ローレンツ力の反作用は,高校程度の電磁気学の中には見出されない場合がある.それがどこにどのように働くかを考察し,「変位電流(電束電流)もローレンツ力を受ける」と考えられるという結論が得られた.この結論は,変位電流の概念をより具体的にするだけでなく,電気振動などから電磁波が放出される機構を物理的に説明する根拠にもなるだろう.

神経根症の原因の多くは椎間板ヘルニアまたは椎間孔狭窄であり, 診断にはまず頸椎や腰椎の動きが上肢症状や下肢症状を誘発するかどうかを確かめることが重要である。次に, 神経診察によりデルマトーム (感覚検査) やミオトーム (MMT, 腱反射, EMG検査) に基づいて障害神経根を特定し, それに対応する椎間レベルに一致して画像診断で異常所見が存在することを確認する。一般に, 上肢はミオトーム, 下肢ではデルマトームの信頼性が高い。運動麻痺が著しい場合, 支配神経を末梢部で最大上刺激して麻痺筋から記録されるM波の大きさは支配神経の軸索変性の割合に応じて減少するため運動麻痺の予後の指標となる。神経根症では麻痺筋からM波が誘発できないほど運動神経の軸索変性が重度であっても椎間孔 (後根神経節) より末梢側の感覚神経は軸索変性を免れるためSNAPは正常に記録されることが多い。重症例においてこの現象は末梢神経障害との鑑別に有用である。

【はじめに】筆者らは,健康相談室の活動の一つとして,生体電気インピーダンス法による筋肉量,脂肪量などの測定を行っている。今回,筋肉量減少および脂肪量増加に対する予防の開始時期や注意点,男女の違いを明らかにすることを目的とした。【方法】埼玉県内の住宅団地やイベント会場などにて参加を呼びかけ承諾の得られた男女483人を対象者とした。測定にはマルチ周波数体組成計MC-780A(タニタ社)を使用し,測定値を年代別,性別に区分して分析した。【結果】筋肉量の年代ごとの変化では,男女ともに中年期以降で下肢の筋肉量の低下が有意にみられた。脂肪量は男性では青年期から壮年期にかけて有意に増加し,女性では中年期に男性よりも有意に多かった。【結論】男女ともに45歳以上の中年期から下肢筋力低下の予防の必要性が考えられた。脂肪量は,男性では青年期から壮年期にかけて増加を防ぐ必要があり,女性では中年期に過剰な蓄積を防ぐ必要があることが考えられた。

Lactobacillus acidophilus L-92 株 (以下、L-92 株)は抗アレルギー効果の高い乳酸菌として選抜された。そしてこれまでに、L-92 株は、花粉症、通年性アレルギー性鼻炎、およびアトピー性皮膚炎といったアレルギー疾患の症状改善に有効であることが示されている。また、L-92 株は、乳酸菌の抗アレルギーメカニズムとしてよく知られているTh1/Th2 バランスの改善のほか、活性化T 細胞へのアポトーシス誘導や制御性T 細胞の誘導など、複数のメカニズムを介して抗アレルギー作用を示すことが明らかになってきた。本稿では、これまでに明らかになったL-92 株のヒトに対する抗アレルギー作用とそのメカニズムについて紹介する。

Conflicts between wild animals and humans have been increasing during the recent years, resulting in damage to human environments and infrastructure as well as injuries to humans. In urban areas, capturing the wild animals is a difficult task because, by law, firearms cannot be used. As a method for rapidly incapacitating and capturing these animals, it has become legal to use tranquilizer guns, as they are non-lethal, and there is little danger of damage to the property. Capturing via tranquilizer gun is a safe method; however, operational problems remain. Because tranquilizer guns are drug delivery systems and not firearms, written tests and practical exams for the use of tranquilizer guns are not imposed. A person who does not have basic firearm training can still use the guns, as long as he/she passes police inspection. Because there are various problems in the positioning and operation of tranquilizer guns in the amended law, there is an immediate need to create user manuals and to formulate rules to prevent accidents.

「行政手続における特定の個人を識別するための番号の利用等に関する法律」により全国民にマイナンバーとよばれる個人番号が2015 年10 月より通知され、個人ごとの顔写真やマイナンバーが記載されたIC カードであるマイナンバーカードの交付が2016 年1 月より開始されている。このマイナンバーを利用した制度について、国は法令で利用範囲が限定されている等の措置が講じられており、安心・安全な制度と説明している1)。一方、マイナンバーカードに内蔵されているIC チップには、電子証明書や自治体独自のアプリケーションが格納されているが、利用範囲は限定されていない。また、地方自治体では、マイナンバーの利用に伴うセキュリティ対策が強化されている。 本研究では、このようなマイナンバーに関わる制度全般に関して主に情報システムの観点からリスク分析を行い、リスク対応におけるシステム監査の有用性を論ずる。

Many Rivers are concentrated in the central part of the Kanto Plain, central Japan. The Tone River, the largest river, flowed south-southeast before it was artificially diverted eastward at the end of the 16th century. A large meandering paleochannel in the present Arakawa Lowland, which is situated about 30 km south of the present Tone River's course, is thought to have been formed by the former Tone River. However, the upriver part of this paleochannel is indistinct in the Menuma Lowland lying north of the Arakawa Basin. Detailed aerial photo interpretation and observations of sediment samples obtained with hand augers reveal that a paleochannel with a north-south trend in the eastern Menuma Lowland contains volcaniclastic sediments derived from the Tone River catchment. The age of the buried paleochannel, i.e., the former Tone River, was estimated to be around 1,300 years ago based on many archeological survey reports of ancient tombs and other sites located around the paleochannel. The subsequent eastward natural diversion of the Tone River into the Kazo Lowland seems to have been caused by aggradation due to a rapid supply of volcanic sediments and tectonic subsidence in the Kazo Lowland situated in the central part of the Kanto Tectonic Basin.

