〔目的〕今回Rubber Hand Illusionを用いてSelf-Touchによる身体所有感の脳内メカニズムを検証した.〔対象と方法〕健常者20名を対象に ①Self-Touch,②Self Rubber Hand Illusion(ラバーハンドを触れることによる錯覚),③Other-Touch(他者から触れられる),④Other Rubber Hand Illusion(ラバーハンドを触れられることによる錯覚)の4条件で機能的生体近赤外線分光装置を用いて脳活動を計測した.〔結果〕全条件で両側運動前野が,条件②のみ補足運動野が活動していた.〔結語〕Self-Touchによる身体所有感の錯覚の惹起には補足運動野の活動が関与している.

The avifauna of the Imperial Palace Area in Tokyo was monitored by bird censuses nearly in every two months from August 2000 to November 2005. The results were compared with the previous monthly bird census research from April 1996 to March 2000 reported by Nishiumi et al. (2000). The total number of species recorded in the 35 censuses since August 2000 was 64 species, which is composed of 20 residents, 17 winter visitors, 10 transients, and 17 irregular visitors as listed in Appendix 1, but no breeding summer visitors were recoded. In total of these 10 years, 78 species were recorded by censuses. Eleven species among them are newly recorded in this monitoring period since August 2000; Larus argentatus, Sterna sp., Cuculus poliocephalus, Anthus hodgsoni, Anthus spinoletta, Saxicola torquata, Cyanoptila cyanomelana, Terpsiphone atrocaudata, Parus montanus, Sitta europaea, Fringilla montifringilla. Apart from censuses additional 4 species were recorded; Ninox scutulata as a breeding summer visitor and Corvus corone, Fulica atra, Podiceps cristatus as irregular visitors. We found a significant decreasing trend in number of species observed in the bird census during these ten years. The number of individuals was also significantly decreased except for January and individual number of residents was conspicuously decreased, although that of winter visitors was stable or somewhat increased. Moreover, the species diversity showed significantly a decreasing trend in all of odd months.

After the publication of Tomokuni et al. (2000), a good number of the heteropterous insects were collected at the Imperial Palace, Tokyo, Japan, under the "Monitoring survey of fauna of the Imperial Palace, Tokyo" conducted by the National Science Museum, Tokyo. This paper reports these material along with a few additional specimens from the Akasaka Imperial Gardens and the Tokiwamatsu Imperial Villa left off the list of Tomokuni (2005). In total 49 species of Heteroptera were found from these three places including four newly recorded species: Apolygus pulchellus, Elasmucha putoni, Eurydema rugosa, and an undescribed species of Miridae (Japanese name, Okuro-kasumikame), all common in Kanto District around Tokyo. Of 49 species, Oncocephalus breviscutum, Cimicicapsus koreanus, and Eurystylus luteus are new to the Imperial Palace, Cletus punctiger is new to the Akasaka Imperial Gardens, and Sastragala esakii, Poecilocoris lewisi, Riptortus clavatus, and Rhopalus maculatus to the Tokiwamatsu Imperial Villa. These species are common in Kanto District as well. Cymus aurescens, found from the Akasaka Imperial Gardens, has been unknown from the Imperial Palace. This may due to the lack of preferable host plants in the flora of the latter.

