概要: ①人工知能(AI)が発達した未来社会においては, AIが裁判官を務める場合が考えられる. そこで本稿では, 裁判官とAI裁判官である場合の二つの状況において信頼度に影響を与える指標を明らかにしたい. 今回用いた指標は従来から言われている誠実さ, 能力(中谷内, 2018)に加え, 思いやりであると考えた. 思いやりという指標は裁判の現場でも述べられており(最高裁判所資料, 2013), Mayer(1995)の信頼に影響する能力, 正直さに加え慈悲という項目をおいていることとも関連が深い.②:結果としては,裁判官,AI裁判官, のどちらにおいても思いやり条件で信頼度を高めるという有意差が見られた. しかし思いやり条件下において, 誠実さ, 能力も同様に上昇した. そのため, 思いやりが誠実さ, 能力に影響し, その片方, あるいは両方を経由して信頼度に影響していないとは言い切れない結果となった.

【はじめに,目的】ハイヒールを着用した歩行では足関節底屈位が強制されることから,下肢関節への悪影響が懸念される。この影響について,これまで重心動揺や姿勢との関連を検討した報告が散見される。しかし,裸足とハイヒール着用での歩行における角速度の相異については不明な点が多い。そこで今回,裸足とハイヒール着用での歩行について,膝関節の角速度の変化を明らかにすることを目的に本研究を実施した。【方法】対象は下肢に整形外科的な既往のない健常女性8名(平均年齢21±2.1歳,平均身長158.8±6.7cm,平均体重49.2±5.3kg)とした。すべての被験者は,日常生活にてハイヒールを愛用しており,それを着用した歩行に十分慣れている被験者に限定した。また,ハイヒールは被験者が履きなれたものとし,足長に対して40~45%のヒール高を本研究で用いた。角速度の測定は,3軸ジャイロセンサ(MP-G3-01B,MicroStone社製)を用いた。センサの装着部位は右下腿の脛骨粗面下1横指に貼付し,動作中の筋収縮によってセンサが動かないことを確認した。X軸上の運動は膝の屈曲(+)・伸展(-),Y軸上の運動は下腿の内旋(+)・外旋(-),Z軸上の運動は膝の内反(+)・外反(-)に一致するように設置した。センサは疼痛のない範囲でビニールテープを用いて強固に固定した。サンプリング周波数は10msにて導出した。センサからの出力は信号処理ボックスを介してパーソナルコンピューター(dynabook T350,TOSHIBA社製)に取り込み,専用データ解析ソフトにて解析した。歩行の測定は,初めに裸足歩行,次にハイヒール歩行を実施した。歩行速度は被験者の快適スピードとし,加速と減速の影響を排除するため最初の4歩行周期を除外した5,6,7歩行周期の立脚期を抽出してデータ解析に使用した。1歩行周期の時間が被験者により異なるため,各被験者の歩行周期を時間で正規化した。なお,被験者は測定中のセンサ装着状況に慣れる必要があり,通常の歩行に可能な限り近似するよう測定前には十分練習を行った。また,測定中にバランスを崩した際には再度測定を行った。各方向への角速度からピーク値を算出し,それぞれ裸足歩行と比較した。統計学的手法としては,統計ソフトR(Ver.2.15.1)を用いピーク値の群間比較に対応のあるt検定を行った。危険率5%未満で有意差の判定を行った。【結果】膝の屈曲・伸展および内反・外反における角速度の変化については,裸足歩行とハイヒール歩行は概ね同様の波形を示した。しかし膝の内旋・外旋角速度は裸足歩行に比してハイヒール歩行の方が内旋角速度が減少しピーク値は有意に低値であった(p<0.05)。その他については有意差は認められなかったものの,いずれにおいても裸足歩行に比してハイヒール歩行は低値を示す傾向が認められた。【考察】ハイヒールを着用した歩行では,動作中に足関節底屈位を強制されることから,膝関節の伸展可動域が減少すると考えられている。本研究の結果で得られた膝内旋角速度の減少は,膝関節の伸展可動域減少に追随する終末強制回旋運動の不足が生じ,結果として角速度が減少したものと考えられる。すなわち,ハイヒールによる不安定さを可動域を減少させることにより担保しているものと推察される。【理学療法学研究としての意義】履物による足関節への影響は種々の報告があるものの,膝関節への影響については不明な点が多い。今回,膝関節の角速度について検討し,履物が身体に与える影響を明らかにした点で意義がある。

歯周病原菌といわれる7菌種 (Bacteroides gingivalis, Bacteroides intermedius, Bacteroides melaninogenicus, Fusobacterium nucleatum, Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans, Capnocytophaga ochraceae, Eikenella corrodens) 及び対照として2菌種 (Streptococcus intermedius, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) に対して, ポビドンヨード液 (10% PVP-1) を用いて, その殺菌効果をin vitroで検討した。希釈倍率は原液及び100倍, 400倍, 800倍, 1, 600倍, 3, 200倍, 6, 400倍, 12, 800倍までを設定し, PVP-I接触時間は15秒, 30秒, 60秒とした。その結果, 歯周病原菌7菌種, 対照2菌種に対するPVP-Iの殺菌効果は, 400倍希釈, 15秒 (最少接触時間) で殺菌効果が認められた。このことは, 口腔粘膜の殺菌及び歯周ポケット内へのPVP-I薬液投与の有効性を示唆するものである。

