アメリカのユタ州に本部を置くユタ系図協会(Genealogical Society of Utah、略称GSU)の106年にわたる歴史及びその活動について言及しつつ、その家系図調査において収集した膨大な史料の有功活用の道を探る。さらに、ユタ系図協会でのインターネットによる新しい家系情報の共有化の事例を、ビジネスの世界で用いられているのKM(Knowledge Management)の概念枠組を援用しながら紹介する。インターネットを媒体として個人や団体が永年蓄積してきた家族歴史情報を互いに共有することの可能性について考察する。

<B>Background:</B> Anatomical information of the insertion of the capsule around the glenoid is essential to recognize the pathological mechanism of shoulder disorders and perform better surgery.<BR><B>Methods:</B> Twenty five shoulders were dissected to investigated the morphology and size of the insertion of the capsule around the glenoid. We treated superior capsule as capsule-CHL. The location of glenoid rim was expressed as the location of the clock face of the glenoid.<BR><B>Results:</B> In the superior margin of the glenoid, the insertion of the capsule-CHL complex covered broadly to the base of the coracoid process in a triangular shape. Belt-like shape insertion was observed in posterior margin of the glenoid. Whereas as you followed anterior to the anteroinferior part, 4-5 oclock was thicker, then gradually thin down toward inferior. The average maximum width of the anterior and posterior insertion was 8.1mm (6.6-10.1mm)and 8.1mm (6.6-10.1mm), respectively. Although the width of insertion tapered, the capsule sent its fibers and connected to the lateral part of the LHT. Its attachment was observed as a thick portion from inside of the joint. This portion was observed as the posterior inferior gulenohumeral ligament.<BR><B>Conclusion:</B> The fact of thick attachment of the capsule on the glenoid rim should be considered when we perform surgery for shoulder instability. Fibrous connection between the capsule and LHT, which compensates for thin capsular attachment at inferior part, reinforces inferior stability. Since contraction of LHT pulls the inferior capsule inferiorly, this mechanism may have a role to avoid impingement of the inferior capsule.

A specimen of Rufous-chested Flycatcher Ficedula dumetoria was collected at Shidaihama, Seiro-machi, Kitakanbara-gun, Niigata Prefecture (38°01′ N, 139°17′E) on 15 June 2002. This is the first specimen of this species collected from Japan. However, it is unlikely that this individual had flown to Japan as a wild bird.

旋回時に内傾斜(リーン)機構を有するパーソナルモビリティビークル(PMV)のタイヤ転舵とアクティブ傾斜を同時に伴う車両運動に関する解析は未検討課題が多い.本報では多自由度運動モデルを用いたシミュレーションにより,急操作に対するPMVの車両運動応答解析とその性能向上手法の提案について述べる.

<p>酸化還元酵素であるペルオキシダーゼを環境に配慮した繊維加工や洗浄配合剤へ利用するため,熱耐性,溶媒への耐性,pH特性,反応の活性化などを検討した。ペルオキシダーゼは,広い基質特異性を有する。広いpH範囲で種々の水素供与体と反応することがわかった。水素供与体との反応速度は,水素供与体の酸化電位によって影響を受けることがわかった。由来の異なるペルオキシダーゼは種々の耐性や反応特性が異なることがわかった。モミガラ由来ペルオキシダーゼは,熱耐性や有機溶媒耐性や過酸化水素耐性に優れていることがわかった。ペルオキシダーゼの由来による耐性の違いや,反応特性の違いを利用して,利用目的に合わせて反応性をコントロールできることを明らかにした。西洋ワサビ由来ペルオキシダーゼとモミガラ由来ペルオキシダーゼを中心に反応機構についても述べる。</p>

The history of supercontinents is briefly reviewed in relation to the origin of the Japanese Islands. The Japanese Islands formed part of the S. China Block, which was a part of supercontinent Rodinia at 1.0 Ga. Rodinia was rifted at 600 Ma, separating S. China Block, N. America, Australia and other continents, to generate the Proto-Pacific Ocean in between. On the other hand, the Hida and Oki islands belong to the N. China Block, which has much longer history than the S. China Block, extending back to 1.9-2.0 Ga with minor older rocks dating back to 3.8 Ga. The 1.8-2.0 Ga high-grade gneiss in the Hida and Oki belts may be part of the 1.8-1.9 Ga Nuna/Columbia supercontinent within which N. China-Japan occurred at the NE corner, as judged from key parallel belts of 1.8-1.9 Ga in N. China. The position of Japan at 1.0 Ga within Rodinia was at the center together with S. China and western margin of N. China. The oldest fossiliferous rocks in Japan may extend back to the Early Cambrian to Ediacaran formed during the rifting of Rodinia directly after Neoproterozoic snowball Earth. Initiation of subduction began ca. 520 Ma, and evolved through five Pacific-type orogenies along the southern margin of S. China. On the other hand, the Hida and Oki belts suffered the Triassic collision orogeny at 230-240 Ma, involving platform sediments up to the Carboniferous age. The final tectonic emplacement above the Jurassic accretionary complex may be related to the extensional event during the opening of the Japan Sea in the Miocene.

