Changes in the usage of the verb "ijimeru" (to bully) and the noun "ijime" (bullying) in Japanese news-paper articles were investigated. Full-text searches and postpositional particle analysis were performed on issues of three major Japanese newspapers published between 1987 and 2011. The passive form of ijimeru (to bully) was used much more often than was the active form during the entire period investigated. During several specific years, the noun, ijime (bullying), appeared as a subject very frequently, but this trend was not consistent, and the number of articles containing this word decreased in most of the other years. Ijime (bullying)refers to an action that occurs independently of any particular actor. As such, it would be expected to appear frequently during any period of time. However, the word is construed to refer to suffering endured by an unlucky passive victim or to rare events such as natural disasters. The dissociation of the denotation from the actual usage of ijime (bullying) as well as the use of the term ijime (bullying) more generally are discussed from the perspective of social representations.

商品開発ではニーズの把握が非常に重要である。そのため,将来のニーズ(例えば次のブーム)を予測する手法が今後益々必要とされる。そこで,本研究では,次世代商品ニーズの予測手法を確立することを目的とした。題材には身近な商品であるシャンプーを選択し,次に来るシャンプーブームを予測した。今回,各年代に発生したブームについて,出願件数の経年変化の数値に対して統計処理を行なう手法を試みた。その結果,いずれのブームにもブーム発生以前に前兆となるシグナルが確認された。この手法を用いて,種々の手法により抽出したニーズ候補を評価し,次世代商品ニーズ群の選定を試みた。

New equivalent circuits of neuron, different from the equivalent circuit of Hodgkin-Huxley, are proposed. In these circuits, ion-condensers are a concept to represent the equilibrium potential of ions, and power sources to represent ion-pumps. Uning these equivalent circuits, we derive the equations which relate the resting membrane potential with capacity of the ion-pumps, intracellular impermeant anions concentrations, extracellular ions concentrations and permeability of ions transported by the ion-pumps. Using these equations, we elaluate the effect of presence of intracellular impermeant anions on the resting membrane potential

The relationship between the resolution and pixel pitch considering the optical diffraction principally caused by the lens circle aperture is discussed for the image sensor required to secure a high SNR and full well capacity for each pixel. The light diffraction of some high luminance patterns was calculated. We discuss the results for the optimization methodology of pixel pitch scaling considering the influence of the light diffraction. The performance of a CMOS image sensor with shared and small pixels and lateral overflow integration capacitor was developed based on our results. A CMOS image sensor consisting of 1/3.3 inch optical format, 3-μm pixel pitch and 1280 (H) × 960 (V) pixels was fabricated Using a 0.18-μm 2P3M CMOS technology with a buried pinned photodiode process. The sensor achieved 84μV/e- photo-electric conversion gain, 6.9×104e- full well capacity and 90 dB dynamic range in one exposure.

目的 国民生活基礎調査の世帯数と患者調査の推計患者数について,東日本大震災によって調査対象から除外された地域の補完を行った。方法 国民生活基礎調査において,東日本大震災によって調査対象から除外された2011年の岩手県・宮城県・福島県と2012年の福島県の世帯数について,前後の大規模調査年の情報を用いて線型内挿法で補完した。2011年における宮城県と福島県の推計患者数について,同年の患者調査(宮城県の石巻・気仙沼医療圏と福島県が調査対象から除外)と2012年の福島県患者調査,2011年と2012年の医療施設調査と病院報告を用いて補完した。結果 全国の世帯数(各年 6 月時点)における補完値は2011年で48,732千世帯,2012年で48,874千世帯であった。世帯構造別の世帯数において,2011年と2012年の調査値が前後の年次よりも大きく落ち込んでいたのに対して,両年の補完値には落ち込みがなかった。2011年10月の推計患者数の補完値は,全国で入院1,365.4千人と外来7,383.9千人,施設所在地が宮城県で入院21.2千人と外来130.0千人,施設所在地が福島県で入院22.0千人と外来108.8千人であった。調査値に対する補完値の比を性・年齢階級と傷病分類ごとにみると,全国の推計患者数ではほぼ1.02倍であったが,患者住所地が宮城県と福島県の推計患者数ではきわめて大きかった。結論 国民生活基礎調査の世帯数と患者調査の推計患者数の補完値を示した。年次推移の観察にあたって,補完の仮定を十分に考慮することが重要であろう。

