京都府下芦生演習林におけるセッケイカワゲラEocapnia nivalis (UEENO)の生活環について, 1973年10月から1974年3月にかけて調査した.1. セッケイカワゲラの幼虫が枕谷および沢谷において, 成虫が枕谷において採集された.2. セッケイカワゲラ幼虫は11月から2月にかけて主に河床の沈葉中にすみ, 水温4℃前後の12月には終令への移行と羽化を開始し, 2月末までにほぼ羽化を完了する.3. セッケイカワゲラ成虫の頭幅は12月から2月にかけて小型化するが, これは良く成長した個体が早く羽化するためであろうと考えられる.4. セッケイカワゲラ成虫の雪上での活動は気温約-4℃以上のとき主に日中に認められる.

主として商業演劇に携わった三十五人の演劇人・評論家・研究者に聞き書きを行った。一回の聞き書きに費やした時間は二時間から四時間で、聞き書きとして記録に残された文字数はそれぞれ二万字から五万字にのぼる。その後、研究協力者による編集・再構成を経て、研究代表者・研究分担者による歴史史料との付き合わせとイントロダクション執筆、最後に当事者チェックをしていただき、その一部はウェブサイト・日本近代演劇デジタル・オーラル・ヒストリー・アーカイブに公開された。こうした聞き書きを積み重ねてきた結果、商業演劇を中心に人間関係のネットワークが築かれていき、日本近代演劇全体に通底する美学が構築されたことを明らかにした。

This paper considers the role of the theory of melody (die Melodielehre) in Johann Mattheson's Der vollkommene Capellmeister. In the first half of the eighteenth century, the mathematical view of music and the strict artificial contrapuntal theory were often criticized. As this paper will exemplify, Mattheson criticized the former in "Die canonische Anatomie" (in a dispute with Heinrich Bokemeyer) and the latter in Das neu-eroffnete Orchestre. These two criticisms, however, seem to be inconsistent with his description of the contrapuntal theory in the third part of Der vollkommene Capellmeister, which encompasses the northern German Baroque theory. I then turn my attention to the role of Mattheson's theory of melody, wherein he regards the melody as 'noble simplicity' or 'naturalness'. He also introduced the words 'Symphoniurgie', instead of 'counterpoint' at the bridge of the explanation of a single melody, and 'Vollstimmigkeit', or full-voicedness, which means an artistic combining of different melodies sounding together simultaneously. This re-definition of the counterpoint indicates that he considered it the mass of the plural melodies. Mattheson's theory of melody leads to the integration, without inconsistency, of the contrapuntal theory and the criticism of the mathematical view or rational, artificial treatment of music.

研究期間全体を通じて、経済学者、政治学者と歴史学者が協力しながら、現在の新興国の政治と経済についての実証分析を行った。総括班は、各計画研究班の共同研究を行う場を提供し、分野融合マインドを持った若手研究者の育成にも力を入れた。その結果、新興国に独自の発展経路の在り方や、それに基づく新興国の課題の存在が解明された。領域全体の活動成果として、世界的な学術書の出版社であるSpringer Nature社のシリーズEmerging-Economy State and International Policy Studiesを新たに作り出し、本領域の成果を4巻からなる英文書籍として出版することになった。

Although much attention has been given to cell differentiation inducers as new types of anti-tumore agent, only a few studies has been reported on differentiation inducers from plant sorces. Therefore, we have searched for naturally occouring substances which induce differnciation of leukemia cells. From Condurango Cortex (Marsdenia condurango) (Asclepidaceae) and Periplocae Cortex (Periploca sepium B.) (Asclepidaceae), many kids of pregnan derivatives and some cardenolides. From withania (Withania somnifera) (Solanaceae) (using Indian market withania and withania cultivated at the medicinal plant garden of this university), more than thirty kinds of withanolides were isolated. From Physalis alkekengi (Solanaceae), physalin and neophysalin derivatives were isolated. Structural elucidation of these 60 kinds of steroid derivatives were carried out by means of spectral methods, especially using NMR spectroscopy including H-H COSY, H-C COSY, HMBC, NOE technics. These steroidal derivatives were tested on cell differentiatio inducing activity against mouse myeloid leukemia (M1) cells. Many kinds steroid derivatives showed the activity. Of these active compounds, some kinds of withanolids, 27, 33, 34 and 35 having 4β-hydroxy-5β,6β-epoxy-2-en-1-one structure of AB ring, showed potent differentiation inducing activity.

