東京都特別区においてランダム抽出した鮮魚販売店で丸のマアジとマイワシをサンプリングし,Fish AnalyzerTM Proを用いて品質を調査した。得られたデータを主成分分析とクラスター分析にかけることで,小売店の販売戦略の類型化を試みた。品質調査から,サンプリングされた魚の大半は生食には適さない鮮度であることや,脂肪度の範囲がマイワシで特に大きいことが分かった。統計解析からは鮮魚販売店の戦略が大きく4つに分類できることが示され,品質を含むデータセットを用いた販売戦略類型化の有用性が示唆された。

茨城県取手市に飼育されていた犬が1985年3月27日, 激しい掻痒, 自己損傷を伴う症状を発見後に死亡, この地域ではオーエスキー病が1981年以来豚に流行していたことから本病が疑われた。剖検では病巣は検出されなかったが, 病理組織学的に延髄と頚部脊髄に著明な血管周囲の細胞浸潤, 神経膠症, ノイロノファギーを認めた。脳・脊髄の混合乳剤および肺・脾臓の混合乳剤を2頭のウサギに接種したところ, いずれも掻痒症を呈し, 4日後に死亡した。感染犬脊髄をPK-15細胞MA-104細胞に接種することにより細胞病原性を示すウイルスが分離され, 著明な円形化と巨細胞形成が認められ, ギムザ染色で核内封入体がみられた。感染PK-15細胞の電顕観察では, ヘルペスウイルス様粒子が観察され, 蛍光抗体法により抗オーエスキー病ウイルス抗体の結合が確認された。

In this study, we aimed to examine physical competence in the lower grades of elementary school by applying three teaching strategies: ingenuity of teaching materials, relationship with rich friends, and the teacher’s approach to enhance physical competence. Physical competence was composed of three factors: “perceived physical competence,” “feelings of control,” and “peer and teacher acceptance.” In addition, we examined the relationship between physical competence and tactical decision-making ability. We hypothesized that improving tactical decision-making ability would enhance students’ “perceived physical competence” and “feelings of control.”Eighty-two first-grade students participated in this study. The students were divided into three groups and were required to play tag games. To evaluate the physical competence of students, we utilized the Okazawa, Kita and Suwa’s physical competence scale developed in 1996. We then divided the participants into upper and lower groups according to their “physical competence” or factor score. To analyze students’ decision-making ability, we made them play the same games for one hour before and after the unit. We video recorded the games and used the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI) for data analysis. We reported three main findings. First, when teaching strategies were applied to enhance physical competence, the upper group maintained a high value both before and after the unit, while the lower group improved after the unit. Second, decision-making ability regarding game performance improved in both the upper and lower groups. Third, improving decision making ability is necessary to enhance “physical competence” in the upper group. Finally, there was a negative relationship between “ball-keeping” (or waiting until the game situation changes) and “perceived physical competence” in the upper group, and between “ball-keeping” and “feelings of control” in both the upper and lower groups.Our study demonstrated that students’ physical competence improved when teaching strategies were applied to enhance physical competence. Additionally, we showed that improving students’ decision-making ability is critical to increasing their “physical competence” in the upper group.

In this paper, basic principle of active driving mechanism for omnidirectional wheel mechanism with a dual-rings is proposed. Active driving mechanism is composed of one outer helical gear and two dual-rings with internal helical gear. Proposed active driving mechanism is confirmed by developing basic prototype model.

もとより複合的な高次感情である「畏敬」は,喜び・怒り・悲しみといった基本感情とは異なり,それを生じさせる規定条件に不明な点が多い。この正負の方向へと分岐しうる畏敬の発生機序の解明が重要課題であるとともに,AI等の開発,自然災害等に関わる心理支援への応用などの可能性も秘めている。本研究は,心理学,比較文化,ロボット工学等の領域を横断して連携し,複合感情としての「畏敬」の効用,およびその個人差の基盤となる心理・生物学的機構を明らかにするとともに,フィールド調査やロボットを用いた構成論的アプローチを取り入れた方法論により,「畏敬」の応用までを視野にいれた革新的知見を得ることを目指す。

2007年8月より2009年7月までの2年間に, 東邦大学医療センター佐倉病院耳鼻咽喉科において良性発作性頭位めまい症と診断した1,145名を対象とし, われわれが考案した運動療法で治療を行った. われわれの方法は患側が特定できなくても整形外科疾患など頸椎・脊椎に問題のある症例でも, 患者が自宅で自分のペースで治療を行えるという特徴を有している. その結果1カ月以内に80.7%, そして3カ月以内では91.7%のめまい消失をみた. その中でも発症より1週間以内に受診した症例では2週間以内に80%の症例がめまいの消失をみている. めまい発症より受診時期が遅くなるにしたがって治癒期間も長くなる傾向があった.

