多角形の柱型の花器などを、図面から金属冶具を設計しアルミニウムの金型を製作する。実用寸法を考え大きさを設定する。図面をもとに制作したアルミニウムの金型の種類と大きさは、次のとおりである。450×225×h225(mm)長方形、300×300×h300(mm)正方形、おおよその直径140×h300~h500(mm)の寸法内に分類される、3、5、7、8、9、10角柱である。更に、水盤などに応用できる、大型の径の金型を設計する。図面をもとに制作したアルミニウムの金型の種類とおおよその大きさは、次のとおりである。おおよその直径430×h300(mm)の寸法内に分類される、5、7、8、9、10角柱である

肝門部胆管癌はその解剖学的位置および胆管癌の浸潤性増殖の特微から最も治療困難な疾患の1つである.われわれは以前よりたとえ非治癒切除におわっても可及的に切除するという態度で,この領域の癌に対処してきた.切除例を中心に中下部胆管癌と比較検討して肝門部胆管癌の治療上の問題点について述べてみたい.

With the progress of power farming, the number of farmer's blacksmithies has been decreased every year, as their main jobs ars to produce and repair Japanese-hoes. But I believe that their traditional technique is unique and excelent, and worth transmiting.Following is the representative process and technique of producing Japanese-hoes by farmer's blacksmithies in Fukushima prefecture.1) SS4IP, soft steel is used most often as the base steel of the hoes. Tamahagane (steel made from iron sand), Nabehagane (pan-bottom substitute for steel) and Zenihagane (coin substitute for steel) are used as the substitute for hard steel, and Nabehagane is used most often among them. Nabehagane and Zenihagane, so called by farmer's blacksmithies, are both old cast irons.2) Pine-charcoal or Chestnut-charcoal are always used in forging, as the temperature of heating rises rapidly with them. Most tools for forging are self-makes by farmer's blacksmithies.3) Ordinarily, Japanese-hoes are made through five steps, that is, preparing, cutting, forging, quenching, and finishing, and the process consists of eighteen unit operations. The main operations of them are marking-off, chiseling, drowing down, teyori (twisting), tewari (cutting), forge welding, and quenching. The operation of forge welding consists of crushing Zenihagane of Nabehagane into small pieces, placing them on the base steel, and melting them by heating over 1100°C. After then the welded steel is forged ten to twelve times. Quenching is the operation of heating the hoe up to 850°C and putting it into water of 30°C. Forge welding and heat treatment are the most delicate techniques in making hoes.

最終年度である平成23年度には,まず本研究によって初めてその存在が示された新王国時代ラメサイド期(前13~11世紀)特有のコバルト着色剤に着目し,その起源を解明するための研究を行った。これまでの考古学的研究によれば,ラメサイド期はエジプト国内のコバルト着色剤の利用規模が縮小され,特にガラス着色への利用はほとんど行われなくなったものと考えられてきた。しかし化学的な分析が行われていないだけで,ラメサイド期のガラス工房の一つである"グラーブ"からは有意な数のコバルト着色ガラスが出土していた。そこでグラーブの出土資料に類例が見られるガラス製ビーズ資料について,国内美術館の所蔵資料を対象とした分析調査を行い,本研究で発見したラメサイド期のコバルト着色剤と高い組成的類似性を持つことを明らかとした。すなわち本研究で発見された新しいラメサイド期のコバルト着色剤は,当時グラーブの工房で特徴的に利用されていた可能性が高いと考えられる。これは不明な部分の多いラメサイド期エジプトにおけるガラス生産体制の全貌を解明する糸口となる重要な成果である。コバルト着色剤の研究以外にも,本研究で開発した可搬型分析装置を国内外の様々な文化財資料の非破壊分析調査へと適用した。特筆すべき成果として,初年度より研究を行ってきたMOA美術館(熱海)所蔵の国宝「紅白梅図屏風」について,中央に描かれた川の黒色部分から硫化銀を,銀白色部分から銀箔を検出し,銀箔を敷き詰めてから硫化によって流水紋を描いたという当時の製法を解明することに成功した。この屏風のほかにも,東大寺(奈良)の国宝「執金剛神立像」を対象とした分析調査,エジプト・王家の谷(ルクソール)内のアメンホテプIII世王墓の壁画の非破壊分析による顔料同定など,開発した装置を考古学的にきわめて価値の高い資料へと適用し,考古学的に意義のある成果が数多く得られた。

