近年,テレビ番組やWEB放送などでTwitterなどを用いて視聴者の意見を取得し反映するケースが多い.このような場合にはリアルタイムで有益な意見を抽出し,放送に活かすことが望ましい.著者らが開発中のITリスク問題に関する合意形成支援システムSocial-MRCにおいても,数千人規模の参加者の合意形成を支援するためにUSTREAMを用いて放送し,Twitterを改良したものを用いて意見の収集を図っている.しかし意見の数が膨大になり,人の力だけでリアルタイムに意見を分類することは困難である.そこで自動的に有益な意見を抽出する必要があるが,放送を見ながら実時間で意見を記入する場合は,Twitterに限らず投稿される意見は短い文章が多く自然言語処理だけでは満足な結果を得ることが難しい.一般的に機械学習の素性として名詞を用いることが多いが,名詞は議論の内容に依存することが多く,学習時には出てこなかった未知の話題を含む有益な意見が出てくることも多い.このような問題を解決するため,投稿者に選択してもらった意見の対象および意見の種類の項目を素性として用いるとともに未知の名詞の出現頻度を素性に用いるMAUOS方式を開発した.この方式をSocial-MRCを用いた「青少年への情報フィルタリング問題」の合意形成に適用することによって,短い文章において新しい傾向を持つ意見を高い精度で分類することができたので報告する.

当科では,低侵襲性と機能温存を期待して,早期胃癌に対し,腹腔鏡下自律神経温存D1+β郭清術を行ってきた.本稿では,特にその迷走神経腹腔枝温存の手技と臨床評価について報告する.2001年5月から2008年6月までに当院で施行した腹腔鏡下幽門側胃切除術(デルタ吻合によるB-I再建)150例のうち追跡調査可能であった129例(温存群:84例,非温存群:45例)の患者アンケートおよび内視鏡検査により評価した.結果,非温存群では,便の性状が軟便傾向となる率が高く(20.5%対44.4%),胃内容こみ上げも有意差を認めた(17.9%対33.3%).内視鏡検査所見では,胆汁逆流が非温存群で有意に高い結果(44.1%対62.2%)となった.今回の検討では,両群間で郭清程度,病期といった背景が異なるものの,迷走神経腹腔枝の温存によって,下痢,逆流症状といった,術後後遺症が軽減される可能性があると考えている.

D'apres H. Riemann, l'attitude equivoque que Walter Odignton avail prise sur la question des tierces temoignait bien d'un schisme entre la pratique musicale et la theorie speculative de son epoque. Notre etude a pour but de montrer, par l'analyse detaillee de la conceptualisation du degre consonantique chez Theinred of Dover, qu'elle representait un antagonisme entre le systeme pythagoricien, la base meme de la theorie speculative du raoyen age, et la sensibilite, naissante, a la douceur de tierces et sixtes en tant que sonorites simultanees-tendance qui sera de plus en plus marquee au cours du developpement de la polyphonic occidentale: l'observation de Riemann peut, a notre avis, s'appliquer mieux a Theinred of Dover qu'a Odington. Il faut regretter l'absence d'information precise sur Theinred of Dover, et se contenter de savoir qu'il etait l'auteur d'un traite intitule "De legitimis ordinibus pentachordorum et tetrachordorum." Cependant, si ce traite peut remonter effectivement jusqu'a la seconde moitie du 12eme siecle, la tentative entreprise par Theinred pour conceptualiser le degre consonantique s'avere originate et, en meme temps, assez novatrice pour l'epoque. Tout en se fondant sur le systeme pythagoricien, il a cherche a adopter la theorie de Ptolemee, destinee a etablir la correspondance entre l'ordre hierarchique des rapports numeriques et le degre consonantique des intervalles musicaux capte par le sens auditif. Suivant ce modele theorique, Theinred a essaye d'expliquer la tolerence des tierces dans la pratique musicale de son epoque, en les rapprochant des rapports simples de 5:4 et 6:5, Strangers cependant au systeme pythagoricien.

