To provide appropriate information concerning ethical or Rx-OTC-switch drugs containing the same ingredients by pharmacists, it is necessary to understand the properties of both. In this study, pharmaceutical properties and economics were compared between ethical and Rx-OTC-switch anti-allergy ophthalmic solutions containing tranilast, pemirolast, or acitazanolast.Regarding 14 ethical and 3 Rx-OTC-switch products, the squeeze force, drop weight, pH, specific gravity, and total number of drops were measured. The usable period per bottle and daily cost were calculated from the total number of drops.The squeeze forces of the three drugs differed about 1.5-2 times among their products. Single-drop volumes calculated from the drop weights and specific gravities ranged from 30 to 46 μL for 0.5% tranilast ophthalmic solution, larger for the original drugs than for the Rx-OTC-switch and generic ones. The pH values of the ophthalmic solutions differed among the drugs, but not among their products. The usable periods of each bottle of the three drugs were longer for the Rx-OTC-switch drugs. However, the daily drug costs of 0.1% pemirolast ophthalmic solution were higher for the Rx-OTC-switch drug than for the original one, although those of 0.5% tranilast ophthalmic solution were lower.The present study demonstrated that the squeeze forces and drop volumes differed between the Rx-OTC-switch and ethical drugs and that the usable periods of each bottle and daily costs differed among the drugs. It is important for pharmacists to obtain information on the pharmaceutical properties and economics for in order to select products for individual patients.

Preventing truancy and expulsion (in this paper, referred to collectively as “dropouts”) is an extremely important task for educational institutions. Individual conference is a realistic measure for preventing such dropouts. However, there are various issues with holding individual conferences, such as the skills of the conference holder and the personnel cost. This paper presents the anomaly detection method as a method for predicting which students will drop out using data provided by an educational support system. This method is expected to reduce the issue of personnel cost and heighten the overall effectiveness of individual conferences.

薬学実務実習終了生を対象としたアンケート調査によれば,大半の学生は実習中に基礎薬学の知識を活用する機会は少なかったと感じていることが報告されている.その要因として,教員が基礎薬学は臨床現場でどのように役に立つかを具体的に説明できていないことが指摘されている.しかし,臨床現場での問題は基礎薬学が問題解決に有用となることもある.そのため,基礎系教員と臨床系教員が連携し基礎薬学の臨床現場での有用性を理解させ,それが可能であることを示すことが必要であると考えた.そこで,実務実習事前学習において有機化学を専門とする基礎系教員と実務家教員が連携した医薬品の配合変化に関する実習を実施し,終了後にアンケートを行った.この結果,受講生の90%以上が基礎薬学の内容が臨床の問題を解決するのに有用であることを意識できた.すなわち,基礎薬学が臨床現場でどのように役に立つかを意識させる実習を提供できたと考えられる.

本グループでは,これまで Java プログラミング教育における学生の学習支援,教員の負担軽減を目的として,テスト駆動型開発手法による,その支援システムを提案している.本システムでは,教員は,まず課題に対する模範解答コードとテストコードを登録する.次に学生は,テストコードを仕様書として解答コードを作成・提出する.その上でシステムがその自動検証を行う.本稿では,学生のソフトウェアテストに関する知識を深め,正しいコード仕様作成のための教育支援を目的として,学生によるテストコードの作成・提出を可能とするシステムの拡張を行う.併せて,本システムの実用性を高めるため,複数の講義科目での利用,セキュアなプログラムテスト環境の構築も行う.後者は,学生の不完全なコードが及ぼすシステムへの悪影響の抑制を狙いとしている.学生 25 名による評価実験により,本システムの有効性を示す.Based on the test-driven development (TDD) method, we have developed a Web-based Java programming education support system to help learning activities of Java programming by students and to reduce loads by teachers. Using a software tool for the TDD method called JUnit, this system can verify the source codes made by students automatically after the teacher register the correct source code and the test code for the assignment. However, this system has three drawbacks. The first drawback is that it can be used at only one class. The second one is that it may not work properly if students submit codes containing errors and incorrect procedures. The third one is that it does not allow students to make test codes, although the programming of test codes can help the understanding of software tests and software designs. In this study, we expand this Java programming education support system so that it can solve the three drawbacks. Particularly, for the last expansion, it asks teachers to register the code specification in the assignment in addition to the correct code and the test code. Through experiments to 25 students, we verify the effectiveness of our proposal.

局所脂肪は隣接臓器の状態を反映するとともにその臓器にも影響を及ぼすことが示唆されている。本研究では動脈硬化性疾患の代表である虚血性心疾患に対する手術の際に皮下脂肪、冠動脈周囲および内胸動脈周囲の3か所の脂肪を採取し解析、脂肪の質にどのような差があるのか検討を行った。一部の炎症性サイトカインや炎症性マクロファージの発現は冠動脈周囲で最も高く、皮下で最も低かった。一方で血管新生関連因子は内胸動脈周囲で最も高かった。線維化マーカーは冠動脈周囲の発現が最も高く、コラーゲンは皮下脂肪で最多であった。このように皮下脂肪と血管周囲脂肪、さらにはその血管の状態により異なる脂肪のプロファイルを示していた。

革新自治体である美濃部都政は母親の保育要求に応えて多くの保育関係の単独事業を行ったが,本論文ではその成果と限界についての予備的な考察を行った。美濃部都政においては保育所の量的拡大の点では大きな進歩があり,質的にも拡充を図ったが,未措置児童の増加や特殊保育の不十分な内容など多くの問題点も残していた。本稿では美濃部都政の保育政策の展開を整理しながら,それらの問題点を仮説的に抽出した。

研究データ管理は,研究プロセスの透明性を高め不正を防止する目的とともに,オープンサイエンスにおける研究データ共有を支える重要なプロセスである.しかし,研究データ管理のスキルを持つ人材はまだまだ少ないのが実状である.そこでオープンアクセスリポジトリ推進協会(JPCOAR)は,研究データタスクフォースを組織し,研究データ管理(RDM)のスキルを習得するためのトレーニングツールを開発し,2017年6月6日にWeb上で公開した.さらに,国立情報学研究所に協力し,オンライン講座「オープンサイエンス時代の研究データ管理」を11月15日に開講する予定である.本発表では,こうしたRDMの習得を支援する一連の活動について紹介したうえで,今後の研究データ管理業務を担当する人材育成について論じる.

