本研究では,身体反応と音楽聴取時の感動がどのような関係にあるのかを定量的に追究することを目的とした.はじめに,聴取実験での評定項目を選定する目的で質問紙調査を行い,音楽聴取時に頻繁に経験されていた5つの身体反応(「鳥肌が立つ」「胸が締め付けられるような感じがする」「背筋がぞくぞくする」「涙が出る」「興奮する」)を選出した.次いで行った予備実験では,本実験での刺激曲として曲想の異なる2曲を選定した.本実験では,150名の実験参加者が,刺激曲の聴取中に生じた感動と5つの身体反応の強度について評定を行った.その結果,5つの身体反応評定値はいずれも感動評定値と有意に高い相関を示した.よってこれらの身体反応は,すべて音楽聴取時の感動と強く関連することが示唆された.さらにこれら5つの身体反応評定の平均値は,感動評定値とのより高い相関を示し,この傾向は曲想の異なる刺激曲を用いた実験参加者群で一致した.すなわち,これらの身体反応を総合すると音楽聴取時の感動との間に顕著に強い関連性が示された.

ビルマとタイには14種のトゲウナギ科魚類が生息している.8種はMacrognathus属に, 6種はMastacembelus属に分類される.前者のうち2種はタイから発見された新種である.Mastacembelus dayiはビルマのみから知られており, M. alboguttatusに近縁である.タイとマレーシア西部に分布するMastacembelus favusは近縁のM. armatusから明瞭に識別できる.

Cogan's syndrome is primarily diagnosed based on subsequent episodes of an inflammatory eye disease and rapidly progressive, usually sequential bilateral loss of audiovestibular function. Since there are still no specific tests for the syndrome, it is difficult to diagnose Cogan's syndrome in the early stage before the emergence of both eye and audiovestiubular symptoms. We present a case of a 34-year-old woman who complained of vertigo and bilateral hearing loss. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the inner ear was performed before the emergence of keratitis. MRI on the 23rd day after onset of hearing loss revealed a slightly high intensity on TI-weighted images in the right vestibule, which showed profound hearing loss. On the 54th day after onset, high signal intensity was noted in the right cochlea, the vestibule, and lateral semicircular canal on Tl-weighted images, but no enhancement. The high signal intensity disappeared seven months after onset, but there was no defect of inner ear signs on the T2-weighted images. A high signal of the inner ear on T1-weighted images is not a specific sign of MRI in Cogan's syndrome, since it is sometimes encountered in the inner ear of labyrinthitis, bleeding in patients with leukemia, and intralabyrinthine schwanoma. However, MRI could be a possible method for the early diagnosis of Cogan's syndrome because this finding might be recognized before the onset of eye symptoms.

乳児期に小児交互性片麻痺と診断した7歳男児, 寝返り以上の粗大運動は不能で言語も獲得していない. てんかんを合併し, 4歳半以降は片麻痺発作に嚥下障害を伴うようになり重症な経過を辿っていた. Flunarizine hydrochlorideと抗てんかん薬による治療では効果は乏しく, 重度の片麻痺発作やてんかん発作に対してはdiazepam坐薬で対応していた. 検査入院時に嚥下障害を伴う片麻痺発作を呈していたが, 五苓散を投与したところ短時間で症状は消失した. その後も五苓散の使用を継続したところ, 片麻痺発作短縮と回数減少, 発作時の嚥下障害の消失といった発作の軽症化を認めた. 本症例には五苓散が有効であり, 五苓散が小児交互性片麻痺の治療薬の1つとなる可能性が示唆された.

Modern Japanese traditional medicine established in the mid-18th century suffered devastating damage due to the execution of the Medical Law (established in 1873) as an integral part Japan's modernization policies. Today, Japanese traditional medicine is a counterculture community on the periphery of modern mainstream medicine, whose practice changes in accordance with social changes. As a traditional medical movement, it has unique ethics that are constantly evolving. The traditional medical movement of a physical technique, which is known as "Noguchi-Seitai" and whose system and theory were established in 1927, passed through two transformation stages, one in 1956 and the other one in 1968. The movement become a community emerging concomitantly with medical techniques continuously alternating between a host and a guest, and the medical practice based on the psychosomatic transformations arose from self-training by the medical practitioner and the patient. Those transformations and generations are revealed from the conceptual viewpoint of "Education as Transformation" (Richard Katz, 1981).