トリスタン加速器による電子・陽電子衝突実験は昭和62年度より本格化した. 昭和62年中に, ビームエネルギー25.0, 26.0, 27.5GeVでの実験を終え, 28.0GeVでの実験が進行中である.こうした状況のもとで, 本課題ではトリスタン・エネルギー領域での現象論を種々の観点から行ったが, 特に輻射補正と超対称性理論に基づく現象論に力点を置いた.輻射補正では, 電子・陽電子衝突における軽粒子対生成, 光子対生成, トップ・クォーク対生成, ジェット生成などの過程に対する補正の計算を行ったほか, ニュートリノの種類数を調べるのに有効なニュートリノ対+光子の過程に対する補正の計算を行った. これによって, トリスタンにおける基本的な過程の輻射補正の計算は一応完成した.またこの研究の一環としてファイマン図の計算機による自動生成, 自動計算の開発を行った.超対称理論の関連では, トリスタンにおいて超対称性を検証する可能性について種々の検討を行った. 超重力理論ではスカラー・トップが特別に軽く, トリスタン領域に存在する可能性が指摘されている. 従ってその性質を調べることは重要であるが, 本課題では軽いスカラー・トップ・クォークの崩壊幅の計算を行い, その結果, 従来のスカラー・トップの崩壊幅の計算にはいくつかの重要な見落としがあることが判明した. そのほか, 超強理論から予想される新しいタイプの相互作用の検証の可能性について検討を行った. また陽子・反陽子衝突器による実験との関連を調べた.

世界で最も高緯度に位置する、日本の壱岐サンゴ礁より採取されたキクメイシ属サンゴ骨中の酸素・炭素同位体比を分析し、中緯度域における高時間分解能古気候アーカイブとしての可能性を検討した。まず試料は莢壁と軸柱の骨格構造別に分析し、その結果を生育時の環境記録と対比・検討を行った。この結果、軸柱と莢壁は形成のタイミングが異なっており、キクメイシ属サンゴの場合、莢壁の方がより正確に環境を記録することがわかった。また本研究で用いたサンゴ骨格は、骨格構造自体にも成長パターンの季節的変化が見られた。これらの成果を基に、さらに長期に渡る骨格分析を行い、これらを周辺の環境と対比・検討したのでその成果を報告する。

A survey was previously conducted of bacterial contamination and freshness of market ham and sausage in Hiroshima City. Furthermore, the same survey was carried out on these products during the manufacturing process in a plant. The results of the survey are as follows.<BR>1. The numbers of surviving bacteria per gram were 2, 500-&infin; in ham and 3, 600-86, 000 in sausage. No coliform bacteria, however, were found from either food. The amounts of volatile basic nitrogen per 100 grams were 5. 60-14. 56 mg in ham and sausage. The amounts of NO<SUB>2</SUB> were 2.99-13.80 ppm in ham and 1.64-5.91 ppm in sausage.<BR>2. From the results of examination of bacterial contamination during the manufacturing process, it is supposed that the number of coliform organisms increased as the process progressed, but was reduced to zero during the process of smoking and boiling. Although the organisms other than coliform bacteria showed the same tendency, a number of organisms survived after the process of smoking and boiling. The amount of volatile basic nitrogen increased as the process progressed (9.51-15.53 mg in ham and 8.68-16.10mg in sausage).

吃逆の治療に使われる柿蔕(Kaki Calyx)のラット脳脊髄液中神経伝達物質に及ぼす影響を検討したところ、GABAの変動は観察されなかったが、アスパラギン酸やグリシン、更に、ドパミンの代謝物であるDOPACやHVA濃度に影響を及ぼすことが示唆された。今後、これらを指標として、日本産の柿の蔕から有効成分の探索を行う予定である。また、柿蔕液の治療効果を処方の異なる施設で後ろ向きに調査したところ、化学療法の施行により発症する吃逆の治療に、高濃度の柿蔕液の服用が適している可能性が示唆されたため、前向き調査によって確認する予定である。

<p>顔立ちや表情がその人の印象形成に影響することは当然ながら,われわれは顔の肌質感も印象を決める重要な要素と考えている。今回は,ミドルエイジ男性が年齢は相応でも若々しい印象に見られたい意識があることに着目し,若々しさ印象の要因を探ることを試みた。見た目年齢は「シワ」の評価スコアとの関連が確認できた一方,若々しい印象スコアは,「シミ」,「くすみ」,「血色」の評価スコアと関連することがわかった。さらに視線解析結果より,見た目年齢評価時に比べ若々しい印象評価時に視線滞在時間が最も長かった部位は,肌質が顕著に現れやすいほほの部分であった。モデル乳液を連用すると,肌をよく観察できる条件である近距離でのみ若々しい印象がアップした結果が得られた。若いときと比べて肌の変化が顕著に起こっているミドルエイジ男性にとって,日々のスキンケアは年齢相応でありながら若々しい印象を作り出せる有効な手段であるといえる。</p>

症例は25歳女性,全大腸炎型潰瘍性大腸炎に対し大腸全摘術施行.術後早期より腹痛·高熱,CTにて十二指腸·小腸の壁肥厚を認め,内視鏡検査で十二指腸·小腸·回腸嚢に原疾患に類似した広範な病変を認めた.その後5回の大量下血をきたし,経皮的血管塞栓術にて止血した.十二指腸·小腸病変は,抗菌剤やプレドニゾロンに抵抗性で,デキサメタゾンにて軽快した.潰瘍性大腸炎に十二指腸·小腸病変を合併した1例を報告する.
