In this paper, the autor discusses the essential relation between the social change and the socio-technological conditions, relating to the East-european revolution in 1989-90. The suther analyses the authoritarian characteristics of Marx's thought and Lenin's thought in comparison with the libertarian socialism. The libertarian socialism orginated in Owen and Fourie and developed into syndicalism, guild socialism and social democracy. The author presents the fundamental points to be considered, as the following. 1.It is only a myth that the essence of socialism is planning and the market economy inevitably results in capitalism. 2.Marxism is one of various currents in the socialist thought. We should be released from the myth that Marxism is the orthodox current in socialism, and be free from the prejudice on the libertarian socialism. 3.Both Marxism and Leninism are the products of the top-down control system which has its base in the 19-20th century type mechanization. In the age of modern technological revolution, the authoritarian socialism loses its base. 4.The impact of the modern technological revolution threatenes the base of capitalistic top-down control system, too.

【目的】2020年度授業は4月6日より対面授業を開始予定だったが、2週間遅れて4月20日から遠隔授配信授業を開始した。2ヶ月後の6月16日より対面授業を開始したため、学生は遠隔授配信授業と対面授業の2つの授業形態を経験した。学生に遠隔配信授業と対面授業のアンケートを実施し課題を抽出した。【方法】6年生と4年生に同じ質問内容のアンケートを実施した。内容は遠隔配信授業と対面授業のどちらが便利か、好むかなど13項目とした。6年生は筆記式、4年生は遠隔授配信授業で回答した。アンケートは無記名、成績評価に影響しない、結果を学会等で公表する同意を口頭で得た。【結果】6年生の56名中37名(66.1%, 男19名、女18名)が回答した。遠隔配信授業へのストレスは9名(24.1%)が感じ、その内容は通信量不足のためか遠隔配信の通知が遅れるなどWifi環境が原因だった(66.7%)。遠隔配信授業を有効としたのは29名(78.4%)、どちらでもない8名(21.6%)だった。遠隔配信授業に向いた授業は演習科目28名(75.7%)、スライド説明中心科目26名(70.3%)だった。遠隔配信講義の長所は通学時間がない28名(75.7%)、授業データ保存7名(18.9%)、卒業研究の実験しながら2名(5.4%)だった。37名中35名(94.6%)は遠隔配信授業が便利と回答、37名中21名(56.8%)は遠隔配信授業が好きと回答、16名(43.2%)は対面授業が好きと回答した。4年生32名中32名(男9名、女23名)が回答(100%)した。32名中30名(93.9%)は遠隔配信授業が便利と回答、32名中23名(71.9%)は遠隔配信授業が好きと回答、9名(28.1%)は対面授業が好きと回答した。【考察】学生は通学時間が不要などの理由で遠隔配信授業が便利と考える一方、遠隔配信授業は授業科目によると回答した。遠隔配信授業が好きと対面授業が便利に有意差はなく、授業科目に配慮して行えば通信量不足に悩む学生の満足は得られる。

本研究は、医療費適正化・効率化を目指した医療提供体制改革1)を推進する診療報酬制度で高齢者の医療連携が困難になっていることに焦点を当て、医療連携の実態調査から連携の困難要因と医療政策が抱える本質的な問題を明らかにした。調査方法はA医療機関の地域連携室の実態調査を行った。調査結果は、診療報酬で評価の低くなった高齢者が医療機関にも施設や在宅にも医療連携が困難な実態になっていた。高齢者の受け皿体制が政策検討されない診療報酬誘導の医療連携は、医療政策が抱える本質的な問題が関与していることを実証した。

近年,分子標的薬の開発が急速に進み,特に原発性肺癌においてはコンパニオン診断として保険収載が多くの分子標的薬で行われている。近畿大学では2017年6月に肺癌に特化したコンパニオン検査を行うゲノムセンターを近畿大学医学部内に設置し,PD-L1(22C3),ALK(IHC),ALK(FISH),EGFR検査の受注を開始した。ゲノムセンターは2年の稼働期間に517件の検体を受け付け,検査を行った。充分量の悪性腫瘍が検出され,検査が実施できた割合は365件/517件(70.6%)であった。検査種ごとの検査数はEGFR検査が81件(稼働期間7カ月),PD-L1(22C3)は350件(稼働期間2年),ALK(IHC)は278件,ALK(FISH)は237件であった。病理部にてホルマリン固定検体を受け付けてから,検査結果を臨床に返却した日数の平均は11.8日(土日祝日を含む)であった。EGFR検査に限っては7.73日(土日祝日を含む)であった。外注検査と比較して十分に短いturnaround timeが得られた。今回,病院内で次世代シーケンサーを用いた遺伝子検査を行う新部署を新設したため,ゲノムセンターは2年間の上記検査の受注業務を終了した。自施設での検査を導入する際に起こり得る問題を提示しながら,これらの取り組みによりわかった自施設で検査を行うメリット,デメリットを報告する。

The main purpose of this study is to apply the “selective play paradigm” to explain how cooperation emerges in one-shot prisoner's dilemmas. A unique feature of the selective play paradigm is the option for not playing a PD game. For this purpose, a computer simulation of 100-actor groups was conducted. At the beginning of each replication, each simulated actor was randomly assigned to one of eleven levels of trust, which indicates the actor's estimate of the overall cooperation rate in the group. Each simulated actor, then, decided whether or not to interact with the previous partner based on the calculated expected gains from interacting with one of the other partners. Results of the simulation show that: (1) when substantial opportunity costs exist, having a high level of trust benefits the actor; (2) the above effect of trust depends on the actor's cooperativeness in PD games; (3) but does not depend on the overall cooperation rate in the group.

In order to quantitatively design of repulsive magnets type vibration limit switch, we have derived the vibration parameters which are expressed in vibration equation from experimental results. The vibration parameters are spring coefficient and damping coefficient at switch-on state. The vibration parameters and the structure parameter of switch were related quantitatively as linear and polynomial equations.
