社交不安は自閉症スペクトラム障害(Autism Spectrum Disorder, 以下ASD)の主要な併存症状の一つであるが,その神経解剖学的基盤は未だに十分に研究されていない.本研究では,成人ASDの社交不安の神経解剖学的相関を神経学的定型群(Neurotypical Control,以下NC)と比較して検討した.対象は,昭和大学附属烏山病院の外来患者の内,精神障害者の診断と統計マニュアル第4版改訂版でASDと診断された40名の男性と,健常者43名のNC男性であった.社会統計学的および臨床的特徴を収集し,リーボヴィッツ社交不安尺度日本語版(Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale,以下LSAS-J),自閉症スペクトラム指数,ウェクスラー知能検査第3版(Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, Third Edition,以下WAIS-Ⅲ)を用いて,それぞれ社交不安の重症度,ASD症状,知的プロフィールを評価した.全脳1.5T磁気共鳴画像法(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,以下MRI)スキャンを実施した.LSAS-Jスコアの神経解剖学的相関を調べるために,Voxel-based morphometry(以下VBM)解析を行った.ASD群ではLSAS-Jスコアが左上側頭回および右感覚運動野の灰白質密度(Gray Matter Density,以下GMD)とそれぞれ正と負の相関を示した.一方,NC群ではLSAS-Jスコアが両側前頭極および左被殻のGMDとそれぞれ正と負の相関を示した.関心領域解析を行った結果,上記4領域のうち,左上側頭回以外の右感覚運動野,左前頭極および左被殻における平均GMDはLSAS-Jと群要因の交互作用を認めた.ASD群は,NC群と比較して,社交不安の神経解剖学的相関に特徴があり,おそらく社交不安の高まりに対する代償メカニズムが異なるためであろうと考えられる.このことは,ASDにおける社交不安の特徴を示唆している.

情報処理学会では,学会の全国大会開催に合わせて開催地付近の中学校に出前授業に行く企画を始めた.2019年度は,福岡市立原中央中学校の協力のもと,情報処理学会会誌編集長である,東京大学の稲見昌彦教授が中学2年生に向けて講義を行った.「超人の作り方」と題し,テクノロジーを用いた人間拡張について語られた.講演後には質疑応答もあり,中学生からたくさんの質問が寄せられた.

本論は、文化の担い手が自己の文化を操作の対象として客体化し,その客体化のプロセスにより生産された文化をとおして自己のアイデンティティを形成する過程についての分析である。現代社会において,文化やアイデンティティについて語ることは,きわめて政治的にならざるをえない。したがって,この客体化の過程も,その対象や方法,またその権利などをめぐる闘争に満ちている。文化の客体化を促す社会的要因の一つは観光である。観光は「純粋な文化」の形骸化した姿を見せ物にするという批判もあるが,ここでは,観光を担う「ホスト」側の人々が,観光という力関係の編目を利用しながら,自己の文化ならびにアイデンティティを創造していることを確認する。つまり「ホスト」側の主体性に立脚した視点から観光を捉え直す。国内からの三事例を分析し,「真正さ(authenticity)」や「純粋な文化」という諸概念の政治性を再考する。

近年の車両性能の向上による在来線の高速化に伴い,トンネル圧力波の問題が報告されている在来線特急の走行速度(130~160km/h)に着目し,車両図面を基に2種類の実験用の軸対称模型を製作し,高圧ガスにより加速走行される小型模型実験装置を用い,列車模型をトンネル模型に突入させる実験を行った.列車模型がトンネルに突入した際のトンネル内の圧力波変動を計測し,圧力波の形成と伝播の様子を捉え,圧力変化・圧力勾配の比較を行う.また,トンネル模型中間部に駅模型を設置した際のトンネル内の圧力波変動を計測し,トンネル断面積の変化が圧力波の伝播に及ぼす影響について調べた.

視聴者の感想を整理することで、DAショートトークの視聴者満足度の高さと、多岐にわたる講演要望からニーズの高さを再確認できた。一方でこれまでの集客方法による参加者拡大の難しさや、アーカイブ公開している動画の活用が少ないという反省点もあり対策を検討・実施していく。さらに、研究者と産業界のコラボレーションを促す施策も取り入れ、新たな活動も開始していくことを計画している。

産業とデータ・コンテンツ部会が開催するDAショートトークを開始してから一年が経過する。DAショートトークの特徴は、毎月の定期開催と発表動画のアーカイブ配信である。一年を経て、運営方法については定形化され、準備から開催までスムーズに進めることができるようになってきた。筆者らは、事務局として発表者との連絡やアーカイブ配信、ウェブサイトの運用を担ってきた。本稿では、リモートミーティングを中心とする運営と、既存のウェブツールの利用によって実現したDAショートトーク運営の手法について共有を行う。本稿による運営手法の共有が、デジタルアーカイブ振興に関わる諸活動の一助になることを願う。

ナレッジグラフのトリプルに出典,文脈,時間等の様々なメタデータを付与するメタデータ表現モデル(MRM)が複数提案されている.本研究では同一のナレッジグラフに対して異なるMRMを適用したデータセットを作成し,ナレッジグラフ埋め込み手法によるリンク予測の精度評価を行うことで,各MRMの特性を埋め込みの観点から分析する.

The attic in a house can be utilized for storage space but the thermal condition may not be suitable for such usage. In order to keep temperature in attic within a moderate range, it is well known that improvement of insulation and solar reflectance of roof are very effective but the combined effect of roof insulation and solar reflectance has not been discussed. In this study, such combined effect is examined on the basis of measured data in full scale house models and results of numerical simulations. The simulated results show good correspondence to measured data and numerical simulations under various conditions are conducted. This paper also gives the charts in which appropriate insulation performance and solar reflectance of roof can be selected according to requirement for attic space.

