低分子量GTP結合タンパク質RhoA(以下、RhoA)は細胞骨格形成、細胞遊走など様々な細胞内機能を制御している。RhoAが制御する細胞内シグナルが疾患については長年、研究されてきたが、RhoAおよびその下流で機能する分子の心臓での働きは不明な点が多い。本研究ではRhoAの標的分子であるRho関連キナーゼに注目し、Rho関連キナーゼの心臓内での新規標的分子を明らかにした。マウス心不全モデルでは、Rho関連キナーゼの活性化されることを確認した。Rho関連キナーゼ欠損マウスでは心不全が改善したことから、心不全発症にRho関連キナーゼが関与していることが示唆された。

治療に難渋しやすい慢性痛の1つに幻肢痛があり,その機序には痛みに関する記憶が関与すると推測されている.心的外傷後ストレス障害(post-traumatic stress disorder:PTSD)に対する治療法の1つとして精神医療で用いられるようになった眼球運動による脱感作および再処理法(eye movement desensitization and reprocessing:EMDR)は,トラウマ体験の記憶と感情の処理により症状を寛解させると考えられている.同様の技法が幻肢痛の治療(幻肢痛プロトコル)に試みられている.今回,腰椎椎間板ヘルニア手術時の事故で左下肢の麻痺が起こり,8年間激しい慢性痛があった70歳の女性にEMDRを実施し,痛みが著明に軽減した症例を報告する.本症例では,事故に関連した場面等を想起させた状態で,左右交互の眼球運動を繰り返しながら想起場面と関連した感情を鎮静化しつつ認知の修正を試みた.その結果,治療セッション中に痛みが軽減し,ほぼ消失した.治療から3カ月後にも痛みは再発していなかった.心因性の機序が関与した慢性痛に,EMDRの幻肢痛プロトコルが治療法の1つになりうることが示唆された.

L'enorme successo del "Cortegiano"in Europa, si deve in parte all'esigenza, comune al'500, di ordinare secondo un codice preciso le norme che regolano il comportamento nell'alta societa. Sembra che l'essere stato confuso Per un trattato di buone maniere sia stata la ragione principale che lo ha reso celebre. Tuttora esiste la tendenza a considerare il "Cortegiano"come il primo esempio dei "Trattati di comportamento"che segnarono la decadenza dei principi rinascimentali nel piu vuoto e sterile formalismo. In realta, pero, il Castiglione delinea una figura di cortigiano in cui enuclea il fulcro ideale dell'epoca:la necessita, cioe, di uniformare la vita umana ai concetti filosofici che la ispirano. Tale ricerca di perfezione:identificazione reale-ideale, investe tutte le attivita umane fino a calarsi nel contingente, non Per svuotarsi in sterili precetti, ma per conferire anche al quotidiano la bellezza, cioe, la "grazia", che e un influsso della bonta divina. Essa si consegue solo attraverso la "sprezzatura"che e l'arte che nasconde l'arte. E la sprezzatura, dunque, la "regula universalissima" che sta alla base di ogni attivita del cortigiano: ogni suo gesto deve esservi ispirato. Tale virtu si realizza quanto piu si fugge daua "affettaziione", cioe, quanto piu ogni attivita si caratterizza per "naturalezza, simplicita e modestia". Per rendere piu evidente la verb natura del libro del Castiglione, e utile rilevarne la distanza dal "Galateo", tipico esempio di trattato di comportamento che segna il declino degli ideali del Rinascimento.

タイ国ではカブトガニ類の卵巣を食べる習慣があり、これに伴う食中毒死事件がたまに起こる。原因毒はフグ毒(TTX)や麻痺性貝毒(PSP)などの麻痺性毒である。カブトガニ類は原始的な節足動物であり、世界には3属4種が現存している。アメリカカブトガニ、カブトガニ、ミナミカブトガニ、マルオカブトガニである。タイには後2者が生息しているが、食中毒はもっぱらマルオカブトガニによるものであり、ミナミカブトガニによる中毒例はない。そこで本研究ではマルオカブトガニの毒化機構を明らかにする研究の一部として、カブトガニ類のTTXおよびサキシトキシン(STX)に対する抵抗性を調べ、比較検討した。TTX投与時の最小致死量は、ミナミカブトガニ成体では60〜150MU/20g 体重、アメリカカブトガニ幼体では50〜100MU/20g体重のかなり高い抵抗性を示したが、マルオカブトガニ成体では約900MU/20g体重、幼体では3600MU/20g体重以上となり、前2者を大きく上回った。一方、STXに対する抵抗性はマルオカブトガニ幼体およびアメリカカブトガニ幼体のいずれにおいても100〜200MU/20g体重とかなり高いが、差はなかった。TTX結合タンパク質がクサフグの血漿からDEAEセルロース処理、硫酸アンモニウム分画、Sephad exゲル濾過,Sephacryl S-200とCellulofine A-500によるカラムクロマトグラフィーを経て精製された。TSK G-3000SLカラムを用いた高速液体クロマトグラフィーによる最終精製物は単一のタンパク質ピークを示した。そのタンパク質の分子量はSDS-PAGEおよびmass spectrometryで、それぞれ、116,000および96,000と推定された。精製されたタンパク質のアミノ末端側アミノ酸配列はAla-Pro-Ser-Pro-?-?-?-His-?-Leu-The-Lys-Pro-Val-と推定された。

