日本の雇用において中小企業は重大な役割を果たしている。本稿は、その中小企業における女性役員・取締役のあり方が大企業と異なっているのか、異なっているとすればどのように異なっているのか、又その要因は何かを明らかにする前段階として、この課題を見るべき論点を明らかにするためのものである。そのため、ヒアリング調査は経営者であると同時に周辺企業を俯瞰する立場にあり、自らもまた働く女性として経験を積んで来た女性を対象とした。ヒアリングを通して得た知見により、今後検証を進めるにあたっての論点は以下のとおりとした。第1は、「役員・取締役に至る経緯」、第2は「システム整備」である。第1点は、女性管理職・役員にまで至った要因は何であったのかである。第2点は具体的な就業環境のシステム整備に力点をおくものである。そこには、育児休業などの制度整備が重要であることは言うまでもないが、ここではそのような制度を補完するものとして、もっとも具体的な人事管理システムとしての「業務の配分」や「働き方」のシステム整備を取り上げることとした。

The perturbed complex potentials representing flows around a vertical plate semi-submerged in a uniform stream are derived in analytical forms by the reduction method. They are composed from the regular solution and the weak singular eigen solutions. The linear combinations of them represent some flows such as regular flow, zero-vertical flux flow, flow satisfying Kutta condition and wave-free flow. The wave resistances of the flows are also obtaied in analytical forms. The analytical solution obtained by Bessho-Mizuno(1962) has a possibility that it dose not satisfy the boundary condition on the plate.

We studied the degree of visual fatigue in subjects watching HDTV stereoscopic images. The images used as visual stimuli contained only absolute, with no relative, parallax. The examination of visual fatigue was carried out with a five-grade subjective evaluation test and measurements of the accommodation response after watching the images for one hour. We found that when they were displayed within the corresponding range of depth of focus and remained static in the depth direction, the degree of visual fatigue was almost the same as that induced by watching the images displayed on the screen. However, visual fatigue was clearly induced, when they were displayed outside the corresponding range. Moreover, even if they were displayed within the corresponding range, visual fatigue was induced if they were moved in depth according to a step pulse function.

本論は,覚せい剤からの断薬意志を,約1年にわたる少年院生活においてある女子少年がどのように確立していったかを,多角的なデータを提示しながら記述するものである. B少年は,覚せい剤使用で逮捕されてX女子少年院で矯正教育プログラム(薬物非行)を受講した.3か月にわたるプログラムの開始にあたって,B少年はやめたい気持ちが 10%で,やめる自信は5%だと述べた.なかなか「やめる」と言えないでいたが,プログラムが終わるときに「やめたい」と言えばいいのだと助言された.この助言は一見すると適切で効果的なものであり,B少年の回復は大きく進むかと思われたが,そうはいかなかった.かつて再使用することで裏切った母親の信頼を取り戻したいのだが,「やめる」と「やめたい」の違いが母親から理解されなかったからだ. 出院直前の回顧的自己評定によると,この助言があった直後に気持ちは大きく落ち込んでいた.母親との関係改善,とくに母親の信頼を得るという課題がまったく進まなかったからだ.家族関係はほとんどの少年の事例において,少年院での指導の重点となる.B少年の場合はプログラムがあったために,その終了後までこの点への取り組みが先延ばしされた.プログラム中心の調査において,母親との関係に大きな問題を抱えているということは可視化されず,助言の威力を過大評価することになった. 回復が進むにつれて,課題が変わっていくという側面も見られた.プログラムを通じて対処法を学んだからこそ,薬物をやめられるかもしれないとB少年は感じるようになった.そうなったときに,「一生やめる」と宣言することはできないとしても,「今日一日やめる」と考え,そう言えるようになっていた. 本論では,授業場面の録画とインタヴュー,そしてインタヴュー時に作成してもらったグラフを主要データとする.そのデータが記述している現象と経験の範囲や性質という側面からの検討を補助的な軸とする.This paper describes the process a girl goes through, over a period of one year, to build up the will to quit using drugs, while being institutionalized at a female juvenile training school.A Japanese girl, called B, was arrested for using illegal drugs. She participated in "The Corrective Education Program on Drug-Related Delinquency" at a female juvenile training school in Japan. At the beginning of the 3-month program, she estimated her willingness to quit drugs to be at the level of 10% out of 100%, and her confidence to quit drugs to be at the level of 5% out of 100%. An expert psychologist advised that at the end of the program Girl B should say "I want to quit" instead of "I can quit." Although this advice appeared to be powerful and effective, it was actually not the case, since Girl B's mother did not understand the difference between the two statements.In a research interview, Girl B was asked to make a graphical representation of her change in feelings concerning drugs during the one year at the juvenile training school(self-evaluation). The graph showed that Girl B's feelings had two big low points: at the beginning of the program and just after the end of the program. After the end of the program, Girl B started writing to her mother for support and to ask to start living with her mother. Girl B's mother did not understand the nature of drug addiction and demanded that Girl B declare "I'm going to quit using drugs." Girl B felt really bad that her mother did not understand her.This was the second time Girl B was held in youth custody. The first time Girl B was released from the juvenile training school her self-esteem was low, and she tried to quit drugs for the sake of her mother, which eventually failed. In preparation for leaving the school for the second time, Girl B started thinking of quitting drugs for the sake of herself. She also thought of quitting "just for today"instead of quitting for life. Finally, just before leaving the training school, Girl B's confidence level concerning drugs reached the level of 60%.The study collected video recordings of group work meetings and audio recordings of interviews (self-report). While interaction analysis of group work utterances showed which advice was received as convincing by the participants, its long-term effects and consequences are found to be articulated and identified with interview data.

