インターネットおよびE コマースの進展により,氏名,住所,資格情報などの"個人属性" 情報がインターネットを通じて様々な場所で交換されているが,同時に個人情報漏洩のリスクもまた急速に大きくなってきている.インターネットサービスにおいても個人情報保護法を遵守し,適切に個人属性を管理できる仕組みが求められている.本稿では,オープンな標準技術に基づき相互運用性の高い環境の下,個人属性を安全に交換,管理する情報化基盤「属性情報プロバイダ」を提案する.属性情報プロバイダは,運用システムの安全性について第三者機関の認定が得られた複数のサービス事業者により構成されるものである.利用者は,属性情報プロバイダに個人属性を登録および委託することで,以後は直接取引相手に渡すのではなく,利用者の同意を得たサービス提供者にのみ属性情報プロバイダを介して個人属性を安全に渡す.ネットワークプロバイダ,PKI などとともに今後,情報ネットワークの重要な基盤になると期待される.According to explosive growth of the Internet and e-commerce "personal attribute" information such like a name, a postal address and some qualifications have been exchanged on it. However privacy risk has been rapidly raised at the same time. Thus proper personal attribute management has been required conforming to the Personal Data Protection Law enacted in April 2005. In this paper we will propose the "Personal Attribute Provider" which is an infrastructure for secure exchange and management of personal attribute based on open standards that will provide higher interoperability. Some part of personal information will be registered and entrusted to the provider which should be founded by trusted authorized organization then user, attribute provider and service provider which can be online shopping site can exchange the personal attribute on the agreement with the user. Distributed management of personal attribute which relies on the federation of multiple attribute providers can reduce irreparable damage of privacy and digital signature technology used in the attribute provider can offer authenticated personal attribute to service provider. This paper describes the investigation result for it as it should be important commonly used infrastructure on the information network as well as network providers and PKI are in the future.

平成13年8月29日初号機打上げに成功したH-IIAロケットは,幅広い打上げ能力と柔軟な運用性を持ちながら,コストはH-IIロケットの約半分の1機85億円以下であり,世界の商業化ロケットと遜色のない経済性を備えている.このため,信頼性向上とコストダウンを目的にエンジン,機体部品点数の大幅削減によるシステムの簡素化,軽量化に関し様々な新技術を投入した.また,地上設備についても改良を行い,ロケット組立て及び打上げ作業期間を大幅に短縮した.本報では当社が担当した数多くの新技術のうち主要項目について初号機打上げ結果とあわせて紹介する.

ヒトアスパラギン合成酵素(hAS)は、急性リンパ性白血病のアスパラギナーゼ療法において、再発や薬剤耐性を引き起こす原因酵素として注目されている。本研究は、hASを特異的に阻害することで、薬剤耐性を獲得した急性リンパ性白血病細胞に対して有効な新しい化学療法剤を開発することを目的としたものである。hASの反応機構にもとづき、その遷移状態アナログとなるN-adenosylsulfoximine およびその誘導体を合成した。その結果、hASを時間依存的に強力に阻害する化合物を得ることに成功し (Ki* = 7.6 nM)、アスパラギナーゼ耐性の白血病細胞に細胞死を引き起こすことを、世界で初めて示した。

The physiological character of the pericentral visual field near the fixation point is not so well understood as in the central 30° visual field. In this paper a report is made on the influences of stimulus size and background illumination on the sensitivity of this area studied in normal subjects and patients with several eye diseases. According to the SARGON program of the automated perimeter Octopus 201,49 test points on a 2° grid in the pericentral area were tested in normal subjects. These test points were examined under the conditions of stimulus sizes 1,3 and 5 (the visual angles of 0.108°, 0.431° and 1.724°) and under the background luminances of 0.4,4 and 31.5 asb. In the normal subjects the sensitivity curve of this pericentral area was rather flat when large stimulus sizes were used. But within the range from 0.4 to 31.5 asb the background illumination did not affect the sensitivity curve of this area so remarkably as the stimulus size. Differential light sensitivity decreased with age and its decrease was more evident under the condition of smaller stimulus sizes. The influence of stimulus size of this area was then studied in patients with several eye diseases. In many of the patients with optic neuritis, chiasmal syndrome and optic tract diseases, the stimulus size 1 was more sensitive in detecting pericentral scotoma and hemianoptic changes than the standard stimulus size 3. Thus the present results suggested that a small static target such as the stimulus size 1 should be used to examine the pericentral visual field abnormalities in neuro-ophthalmological cases.