本稿では、教職に就く予定の学生がもつ友人関係の経験に着目し、それらの経験が彼(女)らの教職観をいかに規定するのかを明らかにする。そのことで、彼(女)らが教師となり教育実践を続けていきながら、彼(女)らの固有の経験が職業的社会化といかなる関係を築いていくのかを明らかにしていくための出発点として本稿を位置づける。 分析の結果、以下のことが明らかとなった。第一に、彼(女)らの友人関係の経験や学級経験は、彼(女)らの生徒指導観や学級経営観を支える重要なものとなる可能性が示唆された。職業的社会化と教師個人の側面との関係性を考える上で、こうした友人関係の経験を重要な変数として考えていく必要がある。教師として生徒指導や学級経営の実践を行なっていく中で、関係性の経験が再解釈されたり、その経験に強く規定されることで、職業的社会化と教師個人との関係を明らかにすることができるだろう。 第二に、彼(女)らの関係性への認識はジェンダー化されているという点である。しかし、協力者たちがジェンダー・ステレオタイプを有していると批判することが目的ではない。従来の「ジェンダーと教育」研究が明らかにしたように、学校教育経験はありとあらゆる場面で、ジェンダー化されたているため、彼(女)らもまた、ジェンダー化された存在であり、関係性に対するジェンダー化された認識というのは、現状の学校教育を考えると当然の帰結だと考えられる。ジェンダー化された関係性への認識と学校現場との相互作用を描いていくために、教職課程学生がジェンダー化された関係性への認識をもっていることと、それをもつに至った経験を本稿では明らかにした。

2001年1月31日、ドイツ連邦政府は急進右翼のドイツ国民民主党(NPD)の禁止を連邦憲法裁判所に申し立てた。その理由は、外国人への暴行及びユダヤ人施設への冒涜・破壊行為の件数が増大したからであった。本稿はホロコーストと同胞のユダヤ人にたいする西ドイツ戦後社会の態度の考察である。

In diesem Aufsatz geht es um den Gesamtzusammenhang der nationalsozialistischen Medienrealitat, die von Widerspruchen und Konflikten gekennzeichnet wurde. Zuerst werden einzelne Medienbereiche (Presse, Rundfunk, Film und Kunst) untersucht, und dadurch wird festgestellt, dass die Hauptkontrahenten der kulturpolitischen Machtkampfe vor allem Goebbels und Rosenberg waren. Der Propagandaminister, ein Virtuose im Umgang mit den modernen Massenmedien, war der pragmatischen Meinung, dass Unterhaltung staatspolitisch wichtig sei, denn ohne Optimismus sei kein Krieg zu gewinnen, wahrend der Chefideologe ein sturer Dogmatiker war, der sich immer an einer volkischen Weltanschauung orientierte. Dieser Konflikt zwischen pragmatischer Moderne und volkischer Antimoderne spitzte sich zu, nicht zuletzt auf einem kulturpolitischen Feld, das mit der NS-Gemeinschaft "Kraft durch Freude" innerhalb der von Ley beherrschten Deutschen Arbeitsfront entstand. Durch eine kurze Untersuchung ihrer Tatigkeiten wird gezeigt, dass diese Mammutorganisation versuchte, Moderne und Antimoderne zu versohnen und eine politische Asthetik herzustellen. Diese Asthetik wurde zu einem klassischen Schonheitsideal uberhoht, wie es in den monumentalen Bauten Speers oder in den Olympischen Spielen 1936 dargestellt wurde. Nach der Auffassung Hitlers sollte es sogar um einen von Klassizitat gepragten neuen Menschentyp gehen. Somit lasst sich schliessen, dass die politische Asthetik, die als moderner Klassizismus zu charakterisieren ist, eine integrierende Rolle innerhalb der widerspruchlichen Kulturpolitik im Dritten Reich spielte.
