み、最終成果物として、俳優で映画を楽しむタブレット向けアプリケーションを制作した。このアプリケーションは、日本の20代女性が映画の情報の中でも出演俳優を重要に考えていることや、1人では映画を観ない傾向にあることがインタビュー調査でわかったので、そのヒントをもとにアイデアを出した。好きな俳優のコミュニティを友達同士でつくり、映画に誘いあって観に行くことを促すSNSとなっている。ユーザは好きな俳優を探して、友達と盛り上がっているうちに映画の情報を得て、無理なく友達と映画を観に行くことができる。このサービスを通して若者の映画離れの問題を解決し、映画産業を活発にすることができると考える。

In situations of a disaster, it has been observed that the damage suffered by women and men is not equal. The vulnerability of women during disasters has been the focus of several studies and disaster management guidelines. Records show that there were more women victims than men victims in both the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995 and the Great East Japan Earthquake (GEJE) in 2011. Biologically speaking, women are physically less fit than men are; hence, they are more susceptible to physical disabilities induced by disasters and may be disadvantaged in evacuation situations. However, vulnerability of women during disasters is a complex problem that involves physical fitness, as well as other various factors. In the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 (SFDRR) adopted in 2015, prioritized actions such as “Build Back Better” were defined based on the GEJE experiences. In the SFDRR, in addition to vulnerability of women during disasters, medical services including maternal, newborn, and child health and sexual and reproductive health are considered the key factors for disaster risk reduction. This has been discussed in all phases of disaster risk reduction planning and post-disaster response. These findings suggest that the role of obstetrics and gynecology is comprehensive and important as a part of disaster medicine at the local and national levels, as recommended in the SFDRR. In this review, we summarized the management of women’s health and gynecological responses during disasters and considered the importance of women as stakeholders in disaster risk reduction.

本研究は、共働き世帯の日常行動の1つである保育所への送迎に着目し、送迎行動と送迎に対する満足度との関係、及び送迎に対する満足度と子育て観との関係から、現在の送迎システム及び保育施設の整備に対する提言を行うことを目的とする。送迎行動及び子育てに対する意識を調査するため、公立保育所利用者に対するアンケート調査を行った。共働き世帯において、送迎の負担は母親が担っている場合が多く、自転車、徒歩に加え、公立保育所では禁止されている自動車を主な送迎交通手段としていることが明らかになった。禁止されていても自動車を利用している現状では、実態に即した送迎ルール作りが必要であると言える。また、送迎満足度に影響する要因としては、送り迎えのどちらを行うか、第一希望の保育所かどうかよりも、「自宅から保育所までの距離」が大きいという結果が得られた。子育て否定的印象には送迎満足度が影響を与えていることも明らかにした。送迎の負担を減らすためには、利便性の高い地域だけでなく、住居地域内の保育サービスを更に充実させていく必要があると言える。

二〇一二年に国際幸福デーが国連により採択されるなど、近年、国家および個人の幸福について意識が高まりつつある。そうした中で、幸福を国政の主軸に据えるブータン王国の国民総幸福(GNH)政策は広く各国から注目されている。学術分野においても、経済学や開発学的側面からすでにこの政策概念に関する研究が進められてきた。しかし、ブータンにおける「国民」や「幸福」という概念が正確には一体何を意味するのかといった点については、不問に付したまま議論が進められていることが多い。そこで本稿では、ブータンの伝統宗教である仏教の思想や倫理観に焦点を当て、ブータンにおいて形成されてきた国民観や幸福観を再考し、ブータン人たちの伝統的価値観に立脚した上で「国民総幸福」という概念を捉え直すとともに、その応用可能性についても検証を行う。

Home-made type mayonnaise and commercial type mayonnaise were inoculated with 105/g of 4 phage types of Salmonella Enteritidis (SE), isolated from unpasteurized whole eggs, and the behavior of SE was examined. At 30°C the number of SE in home-made mayonnaise decreased to less than 10/g after 5-6 days, and decreased to the same level after 1 day in commercial type mayonnaise. At 10°C the number of SE inoculated into home-made type mayonnaise hardly decreased after 9 days, and decreased to less than 10/g after 3-6 days in commercial type mayonnaise. The difference between the phage types was not so large. SE inoculated into a delicatessen plant type mayonnaise showed the same behavior as that inoculated into commercial type mayonnaise.In potato, egg, and crab salads containing 15% home-made type mayonnaise, in which SE was still surviving, SE grew rapidly at 25°C, but hardly grew at 10°C.The importance of using pasteurized yolk in commercial mayonnaise, and a low storage temperature for salads was recognized.