本研究の目的は、要介護者への電気刺激による筋力増強効果と安全性を検討することである。要介護者8名に対して、両大腿四頭筋への電気刺激を4週間行い、筋力は膝伸展筋力で、安全性を循環反応、皮膚症状、疼痛で検討した。患肢においては有意差が認められ、筋力増強効果がみられた。また、筋力の低い症例についても増強効果の可能性が考えられた。安全面の検討においては、電気刺激前後で血圧、心拍数に有意な差はなく、皮膚状態の異常、疼痛もみられなかった。これらから、筋への電気刺激を安全に施行できる可能性が示唆された。今回の研究において、要介護者への電気筋力刺激による増強効果と、安全に行える可能性が示唆されたが、今後、疾患の検討や、刺激中のモニタリング等を含め、症例数を重ねていくことが課題として挙げられた。

St. Augustine says in his early work "De Ordine" that liberal arts serve as the ladder of philosophical dialectic. By philosophical dialectic, man can enter the order of universe. This view of St. Augustine can be traced back to Plato. In "Republic", Book 6〜7, Plato explains how to educate a man to be a philosopher by simile of Line and Cave. According to the simile, philosophical dialectic is the final step of education, and liberal arts are preparatory training for philosophy, because they are systematic and have logical coherence like the world of ideas, reached only by philosophical dialectic. The world of idea's system isn't based on the visible world, so it is almost impossible to learn philosophical dialect without having learned liberal arts. Liberal arts help to appreciate the order of the universe and to reach the ultimate wisdom. St. Augustine doesn't state definitely in his work, but we can read and understand his view of liberal arts by comparing with Plato.

新古今和歌集の伝本は多く、未だその数は確定されていない。しかし、先学諸氏の調査・研究によって、現存する伝本は①成立過程によって四類に分けられること②伝本の大半が第二類(竟宴直後から切継の行われている途中で書写された本文をもつ伝本)に属すること、が明らかにされている。本稿では、所蔵小形本の本文を寿本(新編国歌大観の底本)の本文と比較し、所蔵本の系統を検証するとともに、伝本研究における小形本調査の有用性を考えたい。

In this paper, I aim at describing the passion for bibliography-making in the history of science in Japan and U.S.A. and suggesting a modest contribution of the bibliographies of the history of science to classifying library books. In Isis, the journal of the history of science in U.S.A. launched by George Alfred Leon Sarton (1884-1956), the bibliographies were main contents. Sarton's passion for bibliography-making is still inherited as the Current Bibliography, supported by the organized backup. In Japan, Kagakushi Kenkyu (Journal of History of Science, Japan) has had bibliographies in some periods before and after the WWII, owing to some personal efforts, but lost them since 1995. From the viewpoint of history of science, it is undesirable that the books of science are classified into too subdivided disciplines in the library, because the disciplines of science have been reorganized to synthesize or split.

<p>普天間飛行場の代替施設の建設予定地である名護市辺野古(へのこ)区は,1959年に米軍基地キャンプ・シュワブを受け入れた。以来,辺野古の社会構造にはシュワブが深く埋め込まれていき,それゆえに現在辺野古は,新たな米軍基地の受け入れを拒絶することができずにいる。本稿では,環境正義の観点から,この辺野古においておきている問題を描出していく。</p><p>環境正義には,環境負荷の平等な分配を要請する分配的正義としての側面と,環境政策の決定過程への地域住民の民主的な参加を要請する手続き的正義としての側面とがある。本稿では分配的不正義が手続き的不正義を地域社会にもたらし,そのことがさらなる分配的不正義を地域社会にもたらす「不正義の連鎖」が辺野古において生じていることを明らかにした。また,手続き的正義を,制度レベルと行為レベルとに区別し,行為レベルでの手続き的正義を地域社会において実現することが最優先されなければならないことを指摘した。</p><p>なお「不正義の連鎖」の描出は,分析概念として環境正義を捉えることで可能になった。</p>