The purpose of this study is to investigate how residents of guest houses use the common space for their personal exchange according to three scale types-10 or fewer, 11 to 30, 31 or more people.The results are summarized as follows. 1) Most residents always use common space for exchanges such as common meal, chat, TV viewing. 2) The dormitory-room residents use common space frequently single-room residents. This is because many dormitory-room residents not to be disturbed for other residents of same room. 3) The guest houses of small scale (10 or fewer people) make communication easier between the residents. 4) The residents ask advice from landlord to resolve the problem in guest house.

This paper discusses the changes of magazines which women read according to the age using figures of the network, which we got from the answers to questionnaire of women's junior college students. The link of the network expresses frequent combinations of magazines read in the same period or frequent changes of magazines which women read. This paper covers fashion magazines, comic magazines and animation magazines. At first, it is found that the combination of magazines with a similar property are read in the same period. Next, changes of magazines which women read is clarified. 51.22%, 28.66%, and 19.51% of the college students read “Chao,” “Ribon,” and “Nakayoshi” in their childhood, respectively. Readers of “Chao” and those of “Ribbon” come to read fashion magazines or boys' comics for teenagers, and then street fashion or girly fashion magazines. “Nakayoshi” readers, however, tend to continue reading comic magazines sequentially.

DNA samples of the spectacled bear (Tremarctos ornatus) from five Andean countries, Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia, were analyzed for nine microsatellite loci. Seven of them were polymorphic, which led us to investigate several population-genetic parameters. Private alleles and significant differences in gene frequencies were found among the populations studied, which demonstrated the extent of genetic differentiation among the spectacled bear populations. The levels of gene diversity measured with these microsatellites were rather modest in this species. Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium was especially found for the overall and the Ecuadorian samples, and might be due to the Wahl-und effect or consanguinity. Significant genetic heterogeneity was mainly observed among the Colombian and the Ecuadorian populations. Markov chain Monte Carlo simulations clearly showed that two different gene pools were present, one present in the Venezuelan-Colombian bears and other in the Ecuadorian ones.

目的 福島県立医科大学では,福島県からの委託を受け,東日本大震災による東京電力福島第一原子力発電所事故に伴う放射線の健康影響を踏まえ,将来にわたる県民の健康管理を目的とした「県民健康調査」を毎年実施している。そのうち,平成23年度「こころの健康度・生活習慣に関する調査」の生活習慣支援対象者(高血圧・糖尿病)に対し,看護師・保健師等が実施した電話支援の効果,特に次年度の調査票への回答および医療機関受診の勧奨効果を明らかにすることを目的とした。方法 平成23年度「こころの健康度・生活習慣に関する調査」の生活習慣支援対象者(高血圧・糖尿病)1,620人をベースラインデータとし,平成24年度「こころの健康度・生活習慣に関する調査」の結果との関連を縦断的に検討した。結果 平成23年度の生活習慣支援対象者で,電話支援を実施した者(以下,電話支援者)は1,078人,電話番号の未記載や留守等で電話支援を実施しなかった者(以下,電話未支援者)は542人であった。単変量解析の結果,電話支援実施の有無で,居住場所(P=0.001),教育歴(P<0.001),就業状況(P<0.001)に違いがみられた。 平成24年度調査票への回答者数は,電話支援者が616人(57.1%),電話未支援者が248人(45.8%)であり,電話未支援者に比べ電話支援者の平成24年度調査票回答率は高く,統計的に有意であった(P<0.001)。また,平成24年度調査票への回答の中で,医療機関に受診したと記載のあった者は,電話支援者が184人(29.9%),電話未支援者が68人(27.4%)であり,電話未支援者に比べ電話支援者の受診者の割合は高かったが,統計的に有意差はなかった。 多変量解析の結果,平成24年度調査票への回答には,電話支援を受けた者であることが有意に関連した(P=0.016)。結論 電話支援者は電話未支援者に比べ,次年度の調査票回答率が有意に高く,電話支援の取り組みは,調査票回答率の向上に有効であると考えられる。