In this paper, we propose the attitude estimation algorithm under the dynamic acceleration environment. Generally, an attitude sensor has biaxial or triaxial accelerometer in order to measure the direction of gravity. In this configration, the attitude sensor has serious error under the dynamic acceleration environment, because of the measurement error of gravity that is caused by the dynamic acceleration. When we put the attitude sensor on a movable body like an UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle), this kind of error is fatal for the sensor. So, we apply the extended kalman filter algorithm to reduce the estimation error. Firstly, we derive the process model for the kalman filter which is based on quaternion kinematics. Secondly, we design the extended kalman filter by using the process model. Lastly, we show the simulation and experiment result of the estimation algorithm.

昭和30年代後半に交通戦争と呼ばれる社会的な問題が生じた。そこで歩行者に対する道路横断時の安全対策として、完全な歩車分離式の横断歩道橋が考えられた。国内最初のものは昭和34 (1959) 年、愛知県に建設され、その後全国各地へ普及した。しかし、近年の社会環境の大幅な改善により、景観の観点からみると経済性に徹した横断歩道橋は、その存在に問題が生じてきた。本論文はこの横断歩道橋に着目した。類似の構造物があるため、これを整理し、横断歩道橋は人を渡す跨道橋の一部と定義した。そして跨道橋の建設事例や設計基準の変遷を調べ、我国の現在に至る跨道橋の設計思想を分析した。この結果、跨道橋の初めての建設年表を作成し、我国最初の横断歩道橋の建設とその前後の経緯を明確に整理した。また道路と跨道橋の法的関係、昇降階段の歩道への設置の経緯、そして構造形式の変遷など歴史的事実が判明した。

The train positioning system by means of the ATS beacon used in the pendulum car requires sorting out the ATS beacon and updating the in-vehicle database according to the relocation of ATS beacons. Under the method proposed, track curvature data calculated by means of dividing the yaw rate of the carbody by the running speed are held as the on-board database, and the position of the train is detected based on the comparison with the track curvature data during running. In this case, applying a spatial filter improves detection accuracy and reduces database updating frequency. This paper presents the outline of the system and the detection accuracy.

GIGA スクール構想の標準仕様にしたがってICT 環境が整備され,1人1台の端末を活用している学級へのICT 活用に関する児童と教師への調査から,導入初期の児童によるICT 活用と教師の指導の特徴を検討した.その結果,児童は1人1台の情報端末を日々の活動の中で,さまざまなアプリケーションを組み合わせて活用しながらクラウド上でコミュニケーションを取っていたこと,教師は学校内の情報端末の活用については指導できるが,家庭学習については自治体のルールや情報モラルの観点から指導できていないことが特徴として挙げられた.

本稿では,ある大学の卒業生に対するアンケート調査に基づき,東京圏に居住する団塊ジュニア世代の居住地移動について分析する.団塊ジュニア世代を含む少産少死世代は大都市圏出身者の比率が高い.そのため結婚までは親と同居する例が多く,特に給与住宅への入居機会が少ない女性においてその傾向が強い.結婚後,持家の取得に向かう居住経歴を辿ることは,多産少死世代と共通していた.夫婦のみの世帯や子どもが1人の世帯が結婚後の比較的早い段階で集合持家を取得する傾向にあるのに対し,子どもが2人以上の世帯では第2子が誕生した後に戸建持家を取得する傾向にある.大学卒業以降の対象者の居住地の分布変動は少ない.これは,居住経歴の出発点が東京圏内に散在している上に居住地移動の大半が短距離であり,外向的な移動と内向的な移動が相殺しあっているためである.都心周辺に値頃感のあるマンションが供給されている状況でも,郊外に居住する対象者は多い.郊外に勤務先を持つ対象者は,通勤利便性を重視して勤務地と同一セクターに居住地を選択する傾向にある.少産少死世代は親も同じ大都市圏に居住している場合が多いため,親との近居を実現できる可能性が高い.対象者でも結婚後に親と近居する傾向が明瞭にみられた.