The purpose of this study is to improve the stiffness of the bolted joint by means of uniforming the contact pressure distribution. Two plane surfaces of the conventional bolted joint have produced ununiformity of the contact pressure distribution and have caused decrease of the stiffness. In this paper, shape modification of bolted surfaces was performed in simulation by the finite element method and in experiments so that the pressure distribution is uniform. Moreover, grinding simulation by the finite element method estimated optimum grinding conditions for adopting a unique method to modify the surface. The measurements of the contact pressure between the modified plate and the plane base were performed and showed considerable decrease of the maximum pressure.

To apply the direct numerical simulation (DNS) and the large-eddy simulation (LES) of turbulence to flow fields of complicated geometry, a higher-order finite-difference method (FDM) has been developed for the body-fitted coordinate system. The consistency and the conservation property of FDMs are discussed for the collocated grid. As numerical examples, DNS results of decaying isotropic turbulence and DNS/LES results for plane channel flow are shown and the influence of variable arrangement is examined. The results by the consistent 'interpolation' method for gradient form on the collocated grid agree well with those by other proper FDMs and the spectral method.

We examined the effects of superficial and deep acupuncture on the neck and shoulder stiffness. The aim of this study was 1) to clarify whether muscle hardness and surface EMG under slightly flexed neck position are useful as objective index of the muscle tone 2) to compare the effects of acupuncture in different depths (superficial and deep) on the muscle hardness, surface EMG and deep hemodynamics.10 healthy subjects participated. Two modes of acupuncture, deep muscle stimulation and subcutaneous acupuncture insertion were performed at the neck and shoulder. Both of the superficial and deep acupuncture were left for 10 minutes.As a result, there was a good correlation between muscle hardness and surface EMG under slightly flexed neck position (p<0.01). The integrated EMG was significantly decreased by the superficial acupuncture (p<0.05).On the other hand, muscle hardness was significantly reduced by both of the superficial acupuncture and deep acupuncture (p<0.05).Furthermore, the oxyHb was increased by the superficial acupuncture (p<0.05).These results suggested that the superficial acupuncture has a greater efficiency than the deep acupuncture on neck and shoulder stiffness under slightly flexed neck position.

頚部リンパ節穿刺吸引細胞診の穿刺針の洗浄液から液状処理細胞診Liquid-based cytology(LBC)標本を作製し,細胞学的形態のみならず胚細胞系マーカー等の免疫細胞化学的染色を行ったことにより,胎児性癌の頚部リンパ節転移と診断し得た1例を経験したので報告する.症例:30歳代,男性.左鎖骨上部の腫脹を主訴に当院紹介受診.頚部リンパ節穿刺吸引細胞診では,大型不整形核と明瞭な大小の不整形核小体を有する腫瘍細胞を集塊状及び散在性に認めた.LBC標本を用いた免疫染色ではCD30,Oct3/4,SOX2およびcytokeratin AE1/AE3が陽性を呈したことから胎児性癌の頚部リンパ節転移が疑われ,頚部リンパ節生検で胎児性癌の転移と診断された.胸腹部CT検査では,左頚部~鎖骨上窩・上縦隔および傍大動脈~左総腸骨動脈周囲のリンパ節が腫大し,これらに一致してFDGの強い集積を認めた.また,左精巣にも点状の集積亢進を認めたが,触診と超音波・CT検査では,精巣腫瘍は指摘出来なかった.結論:リンパ節穿刺吸引細胞診やそれ以外の細胞診材料において,胚細胞腫瘍に遭遇する可能性を認識することが肝要である.LBC標本を用いた適切なマーカーによる免疫染色が診断に有用と考える.

ヒト耳垢型決定遺伝子ABCC11多型に関する分子遺伝学的・医学的・人類学的研究を行った。乳癌との関係は証明されないが、産婦の初乳量と湿型耳垢型との間、および腋窩臭症と湿型多型間に相関を認めた。全国SSHコンソーシアムとの共同研究で、乾型耳垢型のアレル頻度に関する日本地図を完成した。さらに、ABCC11遺伝子多型が湿型。乾型耳垢型表現型を形成する分子機構を明らかにした。

Three handred and fifty-four trigger fingers in 292 patients treated initially by percutaneus A-1 pulley release technique from July 1996 to May 1998 were reviewed retrospectively.There were 255 (87.3%) females, 37 (12.7%) males, with a mean age of 52.4 (range 36-84 years). The Thumb was most frequently involved (159 digits), followed by middle finger (96), index finger (66), ring finger (30), and little finger (3).They consisted of 242 (262 digits) idiopathic patients, 36 (74) hemodialysis, and 14 (18) rheumatoid arthritis.Of the 354 trigger fingers, 339 (95.8%) had complete resolusion of triggering with the disappearance of snapping after percutaneus release. Reoperations (percutaneus or open surgery) were required in 12 (3.4%) fingers 9 for residual snapping after release, 2 for uneven movement with pain by the tendon nobule and incompletely released A-1 pulley, 1 for the narrow between the thick tendontheath and tendon nodule.At reoperation, residual snapping and uneven movement were considered to be caused by incompletely release in 6 fingers, hypertrophy of the tenosynovium in 3, snapping in A-2 pulley in 2, and adhesion between the deep and superficial flexor tendons in 1.Pain over 4 weeks after surgery was found in 19 fingers, and Metacarpo-phalangeal joint flexion iontracture like “Dupuy treins contrcture” occured in 3, but no infection and no neuro-vascular injury were seen.We reccommend this technique for outpatients with trigger fingers, because of its safety, simplicity, few complication, and patient's satisfaction with high successful rate.
