ババロアに洋酒, スパイスを使用したときの嗜好について官能検査を行ない検討した。1. 洋酒を加えたババロアで嗜好が高かった洋酒は, コアントロー, グランマニエ, マラスキノであり, 嗜好が低かったものは, 赤ワイン, ペパーミント, 白ワインであった。2. 洋酒入りババロアにスパイスを添加したとき, 一般に嗜好が高かったスパイスはバニラ, 嗜好が低かったのはクローブであった。また, シナモンは洋酒の種類によって嗜好が分かれ, 洋酒がオレンジキュラソ, 白ワイン, 赤ワインの場合は嗜好を高め, グランマニエ, チェリーブランデーでは逆に傾向を低めた。3. スパイスの添加効果については, 洋酒のみを加えたババロアで嗜好が低かった。赤ワイン, ペパーミント白ワインの各ババロアはその評価を向上させたが, 逆に洋酒のみを加えたババロアで嗜好が高かったコアントロー, グランマニエ, マラスキノ, モカの各ババロアではその評価を低下させる傾向が認められた。

Clarifying the process of urban formation and the form of townhouses in Willemstad(Curacao, Netherland Antillen), this paper discusses the influence and modification of Dutch colonial City planning in Caribbean Region. Willemstad is one of the best preserved Dutch colonial cities in Caribbean region. With numerous historical buildings and houses,Willemstad was registered as UNESCO World Heritage site in 1997. The research project this paper is based on was launched under the title 'Field Research on Origin, Transformation,Conversion and Conservation of Urban Space of Colonial Cities' the major target of which are the Dutch colonial cities. To compare the colonial cities of all over the world is ambitious objective of our project. The Dutch is well known as a developer of high-densed settlements with townhouses. One of major focuses of this paper is what and how the Dutch designed the townhouse in Curacao. The paper is composed by historical analysis of the process of establishment and development of Willemstad and considerations on block formation and typology of townhouses. Analyzing the block formation and form of the house plan,the paper suggests the similar type of townhouse in Netherland might have been introduced in the beginning of establishment of the city.

For the purpose of quality evaluation of magnesium oxide (MgO) tablets, we considered the dissolution test method with changes in the pH of the dissolution medium as an indicator and studied the elution behavior of MgO from commercial MgO tablets. We also studied the effects of particle size on the elution rate of MgO from MgO tablets. A dissolution test was carried out using the rotating basket method in 100 ml of the first fluid (pH 1.2). The stirring speed was set at 200 rpm. The elution behaviors of MgO from two products were markedly different. The medium pH for the sample MM (Magmit) tablet after 15 min reached 9.5 but that for ML (Maglax) tablet was 2.7 even after 60 min. The apparent solubility of MgO in 100 ml of the first fluid were, respectively, 175 mg and 100 mg when medium pH as 9.5 and 1.5. The low dissolution of ML tablets is thought to be due to the large particle size (average particle size r = 226 μm) or due to the effects of additives on elution. These results suggest that neutralizing activity after ingestion of MgO tablets and subsequent laxative effects may, when conditions after ingestion of MM tablets and after ingestion of ML tablets are compared, produce differences between them. We found that the dissolution test method with pH as an indicator is useful in assessing the dissolution behavior of MgO preparations.

洋酒は飲まれるだけでなく, クッキングワインなど調理用にも広く用いられている。我が国ではラムやキルシュの消費のほとんどが製菓用であるのを始め, 多くのブランデー, キュラソーなども使われている。<BR>本稿では洋酒の使用効果や使用法など洋酒と洋菓子の関係について権威者に解説していただいた。洋酒関係以外の方々にも御一読いただきたい。

従来の超解像技術の中でもTotal Variation (TV)正則化手法は,エッジを保持しつつ劣化を防ぐ,最も効果的な手法である.しかし,計算コストが大きいことが問題とされている.本論文ではショックフィルタを組み合わせることによって同等以上の画質を維持しつつ,処理時間の削減を試みる.