小麦粉及びその製品の微生物汚染状態を検討すると共に,汚染菌叢のうちBacillus属の同定を行なった。(1) 小麦粉の汚染菌数は一般細菌及びカビ・酵母とも全検体104/g以下であった。しかし,パン粉(乾燥及び生製品)については小麦粉と比較して汚染度が高い傾向にあり,とくに生パン粉の汚染度が高かった。(2) 小麦粉,乾燥パン粉及び調味加工小麦粉製品間には菌叢に差異がみられ,とくに調味加工小麦粉製品ではbacilliが多く,生パン粉ではグラム陽性球菌が多く検出された。(3) 各製品から分離されたBacillus spp.の同定を行なった結果, B. licheniformis, B. subtilisが最も普遍的に検出され,その他, B. cereus, B. pumilusも多くの材料から検出されたが,各製品ごとのspeciesの分布にはほとんど差がみられなかった。

This paper shows actual use of Social Networking Service(SNS) and its effects with SNS addiction. SNS user is over 70 million, and we can see a topic about internet or SNS addiction on mass media and internet homepage. However there are few paper about SNS addiction. Thus we present this paper about how long, how often, what kind of service, and what kind of scene SNS addicted user use SNS, and what kind of burden and sacrifice SNS addicted felt by using SNS, and change and effects by SNS use.

海底噴火に伴う巨大軽石の種類は,海底火山活動の種類や形成環境に左右される.そのため巨大軽石の解析は過去の海底火山活動や噴火環境の推定に役立つ.今回,奥羽脊梁山脈に分布するグリーンタフ中から発見した巨大軽石は気泡が伸長した跡が残されており,グリーンタフ中で初めて材木状軽石と認定できた.材木状軽石は水深約1000 m以深で形成される気泡がパイプ状に伸長した巨大軽石である.本発見は本研究地域のグリーンタフを噴出した古海底火山活動の場を制約する重要な鍵になる.材木状軽石は琉球弧や伊豆・小笠原弧の背弧リフト帯から発見されている.現在の背弧リフト帯における材木状軽石と海底熱水鉱床の存在は,本研究地域の材木状軽石と黒鉱鉱床の存在という点で類似する.この事実は本研究地域が背弧リフト帯と同様のテクトニクスや火山活動下にあった可能性を示唆している.

本研究ではインフォーマルコミュニケーションの場として食卓に着目し、ここでのコミュニケーションを支援する。コミュニケーション活性化を支援するメディアとして、個人がカメラ付き携帯電話で撮影した写真を用いる事とした。写真を食卓にあるお皿に投影する事で話題を提供し、コミュニケーション活性化を支援するシステム「六の膳」を構築した。本システムの有効性と写真を用いたコミュニケーションについて調べるために4組15名の被験者による実験を行った。実験より本システムは face to faceコミュニケーションをさまたげず、話題の提供に均等性をあたえ、コミュニケーションに戦略的要素を取り入れる事ができ、コミュニケーションを活性化させる事ができるのではないかという知見が得られた。 : In this paper, we propose “pHotOluck” that is a supporting system for lively communication at a dining table. “pHotOluck” is a mintage of “potluck” and “photo” . This system displays a photo taken by a cell phone with digital camera on a special plate at a dining table. For evaluating the system, we conducted experiments to compare three methods for displaying photographs, i.e., “pHotOluck”, a LCD display with a touch-panel and paperprints. The result of the experiments showed that “pHotOluck” does not interfere face to face communication. It is suggested that “ pHotOluck” can activate communication by allowing people to strategically choose his/her photographs at the communication.

This report describes the mechanics of automatic circulating angling machines for skipjack devised by the authors and a result of angling tests. These devices can economize the angling space, that is the fish caught are gathered at one space so that the process from angling to storage is systematized. The authers would like to report the result of series of the experiments. 1) Two kinds of angling machines were made for experiments, one of which is the vertical circulating machine (S.V.M) and the other is the horizontal circulating machine (S.H.M). 2) Angling tests with both machines were carried out during the period from 1965 to 1975 in the southern area of the Pacific Ocean. There was no difference in angling ability between the two machines and well-trained fishermen under the same catching conditions. 3) The S.H.M proved to be more efficient than the S.V.M in performance other than angling. 4) It is ncessary to improve the S.H.M to prevent unhooking, before it is used practically. Also the bulwark of the vessel should be remodeled to fit the S.H.M.

国内およびイタリア・アメリカはじめ海外5カ国のフィールドワークを実施し、文献調査やネットアンケート、インタビュー(フィギュア製造業の海洋堂、コレクター)・モニタリング・データベース化の手法を用いた。巡礼地での観光土産との類縁性に着目し、「西洋型先進国」における食玩および食玩の類縁生活財(ミニチュア)の流行の仕組みや象徴的・表象文化的機能と日本的特異性の比較・解明を試み、得た知見の概要を『報告書:研究経緯および資料』に公開した。
