思春期の知的障がい児は、人前でも自分の性器に触るといった特徴的な行動がみられ、社会的自立を視野に入れた性教育の必要性が明らかになった。知的障がい児に対する性教育には、生活を支える視点を教育者がもつこと、障がいの程度やニーズに合わせた個別的な指導、自慰行為などの手順を具体的に示した教材、家庭でも使用できるDVDやインターネットのサイトの作成、繰り返しの指導、自分の感情や意見を表出し自ら意思決定できる訓練が必要である。さらに、知的障がい児自身が教育計画立案や教育実践に参加できる体制が求められる。

A series of study on wave power utilization conducted during the period of 1976―1986 by the group of staffs of the institute is summarized. Three kinds of power extractor belonging to the so-called coastal fixed type were invented and studied in laboratory. Among them the water turbine and the pendular systems were subsequently studied at the field test plant constructed at Port Muroran which shows the latter has an excellent power conversion efficiency. An approach for predicting the power extracted by the fixed type extractors has been proposed employing analyses of wave spectral transformation and of three dimensional kinematics of extractors. Simulations for maximizing the power charged into lead battery and for the optimal load condition of power generation have been performed. A case study on practical application of the wave power utilization has been done for Yagishiri Island, one of remote islands far from main lands which are the most prospective locations to realize the wave power utilization in the near future.

中国に次ぐ経済発展によって注目されるインドではあるが、ホットスポットや生物多様性など環境面での懸念や、人口圧力や人権、地域間格差など多くの複雑に絡み合う構造的な諸問題を抱えていることは言うまでもない。 これら諸問題を検討する際に、個々の諸問題や要因を単に「その関連においてみる」ということではなく、それらを「地域的文脈においてみる」ということの重要性を強調したい。例えば、近年注目されつつある経済特区(SEZ)の場合でもその経済効果や影響という側面のみならず、多層的な地域的文脈のなかに位置づけて検討することが可能である。ここで言う「地域的文脈」とは、多様なスケールによって構成されるという(客観的な)側面と、「行為者にとっての地域」が(主観的に)構成されるという側面、という両面によってなる方法的枠組みのことである。その際、抽象的に構成される(と考えられる)「地域的文脈」が具体的「地域」に投錨する形で具体的な土地に関するコンフリクトが生じる。 以上を踏まえ、本研究では、インドにおける土地利用をめぐる正当性と合法性の相克について、いくつかの事例を取り上げながら検討してみたい。 もちろん、正当性の根拠としての合法性という観点からすれば、「相克」は次元を無視した問題設定であるかもしれないが、法的根拠に基づいた各アクターの行為が地域的文脈のなかで衝突しているという現実からすれば、合法性によらない秩序はいかにして可能かという課題に直面することになる。このことは同時に、「方法としての土地利用」という観点の可能性を示唆することにもなる。 本研究で取り上げる事例は、以下のとおりである。1)高規格高速道路建設の事例(図1)、2)都市郊外における反都市化の事例、3)「違法」建築物撤去問題、4)指定部族(ST)に対する再定住集落に関わる問題、などである。いずれもカルナータカ州(南インド)南部の事例である。

This study deals with the proposer and the first idea of the Templo de la Sagrada Familia in Barcelona, by examining the origin and development of the Asociacion Espiritual de Devotos de San Jose founded in 1866. As a result, it is made clear that Bocabella was not only the founder of the association but also the poposer of the temple, and no the father Jose Mananet. From the beginning the purpose of the temple was very spiritual and symbolical as well as his association.

ガウディの代表作、バルセロナのサグラダ・ファミリア聖堂の建立母体は「サン・ホセ信心会(帰依者精神的協会)」であり、その創設者はブカベーリャであった。ガウディ研究界では、この信心会の創設者が聖堂建立の提案者であると考えられてきた。ところが、1980 年代初め、マニャネット神父こそその最初の提案者であったとする見解が、同神父の創設になる修道会の神父たちにより強く主張し始められた。その根拠は同神父の残した「注意書き」にあった。本論文はこの「注意書き」が神父の思い込みによるものであり、歴史的事実とは相違することを明らかにする。El Templo de la Sagrada Familia de Barcelona, obra magna de Gaudí, empezó aconstruirse como sede de la Asociación josefina fundada por Bocabella. En los estudiosde Gaudí se ha pensado que Bocabella es, al mismo tiempo, el inspirador de dicha construcción. Sin embargo, a principios de la década de 1980, aparece una nueva opiniónque dice que el inspirador de la misma fue el Padre Manyanet. Esta opinión es asimismosostenida por los padres de la congregación de los hijos de la Sagrada Familia, fundadapor dicho Padre. Su fundamento está en la nota del propio Manyanet. Este artículo (quefue terminado en Madrid, 7 de febrero de 1984, y revisado y ampliado en la mismacapital, 2 del mes siguiente) va a aclarar que dicha nota es un producto de su imaginacióny no coincide con la realidad histórica.

Skinned nerve fiber was prepared by treating a giant axon of squid with saponin. Filamentous networks and membranous organelles such as vacuoles, smooth membranes and mitochondria were present after the extraction. Ruthenium red staining of the extracted tissue showed dense fibrillar networks in the cytoplasm that correspond to the "microtrabeculae" or "cytoskeleton" reported by other investigators. Our method of preparation, thus, gives further evidence that these structures are not the result of artifactual condensation or precipitation. The present results also indicated that the networks are composed of acid mucopolysaccharides and/or mucoproteins. The density of microtubules was not changed by the extraction per se, but the number of microtubules remaining after extraction decreased by alteration of environmental conditions such as low temperature (4°C), or the presence of Ca++ (1 mM), Mg++ free medium or colchicine (1 mM). These conditions are known to inhibit axonal transport. The usefulness of our extracted cytoplasm as a model of microtubule-related physiological functions is discussed.

At present, globalization is still in process, and from now on, globalization will continue to accelerate. In this article, “globalization and science education” will be dealt with from the following perspectives:1. From the Meiji Era, in the process of Westernization and standardization, the establishment and the development of Japanese science education.2. In the present world, the character of globalization and educational policy.3. The present situation and problems of science education in globalization.4. The prospects of science education in Japan correspond to globalization.In this article, the following conclusions were made. First, Japanese science education began amidst the globalization of Westernization since the Meiji Era, and after world war II, Japanese science education developed amidst the globalization of Americanization. Second, globalization has multiple meanings, under the bottom line there is neoliberalism, and in globalization there are aspects of objective reality and ideology, which influence world educational policy. Third, among the points of view of globalization there are some problems concerning the objectives and the curriculum of Japanese science education. Finally, from the point of view of diversity and peculiarity, Japanese science education has the potential to improve world science education.