東日本大震災に伴って発生した福島第一原子力発電所事故により、周辺自治体では住民の広域避難がおこなわれ、今なお広い範囲が避難区域に指定されている(2016年現在)。長引く避難生活で、地域社会は共同体としての存続の危機に直面している。一方、避難世帯にタブレットPCを配布して公共広報サービスを提供している自治体が存在する。同サービス内のオンラインコミュニティに投稿されたコメントの計量テキスト分析をおこなう。計量テキスト分析では、辞書ベースと、多変量解析ベースのアプローチを組み合わせ、住民意識を明らかにすると共に、コミュニティの維持・発展に資する支援方法を検討する。

The purpose of the present study was to objectively chronicle regional activities, in particular the activities of an organization that is responsible for community development, before the Tomioka Silk Mill was placed on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Based on previous studies, analysis using the text -mining was considered appropriate to objectively examine regional activities that preceded placement of the Tomioka Silk Mill on UNESCO’s World Heritage List. Using the text -mining, the present study examined occurrence frequencies and collocations of words and word classes extracted from articles in Jomo Shinbun, a regional daily newspaper. Subsequently, to verify collocations elicited by the text -mining method, an interview survey was administered to the Tomioka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Tomioka Community Development Promotion Council, focusing on their activities in the past.The study found that regional activities centering on the Tomioka Silk Mill preceding placement on UNESCO’s World Heritage List included coordination and cooperation among mu ltiple organizations, such as the Tomioka Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Tomioka Community Development Promotion Council.

PTA団体傷害保険,学校契約団体傷害保険,PTA管理者賠償責任保険などで構成される現在のPTA 安全補償制度を,アンケート結果から分析するとともに,補償ニーズを中心とした制度運営上の諸問題を考察したものである。現在のPTA安全補償制度において,補償ニーズと補償内容の最大の相違点は,(独)日本スポーツ振興センター法と保険約款での「学校管理下」の解釈の相違である。また教育基本法では,各種の社会教育団体や町内会との連携活動,学校教育施設や社会教育施設の相互活用を推進している。しかし保険での補償は,PTA活動内容や活動方法によっては補償対象外になるなど,補償内容は社会の変化や補償ニーズに対応しきれていない。これらは従前の学校内を中心としたPTA活動ではなく,社会教育団体として地域と一体化したPTA活動に視点を移すこと,日本全体のPTA組織メリットを生かした保険商品開発が行われることで一定の解決が図られると思われる。

ワルファリンは,細胞性凝固反応の開始期,増幅期,増大期に存在する凝固第VII,IV,X因子およびトロンビンの原料となるプロトロンビンの蛋白量を低下させ,強力な抗凝固効果を発揮する.しかし,出血性副作用も多く,プロトロンビン時間-国際標準比(PT-INR)を頻回に測定し,用量を調節しなくてはならない.ダビガトランは,初期トロンビンおよび増幅期にフィードバックするトロンビンを阻害し,結果的に凝固増幅期を阻害することでトロンビン産生速度を低下させる.活性化部分トロンボプラスチン時間(APTT)で過剰状態をモニタリングできるものの,APTTのトロンビン阻害薬感受性は試薬ごとに大きく異なっているため,標準化が必要である.Xa阻害薬は凝固増大期のプロトロンビナーゼ複合体を阻害し,トロンビン生成速度および産生総量を低下させ,抗凝固効果を発揮する.リバーロキサバンおよびエドキサバンでは,過剰状態をPTでモニタリングできるが,PTのXa阻害薬感受性は試薬ごとに異なるため注意を要する.また,アピキサバンはPTに反応しないことから,今後新たなモニタリング検査の開発が望まれる.一方,抗血栓効果の確認には,Dダイマーや可溶性フィブリンモノマー複合体などの血栓マーカーが,すべての抗凝固薬で有用である.