The general purpose of this research was to study the signification of the shout on Kendo. The focus of this study was to explore a historical formative stage and philological formative process of the shout. This investigation was carried on a condition that the shout is not essential according to The Conception of Kendo and the teaching which the shout should be voiceless in the extremity.The shout of the age at civil wars was one of the weapons. In the Edo period the existence of the shout was decided by the dogma of each Kenjutsuryuha (Kendo school). In the Meiji period the shout became to admit as one of the practice methods assuming the unconscious KAKEGOE, and in this time both modern style and understanding of KAKEGOE were formatted. To get a lot of effects on voiceless condition more than on shout, modern Kendo has a recognition about the KAKEGOE that the more skill player, the more little shout after going through an unconscious and natural shout.In the practice and the match handling a BOKUTO, the spot of the boby for DATOTSU (strike) might be named (KOSYO) before striking. In and after the 1750's, according to use SHINAI and BOGU (a protector), the original form of DATOTSUBUIKOSYO occurred. Modern style of DATOTSUBUIKOSYO can be confirmed by a bibliography of the early Meiji period. In the later Meiji Period DATOTSUBUIKOSYO was located as a necessary shout at the minimum. It is indicated by the existence of DATOTSUBUIKOSYO that Kendo is on longer a tool of an actual warfare but a movement culture.KAKEGOE and DATOTSUBUIKOSYO are coming to this day with advancing in their philological functions both phylogenetically and ontogenetically. The shout which is related to high spirits is closely connected with YUKO (valid) DATOTSU (a point). KAKEGOE may include a function that a player demonstrates one's high spirits to a third person by it. DATOTSUBUIKOSYO may also involve the possibility that it contains a potentiality of a lie. These functions of the shouts are contrary to The Conception of Kendo.Both DATOTSUBUIKOSYO by a player and YUKODATOTSU Announcement by the Chief Referee at YUKODATOTSU are the highest language level. The correspondence with a mind of player seems to DATOTSUBUIKOSYO back and forth. It may be possible for the excellent player to format DATOTSUBUIKOSYO in the speech area neverthless he or she does not shout (DATOTSUBUIKOSYO).A study on the level of a detachment may be a next theme.

安楽死や尊厳死を論じる場合、その言葉だけが先行して、結論が一人歩きしないよう注意する必要がある。そのためには、それらの概念内容を整理し、両者の共通点と相違点を明確にしたうえで、それぞれの許容性と問題性について考える必要がある。本稿では、患者の自己決定権と患者の意思を考慮しない他者決定との中間領域の中に、妥当な解決策を見出すべく考察を進める。まず、安楽死については、(1)純粋型安楽死、(2)間接的安楽死、(3)積極的安楽死、(4)消極的安楽死、に分類して考察する。とくに(3)では、日本の判例を素材として取り上げる。次に、尊厳死については、(1)患者の治療拒絶意思が明確な場合、(2)それが十分明確でない場合、(3)それが完全に不明確な場合、に分類して、アメリカの判例を参照しながら考察する。このような考察方法を通じて、さまざまな専門分野の人々が議論できる共通の基盤が作られることを期待したい。

塩酸バンコマイシン(vancomycin, VCM)は,経口投与では腸管粘膜から吸収されないため血中への移行はないとされるが,血清濃度が上昇した2症例を経験した。【症例1】61歳の女性。敗血症,急性腎傷害,Clostridium difficile関連疾患(Clostridium difficile associated disease, CDAD)で,VCMの経口投与と静脈内投与,持続血液濾過透析(continuous hemodiafiltration, CHDF)を行っていた。ICU入室4日目にトラフ値が33.7μg/mlであったためVCMの静脈内投与を中止したが,血清濃度の高値が持続した(中止2日後43.5μg/ml,7日後45.0μg/ml)。【症例2】63歳の女性。敗血症,CDAD,急性腎傷害でVCMの経口投与,CHDFを行っていたが,投与10日目のVCM血清濃度は10.3μg/mlであった。2症例とも腸管粘膜傷害と腎機能障害を合併していたため,VCMの腸管粘膜から血中への移行,腎からの排泄障害によって血清濃度が上昇したと考えられた。

The purpose of this paper is to argue how labeling and learning of a social agent are generated and function within the situation of interaction. The agents inevitably participate in the given communities in which diverse interactions occur, and every interaction is a kind of game including specific interest and honor rather than a mere interchange of symbols. We must acquire practical knowledge and skill in order to carry out the game. To acquire the practical knowledge and skill is to acquire the matrix of activity and cognition that mediates between several action and social order. Every social activity has its specific function by which each agent is related to the broader social structure and its reproduction. More precisely, as J. Lave pointed out, through the process of participation in on-going collective practice in which a learner gradually becomes an expert, the specific modes of representation and activity are to be reproduced. Therefore we can place the process of learning in the very center of the process of reproduction of social order. Furthermore, labeling process is the most important factor on the process of learning and perticipation in a given community. Labeling functions as a "screening" and a phisical enviroment of learning. I worked as a construction laborer for two months to observe practical learning and "how to become and live as a manual worker". I will examine the structure and distribution of work, the task and problem a worker must solve, the practical and flexible ways of instruction, and the process of labeling.

本稿では耳介を利用して音源方向を推定する方法について述べる.耳介は音刺激に対して音源方位に応じてその特性が変化するフィルタとして捉えることができるので,受聴音の周波数成分を調べることで音源方向の推定が可能であると考えられている.本稿では,この考えにたって簡単な形状の耳介を有するロボット頭部において,音源の方向を推定し,推定した情報を用いて頭部を音源方向に向ける方法について考察する.
