Wind tunnel experiments and large-eddy simulations for stable stratification are performed to specify flux Richardson number Rf and turbulent Prandtl number Pr as a function of gradient Richardson number Ri. We attempted to avoid self-correlation by using independent samples for the variables commonly contained in these nondimensional numbers and confirmed the dependence of Rf and Pr on Ri for 10−3 < Ri < 5. We found that Rf could exceed unity in a stable boundary layer under a developing stage, while the assumption of local energy balance violates for Rf > 1, which corresponds to negative production of turbulent kinetic energy. Nevertheless, the analysis of the TKE budget shows that the third-order term in the prognostic equation of TKE, which plays a role in the TKE transfer, can contribute to increase TKE despite negative TKE production. Therefore, TKE cannot be determined locally and the effects of TKE transfer must be taken into account in the region satisfying Rf > 1.

過去の文献および海外の学会から手に入れた情報をもとにholeのサイズ、holeの間のサイズ、表面あたりのholeの個数、その配列情報を収集した。これらの情報より人へ照射できるサイズのグリッドを作図し、鉛素材をつかって、金属加工の業者に作成していただいた。まずはこのグリッドをX線が正確に通過することを確認する必要があり、そのためフィルムを使った照射実験を行った。照射を行ったフィルム解析では、想定どおりの線量のvalleyとpeakが表現できており、照射可能な状況であることを確認した。また、エネルギーを変えたり、線源を変更したが、いずれも問題なくこのholeを通過することを確認することができた。

オノマトペ(擬音語・擬態語)は表現力豊かな言葉であるとされており、その性質や応用可能性について明らかにされつつある。本研究は、オノマトペが言語コミュニケーションにおいて果たす役割を検討するため、地域によってオノマトペの使用頻度が異なるのか、またどのような人に対して用いられるのか、どのような伝達内容に対して用いられるのか、を調べるため全国規模の調査を行った。結果として、主観的な使用頻度には地域差は無いものの、オノマトペの地域差に対する根強い信念が存在すること、またオノマトペが親密性の高い間柄で用いられる点や、触覚や視覚情報を伝達する際に最も多く使用されることがわかった。

内径が小さい油圧チューブなどを用いれば、海面での加圧を小さくしても、気体を海中深くに沈めることができる。この際にはヒートポンプの原理、つまり断熱圧縮により海中深くに熱源が発生する。この技術は、二酸化炭素の海洋・海底隔離や、海底メタンハイドレートの採取などに応用することが可能である。マグネシウム燃料では、海水を電解して得られるマグネシウムに水を反応させて水素と熱を得るが、その際に副産物として生成する酸化マグネシウムを二酸化炭素と反応させると発熱して炭酸マグネシウムとなる。炭酸マグネシウムは水に難溶性であり、比重が水よりも大きいので、海面に投棄するとほとんど溶けずに自重で沈む。また、僅かに海水に溶ける際には、pHを大きくするので、海底窪地に開放状態で貯留した二酸化炭素が海水中に溶解してpHを小さくする現象を緩和するのにも利用できる。

1 はじめに 尿道カルンクル,尿道脱に関してデーターベース,オービットメドライン,医学中央雑誌で過去30年間のデーターを調査したが,登録されていたのは5作のみで,いずれも病院の統計または尿道ポリープの鑑別疾患としての記載のみである。よって,尿道カルンクル,尿道脱の基本的事項は周知のことであり,最近のトピックスは皆無である。

<p>2018年9月26日(水)22時30分頃、愛知県小牧市の民家で大きな音がして、 翌朝調べてみると屋根に大きなえぐれた跡があり、庭やテラスから81gと23gを含む多くの黒い破片が発見された。また、隣家のカーポートの屋根に穴が開き、止めてあった車の屋根にもへこみができていて、玄関前に550gの黒い石が発見された。当日は天候が悪く、隕石落下の火球は観測されていない。ガンマ線測定を行い、宇宙線生成核種Al-26(半減期約70万年)とNa-22(半減期約2.6年)などを検出した。これにより最近落下した隕石であることが確認された。光学顕微鏡や電子顕微鏡による隕石組織の観察と鉱物組成の分析を行った結果、小牧隕石はL6コンドライトに分類された。また、Ne-21による宇宙線照射年代は2510±60万年、K-Arガス保持年代は44±2億年であった。</p>

Cyclin-dependent kinase-like 5 (CDKL5)はタンパク質リン酸化酵素であり、その遺伝子の変異は精神発達遅延、てんかん等を伴う重篤な疾患であるレット症候群を発症させることが知られている。しかし、有効な治療法は存在しない。本研究では、日本古来より用いられる漢方薬である「抑肝散(ヨクカンサン)」を用い、ヒトiPS細胞、Cdkl5ノックアウトマウス(KO)等における抑肝散の効果について検証し、最終的に有効成分の単離を実施し、レット症候群(特にCDKL5 欠失症(CDKL5 deficiency disorder))の治療薬創製を最終的な目標と定める。