本論文では,Total Variation(TV)正則化を用いた高画質・高速な超解像拡大手法を提案する.TV正則化を応用した超解像手法はリンギングを発生させず,エッジの鮮鋭化を効果的に実現する手法であり,事例学習法を組み合わせることで細かい模様(テクスチャ)の再構成も実現する有望な手法である.しかし,TV正則化を応用した拡大手法は反復非線形演算により計算時間が増大し,画質を維持した大幅な高速化が困難とされており,動画像などへの応用が難しいという問題がある.そこで本論文では,TV正則化を応用した拡大手法に効果的なエッジ鮮鋭化フィルタであるShock Filterを用いた新方式を提案し,従来の各手法と比較して大幅な計算時間の削減,または画質の改善に成功した結果を報告する.

精神薄弱養護学校小学部児童48名を対象に、坐位及び立位における姿勢の実態分析を行った結果、全児童の97.9%になんらかの歪みや不適切なパターンを持つことが明らかになった。そして歪みや不適切なパターンは年長になっていくほど顕著になっていく傾向があり、また行動に問題がある児童の姿勢は、特に歪みや不適切なパターンが顕著であった。そこで、17名の児童に姿勢指導として動作訓練を週3回、1回あたり5〜10分間のマンツーマン指導で適用した結果、顕著な姿勢改善及び改善された姿勢の定着がみられた。これは姿勢指導としての動作訓練の取り組みが、自己の統制から離れたものになっていた姿勢緊張を随意制御下におくことができるようになり、身体各部相互の関係の自己制御獲得に役立ったものと考えられる。また姿勢の改善に伴い行動の変化もみられたが、姿勢の制御過程における自分の身体への能動的働きかけが、主体的態度(構え)を形成し、行動の制御をもたらしたのではないかと考えられる。

Background:There is a paucity of data on the sex differences in the prevalence, clinical presentation, and prognosis of aortic stenosis (AS).Methods and Results:A total of 3,815 consecutive patients with severe AS were enrolled in the multicenter CURRENT AS registry between January 2003 and December 2011. The registry included 1,443 men (38%) and 2,372 women (62%). Women were much older than men (79±10 vs. 75±10 years, P<0.0001), and the ratio of women to men increased with age. The cumulative 5-year incidence of all-cause death was significantly higher in men than in women (47% vs. 41%, P=0.003), although women were more symptomatic and much older. The 5-year mortality was similar between men and women at age <65 years (16% vs. 15%, P=0.99), whereas it was significantly higher in men than in women at age ≥65 years (65–74 years, 38% vs. 19%, P<0.0001; 75–84 years, 55% vs. 34%, P<0.0001; ≥85 years: 82% vs. 72%, P=0.03).Conclusions:A large Japanese multicenter registry of consecutive patients with severe AS included a much higher proportion of women than men, with the female:male sex ratio increasing with age. The 5-year mortality rate of women was lower than that of men. Lower 5-year mortality rates in women were consistently seen across all age groups >65 years.

昭和58年度洋酒鑑評会に出品されたりキュール23点の成分を分析し, その特徴を比較した。<BR>(1) リキュールの品種により成分組織に特徴が認められ, 酸度は果実系リキュールが高く, 甘味度はクレムドカカオが高い。<BR>(2) アルコール分はキュラソーが約4%と最も高く, 梅酒が低い。その他のリキュールは24~30%に集中している。<BR>(3) キュラソーとクレムドカカオは全糖中砂糖の比率が80%以上と高く, チェリーブランデーは低い。<BR>(4) これらの特徴は55年度出品酒のそれと同様であった。

10例の乳糜胸(外傷性7例,特発性3例)を対象に治療法を検討した.外傷性乳糜胸は全例手術後(肺癌5例,食道癌1例,縦隔平滑筋腫1例)に発症し,1日の乳糜漏の最大量は150〜1650ml(2.4〜36ml/kg)であった.再開胸術を施行した6例の乳糜漏のコントロールは良好であった.外傷性乳糜胸の場合,成人例で1日17ml/kg以上の乳糜漏を示すものに手術療法の適応がある.特別性乳糜胸は3例とも女性で,両側性が2例,左側が1例であった.両側性乳糜胸のうち,開胸術・中心静脈栄養法・胸腔内持続ドレナージ等の積極的治療を施行した1例は術後6年7ヵ月後生存中であるが,低脂肪食・胸腔穿刺・胸膜癒着療法等の保存的治療のみを施行した1例は,著明な拘束性換気障害を合併し3年後死亡した.特発性乳糜胸では,保存的治療で拘束性換気障害を招く前に,十分な検索を行ったのち積極的に手術療法を選択すべきである.