HDL is a strong negative risk factor for atherosclerotic disease, and perhaps more potent target to prevent and cure the disease than LDL in Japan. However, no specific compound to raise HDL is clinically available, so that there is no firm evidence for the clinical effect of the increase of HDL. As our knowledge of regulation of HDL metabolism has advanced significantly in the past several years, a great effort is being made to develop such compounds, by inhibiting catabolic reaction of HDL, and stimulating maturation and biogenesis of HDL.

Climate model experiments are carried out to understand the relationship between large-scale topography and climate variation. Mountain uplift experiments show that sea surface temperature, surface wind fields, precipitation and sea surface salinity are strongly influenced by mountain uplift. An enhanced Asian monsoon due to mountain uplift causes stronger seasonal coastal upwelling in the Indian Ocean and freshening in the Bay of Bengal, Yellow Sea and East China Sea. Mountain uplift experiments using a higher resolution atmospheric general circulation model reveal that the spatial pattern of precipitation becomes finer as resolution increases, and that there is a sharper contrast in the salinity distribution near coastal regions. Experiments in which the Panamanian Gateway is closed, opened and re-closed suggest that reorganization of the ocean current due to closure of the Panamanian Gateway induces a cooler and drier climate with a permanent halocline and sea ice in the subarctic Pacific.

<p> 日本人の平均寿命が90年の間に男女とも約2倍に延伸し、2016年のWHO発表によると女性86.8歳(世界1位)、男性80.5歳(世界6位)となっている。また、2000年から2015年にかけて世界の平均寿命が5年も長くなっているらしい。寿命の延伸やスポーツ人口の増加とともに、高齢者がlife enjoyment目的や健康増進目的で運動・スポーツに勤しむケースが格段に増えてきている。従来では、心不全、腎不全、肝疾患などに対しては運動を控える指示が出ていたが、最近では推奨される例が多い。運動の医療的効果が過剰に発信されるせいか、アメリカスポーツ医学会(ACSM)はEIM (= Exercise Is Medicine) とまでプロパガンダするようになっている。</p><p> 今回のシンポジウムでは、ワールドマスターズゲームズ2021組織委員である東直也氏にスポーツライフの真髄について熱く語ってもらう予定である。司会の田中喜代次(筑波大学)は、27年にわたる中高年者(有疾患者)の運動習慣化生活の実態、体力の推移、老化抑制効果などを紹介し、かつ自身のスポーツライフの実態について語る予定である。また、吉中(京都学園大学)は、介護予防(フレイル予防、寝たきり予防)に向けて導入している京都式総合介護予防プログラムとレクリエーションの実際についてプレゼンしていただくこととなっている。</p>

家庭環境内に設置された,人間とのさりげないコミュニケーションを図るマスコットロボットシステムにおいて,発話時の語彙と音声より推論されるユーザの感情を考慮したマスコットロボットを構築する.提案システムにより,マスマスコットロボットシステムが提供する情報による動作のみではなく,ユーザの意図を理解したロボットの表情表出が可能となる.実際の生活上で想定されるシナリオに基づくデモンストレーション実験を実施し,ユーザの5段階評価によるアンケート調査を用いて,モジュールの有効性を示す.提案システムは,情報家電の提示端末として,ユーザとマスコットロボットシステムのコミュニケーションの上で有効なモジュールである.

There are a lot of studies on 'Theatre' and 'School' as well. While, there were few studies on 'The spaces for school dramas' in a school. In addition, there were very few studies not only on the architectural planning for high schools running courses and curriculums for drama but also for drama club activities. Therefore, it is the objects of this study to offer the basic information for the planning, designing and reformation of the facilities for 'Educational spaces for drama' by investigation and research into schools, especially high schools which have the drama club. As the methodology of this research, every 337 national, public and private high schools in 23 districts of Tokyo. And then, based on the results of this inquiry, the schools running the program of extracurricular activities for drama are investigated in detail by interviews. As the results there are many problems, especially the lack of spaces for training and performance, and storages of drama equipments.