歯の硬組織とくにエナメル質が人体組織の中で最も硬い組織であることはすでに周知のことであるが, その微細構造と硬さの関係についてはまだ充分明かでない問題が多い。本研究は最新の超微小硬度計であるハネマン式微小硬度計を使用して, 歯の硬組織の微細構造と硬さの関係をしらべたものである。本実験では, 新鮮な健態抜去歯約200例について, その肉厚切片標本をつくり, その標本の微細構造を顕微鏡下に直視しながらビッカース・ダイヤモンド圧子を圧接して, その構造部分の硬さ (VHN) を測定する方法を採用した。その場合, ダイヤモンド圧子への負荷々重が小さい (59) ので圧痕も小さく (約6μ程度) , したがって従来は測定できなかったエナメル叢自体の硬さの測定も可能であった。実験の結果, 次のような知見が得られた。1) 人の歯のエナメル質の硬さ値 (VHN) は, 200~307, エナメル叢の硬さ値 (VHN) 80~180, 象牙質の硬さ値 (VHN) 43~68であった。これらの硬さ値に差異があるのは歯質の石灰化度に差があるためであり, 同一歯牙のエナメル質でも部位によって硬さの差があった。例えば唇側より舌側が, 近心側より遠心側が硬い値を示す例が多かった。これは桐野のいう同一組織でも低石灰化帯と過石灰化帯があることを硬さの面からも実証したことになる。なおレチウス条の構造上からくる切断面の硬さの差異も明かにすることができた。従来, 不明であったエナメル叢自体の硬さを測定した結果, 他のエナメル質より軟かく, ここが低石灰化部分であるという説を裏付けた。歯質の硬さと個人差, 性別差, 歯種差との関係では特性的な有意差は認められなかった。しかし歯質の硬さと年齢差の関係では注目すべき現象が見出された。はじめ低年齢では増齢とともに硬さが高くなるが, 図12, 13, 14で示したように, エナメル質では30歳台, エナメル叢では40歳台, 象牙質では50歳台で一度硬さが減じ, 再び増齢とともに硬さが高くなる傾向が見られた。この現象が人体の代謝と関連があるかどうかはまだ明かでないが, 極めて興味深い問題である。

2007年3月と2008年3月に同じ中学校で,3年生を対象に心肺蘇生法とAEDの講習を行い,同時に講習前にアンケート調査を行った。<br> 心肺蘇生法の講習経験のある生徒は約6割で,ひとりで心肺蘇生ができると答えた生徒は約3割と,2年間で変化はなかった。2007年秋にこの中学校にAEDが設置されたが,2008年のアンケートで,AEDの設置を知っている生徒は約8割,AEDの使用法を知っている生徒は4分の1で,2年間で変化がなかった。AEDを設置する際には,同時にその施設の関係者への教育が必須と思われた。中学生への心肺蘇生教育は救命率向上につながる可能性が高く,本人達の意欲も高いので積極的に進めるべきであると思われる。

アカスジカスミカメ (以下アカスジ)の玄米吸汁による斑点米被害がここ数年増加していることから、その生物学的特性を解明することが緊急に求められている。本種の飼育方法としては、出穂したコムギを用いる方法、アワ幼苗を用いる方法、イネ科雑草の穂とコムギ幼苗を用いる方法がこれまでに提案されている。しかしながら、穂を用いる場合には長期栽培を要することや野外虫混入の危険性があること、アワ幼苗のみの飼育では得られる孵化幼虫数が少ないことなどの問題点がある。一方、アカヒゲホソミドリカスミカメ (以下アカヒゲ)では、コムギ幼苗のみで簡易に飼育が可能であること、幼苗に産み付けられた卵をまとめて低温保存することによって、その後の発育に大きな悪影響を及ぼすことなく、孵化日や羽化日を斉一化し、同日齢の成幼虫を同時に多数得られることが報告されている。アカスジでもコムギ幼苗のみで飼育可能であることが示唆されているものの、効率的に飼育するための詳細な条件については報告されていない。そこで、本研究では、アカスジ飼育法開発の一環として、孵化幼虫を同時に多数得るためにコムギ幼苗に産み付けられた卵を低温保存することが、その後の幼虫孵化に与える影響を調査した。

Since the competition becomes much serious, how to develop by innovation is of great importance for Sichuan cuisine enterprises. Chain operation mode, being an efficient and effective way to enlarge the scale,is widely used by more and more Sichuan cuisine enterprises. However, their development still has a lot of problems because of the lack of the support from logistics and supply chain management. In this paper, after introducing the current situation, we analyse two main problems in the chain operation of Sichuan cuisine from the perspective of logistics and supply chain management, and also propose the reform direction.

Phase lag of light wave by reflection on Ag thin films is measured from the shift of interference fringes. The results agree with those calculated theoretically. Phase lag of thin films thinner than 300 Å differs from that of bulk metal and the calculated maximum phase difference of 0.41 rad. occurs when the film thickness is 40Å.