The digestibilities of nutrients and energy in Shiitke mushrooms (Lentinus edodes) was measured in healthy adult males. A test diet was given for 5 days after 5 days on a basal diet which supplied 40g/day of protein and 45kcal/kg/day of energy. The test diet was identical with the basal diet except that shiitake was incorporated. Digestibility was calculated by the difference of fecal output between the test period and the basal period. The results obtained were follows:1. Shiitake 60g/day intake levelDigestibility of protein was 69.3±11.2%.Digestibility of fat was 66.6±24.9%.Digestibility of carbohydrate was 55.7±10.5%.The ratio of the total available energy to intake energy (Net Energy Availability) was 55.4±15.4%.2. Shiitake 40g/day intake levelDigestibility of protein was 85.5±23.8%.Digestibility of fat was 70.0±90.1%.Digestibility of carbohydrate was 65.8±13.1%.The ratio of the total available energy to intake energy (Net Energy Availability) was 67.4±25.9%.

研究目的は,事例研究を通して,わらべうた遊びを基盤とする幼児の表現活動においてどのように共同体形成が起こるかを明らかにすることである。事例とした保育実践は,わらべうた遊びからその替え歌づくりの表現活動へと展開する5歳児クラスの実践である。わらべうた遊びに内在するノリは,表現活動では身体・言語コミュニケーションを促進した。身体・言語コミュニケーションが共通の目的,共同行為,意味共有を可能にし,教室に共同体形成をもたらした。The purpose of this paper is to reveal the characteristic appearance of community formation in young children's expressive activity based on warabeuta play through case study. The case is an early childhood education practice to create a new version of warabeuta play "Hayashi no naka kara". Nori in warabeuta play worked to facilitate body/verbal communication in the expressive activity. Body/verbal communication made it possible to share an end, actions and meanings of expressive activity, and then formed community in the class.

本論文では,複合現実感技術を用いて小型ロボットとCG オブジェクトのインタラクションを実現する実世界指向のゲーム環境を提案する.複合現実環境の主体として駆動装置を持つロボットを用いることで,CG でロボットの周囲に映像の修飾を加えるのみではなく,ロボット自身の動作によって情報世界での衝突などで生じるバーチャルな力の表現を行うことが可能である.このような表現を行うことによって,実世界のロボットと複合現実環境のシームレスな融合を実現できる.This paper proposes a novel game environment with Mixed Reality technologies. The environment enables an interaction between Computer Graphics objects and real robots. The Computer Graphics objects enhance the robots with visual augmentation. Furthermore, the robots can show several virtual events such as a collision by their reactions in the real environment. A seamless fusion of the robot and the Mixed Reality environment can be achieved with the reactions of the robots.

The chiral and racemic oxovanadium(IV)salmmencomplexes, [VO(X)-(C16-salmmen)] (X =R(1),S(2), and rac(3); C16-salmmen = N,N'-monomethylenebis(5-hexadecyloxysalicylideneimine))containing 5-substituted alkoxy chains on aromaticrings were synthesized, and their mesomorphicbehaviorsand ferroelectric properties were alsoinvestigated. All complexes exhibited bothsmectic Aand chiral smectic C mesophasesabove 360 K, andtheyshowed ferroelectric properties in the chiral smectic Cmesophase.

This essay is an attempt to read Martin Eden, Jack Londonʼs autobiographical novel, in terms of the inextricable relationship between the author and the protagonist. Critics have often taken the unbalanced plot and the lack of ironic distance between narrator and character in Martin Eden as the technical weakness of London, but this paper argues that the achievement of this novel owes a great deal to the attachment of London to Martin. The unbalanced structure is a necessary product of the severe struggle of the author to kill his romantic alter ego. // Martin, who aspires to win Ruth Morse, tries to cross class boundaries by making a career of a writer. Even after realizing the emptiness of Ruth, who turns out to be nothing but a typical figure of the bourgeoisie, he somehow persists in loving her. The notion underlying here is that, for Martin, love, career and art are fundamentally inseparable. He objects to the aestheteʼs view of Brissenden on account of his separation of art from career. Martinʼs identity and life consist only in the triunity of love/career/art; the alternative is the repudiation of life. Thus, the unnatural delay of his disappointment in love can be regarded as Londonʼs strategy to set the suicide of Martin as the necessary consequence of the story. // By finishing the story and killing Martin, London finally detaches himself from Martin, reconstructs his self, and, unlike Martin, survives as a professional writer. In this sense, Martin Eden is a story about "writerʼs self-reconstruction."