上野はJ.Andersenとの共同研究で,曲線が退化する際のアーベル的共形場理論(bc系の理論)を構成した.この結果は,非アーベル的共形場理論からモジュラー函手を構成する際に,アーベル的共形場理論の分数ベキとのテンソル積を取ることが必要となり,点付き代数曲線のモジュライ空間の境界でのテンソル積の挙動を調べるために使われた.さらに,このモジュラー函手から構成される3次元多様体の不変量は,リー代数がsl(2,C)の時はReshetikhin-Turaevが構成した不変量と一致することがほぼ明らかになった.証明の詳細な詰めは次年度の研究で行う予定である.また,上野はアーベル的共形場理論を代数曲面の場合に拡張するための予備的な考察を行った.齋藤政彦はパンルヴェ方程式の初期値空間の研究を行い,初期値空間として登場する岡本・パンルヴェ対が逆にパンルヴェ方程式を決定することを,岡本・パンルヴェ対に変形理論を適用することによって示した.山田は多変数のパンルヴェ方程式を対称性の観点から研究した.また,神保は量子場の相関関数とq直交多項式との関連を考察した.また,齋藤秀司は非特異代数多様体のChow群に関するBloch-Beilinsonフィルター付けについて考察した.加藤はMumford曲線に関する研究を行い,Mumford曲線を被覆として持つ非アルキメデス的オービフォールドの特徴付けを与え,またモジュライ空間でのMumford曲線のなす軌跡の性質について新しい知見を得た.またMumfordによる擬射影平面の志村多様体としての具体的な構成を与えた.

The introduction of fluorine-containing carbon functional groups into organic compounds is one of the key processes to synthesize biological valuable organofluorine compounds. While the reaction of organolithium, magnesium and zinc reagents with appropriate carbon electrophiles is reliable method to form carbon-carbon bonds, there were few reports concerning the reaction of these organometallic reagents with electrophilic fluoroalkylating reagents. Recently, we have developed several fluoroalkylations using these organometallic reagents and electrophilic fluoroalkylating reagents. In this paper, we account the fluoroalkylation of aromatic lithium, magnesium, and zinc reagents including our developed bromodifluoromethylation of aryl Grignard reagents with CF2Br2 and dibromofluoromethylation of aryl Grignard reagents with CF2Br2 in the presence of LiBr. In addition, the (ethoxycarbonyl)difluoromethylation of arylzinc reagents with ethyl bromodifluoroacetate in the presence of cobalt catalysts is also discussed.

The central role NATO played by ISAF (International Security Assistance Force) in Afghanistan was exceptional in its scope and intensity. The first steps of NATO into peacebuilding operations were in post Cold War Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo. In these two cases, NATO remained in the role of keeping the secure environment and did not step in to the administrative and reformative roles. These were done mainly by the UN and EU.<br>NATO took up its role in Afghanistan, partly in order to save the alliance from its biggest crisis. Initially, ISAF's area of responsibility was limited to Kabul and its surroundings and its task was understood to be providing security. It soon had to take up reconstruction as local governments proved unable to provide basic services.<br>The Taliban reassembled itself within Pakistani northern territory and started to fight back from late 2005, causing severe damage. This led to the geographical and functional extension of ISAF operations. It expanded to cover the whole of Afghanistan in four stages, and its functions expanded. From the beginning,the PRTs (provincial reconstruction teams) contained inherent contradictions in that it brought together soldiers, diplomats and development specialists together, who had never before worked as a team. In many cases, soldiers and development specialists had different priorities and different time planning. The soldiers tended to opt for short term concrete projects which could "win the hearts and minds" of local people, whereas the development specialists preferred more long term sustainable projects which may not yield quick returns.<br>As the Tallibans regained control of southern Afghanistan, the security missions of ISAF started to include high-intensity fighting with insurgency. This led to a severe crisis of alliance relationships in that some countries were very reluctant to take up the fighting roles and even those who did, had to work under intense pressure of domestic politics in their home country. Canada and the Netherlands both tried to reconcile domestic politics and what it perceived to be alliance and international responsibilities. In the end they both had to bring back combat forces home earlier than the end of ISAF mission. What remained in the end for NATO were relatively low-intensity police and military personnel training mission.<br>The ISAF experience gives important lessons for future cases where international community will be asked to reconstruct states in the absence of general stability. We need to develop better insight into who can do which job best, and to respect each others' logic and make room for different actors.

光学活性シクロヘキサン-1,2-ジアミンと4,4'-ジホルミルアゾベンゼンまたは4,4'-ジホルミルスチルベンを[3+3]環化縮合させることにより、光学活性な環状イミンホストおよびアミンホストを合成し、溶液中でのフォトクロミック特性やキラル認識能について評価及び検討を行ったので報告する。