The operation status of gear device can directly affect the working conditions of the whole machine system. Thus, it is crucial to detect the gear damage as early as possible to prevent the system from malfunction. This paper proposes an intelligent diagnosis method for gear damage using multiple classifiers of support vector machines with extracted failure feature vector. The vibration signal of gear box is employed as the analytical data in this paper. In order to illustrate the representative characters of gear conditions, statistical parameters and characteristic amplitude ratios of frequency bands are extracted from the vibration signals in time-domain and frequency-domain respectively, which are served as failure feature vector for the following diagnosis. Moreover, to reduce the dimensions of the failure feature vector, the technology of principal component analysis is adopted to transform the original failure feature vector into a new smaller set of variables as inputs to classifiers of support vector machines. In order to classify different types of gears, multiple classifiers of support vector machines based on the binary tree are designed. The validity of this approach is investigated by the experiment. Three kinds of gears, namely normal gear, spot damaged gear and pitted gear, are tested on the power circulating type gear testing machine. The vibration accelerations of gear box are measured as original data. Most of the samples are correctly classified by the provided method, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method on the application of gear damage diagnosis.

本研究では,クエリとしてある目的が与えられた際に,その目的を達成するために必要なタスク集合をウェブから発見するタスク検索を提案する.本稿では,タスク検索の第一歩として,入力クエリを効果的にクエリ拡張することで,元のクエリでは発見不可能なタスクを含んだウェブページを収集する手法について提案する.提案手法では,検索連動型広告に着目し,動詞の出現パターンを用いてタスクに関連した動詞を抽出することで,クエリ拡張を行う.

日本の英語教育の原点はどこにあるのか。検定教科書の出る以前, 日本人はどのようにして英語を学んだのであろうか。英語教育は明治維新前にすでに始まっており1811年に『諳厄利亜興学小筌(あんぐりあこうがくしょうせん)』, 1813年に『諳厄利亜語林大成(あんげりあごりんたいせい)』などの辞書が編集されていた。その後, 明治維新を迎え英語学習者の増加に伴い, 数多くの教科書が主としてアメリカから輸入されるようになった。1872年の「学制頒布」が国民教育の始まりとなったが, 英語教科書においては外国出版の「文典」「読本」などが使われた。その中で特にウエブスターの『スペリングブック』, ウィルソンの『第一リーダー』, ブローンの『ブローン文法書』の3冊を分析・検討することによって, 日本の英語教育の原点を調べ且つ現在の英語教育の課題を探る。

1950年代、「昭和の大合併」後、地域住民の融和を図ることを目的に、市町村民運動会が開始された。県行政は、運動会で実施する種目を提案したり、自治体に配置した体育指導委員に運営を担わせるなど、市町村民運動会の開催を推進した。初期の段階では、地区対抗方式による運営方法のために、住民間の対抗意識が助長され、トラブルが問題となる。主催者は、トラブルを防ぐために、娯楽性の強い種目を取り入れたり、採点方法を工夫するなどして、円滑な実施を図った。このような運営上の工夫もあって、この時期に市町村民運動会は地域に定着する。

We report herein on the first evidence for presence of bovine immunodeficiency virus (BIV) in Zambia. Serological surveillance of BIV and bovine leukemia virus (BLV) was conducted in traditional cattle herds in Zambia. Out of a total of 262 sera analyzed, 11.4% were found positive for anti-BIV p26 antibodies as determined by Western blot analysis, while 5.0% were positive for anti-BLV gp51 antibodies as detected by immunodiffusion test. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from BIV seropositive cattle were found to have BIV-provirus DNA, as detected by nested polymerase chain reaction. A nucleotide sequence corresponding to a 298 bp fragment of BIV pol gene wea also analyzed. Amino acid sequences of these Zambian pol gene products showed 98.0 to 100% homology to the American strain BIV R29, 97.0 to 99.0% to Japanese BIV isolates, and divergence ranged from 0.0 to 2.0% among Zambian BIV isolates.

The effect of buthionine sulfoximine (BSO), a glutathione biosynthesis inhibitor, on the acute lethal toxicity and urotoxicity induced by cyclophosphamide (CPA) was examined in mice. Pretreatment of mice with BSO (500 mg/ kg, i.p.) 5 hr prior to CPA resulted in enhanced lethality and urotoxicity of CPA. In contrast, administration of cysteamine decreased the lethality and urotoxicity of CPA.

非定常的感情分析として,TwitterとSNSを対象とし,感情分析を行った.具体的には,(1)Twitter感情分析用感情語辞書の構築(2)Twitter上で用いられている顔文字の感情及びその役割に着目した,顔文字付きツイートの感情値抽出手法の提案,(3)Twitter用の感情軸の決定,(4)SNSからの耳より情報抽出手法の提案を行った.研究成果として,国際会議査読付き6本,国内査読付き1本,国内会議15本,論文誌3本の論文と書籍1編(分担)を発表した.
