It was reported previously that tricholomic acid and ibotenic acid (new flycidal amino acids isolated from Tricholoma muscarium KAWAMURA and Amanita strobiliformis (Paul) Quel, respectively) have a very good taste.The characteristics of the taste were examined in details, and the followings were observed:1. Taste potency of the new amino acids are much stronger than that of sodium inosinate and sodium glutamate.2. There are synergistic actions between new amino acids and 5′-ribonucleotides.3. DL-erythro-tricholomic acid (synthesized) has an extremely strong delicious taste, but its threo isomer has not.

我々は,一枚の入力画像から黒目の輪郭を抽出し,楕円をフィッティングして,その形状に基づいて視線方向を推定する手法を提案している.しかし,まぶたと黒目の境界線と,黒目の輪郭との区別は一般的こ困難である.この問題を解決するために,本論文では,まぶたと黒目の輪郭をもつアイモデルを構築し,それを用いて安定かつ正確に黒目の輪郭を追跡する方法について検討する.瞬きのある場合にも追跡できるようにするためにcondensationを採用し,黒目のエッジの向きと黒目の輝度を考慮した尤度を擾案する.We have proposed an algorithm for stimating the visud direction using iris contours. The iris contours are detacted from an input image and fitted with ellipses. However, it is difficult to detect the iris contours without the boundaries between an eyelid and the iris. In order to solve this problem, we propose an simple eye-model that onsists of the iris contours and the eyelids. This paper describes how to track the iris contours correctly and robustly by using the eye-model. We use Condensation algorithm for tracking stably the iris contours against blinking and propose a likelihood function Insed on directions of iris contours and a brightnas of iris region.

タイの南アジア系移民3集団(1.北タイ在住バングラデシュ系ムスリムの子孫、2.「ネパリ」、3.南アジア系子孫であるビルマ系ムスリム)の調査を行い、南アジアと東南アジアとのつながりを探った。1に関しては移動ルートと祖先の出身地等を明らかにすることができた。また、2については、内部のサブ・グループの存在やタイへの移入時期の違い等を明らかにした。3についてはミャンマーの政治的事情により十分に調査できなかった。また、ミャンマー人移民労働者の調査からは、大規模・継続的に国境地帯から離れたタイ内部へ出稼ぎに出ている実態が判明し、従来の国境地帯中心のミャンマー系移民労働者研究のバイアスが明らかになった。

2012年夏に提案されている0増5減の定数再配分の提案は,人口のより少ない県(大阪府)に人口のより多い県(神奈川県)よりも多い定数を配分することを是認するなど,不公正なものである。不衡平な代表制はより多くの代議員を持つ人々の厚生をも悪化させる。こういった提案は不衡平なだけでなく,パレートの意味で非効率である。ナッシュ社会的厚生関数に基づく分離可能な指数によって選挙区割りにおける代表制の不公正さを検討した後,較差是正方式ではなく,ロールズ型,ナッシュ型,ベンサム型の社会的厚生関数を包括するアトキンソン社会的厚生関数から導かれた目的関数の最小化という形で,除数方式による定数配分を紹介する。その後人間の手による区割りの問題点を指摘した後,比例代表制と地理的な区割りの問題点に触れて論を閉じる。

Building production has been studied so far mainly from the standpoints of building designers and constructors, not from the standpoint of the building material manufactures. However, the utilization ratio of industrialized building materials has drastically increased and thus the role of the building material manufactures in building production has become more significant, especially in steel structures. This study looks at building production from the standpoint of a steel manufacture. We present the hierarchy of a building and cases where steel structure supply systems correspond to the hierarchy. We studied the feasibility of each of these cases by conferring with professors, designers, constructors, steel fabricators and steel manufactures.

<p> 日本レスリング協会と国立スポーツ科学センターはこれまで日本代表選手の体力測定およびフィードバックを実施し、国際競技力の向上を図ってきた。近年では育成世代にも一貫した発掘・育成システムの構築を推進しており、同様の測定方法にて形態・体力測定を実施している。本研究では、育成世代の男子エリートレスリング選手の体力水準を明らかにすることを目的とした。2013年度から2015年度にかけて、各世代の育成キャンプに招集された延べ219選手を対象に、形態・体力測定を実施した。測定項目は身長、体重、体脂肪率、背筋力、握力、腹筋テスト、ロープ登りテスト、300mインターミッテントテストであった。出場階級をもとに軽量級、中量級、重量級に分け、各階級(軽・中・重)および世代(U-20・U-17・U-15)を要因とする二元配置分散分析をおこなった。U-20世代の軽量級は他世代の軽量級と比較して筋力、疾走能力が高かった。一方、U-20世代の重量級は、他世代の重量級より筋力は高値を示すものの、体脂肪率が高く、腹筋、疾走能力が低値を示した。これらの結果は、選手の発掘や育成システム構築に必要な指針となりうるものである。</p>

Yodogawa bridge is rivet-connected Petited type truss bridge carrying double railway line with single span of 540ft, truss height 80ft and weighted 1, 810ton. Here, starting from historical background, basic shape (span, height), weight and design loads are compared with other railway truss bridge for the understanding of general feature of this bridge.On 1927, Yodogawa bridge was planned to cross the Uji river in the establishment of new railway line which would connect 2 old capitals Kyoto and Nara by the shortest route. For this crossing, initially, the combination of popular 70ft&40ft-span bridges is proposed, which is rejected by the army because the piers of the bridges interrupt the practice in the riverside. To solve this problem, single bridge spanning 540ft was proposed, which was almost double the maximum span of 300ft-standard bridge designed by T. Cooper of U. S.Each of the design loads (Live, Impact and Wind) applied on this bridge are compared with the corresponding loads specified in the present Japanese standard. The Combined design load-value of the most important load combination case (Dead+Live+Impact Loads) is proved to be appropriate even from the standpoint of present load conditions.After the detail inspection and planning, repair work mainly on the shoe was performed in 1983. And now, Yodogawa bridge is expected to keep working as the longest railway truss bridge of single span in Japan.

本発表では7世紀の古英語のアルファベットの起源について考察する。まず、見本になった、あるいは、影響を与えた可能性があると思われる様々な国や地域のアルファベット、つまり、ルーン文字、フランク語、ブリトン語(ウェールズ語)、アイルランド語のアルファベットを概観する。そして、アイルランド語とそのアルファベットが古英語のアルファベットとその文字の形成に果たした役割について論じる。

クッキーの甘味評価と硬さの関係を材料配合比の点から明確にするため, Scheffé の 3 成分系の単純格子計画法を用いて, 材料配合比の異なるクッキーを調製し, 甘味の官能検査を行い, 材料配合比および既報 で得た定速圧縮破断特性値と対応検討した.<BR>クッキーの甘味評価値とバター, 砂糖, 卵の材料配合比との間に, 小麦粉 40, 45, 50 % 水準とも 3 次の推定式ならびに推定曲線が得られた. 甘味は砂糖のほかに材料配合比による影響を受ける. 卵の存在は甘味の強さを弱める方向に働くことが示された. 生地の砂糖濃度が同じでも卵を多く加えるとみかけの破断応力が大きくなり, クッキーが硬くなることが原因の一つと考えられる.