Historical source material of good quality, valuable as it as an endless source of stimulation for researchers, is almost invariably high in price and difficult to obtain. For that reason, we must turn most often to the facilities offered by libraries, but in the case of important primary material, the rarer it is the more likely it is to be available for use only under strict regulations, and it is often impossible for younger researchers to actually touch and inspect at close range. In many cases, there is often no alternative to using typographical reprints of certain sources, an alternative that of course involves a number of other difficult problems. It is most important, however, that basic primary sources should be viewed in their original forms whenever possible.<br>Accordingly, the publication of this ten-volume series of basic source material in photographic reproduction, which makes possible an appreciation of the sources in the closest form to the actual object itself, should be highly welcomed. The contents of each volume in the series are as follows:<br>(Translator's note: It should be noted that there are certain problems associated with reading the names of these sources, some of which will be outlined below, and that not all possibilities have been included here; in most cases, the generally-accepted reading of the name in modern Japanese has been adopted.)<br>In all a total of 39 items are reproduced in full photographic facsimile, with commentary on the sources included at the end of each volume. The collection of such an amount of material was obviously quite a difficult task, and gratitude should be expressed towards those involved with publication, as well as the four supervisors of the series, Asano Kenji, Shida Nobuyoshi, Hirano Kenji and Yokoyama Shigeru.<br>A quick glance at the contents of the volumes reveals firstly that these source materials are all from the Edo period (<i>Kinsei</i>), and that the collection is therefore a collection of vocal sources of the Edo period. The first problem with the collection is, then, that its name is too wide, since there are of course a large number of source materials for vocal genres from earlier periods. A table of contents of the series given at the back of each volume (except for some reason Vols. 7, 9 and 10) includes the information that this is a collection of Edo-period sources, although this is not stated on the cover-box or spine of each volume.<br>There is a problem too with the range of material included in the publication. It would seem clear from earlier research in the field and from the title of the publication that more source material dealing with <i>shamisen</i> music should be included. It would be helpful if there was some sort of explanation for the reasons behind the choice of the 39 items, but unfortunately no such text can be found. Without such an explanation it is hard to evaluate the choice of materials and the editorial policy behind the publication. It would be helpful to have this included if there is any possibility for publication of a second edition.<br>Below is a short listing in no special order of a number of other problems associated with the publication, although it should be noted that these do not effect the value of the series as a whole; indeed they are likely to be problems that the supervisors and other contributors to the series have already noticed.

江戸時代,西洋医学はオランダから日本にもたらされた。しかし,幕末には英国人医師ベンジャミン・ホブソンによって中国上海で出版された中国語(漢文)の医書が,訓点翻刻(訓読みのための返り点などを付して印刷)されて,『内科新説』という名の医書として日本で普及していた。今回は気管支喘息について,当時のイギリス医学における理解を紹介したい。和訳は,できるだけ原文(漢文)を残すこととし,鄒大同医師の協力を得た。

リチャード・スウィンバーンを第一人者とする哲学的有神論は、ア・ポステリオリな帰納的論証により、「神は存在する」という仮説の真である確率が真でない確率よりも高い(神の存在の蓋然性が2分の1以上である)と主張する。スウィンバーンはこの命題を論証するための方法論として、ベイズの定理に基づく確認理論を応用する。ベイズの定理により、「神は存在する」という仮説の事後確率は、この仮説の事前確率と証拠の事前確率と証拠の事後確率の関数として評定される。本稿はスウィンバーンのこの方法論を分析し、どのような場合に「神は存在する」という仮説の蓋然性が上下するかを検討する。

戦略コンサルティング会社に由来するロジカルシンキングの手法は,説得力のある提案や報告の作成に効果的なことから,広く普及しているが,学術的な基礎が不十分なために,経営企画の領域に適用範囲が限定されている.本研究はロジカルシンキングの手法において,推奨される手法の妥当性について,客観的な比較調査により検証することをねらいとしている.本論文ではロジカルシンキングで導入される基本的な概念である,MECE という分類指針が適切なものかどうかについて疑問を提起するとともに,その妥当性検証の検証を試みる.政令指定都市で立案された ICT 戦略の骨子について MECE の観点から比較検討を行い,その結果を踏まえ MECE に代わる分類指針として分類再現性を提案する.

アカヒゲホソミドリカスミカメの飛翔に及ぼす温度の影響を宙吊り飛翔法により解析した. 雌では, 25, 19, 16℃ と飛翔時の温度が低下するにつれて, 飛翔回数と最長飛翔時間, 積算飛翔時間が減少し, 25℃と16℃ との間では有意な差が認められた. 最長飛翔時間か ら, 16℃では長距離の飛翔は行われないと考えられる. 雄では, 有意差は認められないものの, 最長飛翔時間と積算飛翔時間は低い温度で低下する傾向があった.