Six patients with nasal allergy due to Japanese Apricot pollen which are called "Ume" pollen were clinically examined. All cases had hyperrhinorrhea and nasal obstruction with ocular symptoms, and one of them also had itching in the pharynx. They have lived for 8 to 47 years near by a large grove of Japanese apricot and 4 of them were fruit-growers. Among these four cases, three have suffured from nasal and ocular symtoms while they were working in the grove. These cases had positive skin reaction to clude "Ume" pollen extract, and five patients also reacted to nasal and ocular provocative tests.<br>Serum IgE value by RIST was distributed from 98 to 2300IU/ml (mean value 887IU/ml). Specific anti-"Ume" pollen IgE in the serum was measured by BrCN activated RAST method, and serum value of five patients was 1.6 timed to 3.5 times higher than that of non-allergic subjects.<br>Air-borne "Ume" pollen collected in a grove were observed from the beginning of February to the middle of March, and maximum grain count was 43 per cm² in 24 hours.

反復性肩関節脱臼に対する烏口突起移行術は,Bristow法(B法)とLatarjet法(L法)があり,近年,術後移行骨片の骨吸収の報告が散見される.我々は,その骨形態変化が関節安定性に関与していると考え,両術式の術後成績とCTによる移行骨片の骨形態変化を関節面積に着目して検討した.6ヵ月以上経過観察できた34例35肩(平均22.7歳)を対象.B法11肩,L法24肩.両術式の術前と最終経過観察時の臨床成績,および両術式のCTによる移行骨片の骨形態変化を関節面積で評価した.各種臨床評価法を用いて,術前と最終経過観察時を比較し,両術式共に有意に改善したが,両群間に差はなかった.術直後と最終経過観察時のCTを比較では,L法は移行骨片の骨吸収のため,関節面積が縮小していた.一方B法は,移行骨片の関節窩接触部の増殖性変化のため増大していた.B法は関節窩接触部の増殖性変化のため,一度癒合が得られればL法に比し高い骨性支持が得られると推察した.

This paper presents a position sensorless drive of a brushless dc motor with a sinusoidal flux distribution. The estimation of position and emf is performed by using the integration of the current differences between the actual motor and model. The estimation speed is calculated by the differential calculus of the estimated position. The stability of the proposed algorithm and the design of the estimation gains are explained and it is shown that the parameter differences do not give serious effects on the estimation characteristics.In the experimental results using a 6-pole 1.2kW test motor, the speed control range from 35 to 1500rpm is obtained. To verify the proposed algorithm, the estimation and speed control characteristics are shown. Furthermore, the starting characteristics of the motor from arbitrary rotor position are shown.

日本の頭部外傷患者の高齢化は年々進行しており, われわれはこの超高齢社会を見据えた独自の治療方針を確立しなければならない. 急性硬膜下血腫や遅発性の症状増悪が高齢者頭部外傷には多くみられるが, 近年注目されているのは抗血栓薬内服患者の増加である. 日本頭部外傷データバンク/プロジェクト2015によると, 高齢者の31%が抗血栓薬を内服していた. さらにこれらの患者の特徴として, 低エネルギー外傷 (転倒・転落) による受傷機転が多く, 病態として出血性病変が多く, 経過としてはtalk & deteriorateの頻度が多いことがわかった. この状況への適切な対応は, 軽症であっても早期に頭部CTを撮影し, 出血性病変を認めた際は抗血栓薬の中和を考慮することである.

腹直筋鞘ブロック,腹横筋膜面ブロック,傍脊椎ブロックは胸壁,腹壁の体性痛管理に用いられている.特に超音波ガイド法の普及によって安定した効果発現と合併症の低下を認め,近年広く普及してきた.硬膜外ブロックに比べて鎮痛作用は劣るものの創痛管理中の副作用は少ない.最近推奨されている多様性(multimodal)疼痛管理の一法として,これらのブロックを併用すると,早期離床に向けた優れた術後痛管理が可能となる.しかし,比較的簡便な手技とはいえ,コンパートメントブロックのため局所麻酔薬の1回投与量は多い.異所投与では効果不十分で,局所麻酔薬中毒の可能性のみ高くなる.より安定した手技となるよう解剖学的構造や超音波画像の理解が重要である.

This is a preliminary discussion on the development and characteristics of anti-whaling activism in Japan with reference to the activism in Norway. Although Japan and Norway are often considered among the greenest countries in the world, both are also known as major whaling nations without strong anti-whaling movements. While there are several important studies on Norway, little attention has been paid to the case of Japan. Drawing on the framing perspective of social movement theory, this article considers how local political conditions have constrained the growth of Japanese anti-whaling activism and shaped its repertoire of activities, which are significantly less radical compared to its international counterparts. The article concludes by showing an agenda for future research about the nature conservation and animal protection movements in Japan, as well as anti-whaling activism itself, by highlighting the importance of a political-cultural perspective in understanding them.