がん悪液質の病態に基づく患者と家族の食に関する苦悩への関わり方の解明は不十分だが,その要点は,1)患者と家族の食に関する苦悩に注意を向ける,2)がん悪液質の影響を抑制できれば患者と家族の食に関する苦悩は軽減できる,3)患者と家族の食に関する苦悩の主な原因はがん悪液質についての理解不足・体重増加の失敗体験・死の予兆としての認識,そして患者と家族の食に関する感情の衝突である,4)患者と家族にがん悪液質の病態と食に関する苦悩の要因を説明し付随する問題の対処についてアドバイスする,5)がんの進行にともない患者と家族の食に関する苦悩は増強するので個々の患者と家族にあった緩和ケアと栄養サポートを検討する,にまとめられる.がん悪液質に起因する食に関する苦悩には患者と家族で固有のものもあれば双方の関係で生じるものもある.それら苦悩の要因と過程をふまえた緩和ケアと栄養サポートが求められる.

本研究では、律令国家最北の支配拠点である秋田城の性格をまず明らかにし、その秋田城による北方支配や北方世界との交流が、具体的にどのようなもので、どこまで及んだのか、またその一方で北方世界内部のみの、秋田城支配と関わらない交流がどのようなものであったかを検討した。それによれば、秋田城の北方支配は意外に限定的で、北の領域では北の論理に基づく主体的な流通が優勢であったことが明らかになった。一方秋田城の性格については、文献史料の解釈からは非国府説、出土文字資料の解釈からは国府説が有利であることを確認した。最終的結論は今後の課題としてなお検討を続けたい。

The aim of this study is to shed light on the process whereby home economics education is introduced and established in boys' preparatory schools, and to suggest how improvements can be made in home economics education in these schools. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with ten home economics education teachers at boys' preparatory schools, and the data were analyzed using M-GTA (the modified grounded theory approach). The results are as follows; the departure point of the process of stabilizing home economics education in boys' preparatory school is the reality that the subject is considered "unacceptable". However, through the trial and error process of creating teaching materials and lessons in line with the actual situation of boys' school, and emphasizing the importance of home economics education, changes were noted with respect to students' attitude, cooperation of other teachers, and environment. More specifically, three factors are extracted. They are raising the awareness of pupils who are studying the subject, understanding and cooperation by teachers of other subjects, and improvements in the educational environment. Further, the circular nature of these three elements proved to be an important factor in establishing home economics education. Creating this flow may thus be regarded as enabling home economics education to obtain a sure footing.

This paper shows actual use of Social Networking Service(SNS) and its effects with SNS addiction. SNS user is over 70 million, and we can see a topic about internet or SNS addiction on mass media and internet homepage. However there are few paper about SNS addiction. Thus we present this paper about how long, how often, what kind of service, and what kind of scene SNS addicted user use SNS, and what kind of burden and sacrifice SNS addicted felt by using SNS, and change and effects by SNS use.

This article aims at examining the meaning of wrist-cutting as a ritualistic practice in contemporary society in which norms for the respect of the dignity of the person (un culte pour la dignite de la personne) are becoming more strict. Wrist-cutting, an example of self-injurious behavior, is the deliberate cutting of one's wrist without the intent to commit suicide. It is important that wrist-cutting is not a means to commit suicide but a means to live, in other words a means not to be through with others but to maintain a relationship with others. In spite of the sociality of wrist-cutting, it has not been sufficiently addressed in Sociology. When Sociologists have considered wrist-cutting, they have been concerned with it as a mechanism of "self-identification" and/or "self-presentation," which are problems of self-identity. In contrast, this article offers two alternative mechanisms, based upon the "personalization of the wrist." In these mechanisms, wrist-cutters regard their wrist as themselves or others and cut their own wrist with the aim of punishing themselves or others. In such punishment-oriented wrist-cutting, the relationship of "hurt/being hurt" between the self and the other is of the greatest importance. In this article, making use of data collected in interviews, "the mechanisms of the personalization of the wrist" are classified into the "self-punishment type" (when the wrist is regarded as the self) and the "other-punishment type" (when the wrist is regarded as the other), and these two types are examined from the perspective of interaction ritual. From this perspective, the meaning of "self-punishment" is interpreted as a means of punishing the cutter who has hurt others and is answering for his/her failure, while the meaning of "other-punishment" is interpreted as a means of sublimating anger for others who have hurt the cutters and as a means of controlling one's emotions.