EPA(経済連携協定)により来日したインドネシア人、フィリピン人を対象とした学習支援から、日本の看護師国家試験合格に向けた学習、異文化適応にかかる課題を明らかにした。英国におけるONP(外国人看護師研修)の視察から、教育機関と外国人看護師受入れ先の医療機関が連携して人材育成を行うシステムの日本への適用について検討した。

研究成果の概要(和文): 歯の欠損に関しては,特定の欠損形態において,より欠損が進み,咬合崩壊が起こるといわれているものの,成立機序および欠損拡大を防ぐ方法については,ほとんど検討されていない.そこで,欠損に応じた歯に加わる応力の特徴,また特定の歯に応力を集中させない対応策を明らかにし,欠損拡大を防ぐことをめざす研究を計画した.その結果,まず下顎遊離端欠損が大きくなるほど上顎前歯の負担は増加することが示された.それに対し,遊離端義歯により,上顎前歯の負担が減少することが示され,さらにインプラント支持遊離端義歯によりさらに上顎前歯の負担が減少することが示された.

本研究は、グラフェンを利得媒質とする新規なテラヘルツ(THz)レーザーの創出に挑んだものである。第一に、光学励起したグラフェンの過渡応答におけるTHz帯誘導放出の室温観測に成功し、自ら発見したレーザー理論を実証した。第二に、グラフェン表面プラズモンポラリトンの巨大利得増強作用を理論発見し、独自の光ポンプ・近接場THzプローブ分光法により初めて実証に成功した。第三に、独自開発した高品質エピタキシャルグラフェン製膜技術とレーザー素子加工技術を用いて電流注入型グラフェンレーザー素子を試作評価し、100Kの低温下ながら、5.2THzの単一モード発振に初めて成功した。第四に、グラフェンTHzレーザー設計論を構築するとともに、より高利得化が可能な独自構造を理論実験両面から明らかにし、室温THzレーザー発振実現の見通しを得た。

We examined how to improve the cell recovery for cell block preparations using cervical liquid-based cytology (LBC) samples. Forty cases of both NILM and LSIL, respectively, were split into three groups and three different cell block preparation methods were applied such as nylon mesh, OCT compound and cotton. The total cell number (isolated cells and cells in cell clusters) and the incidence of cases with large clusters (≥50 cells) in specimens were counted. We found that the cotton method, by which clusters were significantly recovered, was better than the others. The cotton method is a useful tool for cell recovery in block preparations from LBC samples.

本論文では,Manhattan Street Network(MS-Net),ShuffleNet(SH-Net)およびShuffle-Exchange Network(SX-Net)を対象にして,う回ルーチング(deflection routing)を行ったときのエンドユーザ間での性能を,シミュレーションによって評価・比較している.まず,ユーザからネットワーク内へのパケットの送出モードとして,新たにSCANモード(ユーザから発生するパケットを適宜選択して送出するモード)を考え,従来のFIFOモード(先着順に送出するモード)との得失を検討している.その結果,三つのネットワークにおいて,どちらの送出モードを用いても,中継バッファの容量が2であれば,無限大のときとほぼ同じ性能が得られること,MS-NetおよびSH-NetにおいてはSCANモードの方が,SX-NetにおいてはFIFOモードの方が優れていることを明らかにしている.次に,三つのネットワークの性能を相互に比較し,ノード数の少ない小規模なネットワークではMS-NetとSH-Netが優れており,大規模なネットワークではSX-NetとSH-Netが優れていることを明らかにしている.

シャッフル交換ネットワークとde BruijnネットワークはFFTなどの並列計算に適した構造としてよく知られている.N点から成るシャッフル交換ネットワークとde Bruijnネットワークの2次元VLSIの面積と配線長は, それぞれΘ(N^2 / log^2N)とΘ(N / logN)であることが知られている.本論文では, N点から成るシャッフル交換ネットワークとde Bruijnネットワークが3次元VLSIにO(N^<3 / 2> / log^<1 / 4>N)の面積とO(N^<1 / 2> / log^<1 / 4>N)の配線長でレイアウトできることを示す.

不動産開発などを手掛ける都市デザインシステム(東京都渋谷区)が、8月29日、東京地方裁判所に民事再生法の適用を申請した。負債総額は203億7500万円。 同社は近年、投資ファンド向けに賃貸マンションなどを開発、販売する事業を主力に急成長していた。2008年3月期の売上高は160億2800万円。その「9割以上が不動産開発によるものだった」(元社員)という。