関西地方には、古来よりの伝統と格式を持ち、多くの参詣客で賑わう寺社・仏閣が数多く存在している。これらの寺社への参詣客輸送を主な目的として、明治から昭和初期にかけて多くの地方鉄道・軌道や軽便鉄道が設けられた。関西鉄道 (現JR関西線) に接続して、伊勢神宮と結ぶ「参宮鉄道」(現JR参宮線) が、明治26年に開業したのを始めとして、明治31年には高野山と大阪を結ぶ高野鉄道 (現南海高野線) が開業した。その後、能勢電車、水間鉄道、天理軽便鉄道 (現近鉄天理線)、生駒ケーブル、参宮急行電鉄 (現近鉄大阪線・山川線) など数多くの路線が次々と生まれた。これらの鉄道の中には、第二次大戦末期に不要不急路線として資材供出の犠牲となったものも少なくない。このような寺社参詣鉄道は、安定した寺社参詣旅客の輸送需要に支えられて発展していき、大軌 (現近鉄) 系のように次々と路線の拡大をはかっていった会社も見られる。しかし、戦後、昭和30年代に入り、観光ニーズの多様化や、急速なモータリゼイションなどにより乗客の大幅な減少が引き起され、経営基盤が揺り動かされている鉄道路線も少なくない、また一方では、能勢電鉄や水間鉄道などのように、都市化の波に洗われ、通勤通学輸送を主体とした都市近郊鉄道に脱皮しつつある路線も出てきている。これらの鉄道について路線の成立と発展過程をふりかえり、大阪都市圏の鉄道綱整備に果たした役割について、その意義を考察するものである。

京都大学古地震研究会では,2017年1月に「みんなで翻刻【地震史料】」を公開した(https://honkoku.org/).「みんなで翻刻」は,Web上で歴史史料を翻刻するためのアプリケーションであり,これを利用した翻刻プロジェクトである.ここで,「みんなで」は,Webでつながる人々(研究者だけでなく一般の方をふくむ)をさしており,「翻刻」は,くずし字等で書かれている史料(古文書等)を,一字ずつ活字(テキスト)に起こしていく作業のことである.古地震(歴史地震)の研究においては,伝来している史料を翻刻し,地震学的な情報(地震発生の日時や場所,規模など)を抽出するための基礎データとする.これまでに地震や地震に関わる諸現象についての記録が多数収集され,その翻刻をまとめた地震史料集(たとえば,『大日本地震史料』,『新収日本地震史料』など)が刊行され,活用されてきた.いっぽうで,過去の人々が残した膨大な文字記録のうち,活字(テキスト)になってデータとして活用しやすい状態になっている史料は,割合としてはそれほど大きくはない.未翻刻の史料に重要な情報が含まれている可能性もあるが,研究者だけですべてを翻刻するのは現実的ではない.このような状況のなか,「みんなで翻刻【地震史料】」では,翻刻の対象とする史料を,地震に関する史料とし,東京大学地震研究所図書室が所蔵する石本コレクションから,114冊を選んだ.このコレクションを利用したのは,既に画像が公開されており権利関係がはっきりしていること,部分的には翻刻され公刊されているが,全部ではないこと,システム開発にあたって手頃なボリュームであること,過去の地震や災害に関係する史料なので興味をもってもらえる可能性があること,が主な理由である.「みんなで翻刻【地震史料】」で翻刻できる史料のうち一部は,既刊の地震史料集にも翻刻が収録されている.しかし,ページ数の都合などにより省略されている部分も多い.「みんなで翻刻【地震史料】」によって,114冊の史料の全文の翻刻がそろうことにより,これまで見過ごされてきた情報を抽出できるようになる可能性がある.石本文庫には,内容の類似した史料が含まれていることが知られているが,全文の翻刻により,史料間の異同の検討などにより,これまでより正確に記載内容を理解できるようになるだろう.「みんなで翻刻」では,ブラウザ上で動作する縦書きエディタを開発・採用して,オンラインでの翻刻をスムーズにおこなう環境を構築したほか,翻刻した文字数がランキング形式で表示されるなど,楽しみながら翻刻できるような工夫をしている.また.利用者どうしが,編集履歴や掲示板機能によって,翻刻内容について議論することができる.さらに,くずし字学習支援アプリKuLAと連携している.正式公開後3週間の時点で,全史料114点中29点の翻刻がひととおり完了している.画像単位では3193枚中867枚(全体の27.2%)の翻刻がひととり完了している.総入力文字数は約70万字である.未翻刻の文書を翻刻することがプロジェクトの主たる目的である.これに加えて,Web上で活動することにより,ふだん古文書や地域の歴史,災害史などに興味をもっていない層の方々が,古地震や古災害,地域の歴史に関する情報を届けるきっかけになると考えている.謝辞:「みんなで翻刻【地震史料】」では,東京大学地震研究所所蔵の石本文庫の画像データを利用した.

In the last decade, scientists are expected to present their researches. It is symbolized as the term:"science communications" and "inter-discipline communications." We suggest and explain "PresentationCompetition of Graduate Students" (PCGS). In October 2011, we, Tsukuba Graduate students’Network, conducted PCGS during a university festival and proved its effects. As results, various multidisciplinecommunications have been promoted among University of Tsukuba. In our university, thereare few cases of the collaborated researches which leverage the opportunities that the university hasalmost every discipline. In this paper, we suggest PCGS as a solution of the problems and demonstratethe details about the implementation plans, strategies and results. We also inspect the impacts asevaluations with the interviews of each concerned, e.g. speaker, judge and visitor. We expect that thePCGS will be held at other universities.
